本申请要求于2021年6月9日提交中国专利局、申请号为202121294758.2、申请名称为“生耳组件及穿戴设备”的中国专利的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及穿戴类产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种生耳组件及穿戴设备。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,市面上出现了各种各样的穿戴设备,例如,手表、手环等。以手表为例,手表包括表盘,表带及生耳,表盘与表带之间通过生耳进行连接固定。请一并参阅图1a,图1b及图1c,目前市面上使用最广泛的有两种生耳,即无拨杆生耳100a(参图1a)和拨杆生耳100b(参图1b及图1c)。其中,针对无拨杆生耳100a,当对穿戴设备进行拆装时,通常需要借助专用工具插入耳托,再向内撬动,才能解锁并将生耳取出。显然,对用户来说,用户一般不能独自完成上述操作,且在拆装时容易发生意外,影响拆装效率。而针对拨杆生耳100b,其通常是采用铆接和焊接的方式或者采用螺纹和胶水的方式将拨杆101装入头钉102。然而该种方式容易导致拨杆101装入头钉102的生产良率不稳定且人工成本高。另外,当长时间使用时,容易导致拨杆101受汗液浸渍产生锈蚀断裂或直接脱落,进而导致表带无法卸下,用户体验效果差。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种成本较低且可方便实现拆装的生耳组件及穿戴设备。
第一方面,本申请提供一种生耳组件。生耳组件包括生耳管,第一头钉,第二头钉,弹性件及挡部。第一头钉的一端及第二头钉的一端装设于生耳管的两端,第一头钉的另一端及第二头钉的另一端用以分别收容于相应的轴孔内。弹性件装设于生耳管内,弹性件的一端抵持第一头钉,弹性件的另一端抵持第二头钉或生耳管的抵持壁。挡部设置于第一头钉的外周壁,生耳管用以带动第二头钉沿第一头钉滑动,并抵持挡部,以调节生耳组件的长度。显然,生耳组件可将拨杆的功能用生耳管取代。即无需设置拨杆,使用者仅需直接握持并推动生耳管,便可轻松实现生耳组件的拆装,且体验感更好。另外,在相同外观需求条件下,本申请的生耳组件明显结构更简单,成本更低。
在一种可能的设计中,所述生耳管的两端分别开设有第一开口及第二开 口,所述生耳管沿其轴向方向还开设有收容腔,所述收容腔设置于所述第一开口与所述第二开口之间,且与所述第一开口及所述第二开口连通,所述第一头钉的一端收容于所述第一开口内,所述第二头钉的一端收容于所述第二开口内,所述弹性件收容于所述收容腔内,且两端分别抵持所述第一头钉及所述第二头钉。显然,该设计中,生耳组件为无拨杆设计,其外观简洁美观,成本较低,且不会刮伤表带,特别是毛圈尼龙带材质的表带。
在一种可能的设计中,所述生耳管与所述第二头钉一体成型,所述生耳管远离所述第二头钉的一端开设有第一开口,所述生耳管沿其轴向方向还开设有收容腔,所述收容腔的一端与所述第一开口连通,另一端形成所述抵持壁,所述第一头钉的一端收容于所述第一开口内,所述弹性件收容于所述收容腔内,且两端分别抵持所述第一头钉及所述抵持壁。显然,该设计中,生耳组件为无拨杆设计,其外观简洁美观,成本较低,且不会刮伤表带,特别是毛圈尼龙带材质的表带。
在一种可能的设计中,所述生耳组件还包括握持件,所述握持件设置于所述生耳管的外周壁上,用以供使用者操作,以移动或滑动所述生耳管。显然,该设计中,通过设置握持件,可方便移动或滑动生耳管,且可轻松实现生耳组件的拆装,体验感更好。
在一种可能的设计中,所述握持件上设置有纹路。显然,该设计中,通过于握持件上设置纹路,纹路可以呈交叉网格状或其他形状,可有效提升摩擦力,并提升用户操作手感。
在一种可能的设计中,所述握持件构成预设形状。显然,该设计中,生耳管的形态多变,可实现各种外观效果。也就是说,并不对握持件的具体形状或外观进行限定,其可根据具体需求进行调整,以满足使用者需求,并实现各种外观效果,例如可设置成牛头形状,外观简洁美观。
