1、现有滑行车由使用者操作行进时,主要透过把手来驱使前转轮左右摇摆来移动车体,而左、右载体前端在受到限制无法扩大的情形下,使用者无法充分利用摇摆身体或双脚交互施力的方式来控制载体及其后端所设的后转轮以驱动车体,所以用户必需不断将双手左右施力用以摇摆把手,如此一来,对于滑行车的操控将会产生较僵硬、不自然和不顺畅的现象,且对于使用者仅利用双手施力的动作而言显然有操作较费力且动作单调,大为降低运动变化性与趣味性效果。
2、由于两后转轮无法被双脚实施交互施力动作,致车体滑行转弯时较易发生其中一后转轮离地腾空的危险性,有待进一步改良。
发明创造内容
本发明创造所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种滑行车改良,其结构简化,可提供多向性的挠性变形作用力,并使滑行车的行进和操控更为顺畅、快速及省力,且具有丰富变化性与趣味性效果,克服现有技术的不足。

其中,各悬臂50大致呈一字型,其一端设有一固定轴51,另一端设有一固定端52以及一制动端54,且各悬臂50于该固定轴51与该固定端52的之间设有一可动轴53,各悬臂50分别以该固定轴51及该可动轴53连接该前外管10的左、右二侧,各载体60的前端分别连接于各悬臂50的该固定端52;如图1、图2、图3和图4所示之实施例,该前外管10的前、后二侧分别配置有前枢轴11及后轴管12,该前枢轴11可直接固定于该前外管10(例如用焊接或锁固等固定方式),该前枢轴11供设置该固定轴51,该后轴管12则供设置该可动轴53,让各该悬臂50由配置于该前侧的固定轴51横越该前外管10而延伸至该后侧的可动轴53,而该固定端52通过一枢栓,将各悬臂50固定于对应的载体60。其中,该悬臂50透过固定轴51及可动轴53二者可活动性地相对前外管10进行一多向性的摆动,进而通过固定端52与该制动端54致使载体60做多向性交互摆动运作。
再者,该载体60可透过该制动端54活动性地相对该悬臂50进行收折及固定。较佳地,本创作的各悬臂50大致可呈一字型,制动端54与固定端52系位于悬臂50之同一端之相对二侧,但各悬臂不限于一字型的型态构造及配置。其中,各载体60分别与对应连接的悬臂50可为一体成型,但不以此为限。
该前外管10可进一步具有一固定件111以供固定该前枢轴11,该固定件111可固定或一体设置于该前外管10,各悬臂50的一端分别设有一前穿套体55,并呈相对应状穿置枢设在该前枢轴11外露于该固定件111的两端,而该固定轴51则穿设于该前穿套体55处且连接于该前枢轴11,如图所示之实施例中,该固定轴51可以利用至少二衬套57枢设于该前穿套体55处并以该前枢轴11穿设固定。
如图3和图5所示,该可动轴53设有后枢轴531、左、右缓冲体532、533和至少一中段缓冲体534,而该后轴管12具有贯穿且横向设置于该前外管10的左、右二侧的一后轴孔121,该后轴孔121可供穿设该中段缓冲体534后并提供该后枢轴531穿设,该中段缓冲体534套设于该后轴管12的该后轴孔121内,该后枢轴531以多向性摆动形态枢设在该中段缓冲体534内,各悬臂50分别设有一后穿套体56,并呈相对应状穿置枢设在该后枢轴531外露于该后轴管12的两端,且该左、右缓冲体532、533设置于该后穿套体56内;当然,该左、右缓冲体532、533可进一步利用固定件固定于该后穿套体56内。
其中,如图5所示之实施例中,该可动轴53具有一个较短的中段缓冲体534且长度洽与该后轴孔121相同;或者,进一步于该后轴孔121与该后穿套体56之间进一步套设有另外两个中段缓冲体534,如图6所示之实施例,可将该中段缓冲体534定位于该后轴孔121内。
再者,该后枢轴531外相对于该左、右缓冲体532、533之间套设有一个较长的中段缓冲体534,如图7所示之实施例,该较长的中段缓冲体534的两端恰好可分别与该左、右缓冲体532、533接触,可更为简化整体结构及组装程序,亦可确保装置到位;当然,上述实施例中,该左、右缓冲体532、533以及该中段缓冲体534可以为橡胶、塑料(例如PVC、TPR等)或优力胶等。
利用上述所构成的本创作,由于各载体60前端的悬臂50以前后自由摆动的悬吊状安设在前外管10上,故载体60运动的模式将恒维持为前后摆动形态,而以左、右悬臂50和前外管10之间又设有可动轴53、左、右缓冲体532、533及中段缓冲体534,可对前后摆动的载体60提供限位、复位和缓冲、导正作用,则使用者双脚站立在左、右载体60,并将双手扶握把手30操作滑行车时,使用者只要将双手左右交互施力摇摆把手30使立管20和前外管10左右偏摆,或将双脚交互施力于左、右载体60,或以扭动身体方式使整个滑行车左右偏摆,自然的,悬吊在前外管10上的左、右悬臂50,便会以固定轴51为转点前后交互摆动,并致载体60连带以前后交互位移形态 施力于对应的后转轮70,二个后转轮70可被交互的施力向前滚转,并在配合前转轮40亦会随着把手30左右偏摆,而以S形路径向前滚转作动下,达到顺畅、快速驱移滑行车行进的效果。
