Abstract
Description
前記石膏板の前記第1主表面上の少なくとも一部に配置され、潜熱蓄熱材料およびバインダーを含有する潜熱蓄熱層と、を有し、
ASTM C 1784で規定する蓄熱量測定により、測定温度範囲を15℃以上35℃以下として測定した蓄熱量が260kJ/m2以上であり、
JIS A 6901(2014)で規定する発熱性試験により、前記潜熱蓄熱層を配置した面を裏面として評価を行った場合に発熱性1級の性能を有する潜熱蓄熱石膏板を提供する。
[潜熱蓄熱石膏板]
本実施形態の潜熱蓄熱石膏板の一構成例について図面を用いながら具体的に説明する。
(1)潜熱蓄熱石膏板が有する部材について
本実施形態の潜熱蓄熱石膏板が有する各部材について、以下に説明する。
(1-1)石膏板
(石膏板の種類)
石膏板11は石膏を含有する板状体であり、石膏板11として各種石膏板を用いることができる。石膏板11としては、例えばガラスマット石膏ボード、ガラス繊維不織布入石膏含有板、JIS A 6901(2014)で規定される石膏ボード、JIS A 6901(2014)で規定される石膏ボードよりも軽量もしくは重量である石膏ボード(以下、上記JISで規定される石膏ボードや、JISで規定される石膏ボードよりも軽量もしくは重量である石膏ボードをまとめて「石膏ボード」ともいう)、石膏板、スラグ石膏板等が挙げられる。
(石膏板の厚み)
石膏板11の厚みXは特に限定されないが、潜熱蓄熱石膏板10の不燃性を高める観点から石膏板11の厚みXは9.0mm以上であることが好ましく、9.5mm以上であることがより好ましい。
(石膏板の比重)
石膏板11の比重についても特に限定されないが、潜熱蓄熱石膏板10の不燃性を高めるため、石膏板11の比重は0.35以上であることが好ましく、0.65以上であることがより好ましい。
(1-2)潜熱蓄熱層
潜熱蓄熱層は、潜熱蓄熱材料と、バインダーとを含有できる。
(潜熱蓄熱材料)
潜熱蓄熱材料は、該材料を構成する少なくとも一部が、相変化する際に吸収、放出する潜熱を蓄熱に利用できる材料であり、例えば日中の熱エネルギーを蓄え、夜間等の温度が低下した際に熱エネルギーを放出できる材料を好ましく用いることができる。
(バインダー)
バインダーについては特に限定されないが、例えば無機系バインダー、および有機系バインダーから選択される1種類以上とすることができる。
(無機粉体)
既述のように、潜熱蓄熱層は、上記潜熱蓄熱材料、バインダー以外の任意の成分を含有することもできる。潜熱蓄熱層は、例えば無機粉体を含むこともできる。
(可塑剤)
潜熱蓄熱層は、例えば可塑剤を含むこともできる。
(2)潜熱蓄熱石膏板の特性について
(2-1)蓄熱量
本実施形態の潜熱蓄熱石膏板は、ASTM C 1784で規定する蓄熱量測定により、測定温度範囲を15℃以上35℃以下として測定した蓄熱量が260kJ/m2以上であることが好ましく、290kJ/m2以上であることがより好ましい。
本実施形態の潜熱蓄熱石膏板は、JIS A 6901(2014)で規定する発熱性試験により、潜熱蓄熱層を配置した面を裏面として評価を行った場合に発熱性1級の性能を有することが好ましい。
(2-3)石膏板の厚み、石膏板の比重、蓄熱量の相関
石膏板の厚みX(mm)と、石膏板の比重Yと、蓄熱量Z(kJ/m2)とが、以下の式(1)の関係を充足することが好ましい。
石膏板の厚み、比重は潜熱蓄熱石膏板の不燃性に影響を有するパラメータである。このため、上述のように石膏板の厚みXと、比重Yと、蓄熱量Zとが上記式(1)の関係を有することで、特に不燃性と蓄熱量に優れた潜熱蓄熱石膏板とすることができる。
[潜熱蓄熱石膏板の製造方法]
次に、本実施形態の潜熱蓄熱石膏板の製造方法の一構成例について説明する。本実施形態の潜熱蓄熱石膏板の製造方法により、既述の潜熱蓄熱石膏板を製造できる。このため、既に説明した事項の一部は説明を省略する。
[仕切り構造体]
次に、既述の潜熱蓄熱石膏板を用いた仕切り構造体の構成例について図2A~図2Cを用いて説明する。図2A~図2Cは仕切り構造体の側面図または上面図に当たる。
