当光传感器感应到桥梁上某处位置光线较弱时,光传感器将信号传输给控制器,控制器控制两个卷绳机将钢绳拉动卷起,钢绳拉动移动块在上栏杆和下栏杆之间滑动,直至移动块带动连接块、立杆、灯架和多组LED灯泡移动到合适位置后关闭卷绳机,控制器控制LED灯泡进行照明,通过移动块卡在上栏杆和下栏杆之间滑动,使得灯架滑动更平稳,当需要将LED灯泡转动一定角度时,控制器控制动力机构带动立杆转动,立杆带动灯架转动,进而使得LED灯泡对合适位置进行照明,有效减少因照明不足导致的事故的发生,需要对LED灯泡进行角度调节时,控制器控制电动伸缩杆动作,电动伸缩杆的伸出端推动连接板绕着转轴转动,连接板在转动过程中,内齿与第三齿轮的齿啮合,进而使得LED灯泡随着连接板倾斜一定角度,可以使LED灯泡更好地对指定位置进行照明,与此同时,聚光罩在弹性绳与拉簧共同作用下沿着阶梯孔滑动,使得聚光罩与LED灯泡的距离发生变化,可以将LED灯泡发出的光进行聚焦,进而可 以调节LED灯泡更好地对远处进行照明,照明效果好,透明光板可以有效保护LED灯泡,提高LED灯泡的使用寿命,遮雨板可以在雨天对LED灯泡进行保护,防止雨水进入到灯架内的LED灯泡上;
当装置出故障需要更换时,通过驱动机构带动第一锥齿轮反转,使得支撑管带动顶紧块下滑,然后可以将移动块从上栏杆和下栏杆之间取下进行更换装置,更换方便。
有益效果
1、本发明所述的一种桥梁护栏用应急照明设备,本发明通过驱动机构为升降机构提供动力,可以方便地调节升降机构,升降机构推动顶紧块将移动块卡紧在上栏杆和下栏杆之间,有效利用桥梁护栏的空间,通过两个卷绳机配合收卷钢绳来拉动照明装置移动到指定位置进行照明,有效减少桥梁上事故的发生;
2、本发明所述的一种桥梁护栏用应急照明设备,本发明通过顶紧机构的滚珠以及多组轴承与上下栏杆的外表面紧密贴合,滚珠在上下栏杆的表面滚动,同时轴承可在上下栏杆表面转动,使得照明装置移动更平稳,并且有效减小移动块在上下栏杆之间滑动时的摩擦力,有效减小上栏杆和下栏杆以及移动块的磨损,延长使用寿命;
3、本发明所述的一种桥梁护栏用应急照明设备,本发明通过动力机构来调节LED灯泡的转动角度,通过电动伸缩杆、第三齿轮以及连接板的内齿联动来调节LED灯泡的倾斜角度,进而可以调节LED灯泡对合适位置进行照明。

具体实施方式
如图1至图11所示,一种桥梁护栏用应急照明设备,包括固定杆1、上栏杆2和下栏杆3,所述固定杆1设置有两个,所述固定杆1固定安装在桥梁两端,所述上栏杆2固定安装在两个固定杆1顶部,所述下栏杆3安装在两个固定杆1之间并与上栏杆2平行,所述上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间滑动设置有移动块4,两个所述固定杆1正对的侧壁均设置有卷绳机5和滑轮6,所述滑轮6位于卷绳机5正上方,两个所述卷绳机5之间设有钢绳7,所述钢绳7贯穿移动块4并与移动块4固定连接,所述移动块4侧壁固定安装有连接块12,所述连接块12内转动设置有立杆14,所述立杆14顶部设置有灯架15,所述灯架15内设置有多组LED灯泡17和控制器23。
具体工作时,控制器23控制两个卷绳机5将钢绳7拉动卷起,钢绳7拉动移 动块4在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间滑动,直至移动块4带动连接块12、立杆14、灯架15和多组LED灯泡17移动到合适位置后关闭卷绳机5,控制器23控制LED灯泡17进行照明,通过移动块4卡在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间滑动,使得灯架15滑动更平稳。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述上栏杆2和下栏杆3的截面为圆形,所述移动块4上表面开设有滑槽41,所述滑槽41内滑动设置有顶紧块10,所述顶紧块10上表面开设有第一弧形槽101,所述第一弧形槽101与上栏杆2的外圆周面匹配,所述滑槽41内设置有用于驱动顶紧块10上下滑动的升降机构9,所述升降机构9位于顶紧块10下方,所述移动块4侧壁开设有安装孔42,所述安装孔42内设置有用于驱动升降机构9动作的驱动机构8,所述移动块4下端向内凹陷成第二弧形槽43,所述第二弧形槽43与下栏杆3的外圆周面相匹配。