第二方面,本申请实施例还提供一种穿戴设备,包括表体及表带。穿戴设备还包括上述第一方面及可能的设计涉及的生耳组件,所述表带的两端分别通过相应的生耳组件连接至所述表体。第二方面所带来的技术效果可参见上述第一方面涉及的生耳组件相关的描述,此处不再赘述。
在一种可能的设计中,所述表带包括固定端及移动端,所述表带还包括第一表面及第二表面,所述第二表面与所述第一表面相对设置,所述表带上还设置有第一粘钩及第二粘钩,所述第一粘钩设置于所述第一表面上靠近所述固定端的位置,所述第二粘钩设置于所述第二表面上靠近所述移动端的位置,所述表带上未设置有所述第一粘钩及所述第二粘钩的位置设置为毛面,所述第一粘钩用以配合所述表带的毛面及所述生耳组件,以将所述表带的固定端连接至表体的一端,所述第二粘钩用以配合所述表带的毛面及所述生耳组件,以将所述表带的移动端连接至所述表体的另一端。显然,该设计中,通过设置第一粘钩及第二粘钩,以形成勾面,再将表带的其他位置设置为毛面,以实现两者的连接。再者,通过将第一粘钩和/或第二粘钩粘贴至表带的不同位置的毛面,以调节表带的尺寸,使得表带的尺寸与手腕尺寸相配合,进而适应不同的佩戴者。
在一种可能的设计中,所述表带由尼龙材质构成。显然,该设计中,表带由尼龙材质构成,生耳组件亦不会刮伤表带。
在一种可能的设计中,所述表带还包括保护部,所述保护部用于分别包裹及收纳所述固定端及所述移动端,以保护所述表带的两端。显然,该设计中,还可设置保护部,以进一步保护表带,以防止表带的两端损坏或刮伤。
在一种可能的设计中,所述保护部的一侧封闭,另一侧开设有收容口,所述收容口用于收容相应的所述固定端及所述移动端,所述收容口内的周壁还开设有凹槽,所述固定端及所述移动端分别设置有挂钩部,所述挂钩部用于与所述凹槽配合,以使得所述固定端及所述移动端分别收容及固定于相应的所述保护部内。显然,该设计中,通过设置保护部,可进一步保护表带,以防止表带的两端损坏或刮伤。
在一种可能的设计中,所述保护部采用金属材料制成。显然,该设计中,保护部还可用于显示特殊符号、文字、logo或图案等。
在一种可能的设计中,所述表带上还设置有相应的磁性件,所述保护部与所述磁性件吸合实现固定。显然,该设计中,保护部可依靠其与磁性件的吸合实现固定,避免表带的末端翘起而挂到衣物等其他物品。即,表带通过设置保护部及磁性件,可有效提高表带的便捷性,优化使用者的佩戴体验。

请一并参考图2,图2示出了本申请实施例提供的一种穿戴设备的示意图。如图2所示,穿戴设备300可以包括处理器301、存储器302、无线通信模块303、电源模块304、显示屏305等。
其中,处理器301是穿戴设备300的控制中心。处理器301可以包括一个或多个接口,用于与穿戴设备300的其他部件相连。示例的,该一个或多个接口可以包括:IO接口(也称为IO引脚)、中断引脚和数据总线接口等。其中,数据总线接口可以包括:SPI接口、I2C接口和I3C接口中的一个或多个。处理器301可以包括一个或多个处理单元,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个处理器301中。处理器301具体可以是集成的控制芯片,也可以由包括各种有源和/或无源部件的电路组成,且该电路被配置为执行本申请实施例描述的属于处理器301的功能。其中,在本申请实施例中,穿戴设备300的处理器301可以是微处理器。
存储器302可用于存储软件程序和/或模块/单元,处理器301可通过运行或执行存储在存储器302内的软件程序和/或模块/单元,以及调用存储在存储器302内的数据,实现穿戴设备300的各种功能。存储器302可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区。其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等。存储数据区可存储根据穿戴设备300的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据等)等。此外,存储器302可以包括非易失性计算机可读存储器,例如硬盘、内存、插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)、至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。
