Abstract
L'invention concerne une table de cuisson (1) pour le traitement thermique de produits alimentaires comprenant au moins une ou plusieurs zones de cuisson (2) configurées pour supporter un récipient de cuisson et pour chauffer le récipient de cuisson et/ou un produit alimentaire présent dans le récipient de cuisson et un dispositif de génération de vapeur (3) pour traiter thermiquement des produits alimentaires au moyen d'une vapeur. Le dispositif de génération de vapeur (3) comprend au moins un générateur de vapeur (15) configuré pour générer la vapeur, un réservoir d'eau (16) configuré pour stocker de l'eau; et un ensemble raccordement (17) configuré pour porter de manière libérable et/ou portant de manière libérable le réservoir d'eau (16) et pour diriger l'eau jusqu'à une station de génération de vapeur à laquelle le générateur de vapeur (15) est configuré pour générer la vapeur à partir de l'eau.
