本発明の実施形態に係る検体処理装置1000の基本構成を、図1を用いて説明する。図1に示すように、検体処理装置1000は、各部を支持する基部100と、複数の検体の処理(核酸の抽出等)を行うための第1ノズルユニット200と、複数の検体及び/又は複数の核酸を移動するための第2ノズルユニット300と、第1ノズルユニット200及び第2ノズルユニット300を支持すると共にこれらをy方向に移動する主移動機構400と、ピッチ変更機構500と、各部の動作を制御する制御部(コンピュータ)600とから構成される。
図2の上面図に示すように、検体処理装置1000の上面108には、検体の抽出等の処理を行う第1ステージ110と、検体の処理に用いる器具や試薬等を保持する第2ステージ120とを備えている。第1ステージ110には、複数の処理レーン112と、分注チップ廃棄部の開口114とが配置されている。複数の処理レーン112は、互いに平行にy方向に延びており、各処理レーン112上に、複数の抽出カートリッジ、複数の分注チップ、穿孔用チップ等が一列に配置されている。各抽出カートリッジは、一列に配置された複数のウェルを備えている。
ピッチ変換機構500を図4及び5を用いて説明する。なお、図4及び5において、ピッチ変換機構500は、x方向に繰り返される部分の一部を省略して図示している。小ピッチのピッチ変換機構500は、図3及び4に図示され、大ピッチのピッチ変換機構500は、図2及び5に図示されている。

- 請求項1に記載の検体処理装置であって、前記ピッチ変換機構を前記第1の方向に移動するピッチ変換機構移動機構を備える、検体処理装置。
- 請求項1に記載の検体処理装置であって、前記複数の容器ホルダ、前記ピッチ変換機構、及び前記複数の処理レーンは、第1ステージに配置される、検体処理装置。
- 請求項8に記載の検体処理装置であって、前記第1ノズルユニットは、前記第1ステージの上方を移動する、検体処理装置。
- 請求項8に記載の検体処理装置であって、前記第1ノズル及び/又は前記第2ノズルに装着された分注チップを廃棄する分注チップ廃棄部を前記第1ステージに備える、検体処理装置。
- 請求項1に記載の検体処理装置であって、前記第2容器収容部は、第2ステージに配置される、検体処理装置。
- 請求項11に記載の検体処理装置であって、前記第2容器収容部を冷却する冷却機構を備える、検体処理装置。
- 請求項11に記載の検体処理装置であって、前記2ノズルユニットは、少なくとも前記第2ステージの上方を移動する、検体処理装置。
- 請求項1に記載の検体処理装置であって、前記複数の容器ホルダは、前記第2方向において、前記複数の処理レーンに対して前記複数の検体容器を前記複数の核酸容器よりも近い側に収容する、検体処理装置。
- 請求項1に記載の検体処理装置であって、前記ピッチ変換機構は、前記複数の容器ホルダをそれぞれ前記第1方向に移動可能に支持する複数のホルダ支持部と、前記複数のホルダ支持部のそれぞれに接続されるリンク機構と、前記リンク機構を前記小ピッチ及び前記大ピッチの間でスライドさせるスライド片と、前記スライド片を駆動するスライド片駆動機構とを備える、検体処理装置。
