Abstract
本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备,其包括中框、天线、后壳和装饰件。其中,天线连接于中框。装饰件连接于后壳,装饰件上设置有通孔。沿第一方向,至少部分的天线的投影落入通孔的投影中。本申请实施例提供的电子设备中,装饰件开设有通孔,沿第一方向,至少部分的天线的投影落入通孔的投影中,由此能够降低装饰件对天线的屏蔽作用,在满足天线的走线路径对其他部件进行避让的情况下,还能够使天线的性能最佳。
Description
本申请要求于2021年6月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为202121296054.9、申请名称为“电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及电子产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子设备。
随着通信技术的飞速发展,终端设备对天线性能的要求越来越高。以终端设备为手机为例,手机的设计不断压缩天线的可利用空间,为天线的设计增加了难度。如果天线的设计为了兼顾手机的设计空间,则会导致天线被其他部件部分屏蔽,影响天线的性能。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种天线及电子设备,以解决现有技术中终端产品上天线的走线空间设计和性能难以兼顾的技术问题。
本申请提供一种电子设备,其中,包括:
中框;
天线,连接于所述中框;
后壳;
装饰件,连接于所述后壳;所述装饰件上设置有通孔;
沿第一方向,至少部分的所述天线的投影落入所述通孔的投影中。
本申请提供的电子设备中,装饰件开设有通孔,沿第一方向,至少部分的天线的投影落入通孔的投影中,由此能够降低装饰件对天线的屏蔽作用,在满足天线的走线路径对其他部件进行避让的情况下,还能够使天线的性能最佳。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述天线包括一体成型的第一本体和第二本体,所述第一本体和所述第二本体围合成封闭状。
上述方案能够有利于提高天线接收信号的性能。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一本体为弯曲延伸的条状,且所述第一本体沿着所述装饰件的外周走线。
上述方案中,在空间排布上,第一本体可以沿着装饰件的外周走线,从而能够对装饰件进行避让。而且,第一本体不被装饰件遮蔽,进而提高了天线的性能。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述电子设备还包括主板,所述主板安装于所述中框;
所述第二本体上设置有用于避让所述主板上部件的弯折部。
上述方案中,通过设置弯折部能够有效地对主板上的电子器件进行避让,从而使电子设备内部的布局更合理。而且弯折部的设置能够增大天线的走线路径,还能够提 高天线接收信号的性能。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述通孔和所述弯折部的数量均是多个;
沿第一方向,至少一部分所述弯折部的投影分别落入各所述通孔的投影中。
上述方案中,弯折部能够通过通孔充分地露出,削弱了装饰件对天线的屏蔽作用。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述电子设备还包括主板支架,所述天线连接于所述主板支架;
所述主板安装于所述主板支架。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述电子设备还包括电池;
沿所述第一方向,所述天线与所述电池的投影不重叠。
上述方案中,天线的走线路径合理地避开了电池,不会与电池发生干涉。

为了更好的理解本申请的技术方案,下面结合附图对本申请实施例进行详细描述。
以手机为例,电子设备中设置有天线。图1为现有技术一种天线的结构示意图,图2为现有技术另一种天线的结构示意图。如图1所示中的天线1'为条形状,其走线灵活,对于电子设备内部空间布置紧凑的情况下,该天线1'的两端没有形成闭环,从而能够对电子设备内部的其他零件进行避让,但是这种天线1'由于没有形成闭环,其性能会有所降低。如图2所示的天线2'为平面的板状,自身可形成实心的闭环天线,性能较好。但是受电子设备内部的空间限制,天线2'走线困难。
