本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
其主要是,通过设置有第一固定接触件和第二固定接触件,以将夹角支撑座稳固地安装于挡风玻璃和中控台之间,将支架连接件连接于第二固定接触件,固定稳定性好,避免脱落现象,同时,支架连接件的承重借助第二固定接触件作用于中控台,承重能力有保障,不会对夹角支撑座造成损坏。
其次是,通过设置有连杆组件,便于夹角支撑座的安装;
再者是,通过设置有伸缩管/配合管,适用于不同车型,实用性好;
以及,第一固定接触件、第二固定接触件之间连接有弹性复位件,使得第一固定接触件、第二固定接触件保持撑开状态,进一步加强了固定稳定性。

请参照图1至图2所示,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例一的具体结构,包括有支架连接件10、用于与挡风玻璃接触的第一固定接触件20和用于与中控台接触的第二固定接触件30,所述第一固定接触件20可开合式连接于第二固定接触件30;所述第一固定接触件20、第二固定接触件30的前端呈大于0度小于90度的夹角设置,所述支架连接件10连接于第二固定接触件30。
具体而言,所述第一固定接触件20具有与挡风玻璃接触的第一粗糙面21或者第一粘胶面22;和/或:所述第二固定接触件30具有与中控台接触的第二粗糙面31或者第二粘胶面22。其中:所述第一固定接触件20和第二固定接触件30均可由硅胶或橡胶或硅橡胶材质制成;或者,所述第一固定接触件20和第二固定接触件30为硬质板,在硬质板上设置相应的粗糙面或粘胶面,粗糙面可由硅胶或橡胶或硅橡胶材质制成。
进一步的,所述支架连接件10包括有自前往后依次连接的安装段11、连接段12和球头13,所述安装段11连接于第二固定接触件30;其中:所述安装段11固定于第二固定接触件30的后端,或者,所述安装段11可拆卸式装设于第二固定接触件30的后端。
优选的,所述第一固定接触件20的前端一体延伸可弯折式连接于第二固定接触件30的前端;所述支架连接件10为软管。

所述连杆组件70包括驱动杆71、联动杆72,所述驱动杆71连接于相应第二固定接触件30的后端或者支架连接件10的前端(图7所示为驱动杆71连接于支架连接件10的前端的情况),所述驱动杆71的前端铰接于联动杆72的前端,所述联动杆72分别针对第一固定接触件20和/或第二固定接触件30设置(图7所示为联动杆72针对第一固定接触件20设置情况),所述联动杆72的后端铰接于相应的第一固定接触件20和/或第二固定接触件30;向后拉动驱动杆71,使联动杆72相应撑开第一固定接触件20和/或第二固定接触件30;优选的,所述驱动杆71和支架连接件10的前端之间还连接有用于增加支架连接件10长度的可拆卸式配合管80,适应不同的车型,实用性好。

所述连杆组件70包括驱动杆71、联动杆72,所述驱动杆71连接于相应第二固定接触件30的后端或者支架连接件10的前端(图8所示为驱动杆71连接于支架连接件10的前端的情况),所述驱动杆71的前端铰接于联动杆72的前端,所述联动杆72分别针对第一固定接触件20和/或第二固定接触件30设置(图8所示为联动杆72分别针对第一固定接触件20和第二固定接触件30设置情况),所述联动杆72的后端铰接于相应的第一固定接触件20和/或第二固定接触件30;向后拉动驱动杆71,使联动杆72相应撑开第一固定接触件20和/或第二固定接触件30。
请参照图9所示,显示出了本实用新型之较佳实施例八的具体结构,其大体结构与实施例一相同,其所不同的是:所述支架连接件10包括有多个旋转段14,所有旋转段14依次铰接;多个旋转段14构成支架连接件10的连接段12。
请参照图10至图16所示,其显示出了本实用新型之较佳实施例九、十的具体结构,包括有支架连接件10、用于与挡风玻璃接触的第一固定接触件20和用于与中控台接触的第二固定接触件30;所述第一固定接触件20的前端铰接于第二固定接触件30的前端,所述第一固定接触件20、第二固定接触件30之间设置有弹性复位件40,所述第一固定接触件20、第二固定接触件30的前端呈大于0度小于90度的夹角设置,所述支架连接件10连接于第二固定接触件30的后端,所述第一固定接触件20的后端延伸有按压手位23,所述按压手位23设置于第一固定接触件20所在夹角边直线延伸方向的下方。