具体工作时,将移动块4下端的第二弧形槽43与下栏杆3的表面贴合,然后通过驱动机构8带动升降机构9动作,升降机构9调节顶紧块10的位置,使得顶紧块10的第一弧形槽101与上栏杆2的表面贴合,进而将移动块4卡紧在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间,使得移动块4滑动更平稳,防止晃动。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述升降机构9包括螺杆91、第一锥齿轮92、滑动板93和支撑管94,所述螺杆91转动设置在滑槽41底部,所述第一锥齿轮92固定安装在螺杆91上,所述滑动板93滑动设置在滑槽41内壁,所述滑动板93中部开设有用于配合螺杆91传动的螺纹孔,所述支撑管94固定安装在滑动板93上,所述螺杆91顶部以及中部均设置有限位块。
具体工作时,驱动机构8带动第一锥齿轮92转动,第一锥齿轮92带动螺杆91转动,滑动板93随着螺杆91的转动而上下滑动,当滑动板93上滑时,支撑管94推动顶紧块10上滑直至顶紧块10与上栏杆2贴紧,当装置出故障需要更换时,通过驱动机构8带动第一锥齿轮92反转,使得支撑管94带动顶紧块10下滑,然后可以将移动块4从上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间取下进行更换装置,更换方便,螺杆91上设置的限位块对滑动板93上下位移进行限定,一方面对第一锥齿轮92进行保护,另一方面防止滑动板93脱离螺杆91。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述驱动机构8包括转动轴81、第二锥齿轮82 和转块83,所述转动轴81转动设置在安装孔42内,所述转动轴81一端贯穿安装孔42并延伸至滑槽41内,所述第二锥齿轮82固定安装在转动轴81的一端,所述第二锥齿轮82位于滑槽41内,所述第二锥齿轮82与第一锥齿轮92啮合传动,所述转块83固定安装在转动轴81远离第二锥齿轮82的一端,所述转块83侧壁设置有把手84。
具体工作时,通过转动把手84带动转动轴81转动,第二锥齿轮82随着转动轴81转动,第二锥齿轮82将动力传输给第一锥齿轮92,进而调节升降机构9的升降,通过手动调节升降机构9,可以根据具体情况将移动块4卡在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间,适用范围广,调节方便。
所述第一弧形槽101底部开设有第一安装槽102,所述第二弧形槽43底部开设有第二安装槽44,所述第一安装槽102底部和第二安装槽44底部均设置有顶紧机构11,所述顶紧机构11包括安装块111、滑块112和滚珠113,两个所述安装块111分别固定安装在第一安装槽102底部和第二安装槽44底部,所述安装块111内开设有滑动槽1111,所述滑块112滑动设置在滑动槽1111内,所述滑块112与滑动槽1111底部之间设置有弹簧114,所述滑块112远离弹簧114的一端设置有导杆115,所述导杆115端部活动安装有滚珠113,所述滑动槽1111开口为锥形,所述滚珠113位于滑动槽1111内并可在其内滚动。
具体工作时,当移动块4卡紧在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间时,滑块112在弹簧114的作用下将滚珠113顶紧在滑动槽1111的开口上,两个滚珠113分别与上栏杆2和下栏杆3的表面接触,由于滚珠113可滚动,所以移动块4在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间滑动时,滚珠113始终与上栏杆2和下栏杆3接触实现滚动摩擦,有效减小移动块4在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间滑动时的摩擦力,进而增加移动块4的使用寿命。
作为本发明的进一步方案,滑动槽1111可以替换为如图10中所示的结构,安装块111下端为弧形,所述安装块111的弧形面上关于滑动槽1111中心对称开设有两个切槽1112,两个所述切槽1112内分别固定安装有两个连轴26,两个所述连轴26上分别固定安装有两个轴承27,两个所述轴承27外圆周面凸出到切槽1112外。
具体工作时,顶紧机构11与上栏杆2和下栏杆3接触,使得多组轴承27始终与上栏杆2和下栏杆3分别贴合,进一步对上栏杆2和下栏杆3支撑,通过多组轴承27以及滚珠113相互配合,可以使移动块4在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间移动时更加平稳,同时减少移动时的摩擦力,有效减小上栏杆2和下栏杆3以及移动块4的磨损,延长使用寿命。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述连接块12上表面开设有放置槽121,所述放置槽121底部开设有第四安装槽122和第三安装槽123,所述立杆14转动设置在第三安装槽123内,所述第四安装槽122内设置有用于驱动立杆14转动的动力机构13。