无线通信模块303可以用于支持穿戴设备300与其他电子设备之间包括蓝牙(Bluetooth,BT),全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS),无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLAN)(如无线保真(wireless fidelity,Wi-Fi)网络),调频(frequency modulation,FM),近距离无线通信技术(near field communication,NFC),红外技术(infrared,IR)等无线通信的数据交换。示例的,无线通信模块303可以为蓝牙芯片。穿戴设备300可以通过蓝牙芯片与其他电子设备的蓝牙芯片之间进行配对并建立无线连接,以通过无线连接实现穿戴设备300和其他电子设备之间的无线通信。
另外,无线通信模块303还可以包括天线。无线通信模块303经由天线接收电磁波,将电磁波信号调频以及滤波处理,将处理后的信号发送到处理器301。无线通信模块303还可以从处理器301接收待发送的信号,对其进行调频,放 大,经天线转为电磁波辐射出去。
电源模块304可以用于提供穿戴设备300的系统电源,为穿戴设备300的各模块供电。电源模块304还用以支持穿戴设备300接收充电输入等。电源模块304可以包括电源管理单元(power management unit,PMU)和电池。其中,PMU可以包括充电电路、压降调节电路、保护电路、电量测量电路等。充电电路可以接收外部的充电输入。压降调节电路可以将充电电路输入的电信号变压后输出给电池以完成对电池充电,还可以将电池输入的电信号变压后输出给无线通信模块303等其他模块。保护电路可以用于防止电池过充、过放、短路或过流等。另外,PMU还可以用于监测电池容量,电池循环次数,电池健康状态(漏电,阻抗)等参数。在一些实施例中,电源模块304还可以包括无线充电线圈。无线充电线圈用于与充电底座(图未示)中的充电线圈耦合,以实现对穿戴设备300进行无线充电。
显示屏305可用于显示图像,提示信息等。显示屏305可以采用液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD),有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED)显示屏,有源矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light emitting diode,AMOLED)显示屏,柔性发光二极管(flexible light-emitting diode,FLED)显示屏,量子点发光二极管(quantum dot light emitting diodes,QLED)显示屏等,在此不作具体限定。
可以理解,本申请实施例示意的结构,例如图2中示出的结构并不构成对穿戴设备300的具体限定。穿戴设备300可以具有比图2示出的更多的或者更少的部件,或者组合两个或更多的部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者可以具有不同的部件配置。
可以理解,在本申请实施例中,穿戴设备300可以是手表、智能手环、智能项圈、臂环、脚环等任意形式的穿戴设备,在此不作具体限定。以下实施例中,为描述方便,以穿戴设备300为手表为例进行说明。