本申请实施例提供一种电子设备,能够解决电子设备内部空间走线的问题,同时还能够满足天线的性能要求。
图3为本申请实施例提供的电子设备的正面示意图,图4为本申请实施例提供的电子设备的背面示意图。参照图3和图4所示,本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备100,该电子设备100可以是手机,其包括后壳3以及装饰件4,装饰件4可以是铝合金件,连接于后壳3。装饰件4用于遮挡电子设备100内部的摄像头组件,并使摄像头组件中的摄像头通过装饰件4上的孔露出,装饰件4的外侧设置有盖板1,盖板1将装饰件4遮挡。
可以理解的是,电子设备还可以包括个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、销售终端(point of sale,POS)机、可穿戴设备、虚拟现实设备等移动或固定终端设备,其中,PC机包括但不仅限于平板电脑、笔记本电脑等。
图5为本申请实施例提供的电子设备拆除了外壳后部分零部件分解后的立体图,图6为本申请实施例提供的电子设备拆除了外壳后部分零部件分解后的主视图。图7为本申请实施例提供的电子设备中天线2的结构示意图,图8为本申请实施例提供的电子设备中装饰件4的结构示意图。图9为本申请实施例提供的电子设备中天线2与装饰架配合的状态示意图。
如图5和图6所示,该电子设备100还包括天线2。天线2可以安装在电子设备100的中框上。可以理解的是,天线2可以通过支架等结构件间接地安装在中框上,在此不作限定。电子设备还包括电池7,本申请实施例中的天线2的走线能够避开电池7,以实现紧凑布局。为了达到上述避让电池7的目的,天线2的走线路径会与装饰件4在第一方向(可以是电子设备的厚度方向Z)上的投影有重叠,这样,装饰件4会对天线2形成遮挡,由此会对天线2起到屏蔽作用,影响天线2的性能。因此,本申请实施例提供的电子设备中,装饰件4上设置有通孔41,参照图8。参照图6、图8和图9,沿第一方向,至少部分的天线2的投影落入通孔41的投影中。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,天线2在电子设备100中的走线路径也可以是用于避让其他部件,不限于上述电池7。
为了提高天线2接收信号的性能,可以在空间允许的情况下,使天线2尽可能地堆叠或弯折走线,以增大接收信号的面积。而由于天线2的走线路径需要避让电池7或其他部件,因此,天线2的走线路径会不可避免地与装饰件4发生重叠。参照图6和图9,即,沿电子设备100的厚度方向Z,至少部分的天线2的投影落入通孔41的投影中。该通孔41的设置,能够降低装饰件4对天线2的屏蔽作用,由此在满足天线 2的走线路径对其他部件避让的情况下,还能够使天线2的性能最佳。
参照图7所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,天线2包括一体成型的第一本体21和第二本体22,第一本体21和第二本体22围合成封闭状。本实施例中,第一本体21和第二本体22封闭从而形成闭环,有利于提高天线2接收信号的性能。
具体地,第一本体21可以为弯曲延伸的条状,且第一本体21沿着装饰件4的外周走线。本实施例中,在空间排布上,第一本体21可以沿着装饰件4的外周走线,从而能够对装饰件4进行避让。而且,第一本体21不被装饰件4遮蔽,进而提高了天线2的性能。
如图5至图7所示,电子设备还包括主板5,主板5安装于中框,第二本体22上设置有用于避让主板5上部件的弯折部221。参照图6所示,沿电子设备的厚度方向Z,主板5和天线2会存在重叠部分,而主板5上通常会设置较多的电子器件。为了避免堆叠处电子器件与天线2产生干涉,上述天线2的第二本体22上可以设置有用于避让主板5上部件的弯折部221。通过设置弯折部221能够有效地对主板5上的电子器件进行避让,从而使电子设备100内部的布局更合理。而且弯折部221的设置能够增大天线2的走线路径,还能够提高天线2接收信号的性能。
如图9所示,在一种具体的实施方式中,上述通孔41的数量是多个,弯折部221的数量与通孔41的数量相同。各通孔41的形状在此不作具体限定,其可以是梯形、椭圆形、圆形或腰形等,只要能够满足将天线2露出即可。根据天线2的走线路径,通孔41的数量也可以是两个、四个或更多个,只要能够满足装饰件4本身的强度要求即可。另外,装饰件4上还设置有其他工艺孔42,用于减重。工艺孔42的形状和数量在此不作限定,只要能够满足装饰件4的强度即可。沿第一方向,各弯折部221的投影一一落入各通孔41的投影中,弯折部221与通孔41形成一一对应的关系,以使弯折部221能够通过通孔41充分地露出,削弱了装饰件4对天线2的屏蔽作用。