具体工作时,当需要将LED灯泡17转动一定角度时,控制器23控制动力机构13带动立杆14转动,立杆14带动灯架15转动,进而使得LED灯泡17对合适位置进行照明,有效减少因照明不足导致的事故的发生。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述动力机构13包括电机131、第一齿轮132和第二齿轮133,所述电机131固定安装在第四安装槽122底部,所述第一齿轮132与电机131的动力端传动连接,所述第二齿轮133固定安装在立杆14上,所述第一齿轮132与第二齿轮133啮合传动,所述电机131与控制器23电性连接。
具体工作时,控制器23控制电机131带动第一齿轮132转动,第一齿轮132带动第二齿轮133转动,第二齿轮133带动立杆14转动一定角度,立杆14带动灯架15转动,进而使得LED灯泡17对合适位置进行照明,有效减少因照明不足导致的事故的发生。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述灯架15内设置有连接板16,所述连接板16一侧固定连接有转轴21,所述连接板16通过转轴21转动设置在灯架15内壁上,多组所述LED灯泡17设置在连接板16侧壁,所述连接板16远离LED灯泡17的侧壁开设有内齿161,所述灯架15内侧壁固定安装有固定块19,所述固定块19侧壁固定安装有第三齿轮20,所述第三齿轮20与内齿161啮合传动,所述第三齿轮20为部分齿结构,所述连接板16上安装有用于保护LED灯泡17的透明光板18,所述灯架15内侧壁铰接有电动伸缩杆22,所述电动伸缩杆22位于固定块19下方,所述电动伸缩杆22的输出端与连接板16侧壁铰接,所述电动伸缩杆22与控 制器23电性连接。
具体工作时,需要对LED灯泡17进行角度调节时,控制器23控制电动伸缩杆22动作,电动伸缩杆22的伸出端推动连接板16绕着转轴21转动,连接板16在转动过程中,内齿161与第三齿轮20的齿啮合,进而使得LED灯泡17随着连接板16倾斜一定角度,可以使LED灯泡17更好地对指定位置进行照明,透明光板18可以有效保护LED灯泡17,提高LED灯泡17的使用寿命。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述透明光板18上设置有光传感器25,所述灯架15顶部安装有用于保护24,所述光传感器25与控制器23信号连接。
具体工作时,光传感器25对外界光源进行感应,当光传感器25感应到桥梁上某处位置光线较弱时,光传感器25将信号传输给控制器23,控制器23控制装置移动到指定位置对桥梁进行照明,有效减少事故的发生,遮雨板24可以在雨天对LED灯泡17进行保护,防止雨水进入到灯架15内的LED灯泡17上。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述连接板16内开设有阶梯孔162和过孔163,所述阶梯孔162内滑动设置有聚光罩28,所述聚光罩28的锥形部内表面涂抹有聚光涂层,所述聚光罩28与阶梯孔162之间设置有拉簧29,所述聚光罩28侧壁设置有弹性绳30,所述弹性绳30一端穿过过孔163连接在灯架15的底部。
具体工作时,当电动伸缩杆22动作,电动伸缩杆22的伸出端推动连接板16绕着转轴21转动,连接板16在转动过程中,内齿161与第三齿轮20的齿啮合,进而使得LED灯泡17随着连接板16倾斜一定角度,与此同时,聚光罩28在弹性绳30与拉簧29共同作用下沿着阶梯孔162滑动,使得聚光罩28与LED灯泡17的距离发生变化,可以将LED灯泡17发出的光进行聚焦,进而可以调节LED灯泡17更好地对远处进行照明,照明效果好。