参考图3及图4,为本申请实施例提供的一种手表400的示意图。其中,图3为手表400的分解示意图。图4为手表400的组装示意图。如图3及图4所示,手表400包括表体41,表带42及生耳组件43。表体41与表带42可通过生耳组件43(参后详述)连接。当然,如上述所述,手表400还可以包括其他部件,例如包括图2所示的一个或多个元件(即处理器301、存储器302、无线通信模块303、电源模块304和/或显示屏305)。其中,处理器301、存储器302、无线通信模块303、电源模块304、显示屏305的功能,连接关系等可参图2所示实施例,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,表体41的边缘包括两对表耳410。每对表耳410彼此相对且间隔设置,进而于彼此之间形成安装空间411。每对表耳410的内侧上均形成有相对设置的轴孔412。轴孔412可为盲孔或通孔,在此不作具体限定。
表带42通过生耳组件43及轴孔412与表体41可拆卸连接。请一并参考图5及图6,其中,图5为表带42于其中一角度下的示意图。图6为表带42于另一角度下的示意图。如图5及图6所示,表带42可以为能够在外力作用下弯曲 的柔性带状,从而方便贴合于使用者的腕部。在本申请实施例中,表带42为单段式的弹性尼龙带构造。也就是说,表带42由尼龙材质构成,且整体一体成型并构成单段式的条状。当然,表带42也可以为其他材质的表带,例如为具有纹路的皮革材质或橡胶类材质的表带,本申请实施例对此并不作具体限定。
表带42包括第一表面420及第二表面421。第二表面421与第一表面420相对设置。表带42包括固定端42a及移动端42b。具体地,在本申请实施例中,移动端42b与固定端42a为表带42的两个端部,两者相对设置。
可以理解,在本申请实施例中,表带42上还设置有第一粘钩422及第二粘钩423。其中,第一粘钩422设置于第一表面420上靠近固定端42a的位置。第二粘钩423设置于第二表面421上靠近移动端42b的位置。另外,表带42上未设置有第一粘钩422及第二粘钩423的位置可设置为毛面。第一粘钩422用以配合表带42的毛面,生耳组件43及其中一对表耳410,以连接至表体41的一端。第二粘钩423用以配合表带42的毛面,生耳组件43及另外一对表耳410,以连接至表体41的另一端。也就是说,在本申请实施例中,表带42可通过毛面和勾面互相勾合的形式实现与表体41的连接。具体而言,表带42通过设置第一粘钩422及第二粘钩423,以形成勾面,再将表带42的其他位置设置为毛面,以实现两者的连接。
例如,请一并参阅图7a至图7d,当将表带42安装至表体41上时,首先可直接弯折表带42的固定端42a,并使得第一粘钩422粘接至第一表面420的毛面,以使得表带42的其中一端部固定,并形成固定孔42c。再将表带42固定后的端部设置于相应的安装空间411内,并使得固定孔42c对准相应的轴孔412(参图7a)。接着,将生耳组件43穿过固定孔42c,并使得生耳组件43的两端分别收容于相应的轴孔412内,进而将表带42的其中一端安装并锁持至表体41的一端(参图7b)。同样,按照上述方式,弯折表带42的移动端42b,并使得第二粘钩423粘接至第二表面421的毛面,以使得表带42的另外一端部固定,并形成移动孔42d。再将表带42固定后的另一端部设置于另一安装空间411内,并使移动孔42d对准相应的轴孔412(参图7c)。接着,将另一生耳组件43穿过移动孔42d,并使得另一生耳组件43的两端分别收容于相应的轴孔412内,进而将表带42的另外一端安装并锁持至表体41的另一端,以完成穿戴设备300的组装(参图7d及图4)。显然,该连接方式结构简单,固定效果好。
可以理解,在本申请实施例中,并不限定表带42与表体41的安装方式。例如,在其中一实施例中,也可先将生耳组件43安装至表体41上,再将表带42的一端绕过相应的生耳组件43,再对表带42进行固定。
可以理解,在本申请实施例中,表带42还可通过将第一粘钩422和/或第二粘钩423粘贴至表带42的不同位置的毛面,以调节表带42的尺寸,使得表带42的尺寸与手腕尺寸相配合,进而适应不同的佩戴者。例如,可先分离第二粘钩423与第二表面421的毛面,并拉动移动端42b,使得移动端42b绕相应的生耳组件43滑动并转动,进而调整表带42的尺寸。当调整至合适位置时,再次利用第二粘钩423与第二表面421的毛面相互勾合,进而实现表带42尺寸的 固定。当然,在其他实施例中,也可按照同样的方式调节固定端42a或同时调整固定端42a及移动端42b,进而单独或共同调节表带42的尺寸,使得表带42的尺寸与手腕尺寸相配合,进而适应不同的佩戴者。
