本发明公开了一种过滤到通信设备的来电呼叫的方法,包括以下步骤:(a)将至少 一个密码记录到计算机可读存储介质中的密码相关表中,并将呼叫信息记录到呼叫列表表中;(b)通过平常问题电路请求所述来电呼叫的呼叫者提供平常问题的答案;(c)通过所述普通问题电路确定所述答案是否与所述密码相关表中的所述至少一个密码匹配;和(d)如果所述答案与所述至少一个密码匹配,则通过所述普通问题电路连接所述来电呼叫;如果所述答案与所述至少一个密码不匹配,则断开所述来电呼叫。

在本发明的一个实施例中,如果陌生呼叫与至少一个密码不匹配,则该方法进一步生成具有提供给通信设备的陌生呼叫号码的阻止消息。
在本发明的一个实施例中,允许陌生呼叫的方法是以应用程序的形式提供的,该应用程序配有询问控制单元,以配置通信设备存储器中的密码相关表并执行该方法。

在本发明的一个实施例中,多个通信终端中的至少一个是移动电话。
在本发明的一个实施例中,多个通信终端中的至少一个是台式电话机。
如上所述,在允许对移动通信设备或通信服务器进行陌生呼叫的方法、系统和设备中,可以进一步屏蔽由呼叫阻止应用程序或服务确定的陌生呼叫,从而阻止意外呼叫者干扰设备或用户,但有价值的来电者将被允许通过具体的审核过程。由于用于允许陌生呼叫的密码是由通信设备的用户预设的,因此可以通过向特定的人或需求方透露密码来预先确定或选择要允许的陌生呼叫者。

在以下详细描述中,为了解释的目的,阐述了许多具体细节,以提供对所公开实施例的透彻理解。然而,显而易见的是,可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下实施一个或多个实施例。在其他情况下,为了简化绘图,示意性地示出了众所周知的结构和装置。
首先应该理解,在本发明中,不熟悉的呼叫由移动通信设备或通信服务器的现有呼叫阻断过程定义和提供。这样的呼叫阻断过程可以由移动通信设备本身的制造商、下载或内置在移动通信设备或通信服务器中用于处理来电呼叫的应用程序(app)等提供。
参考图1,示意性地示出了根据本发明的用于允许陌生呼叫的方法S10的实施例的流程图。优选地,方法S10可以呈现为从本地网络或因特网下载的应用程序(app-S10),并且app-S10还配备有作为执行程序的询问控制电路,以执行方法S10。S10可以在通信设备或网络服务器上执行。在本实施例中,方法S10至少包括以下步骤。
步骤S101:询问控制电路将通信设备存储器中的特定区域配置为app-S10的存储单元。
步骤S103:将至少一条具有特定措辞或特定拨号音组合的消息作为该方法的密码之一记录到存储单元中的密码相关表中。在密码相关表中,每个密码都与通信设备的特定用户相关。
步骤S105:要求陌生呼叫的呼叫者为通信设备立即提供的一个简单问题提供答案。根据本发明,通信设备已安装有用于从来电呼叫中识别陌生呼叫的呼叫阻断处理,并且所识别的陌生呼叫随后立即转发到该步骤S105,以处理普通问题的询问。优选地,平常的问题作为语音消息呈现。

步骤S111:询问控制电路阻止陌生呼叫,并且优选地,向通信设备的用户提供具有陌生呼叫号码的相应阻止消息。
在本实施例中,次要问题可以是也记录在存储单元中的语音消息。根据本发明,平常的问题可以定期修改或始终保持不变,但是特定用户的密码可以由用户任意修改。基本上,密码在逻辑上独立于平常的问题。因此,通信设备提供的平常问题对所有来电的陌生呼叫都没有区别,但密码可能会有时不同,这取决于用户的设定。因此,方法S10允许的陌生呼叫可以由用户控制。即,用户可以通过提前向特定方透露密码来确定或选择允许的陌生呼叫者。
在本发明的一个实施例中,上述通信设备是移动通信设备,例如智能电话或pad。即,app-S10安装在移动通信设备中,用于执行方法S10。
参考图2,示出了根据本发明用于应用允许陌生呼叫的方法的移动通信设备的实施例的示意图。在本实施例中,作为方法S10中提到的前述通信设备的示例性示例,移动通信设备1包括用于屏蔽来电呼叫并将来电呼叫进一步分类为不熟悉呼叫的呼叫阻断应用11、具有用于存储密码相关表的存储单元131的存储器13,以及app-S1015,用于接收不熟悉的呼叫,并且具有用于执行方法S10的询问控制单元151。