工作原理:具体工作时,将移动块4下端的第二弧形槽43与下栏杆3的表面贴合,通过转动把手84带动转动轴81转动,第二锥齿轮82随着转动轴81转动,第二锥齿轮82将动力传输给第一锥齿轮92,第一锥齿轮92带动螺杆91转动,滑动板93随着螺杆91的转动而上下滑动,当滑动板93上滑时,支撑管94推动顶紧块10上滑直至顶紧块10的第一弧形槽101与上栏杆2的表面贴合,进而将移动块4卡紧在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间,使得移动块4滑动更平稳,防止晃动,螺杆91 上设置的限位块对滑动板93上下位移进行限定,一方面对第一锥齿轮92进行保护,另一方面防止滑动板93脱离螺杆91,通过手动调节升降机构9,可以根据具体情况将移动块4卡在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间,适用范围广,调节方便,当移动块4卡紧在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间时,滑块112在弹簧114的作用下将滚珠113顶紧在滑动槽1111的开口上,两个滚珠113分别与上栏杆2和下栏杆3的表面接触,由于滚珠113可滚动,所以移动块4在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间滑动时,滚珠113始终与上栏杆2和下栏杆3接触实现滚动摩擦,有效减小移动块4在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间滑动时的摩擦力,进而增加移动块4的使用寿命,同时,顶紧机构11与上栏杆2和下栏杆3接触,使得多组轴承27始终与上栏杆2和下栏杆3分别贴合,进一步对上栏杆2和下栏杆3支撑,通过多组轴承27以及滚珠113相互配合,可以使移动块4在上栏杆2和下栏杆3之间移动时更加平稳,同时减少移动时的摩擦力,有效减小上栏杆2和下栏杆3以及移动块4的磨损,延长使用寿命;

  1. 一种桥梁护栏用应急照明设备,包括固定杆(1)、上栏杆(2)和下栏杆(3),其特征在于:所述固定杆(1)设置有两个,所述固定杆(1)固定安装在桥梁两端,所述上栏杆(2)固定安装在两个固定杆(1)顶部,所述下栏杆(3)安装在两个固定杆(1)之间并与上栏杆(2)平行,所述上栏杆(2)和下栏杆(3)之间滑动设置有移动块(4),两个所述固定杆(1)正对的侧壁均设置有卷绳机(5)和滑轮(6),所述滑轮(6)位于卷绳机(5)正上方,两个所述卷绳机(5)之间设有钢绳(7),所述钢绳(7)贯穿移动块(4)并与移动块(4)固定连接,所述移动块(4)侧壁固定安装有连接块(12),所述连接块(12)内转动设置有立杆(14),所述立杆(14)顶部设置有灯架(15),所述灯架(15)内设置有多组LED灯泡(17)和控制器(23)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种桥梁护栏用应急照明设备,其特征在于:所述上栏杆(2)和下栏杆(3)的截面为圆形,所述移动块(4)上表面开设有滑槽(41),所述滑槽(41)内滑动设置有顶紧块(10),所述顶紧块(10)上表面开设有第一弧形槽(101),所述第一弧形槽(101)与上栏杆(2)的外圆周面匹配,所述滑槽(41)内设置有用于驱动顶紧块(10)上下滑动的升降机构(9),所述升降机构(9)位于顶紧块(10)下方,所述移动块(4)侧壁开设有安装孔(42),所述安装孔(42)内设置有用于驱动升降机构(9)动作的驱动机构(8),所述移动块(4)下端向内凹陷成第二弧形槽(43),所述第二弧形槽(43)与下栏杆(3)的外圆周面相匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种桥梁护栏用应急照明设备,其特征在于:所述升降机构(9)包括螺杆(91)、第一锥齿轮(92)、滑动板(93)和支撑管(94),所述螺杆(91)转动设置在滑槽(41)底部,所述第一锥齿轮(92)固定安装在螺杆(91)上,所述滑动板(93)滑动设置在滑槽(41)内壁,所述滑动板(93)中部开设有用于配合螺杆(91)传动的螺纹孔,所述支撑管(94)固定安装在滑动板(93)上,所述螺杆(91)顶部以及中部均设置有限位块。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种桥梁护栏用应急照明设备,其特征在于:所述顶紧机构(11)包括安装块(111)、滑块(112)和滚珠(113),两个所述安装块(111)分别固定安装在第一安装槽(102)底部和第二安装槽(44)底部,所述安装块(111)内开设有滑动槽(1111),所述滑块(112)滑动设置在滑动槽(1111)内,所述滑块(112)与滑动槽(1111)底部之间设置有弹簧(114),所述滑块(112)远离弹簧(114)的一端设置有导杆(115),所述导杆(115)端部活动安装有滚珠(113),所述滑动槽(1111)开口为锥形,所述滚珠(113)位于滑动槽(1111)内并可在其内滚动。