如上所述,滑行车被操作行进时,由于二个载体60会自动的前后交互摆动、位移,故使用者双脚站立在二个载体60上,自然可顺势做交互施力动作,不但可对二个后转轮70顺畅施力,达到省力效果;使用者双脚交互施力的动作,与二个载体60前后交互摆动、位移的动作相配合,更可让滑行车产生宛如滑雪般的与众不同操作和运动形态;尤其,本创作之可动轴53的后枢轴531横向设置于该前外管10的左、右二侧,仅利用穿套方式设置于该后轴管12的后轴孔121内,且后枢轴531上并无设置有其他固定于该后轴管12的轴杆,并于该后枢轴531外侧穿套有左、右缓冲体532、533及中段缓冲体534,当使用者双脚交互施力的动作,与二个载体60前后交互摆动并朝内或朝外倾斜偏摆时,如图3和图5所示,通过压抵左、右缓冲体532、533及中段缓冲体534的动作,可提供挠性变形作用力,通过提供多向性的复归作用力,达到使用富变化性与趣味性的效果。再者,因为上述左、右缓冲体532、533及中段缓冲体534的材质让彼此相互摩擦接触后,也不致毁损,可延长使用寿命。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滑行车改良,其至少包含:一前外管、一立管、一把手、一前转轮、二个悬臂、二个载体及二个后转轮;其特征在于:该立管,自由转动的枢设于该前外管;该把手,设置于该立管的上端;该前转轮,设置在该立管的下端;二个悬臂,各悬臂的一端设有一固定轴,另一端设有一固定端,且各悬臂于该固定轴与该固定端之间设有一可动轴,各悬臂分别以该固定轴及该可动轴连接该前外管的左、右二侧,且各悬臂透过该固定轴及该可动轴可活动性地相对该前外管进行一多向性的摆动;二个载体,各载体的前端分别连接于各悬臂的该固定端;二个后转轮,分别设置于各载体的后端,并与该前转轮同支撑着该滑行车。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的滑行车改良,其特征在于:该前外管的前、后二侧分别配置有前枢轴及后轴管。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的滑行车改良,其特征在于:该可动轴设有至少一中段缓冲体、后枢轴及左、右缓冲体,该中段缓冲体套设于该后轴管内,该后枢轴以多向性摆动形态枢设在该中段缓冲体内,该左、右缓冲体设置于对应的该悬臂,并分别被该后枢轴的两端穿置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的滑行车改良,其特征在于:该后轴管具有贯穿且横向设置于该前外管的左、右二侧的一后轴孔,该后轴孔可供穿设该中段缓冲体以及该后枢轴,各悬臂分别设有一后穿套体,并呈相对应状穿置枢设在该后枢轴外露于该后轴管的两端,且该左、右缓冲体设置于该后穿套体内。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的滑行车改良,其特征在于:该左、右缓冲体以及该中段缓冲体设为橡胶、塑料或优力胶。
  6. 如权利要求2至5中任一项所述的滑行车改良,其特征在于:各悬臂的一端分别设有一前穿套体,并呈相对应状穿置枢设在该前枢轴的两端,该前穿套体以及该前枢轴供设置该固定轴。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的滑行车改良,其特征在于:该前外管进一步具有一固定件以供固定该前枢轴。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的滑行车改良,其特征在于:该固定轴利用至少二衬套枢设于该前穿套体处并以该前枢轴穿设固定。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的滑行车改良,其特征在于:该固定端通过一枢栓,将各该悬臂固定于对应的载体。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的滑行车改良,其特征在于:该载体的前端且相对于该固定轴及该可动轴之间进一步设有一制动端,该载体可透过该制动端 活动性地相对该悬臂进行收折及固定。