当呼叫到达移动通信设备1时,呼叫阻断应用程序11将被激活,以识别即时呼叫是否是移动通信设备1联系人列表中的不需要的呼叫,例如机器人呼叫、垃圾邮件呼叫、骚扰呼叫、电话销售员、欺诈呼叫和诈骗呼叫、紧急呼叫、友好呼叫,或者是一个不熟悉的电话号码,但无权使用上述任何通话组。一般而言,在本领域中,呼叫阻断应用11将直接且自动地阻断不需要的呼叫,允许紧急或友好呼叫通过并拨打用户,并且根据呼叫阻断应用11的设置允许或阻断不熟悉的呼叫。根据本发明,为了让app-S1015处理不熟悉的呼叫,呼叫阻断app 11被设置为将不熟悉的呼叫转移到app-S1015。
在接收到陌生呼叫时,app-S1015将通过执行方法S10来处理陌生呼叫,最初从其步骤S105开始。即,将请求不熟悉呼叫的呼叫者回答app-S1015播放的一个平常的问题。如果询问控制单元151确定陌生呼叫的呼叫者提供的应答与记录的应答相匹配,则将允许陌生呼叫拨打用户。另一方面,如果呼叫者提供的答案与记录的答案或任何记录的答案不匹配,则询问控制单元151将阻止不熟悉的呼叫,并且优选地生成具有不熟悉呼叫号码的对应bock消息,以通知移动通信设备1的用户。
根据本发明,平常问题可能有意义或无意义,答案(即密码)可能与平常问题相关或无关。例如,平常的问题可以始终是“答案是什么?”,并且由移动通信设备1的用户记录在移动通信设备1的存储器13的存储单元131中的应答可以是语音消息“Go bears”。此外,普通问题和答案都被预先记录到存储单元131中,并且它们都是可变的。具体地,如果新密码被记录到存储单元131中,则旧密码的有效性由用户预先确定。在本实施例中,app-S1015可设置为仅接受新密码、仅接受最后两个密码或所有记录的密码。
参考图3,示出了根据本发明应用允许陌生呼叫的方法的通信系统实施例的示意图。在本实施例中,通信系统2包括通信服务器21和多个通信终端23。作为方法S10中提到的前述通信设备的另一示例性示例,通信服务器21包括用于屏蔽来电呼叫并将来电呼叫进一步分类为不熟悉呼叫的呼叫阻断应用211、具有用于存储密码相关表的存储单元2131的存储器213,以及app-S10 215,用于接收不熟悉的呼叫,并且具有用于执行方法S10的询问控制单元2151。多个通信终端23可以包括移动电话23a和桌面电话组23b,并且移动电话23a和桌面电话组23b中的每一个以无线或电缆方式与通信服务器21进行信号连接。
在该通信系统2中,移动电话23a和台式电话机23b的个人用户应将相应通信终端23的各自密码记录到存储单元2131的密码相关表中。在图4中,示意性地示出了存储在图3的通信系统2的通信服务器21的存储器213中的密码相关表的典型示例。根据本实施例,密码相关表应具有至少两列。第一列的条目是用于允许陌生呼叫的密码,第二列的条目是与第一列中列出的密码相对应的特定通信终端23。注意,在密码相关表的这个示例中,不同的密码可以映射到相同的通信终端23。例如,密码“Go bears”、“California”和“54088(拨号音)”都指向名为“King Justin”的同一通信终端。这意味着用户“King Justin”向人们透露了不同的密码,他选择保持所有这些密码处于活动状态以接收不熟悉的呼叫。
在该通信系统2中,当接收到呼叫时,通信服务器21的呼叫阻止应用程序211将被激活,以识别即时呼叫是否是不需要的呼叫,例如机器人呼叫、垃圾邮件呼叫、骚扰呼叫、电话销售员、欺诈呼叫和诈骗呼叫、紧急呼叫、通信系统2收集的联系人列表中的友好呼叫,或者是一个不熟悉的电话号码,但无权使用上述任何通话组。通常,在本领域中,呼叫阻断 应用211将直接且自动地阻断不需要的呼叫,允许紧急或友好呼叫通过并拨打用户,并且根据呼叫阻断应用211的设置来允许或阻断不熟悉的呼叫。根据本发明,为了让app-S10 215处理不熟悉的呼叫,呼叫阻断app 211被设置为将不熟悉的呼叫转移到app-S10 215。