通过设置有第一固定接触件、第二固定接触件,以将夹角固定支架稳固地安装于挡风玻璃和中控台之间,将支架连接件连接于第二固定接触件,固定稳定性好,避免脱落现象,同时,支架连接件的承重借助第二固定接触件作用于中控台,承重能力有保障,不会对夹角固定支架造成损坏;尤其是,通过在第一固定接触件的后端延伸有按压手位,所述按压手位设置于第一固定接触件所在夹角边直线延伸方向的下方,在安装时,方便按压着第一固定接触件,放入中控与前玻璃夹角中,起到第一固定接触件复位及安装完成时不挡手的作用,而卸下时,提供了有效的着力点,使得第一固定接触件得以方便卸下,设计极具人性化,实用性强。
具体而言,所述第一固定接触件20的上端面设置有用于与挡风玻璃固定接触的第一粘胶24,所述第二固定接触件30的下端面设置有用于与中控台固定接触的第二粘胶33;优选的,所述第一粘胶24和第二粘胶33均为可移胶,清水洗后可以恢复粘力;
所述第一固定接触件20的前端设置有第一铰接位25,所述第二固定接触件30的前端设置有第二铰接位34、第二固定接触件30的后端设置有第三铰接位35,所述第一铰接位25铰接于第二铰接位34;所述支架连接件10包括有自前往后依次连接的安装段11、连接段12和球头13,所述安装段11铰接于第三铰接位35;
进一步的,所述第一铰接位25包括有第一转轴安装孔251和设置于第一转轴安装孔251的第一转轴252;相应的,所述第二铰接位34包括有第一转轴柱341和贯通第一转轴柱341的第二转轴安装孔342,所述第一转轴252伸入第二转轴安装孔342中;
所述第三铰接位35包括有第三转轴安装孔351和设置于第三转轴安装孔351的第二转轴352;相应的,所述安装段11包括有第二转轴柱111、贯通第二转轴柱111的第四转轴安装孔112和自第二转轴柱111向后延伸设置的供连接段12连接的连接部113,所述第二转轴352伸入第四转轴安装孔112中;
所述弹性复位件40包括有簧体部41、上扭臂42和下扭臂43,所述簧体部41套设于第一转轴252上,所述上扭臂42抵于第一固定接触件20的下端面,所述下扭臂43抵于第二固定接触件30的上端面;所述第一固定接触件20设置有用于遮盖上扭臂42的第一遮盖部26,所述第二固定接触件30设置有用于遮盖下扭臂43的第二遮盖部36;通过在第一固定接触件、第二固定接触件设置有第一遮盖部和第二遮盖部,将上扭臂和下扭臂隐藏于其中,使得车载夹角固定支架整体更为美观。
优选的,所述第一转轴柱341上设置有用于防止第一固定接触件20旋转过度的第一角度卡位253,相应的,所述第一铰接位25上设置有第二角度卡位343;第一角度卡位253和第二角度卡位343有效地限制了第一固定接触件20和第二固定接触件30张开的最大角度,便于使用者在“在车型最大可用角度” 与“用户能方便拉到第一固定接触件20”之间找到合适的角度;通过设置有第一角度卡位和第二角度卡位,有效限制了第一固定接触件相对第二固定接触件旋转的最大角度,方便使用者在使用时对角度的调节;
所述第二转轴352上设置有角度调节装置90,所述角度调节装置90包括有角度调节件91和用于固定第二转轴352的锁固件92;所述角度调节件91套设于第二转轴352上,角度调节件91上凸设有间距布置的多个凸肋911,相应的,所述第二转轴柱111上凹设有间距布置的多个凹部(图中未示),所述凸肋911适配于所述凹部;通过在第二转轴上设置有角度调节装置,在螺丝拧紧后,支架连接件不会打滑,以及配合设置有配合管,适用于不同车型,实用性好;
以及,所述支架连接件10为软管,还设置有用于固定软管的软管支撑座100,软管支撑座100的设置避免了软管支架连接件10的抖动;所述支架连接件10设置有可拆卸式的配合管80,所述配合管80装设于连接部113和连接段12之间;通常,如图13所示,在软管为圆形管的情况下支架连接件10之间通过螺牙螺母连接;如图15所示,在软管为扁形管的情况下支架连接件10之间通过螺丝锁固连接,该方式使得产品的外观更为简洁、美观。
本发明的设计重点在于:
其主要是,通过设置有第一固定接触件和第二固定接触件,以将夹角支撑座稳固地安装于挡风玻璃和中控台之间,将支架连接件连接于第二固定接触件,固定稳定性好,避免脱落现象,同时,支架连接件的承重借助第二固定接触件作用于中控台,承重能力有保障,不会对夹角支撑座造成损坏。