可以理解,在本申请实施例中,并不对第一粘钩422及第二粘钩423的具体数量进行限定。示例的,如图5及图6所示,第一表面420上设置有两个第一粘钩422,第二表面421上设置有四个第二粘钩423。两个第一粘钩422间隔设置,四个第二粘钩423亦彼此间隔设置。当然,在其他实施例中,并不对第一粘钩422及第二粘钩423的设置方式进行限定。例如,两个第一粘钩422可连接至一起,进而形成一个大的第一粘钩422。同样,四个第二粘钩423可彼此连接,进而形成一个大的第二粘钩423。
可以理解,在本申请实施例中,表带42还可以包括保护部424。保护部424可采用金属材料或其他硬质材料制成。保护部424用于分别包裹及收纳相应的固定端42a及移动端42b,以保护表带42的两端,防止表带42的两端(即固定端42a及移动端42b)出现损坏或刮伤。
可以理解,请一并参考图8a至图8c,在其中一实施例中,保护部424的形状与表带42的固定端42a及移动端42b的形状及结构相配合。例如,保护部424的一侧封闭,另一侧开设有收容口425。收容口425用于收容相应的固定端42a及移动端42b。收容口425内的周壁还开设有凹槽426(参图8a)。对应的,表带42的固定端42a及移动端42b分别设置有挂钩部427(参图8b)。挂钩部427用于与凹槽426配合,以使得固定端42a及移动端42b分别收容及固定于相应的保护部424内。可以理解,在其中一个实施例中,固定端42a及移动端42b可通过脉冲热压及镭射的方式切割出挂钩部427。如此,当将保护部424组装至相应的固定端42a或移动端42b时,可先将相应的固定端42a或移动端42b收容至相应的收容口425内,并使得挂钩部427分别卡入保护部424内的凹槽426内,再注入胶水,以将两者粘贴固定(参图8c)。
可以理解,当保护部424采用金属材料制成时,其还可用于显示特殊符号、文字、logo或图案等。
可以理解,当保护部424采用金属材料制成时,表带42上还可设置相应的磁性件(图未示)。如此,保护部424可依靠其与磁性件的吸合实现固定,避免表带42的末端翘起而挂到衣物等其他物品。即,表带42通过设置保护部424及磁性件,可有效提高表带42的便捷性,优化使用者的佩戴体验。
可以理解,以下实施例中的生耳组件均可应用至上述穿戴设备300。例如可应用至手表400,以连接表体41及表带42。示例的,接下来分别以实施例1,实施例2及实施例3为例,结合附图对本申请实施例的生耳组件的实施方式进行介绍。
实施例1:
请一并参考图9,图10及图11,为本申请实施例1中生耳组件43的示意图。其中,图9为生耳组件43的整体示意图。图10为图9所示生耳组件43的剖面示意图。图11为图9所示生耳组件43的另一剖面示意图。如图9,图10 及图11所示,生耳组件43包括生耳管431,第一头钉432,第二头钉433,弹性件434(参图10)及挡部435。
在实施例1中,生耳管431大致呈圆筒状。生耳管431的两端分别设置有开口,例如第一开口4311及第二开口4312。生耳管431还沿其轴向方向设置收容腔4313。在本申请实施例中,收容腔4313设置于第一开口4311与第二开口4312之间,且与第一开口4311及第二开口4312彼此连通(参图10)。生耳管431的两端的外周壁还向相应的开口方向弯折延伸,进而于生耳管431的两端分别形成相应的卡持部4314。
第一头钉432大致呈圆柱状,其包括依次连接的安装部4321及连接部4322。其中,安装部4321的尺寸可稍大于连接部4322的尺寸。安装部4321用以装设于第一开口4311内,且与卡持部4314相配合,进而防止第一头钉432滑出第一开口4311。连接部4322远离安装部4321的一端用以与表体41的表耳410的轴孔412相配合,进而收容于相应的轴孔412内。
第二头钉433装设于第二开口4312内,其形状及结构与第一头钉432类似,在此不再赘述。
弹性件434可以为压缩弹簧或其他类似的弹性部件。弹性件434设置于收容腔4313内,且两端分别抵持第一头钉432及第二头钉433。