(1)評価方法
実験例について説明する前に、以下の実験例で得られた潜熱蓄熱石膏板の評価方法について説明する。
(1-1)潜熱蓄熱材料含有塗材の流動性
潜熱蓄熱材料と、バインダーとを含有する潜熱蓄熱材料含有塗材の流動性について以下のように評価した。
(1-2)蓄熱量
得られた潜熱蓄熱石膏板の蓄熱量について、ASTM C 1784(ステップ法)に準拠して評価を行った。ただし、測定温度範囲は15℃以上35℃以下とした。
(1-3)発熱性試験
得られた潜熱蓄熱石膏板の発熱性試験は、JIS A 6901(2014)に準拠して行った。ただし、潜熱蓄熱層側を裏面として評価を行った。
(1-4)ビス留め時の潜熱蓄熱材料の漏洩
図4に示すように、得られた潜熱蓄熱石膏板10の潜熱蓄熱層12上に、パラフィン紙41を配置し、該パラフィン紙41を、該パラフィン紙41中心でビス42により止めた。
[実験例1]
実験例1では、図1に示す潜熱蓄熱石膏板を作製した。なお、実験例1では、潜熱蓄熱層の組成を変更した点以外は同様にして、表1に示した実験例1-1~実験例1-6の潜熱蓄熱石膏板を作製した。
[実験例2]
実験例2では、図1に示す潜熱蓄熱石膏板を作製した。なお、実験例2では、潜熱蓄熱層の組成を変更した点以外は同様にして、表2に示した実験例2-1~実験例2-6の潜熱蓄熱石膏板を作製した。
[実験例3]
(1)実験例3-1
実験例3-1(実施例3-1-1~実施例3-1-24、比較例3-1-1~比較例3-1-27)では、図1に示す潜熱蓄熱石膏板を作製した。
上記実験例3の結果から、発熱性1級を充足する実施例における石膏板の厚みX、石膏板の比重Y、および蓄熱量Zの関係式を、マイクロソフト社製の表計算ソフトである、エクセルの最適化分析ツールであるソルバーを用い、最小二乗法により求めた。
図5に、実験例3-2の結果と、上記式により求められる平面40とを示す。

Claims (8)
- 第1主表面、および前記第1主表面の反対側に位置する第2主表面を有する石膏板と、
前記石膏板の前記第1主表面上の少なくとも一部に配置され、潜熱蓄熱材料およびバインダーを含有する潜熱蓄熱層と、を有し、
ASTM C 1784で規定する蓄熱量測定により、測定温度範囲を15℃以上35℃以下として測定した蓄熱量が260kJ/m2以上であり、
JIS A 6901(2014)で規定する発熱性試験により、前記潜熱蓄熱層を配置した面を裏面として評価を行った場合に発熱性1級の性能を有する潜熱蓄熱石膏板。 - 前記石膏板は、厚みが9.0mm以上であり、比重が0.35以上である請求項1に記載の潜熱蓄熱石膏板。
- 前記石膏板の厚みX(mm)と、前記石膏板の比重Yと、前記蓄熱量Z(kJ/m2)とが、以下の式(1)の関係を充足する請求項1または請求項2に記載の潜熱蓄熱石膏板。

- 前記バインダーが無機系バインダー、および有機系バインダーから選択される1種類以上である請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の潜熱蓄熱石膏板。
- 前記バインダーが、アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩系バインダー、および酢酸ビニル系バインダーから選択される1種類以上を含有する請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の潜熱蓄熱石膏板。
- 前記潜熱蓄熱層が、無機粉体を含む請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の潜熱蓄熱石膏板。
- 室内空間を画する仕切り構造体であって、
前記仕切り構造体は、潜熱蓄熱石膏板と、前記潜熱蓄熱石膏板を支持する下地材と、を有し、
前記潜熱蓄熱石膏板が、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の潜熱蓄熱石膏板であり、
前記潜熱蓄熱石膏板が有する前記石膏板の前記第2主表面が前記室内空間側に位置する仕切り構造体。