如图5和图6所示,在一种具体的实施方式中,电子设备还包括主板支架6,天线2连接于主板支架6,主板5安装于主板支架6。
具体地,在装配过程中,可以先将主板5放置在中框上,然后将天线2粘接在主板支架6上,使天线2和主板5之间形成组件。再将该组件压在主板5上,然后可以通过螺钉将主板支架6及主板5锁定在中框上。同时,将装饰件4粘接在后壳3上形成组件,将装饰件4与后壳3的组件粘接在中框上。这时,装饰件4与天线2会在电子设备的厚度方向Z上的投影部分重合。由于装饰件4上设置有通孔41,因此能够削弱装饰件4对天线2的屏蔽作用,以使天线2具有较好的性能。
上文已述及,电子设备还可以包括电池7,由于合理地设置了天线2的走线路径。沿第一方向,天线2与电池7的投影不重叠。也就是说,天线2的走线路径合理地避开了电池7,不会与电池7发生干涉。
为了避让电池7,电线的走线路径会与装饰件4发生重叠,因此,沿第一方向,装饰件4与电池7的投影会有部分重叠。
图10为本申请实施例提供的电子设备中另一种装饰件4的结构示意图。如图10所示,在其他的实施方式中,可以设置通孔41为长条状。沿第一方向,至少部分的第二本体22落入通孔41的投影中。本实施例中,通孔41为长条状,能够使天线2的第 二本体22露出的面积更大,天线2的性能会更好。
为了说明本申请实施例提供的电子设备100中,天线性能的改善效果,将现有技术中电子设备及本申请实施例提供的电子设备的天线接收性能进行对比实验,对比实验的结果参见表1。

上表中,Tag1-5是五个城市的地铁卡读取设备,在将本申请实施例提供的电子设备放置在对这五种地铁卡读取设备的附近进行识读时,本申请实施例中装饰件4开有通孔41的电子设备100能够在距离更远的位置被感测到。Tag6-10是五种不同的门禁卡读取设备,在将本申请实施例提供的电子设备放置在这五种门禁卡读取设备的附近进行识读时,本申请实施例中装饰件4开有通孔41的电子设备100能够在距离更远的位置被感测到。由此可以看出,本申请实施例提供的电子设备100中,装饰件4对天线2的屏蔽作用较弱。

Claims (10)
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:中框;天线,连接于所述中框;后壳;装饰件,连接于所述后壳;所述装饰件上设置有通孔;沿第一方向,至少部分的所述天线的投影落入所述通孔的投影中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述天线包括一体成型的第一本体和第二本体,所述第一本体和所述第二本体围合成封闭状。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一本体为弯曲延伸的条状,且所述第一本体沿着所述装饰件的外周走线。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括主板,所述主板安装于所述中框;所述第二本体上设置有用于避让所述主板上部件的弯折部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述通孔和所述弯折部的数量均是多个;沿第一方向,至少一部分所述弯折部的投影分别落入各所述通孔的投影中。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括主板支架,所述天线连接于所述主板支架;所述主板安装于所述主板支架。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括电池;沿所述第一方向,所述天线与所述电池的投影不重叠。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于,沿所述第一方向,所述装饰件与所述电池的投影部分重叠。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述通孔为长条状;沿所述第一方向,至少部分的所述第二本体落入所述通孔的投影中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一方向为所述电子设备的厚度方向。