挡部435设置于其中一个头钉上,且与相应的卡持部4314间隔设置。例如,在实施例1中,挡部435突设于第一头钉432的连接部4322的外周缘,且与第一开口4311对应的卡持部4314间隔设置。即,与第一开口4311对应的卡持部4314与挡部435之间具有一定的距离。如此,生耳管431可沿连接部4322的外周缘滑动,并抵持挡部435。在本申请实施例中,挡部435为法兰盘或其他类似结构,在此不作具体限定。
可以理解,如图10所示,生耳组件43的整体长度为L1。当操作生耳组件43时,可沿预设方向(例如沿生耳管431的轴向且靠近挡部435的方向,参图10中箭头方向)推动生耳管431,使得生耳管431拉动第二头钉433沿预设方向滑动,此时弹性件434处于压缩状态。当生耳管431移动至抵持挡部435的位置时,挡部435可沿与预设方向相反的方向产生推力,以进一步挤压弹性件434。此时,生耳组件43的长度为L2(参图11)。显然,通过推动生耳管431,可有效调节生耳组件43的长度。即,生耳组件43的长度可从L1调节至L2,其中,L2小于L1。接着,当停止操作生耳管431时,生耳管431可在处于压缩状态的弹性件434的弹性作用力下反向运动,即带动第二头钉433沿远离挡部435的方向运动,进而再次调节生耳组件43的长度。也就是说,在本申请实施例中,通过生耳管431的移动及弹性件434的弹力作用,可有效调节生耳组件43的长度,便于生耳组件43的安装和拆卸。生耳组件43无需设置拨杆,其结构简单,成本较低。
实施例2:
请参考图12及图13,为本申请实施例2中生耳组件43a的示意图。其中,图12为生耳组件43a的整体示意图。图13为生耳组件43a的剖面示意图。如 图12及图13所示,生耳组件43a的结构与实施例1中的生耳组件43类似,即包括生耳管431a,第一头钉432,第二头钉433a,弹性件434及挡部435。
可以理解,实施例2中的生耳组件43a与实施例1中的生耳组件43的区别在于,生耳管431a并未设置第二开口4312,且第二头钉433a与生耳管431a一体成型(参图13)。如此,在实施例2中,生耳管431a仅设置有第一开口4311及收容腔4313,收容腔4313一端与第一开口4311贯通,另一端形成一抵持壁4315。如此,收容腔4313与第一开口4311构成一盲孔结构。第一头钉432部分收容于第一开口4311内。弹性件434收容于收容腔4313内,且两端分别抵持第一头钉432及抵持壁4315。
可以理解,实施例2中的生耳组件43a与实施例1中的生耳组件43的区别还在于,生耳组件43a还包括握持件436。握持件436用以供使用者操作(例如握持),以方便移动或滑动生耳管431a。如图12所示,握持件436大致呈圆弧条状,其沿生耳管431a的长度方向延伸。在实施例2中,握持件436设置于生耳管431a的外周壁上,且可与生耳管431a一体成型。当然,在本申请实施例中,握持件436与生耳管431a的连接方式不局限于一体成型,其还可为其他的连接方式,在此不作具体限定。
可以理解,握持件436的表面上还可设置相应的纹路437。纹路437可以呈交叉网格状或其他形状,用以提升摩擦力,并提升用户操作手感。
可以理解,实施例2中生耳组件43a的操作原理与实施例1中生耳组件43类似,具体可参阅实施例1中的相关描述,在此不再赘述。
实施例3:
请参考图14及图15,为本申请实施例3中生耳组件43b的示意图。其中,图14为生耳组件43b的整体示意图。图15为生耳组件43b的剖面示意图。如图14及图15所示,生耳组件43b的结构与实施例2中的生耳组件43a类似,即包括生耳管431a,第一头钉432,第二头钉433a,弹性件434,挡部435及握持件436b。