其次是,通过设置有连杆组件,便于夹角支撑座的安装;
再者是,通过设置有伸缩管/配合管,适用于不同车型,实用性好;
以及,第一固定接触件、第二固定接触件之间连接有弹性复位件,使得第一固定接触件、第二固定接触件保持撑开状态,进一步加强了固定稳定性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种夹角支撑座,其特征在于:包括支架连接件、用于与挡风玻璃接触的第一固定接触件和用于与中控台接触的第二固定接触件,所述第一固定接触件可开合式连接于第二固定接触件;所述第一固定接触件、第二固定接触件的前端呈大于0度小于90度的夹角设置,所述支架连接件连接于第二固定接触件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的夹角支撑座,其特征在于:所述第一固定接触件具有与挡风玻璃接触的第一粗糙面或者第一粘胶面;
    和/或:
    所述第二固定接触件具有与中控台接触的第二粗糙面或者第二粘胶面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的夹角支撑座,其特征在于:所述支架连接件包括有自前往后依次连接的安装段、连接段和球头,所述安装段连接于第二固定接触件;其中:
    所述安装段固定于第二固定接触件的后端,或者,所述安装段可拆卸式装设于第二固定接触件的后端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的夹角支撑座,其特征在于:所述第一固定接触件的前端一体延伸可弯折式连接于第二固定接触件的前端;
    或者,所述第一固定接触件的前端铰接于第二固定接触件的前端;
    或者,所述第一固定接触件的前端与第二固定接触件的前端彼此分离保持间距。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的夹角支撑座,其特征在于:所述第一固定接触件、第二固定接触件之间连接有弹性复位件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的夹角支撑座,其特征在于:所述第一固定接触件的后端延伸有按压手位,所述按压手位设置于第一固定接触件所在夹角边直线延伸方向的下方;所述第一固定接触件的前端设置有第一铰接位,所述第二固定接触件的前端设置有第二铰接位、第二固定接触件的后端设置有第三铰接位,所述第一铰接位铰接于第二铰接位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的夹角支撑座,其特征在于:所述第一铰接位上设置有用于防止第一固定接触件旋转过度的第一角度卡位,相应的,所述第二铰接位上设置有第二角度卡位;所述弹性复位件包括有簧体部、上扭臂和下扭臂,所述簧体部套设于第二铰接位上,所述上扭臂抵于第一固定接触件的下端面,所述下扭臂抵于第二固定接触件的上端面;所述第一固定接触件设置有用于遮盖上扭臂的第一遮盖部,所述第二固定接触件设置有用于遮盖下扭臂的第二遮盖部。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的夹角支撑座,其特征在于:所述第二固定接触件的后端或者支架连接件的前端连接有推杆,向前推动推杆以向上顶起第一固定接触件,使得第一固定接触件相对第二固定接触件张开夹角。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的夹角支撑座,其特征在于:所述第二固定接触件的后端连接有伸缩管,所述支架连接件连接于伸缩管的后端;或者,所述第二固定接触件的后端连接有用于增加支架连接件长度的可拆卸式配合管,所述支架连接件连接于配合管的后端。
  10. 根据权利要求1或9所述的夹角支撑座,其特征在于:所述第二固定接触件的后端或者支架连接件的前端连接有连杆组件;
    所述连杆组件包括驱动杆、联动杆,所述驱动杆连接于相应第二固定接触件的后端或者支架连接件的前端,所述驱动杆的前端铰接于联动杆的前端,所述联动杆分别针对第一固定接触件和/或第二固定接触件设置,所述联动杆的后端铰接于相应的第一固定接触件和/或第二固定接触件;
    向后拉动驱动杆,使联动杆相应撑开第一固定接触件和/或第二固定接触件。
