前記保持時における前記金属パイプ材料の位置ずれに応じて、前記金属パイプ材料に対する前記保持機構の相対的な姿勢を調整する調整機構と、を備える成形装置。

前記調整機構は、前記金属パイプ材料に対する前記保持機構の姿勢を調整する、形態12に記載の成形装置。

前記調整機構は、前記保持機構の保持態様に合わせて前記金属パイプ材料を変形させる、形態12に記載の成形装置。

前記調整機構は、前記保持機構に保持される前段階で加熱されて、前記保持機構へ移動するときに生じた前記金属パイプ材料の変形に応じて、前記姿勢を調整する、形態12~4の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
[形態16]
加熱された金属パイプ材料の膨張成形を行うために前記金属パイプ材料を保持する保持機構と、
前記保持時における前記金属パイプ材料の位置ずれに応じて、前記金属パイプ材料に対する前記保持機構の相対的な姿勢を調整する調整機構と、を備える支持装置。
Claims (16)
- 加熱された金属材料の成形をする成形装置を有する成形システムであって、
金属材料を保持する保持機構と、
加熱された前記金属材料の変形に応じて保持機構あるいは金属材料の少なくとも一方の姿勢を調整する調整機構を有する、成形システム。 - 前記金属材料は、前記成形装置の外部で加熱される、請求項1に記載の成形システム。
- 前記調整機構は、前記成形装置の外部で加熱され、前記成形装置へ搬送中に生じる前記金属材料の変形に応じて前記保持機構、あるいは前記金属材料の少なくとも一方の姿勢を調整する、請求項2に記載の成形システム。
- 前記金属材料は、前記成形装置の内部で加熱される、請求項1に記載の成形システム。
- 前記調整機構は、前記成形装置の内部で加熱され、加熱中に生じる前記金属材料の変形に応じて前記保持機構、あるいは前記金属材料の少なくとも一方の姿勢を調整する、請求項4に記載の成形システム。
- 曲がった金属材料を保持して、当該金属材料を通電加熱する電極と、
前記電極を所定の基準位置周りに回転させて姿勢を調整する調整機構と、を備える、金属材料の通電加熱システム。 - 曲がった金属材料を保持して、当該金属材料を通電加熱する電極と、
前記電極によって前記金属材料を加熱した際、前記金属材料の変形に応じて前記電極の姿勢を調整する調整機構を備える、金属材料の通電加熱システム。 - 前記調整機構は、前記電極に対して設けられた少なくとも一対のシリンダを有する、請求項6に記載の通電加熱システム。
- 前記電極は、
前記金属材料を保持した後、前記金属材料を加熱しながら、当該金属材料の長手方向への膨張に従って移動すると共に前記調整機構による前記姿勢の調整がなされ、
前記移動及び前記姿勢の調整の後、前記保持を解除し、再度、前記金属材料を保持する、請求項6に記載の通電加熱システム。 - 前記金属材料としての金属パイプ材料に流体を供給する流体供給部を更に備え、
前記電極が前記金属パイプ材料を再度保持した後、前記流体供給部が前記金属パイプ材料へ流体を供給する、請求項9に記載の通電加熱システム。 - 曲がった金属材料を保持して、当該金属材料を通電加熱する電極であって、
所定の基準位置周りに回転することで姿勢を調整する、電極。 - 加熱された金属パイプ材料の膨張成形を行う成形装置であって、
前記金属パイプ材料を保持する保持機構と、
前記保持時における前記金属パイプ材料の位置ずれに応じて、前記金属パイプ材料に対する前記保持機構の相対的な姿勢を調整する調整機構と、を備える成形装置。 - 前記調整機構は、前記金属パイプ材料に対する前記保持機構の姿勢を調整する、請求項12に記載の成形装置。
- 前記調整機構は、前記保持機構の保持態様に合わせて前記金属パイプ材料を変形させる、請求項12に記載の成形装置。
- 前記調整機構は、前記保持機構に保持される前段階で加熱されて、前記保持機構へ移動するときに生じた前記金属パイプ材料の変形に応じて、前記姿勢を調整する、請求項12に記載の成形装置。
- 加熱された金属パイプ材料の膨張成形を行うために前記金属パイプ材料を保持する保持機構と、
前記保持時における前記金属パイプ材料の位置ずれに応じて、前記金属パイプ材料に対する前記保持機構の相対的な姿勢を調整する調整機構と、を備える支持装置。