可以理解,实施例3中的生耳组件43b与实施例2中的生耳组件43a的区别在于,握持件436b的形状与实施例2中的握持件436的形状不同。在实施例3中,握持件436b包括握持部438及延伸部439。握持部438大致呈半圆状。延伸部439大致呈圆弧条状,其沿生耳管431a的轴向方向的长度大于握持部438的直径。延伸部439的一端与握持部438连接,并沿生耳管431a的轴向方向延伸,且与握持部438构成大致呈牛头的形状。即,握持件436b整体为牛头形状。当然,在本申请实施例中,并不对握持件436b的具体形状或外观进行限定,其也可根据具体需求进行调整,以满足使用者需求,并实现各种外观效果。
可以理解,与实施例2类似,实施例3中的握持件436b亦与生耳管431a一体成型。当然,与实施例2类似,握持件436b上也可设置相应的纹路,在此不作具体限定。
可以理解,与实施例2类似,实施例3中的生耳组件43b的操作原理与实施例1中的生耳组件43类似,具体可参阅实施例1中的相关描述,在此不再赘 述。
可以理解,为描述方便,以下以实施例1中的生耳组件43为例,结合附图16详细说明生耳组件43与表体41的拆装原理。
请一并参考图16a至图16d,当安装生耳组件43时,首先使得生耳组件43与表体41的表耳410相对倾斜,即两者呈一定角度设置。将第一头钉432对准表体41的其中一个表耳410的轴孔412,使得第一头钉432的连接部4322收容于相应的轴孔412内,并使得连接部4322上的挡部435顶住表耳410的内侧(参图16|a)。接着,沿生耳管431的轴向方向(参图16b中的箭头方向)移动或推动生耳管431,使得生耳管431逐渐靠近并抵持挡部435远离表耳410的另一端。如此,使得生耳组件43的整体长度变小(参图16b),且设置于生耳管431内的弹性件434处于压缩状态。接下来,调整生耳管431与表耳410的角度(参图16c,例如沿图中所示箭头方向斜着向下摆动生耳组件43),使得生耳管431整体与表耳410的延伸方向垂直,并使得生耳管431另一端的第二头钉433对准另一表耳410的轴孔412。最后,松开生耳管431,以撤离施加在生耳管431上的作用力,使得生耳管431在其内部的弹性件434的弹力作用下,往远离挡部435的方向移动,进而调整生耳组件43的长度,使得第二头钉433弹入对应的轴孔412内,以将生耳组件43安装至表体41上(参图16d)。
同样,当需要拆卸生耳组件43时,可再次按照上述步骤操作生耳管431,使得生耳管431逐渐靠近并抵持挡部435远离表耳410的另一端。如此,再次使得生耳组件43的整体长度变小,而第二头钉433将在生耳管431的带动下退出相应的轴孔412,以将生耳组件43的一端从表体41上拆卸下来。接着,再将第一头钉432从对应的轴孔412内拔出,便可将生耳组件43的另一端从表体41上拆卸下来,其操作非常简单方便。
显然,本申请通过设置生耳组件43/43a/43b,生耳组件43/43a/43b可将拨杆的功能用生耳管431/431a/431b取代。即无需设置拨杆,使用者仅需直接握持并推动生耳管431/431a/431b,便可轻松实现生耳组件43/43a/43b的拆装,且体验感更好。另外,生耳组件43/43a/43b无需设置拨杆,其外观简洁美观,且可有效防止刮伤表带42。在相同外观需求条件下,本申请的生耳组件43/43a/43b明显结构更简单,成本更低。再者,生耳组件43/43a/43b可根据具体情况设置不同的握持部436/436b,即生耳组件43/43a/43b的形态多变,可实现各种外观效果,有效提高用户体验。综上,本申请的生耳组件43/43a/43b至少具有以下
有益效果:
(1)无拨杆,简洁美观。
(2)无拨杆,不会刮伤表带,特别是毛圈尼龙带材质的表带。
(3)可直接握持并拉动生耳管431/431a/431b,体验更好。
(4)相同外观需求条件下,结构更简单,成本更低。
(5)生耳管431/431a/431b,形态多变,可实现各种外观效果。