在接收到陌生呼叫时,app-S10 215将通过执行方法S10来处理陌生呼叫,最初从其步骤S105开始。即,将请求不熟悉呼叫的呼叫者回答由app-S10 215广播的平常问题。如果询问控制单元2151确定陌生呼叫的呼叫者提供的应答与密码相关表的第一列中记录的密码中的任何密码匹配,则陌生呼叫将立即定向到密码相关表的第二列中列出的相应用户。另一方面,如果呼叫者提供的答案与密码相关表的第一列中记录的所有密码不匹配,则询问控制单元2151将阻止陌生呼叫,并且优选地生成具有陌生呼叫号码的相应拦截消息,以通知通信系统2的相关人员。
类似地,在本实施例中,通信服务器21广播的平常问题可以是有意义的或无意义的,并且不同用户设置的密码可以与平常问题相关或无关。例如,平常的问题可以始终是“答案是什么?”,并且由通信服务器21的不同用户记录在通信服务器21的存储器213的存储单元2131中的密码可以是诸如“Go bears”、“California”、“Beat Cal”和“Channel 5”之类的语音消息,或者拨号音“54088”和“0800”。此外,平常的问题和任何密码都被预先记录到存储单元2131中,并且它们都是可更改的。特别是,如果新密码被记录到存储单元2131中,则旧密码的有效性由用户预先确定。例如,如图4所示,“King Justin”保留多个密码激活,但“Master Steve”仅将激活设置为一个最新的密码。
参考图5,示意性地示出了方法S20的一个实施例的流程图,类似于根据本发明用于连接或断开来电呼叫的S10。优选地,方法S20可以呈现为从本地网络或因特网下载的应用程序(app-S10),并且app-S20还配备有作为执行程序的询问控制电路,以执行方法S20。S20可以在通信设备或网络服务器上执行。在本实施例中,方法S20至少包括以下步骤。
步骤S210:询问控制电路将通信设备或网络服务器的存储器中的特定区域配置为app-S20的存储单元,并将至少一条具有特定措辞或特定拨号音组合的消息作为密码之一记录到存储单元中的密码相关表中。在密码相关表中,每个密码都与特定的来电呼叫者或一组呼叫者相关;每个密码也可能与一个无关紧要的问题有关。
步骤S220:当接收到呼叫时,平常问题电路确定呼叫者是否被识别为不需要密码的熟悉呼叫者。熟悉的呼叫者可以是通讯设备所有者之前指定的电话簿成员或选定的呼叫者。此功能也可以是通信设备所有者可以关闭的选项。一旦呼叫者被识别为熟人,系统将在S260连接呼叫,否则系统将进入S230。
步骤S230:平常问题电路将提示呼叫者一个平常问题。这个平常的问题可以是特定于呼叫者的,也可以是特定于呼叫者组的。例如,电话簿中针对某个特定成员的一个平常的问题,以及针对每个人的另一个平常的问题。通信设备所有者可以将其号码与答案一起提供给需求方,例如特定分机号码或个人信息作为答案。呼叫者可以通过语音或拨号音输入答案。
参考图6,S230选项的流程图。在平常问题电路向呼叫者提示平常问题之前,在步骤231,电路将确定呼叫者是否被识别为应急机构。如果呼叫者是应急机构,则电路将跳过平常问题并在S260处直接连接呼叫,否则,电路将在步骤S232处继续处理平常问题。
步骤S240:呼叫阻断电路确定所提供的应答是否正确。一旦提供正确答案,呼叫阻断电路将连接呼叫。如果回答不正确,呼叫块将确定是断开呼叫还是让呼叫者重试。
参考图7,S240选项的流程图。在步骤S241,在接收到来自呼叫者的应答时,呼叫阻断电路确定接收到的应答是否正确。当答案正确时,电路在步骤260连接呼叫。如果答案不正确,则进入步骤S242。步骤S242确定密码是否由于其预设到期而刚刚更新,以及呼叫者是否在密码更新后第一次输入旧密码。本发明提供了密码可以具有持续时间限制。主要是针对一般公众、一组选定成员或一般平常问题的限时密码。
由于密码已过期,并且呼叫者没有新更新的密码,或者密码尚未更新/更新,系统可以识别这些呼叫者并阻止他们。然而,如果呼叫者在密码被更新或过期之后第一次输入先前的密码,则系统将在步骤S260A临时连接呼叫者。在步骤S260A,呼叫接收器决定是否接听呼叫。如果呼叫接收器确实决定接听呼叫,则系统将进入步骤S244以恢复/设置该特定呼叫者的旧密码,以用于将来的呼叫。