应理解,本申请的各实施方式可以任意进行组合,例如可以单独使用,也可以相互结合使用,以实现不同的技术效果,对此不作限定。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种生耳组件,其特征在于:所述生耳组件包括生耳管,第一头钉,第二头钉,弹性件及挡部,所述第一头钉的一端及所述第二头钉的一端装设于所述生耳管的两端,所述第一头钉的另一端及所述第二头钉的另一端用以分别收容于相应的轴孔内,所述弹性件装设于所述生耳管内,所述弹性件的一端抵持所述第一头钉,所述弹性件的另一端抵持所述第二头钉或所述生耳管的抵持壁,所述挡部设置于所述第一头钉的外周壁,所述生耳管用以带动所述第二头钉沿所述第一头钉滑动,并抵持所述挡部,以调节所述生耳组件的长度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的生耳组件,其特征在于:所述生耳管的两端分别开设有第一开口及第二开口,所述生耳管沿其轴向方向还开设有收容腔,所述收容腔设置于所述第一开口与所述第二开口之间,且与所述第一开口及所述第二开口连通,所述第一头钉的一端收容于所述第一开口内,所述第二头钉的一端收容于所述第二开口内,所述弹性件收容于所述收容腔内,且两端分别抵持所述第一头钉及所述第二头钉。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的生耳组件,其特征在于:所述生耳管与所述第二头钉一体成型,所述生耳管远离所述第二头钉的一端开设有第一开口,所述生耳管沿其轴向方向还开设有收容腔,所述收容腔的一端与所述第一开口连通,另一端形成所述抵持壁,所述第一头钉的一端收容于所述第一开口内,所述弹性件收容于所述收容腔内,且两端分别抵持所述第一头钉及所述抵持壁。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的生耳组件,其特征在于:所述生耳组件还包括握持件,所述握持件设置于所述生耳管的外周壁上,用以供使用者操作,以移动或滑动所述生耳管。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的生耳组件,其特征在于:所述握持件上设置有纹路。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的生耳组件,其特征在于:所述握持件构成预设形状。
  7. 一种穿戴设备,包括表体及表带,其特征在于,所述穿戴设备还包括如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的生耳组件,所述表带的两端分别通过相应的生耳组件连接至所述表体。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述表带包括固定端及移动端,所述表带还包括第一表面及第二表面,所述第二表面与所述第一表面相对设置,所述表带上还设置有第一粘钩及第二粘钩,所述第一粘钩设置于所述第一表面上靠近所述固定端的位置,所述第二粘钩设置于所述第二表面上靠近所述移动端的位置,所述表带上未设置有所述第一粘钩及所述第二粘钩的位置设置为毛面,所述第一粘钩用以配合所述表带的毛面及所述生耳组件,以将所述表带的固定端连接至表体的一端,所述第二粘钩用以配合所述表带的毛面及所述生耳组件,以将所述表带的移动端连接至所述表体的另一端。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述表带由尼龙材质构成。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述表带还包括保护部, 所述保护部用于分别包裹及收纳所述固定端及所述移动端,以保护所述表带的两端。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述保护部的一侧封闭,另一侧开设有收容口,所述收容口用于收容相应的所述固定端及所述移动端,所述收容口内的周壁还开设有凹槽,所述固定端及所述移动端分别设置有挂钩部,所述挂钩部用于与所述凹槽配合,以使得所述固定端及所述移动端分别收容及固定于相应的所述保护部内。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述保护部采用金属材料制成。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述表带上还设置有相应的磁性件,所述保护部与所述磁性件吸合实现固定。