此外,在临时连接来电呼叫之前,呼叫阻断电路可以将来电呼叫保持预定时间段。这样的等待时间可以进一步阻止任何使用旧密码的不需要的呼叫者。此外,呼叫阻断电路还可以问一个简单的问题,以验证呼叫者是由市场系统还是机器人自动拨打的。例如,这样简单的问题可以是数学问题,如1+1。
在S240,如果提供的答案不正确,则在步骤S250,呼叫阻断电路确定呼叫者输入错误答案的号码是否超过了设置的数字。如果未超过设置的数字,则系统将进入步骤S230,以便用户重新输入密码。否则,系统将进入步骤S270,断开呼叫并向用户发送通知。此外,密码可以设置有限的时间或/和有限的访问次数。如果密码使用超过了访问的限制计数,系统也将直接进入步骤S270以断开呼叫并向用户发送通知。
参考图8,更新密码的流程图。图8中的处理作为系统上的调度任务执行。在步骤S301,普通问题电路审查每个密码是否是永久的。在步骤S302,对于每个非永久密码,电路确定其是否需要更新。如果密码过期,则在步骤S303,系统通知通信设备更新密码。
可以为电话簿中的每个联系人分配永久密码。可以为一组联系人或普通公众中不熟悉的来电者分配有限的密码。
如上所述,在允许对移动通信设备或通信服务器进行陌生呼叫的方法、系统和设备中,可以进一步屏蔽由呼叫阻止应用程序或服务确定的陌生呼叫,从而阻止意外呼叫者干扰设备或用户,但有价值的来电者将被允许通过具体的审讯过程。由于用于允许陌生呼叫的密码是由通信设备的用户预设的,因此可以通过向特定的人或方透露密码来预先确定或选择要允许的陌生呼叫者。
关于上述描述,应认识到本发明各部分的最佳尺寸关系,包括尺寸、材料、形状、形式、功能和操作、装配和使用方式的变化,对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,并且,与附图中所示和说明书中所描述的那些等效关系的所有等效关系都将包含在本发明中。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种自动拦截骚扰电话的方法、系统和设备,该通信设备包括:
    呼叫阻断电路,用于确定来电是否是陌生呼叫;
    存储器,用于存储密码相关表单和熟悉的呼叫列表;
    和一个平常的问题回路;
    其中,当熟悉的呼叫列表输入答案时,所述呼叫阻断电路将所述来电转发给所述平常问题电路;其中,所述平常问题电路要求所述来电的呼叫者提供所述平常问题的答案,并且当答案与密码相关表中的所述至少一个密码匹配时,所述平常问题电路连接所述来电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通信设备,其中所述至少一个密码是具有特定措辞的语音消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的通信设备,其中所述至少一个密码是拨号音的组合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的通信设备,其中所述平常问题是语音消息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的通信设备,其中,如果所述来电被断开,则所述呼叫阻断电路生成包含所述来电数的阻断通知消息并将其转发给设备使用者。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的通信设备,其中所述呼叫阻断电路根据呼叫信息确定来电是熟悉的还是不熟悉的。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的通信设备,其中所述呼叫阻断电路根据呼叫信息确定呼入熟悉时连接所述来电,并在所述呼叫阻断电路根据呼叫信息确定呼入陌生时断开呼入。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的通信设备,其中所述呼叫列表中的呼叫信息包含地址簿或历史来电。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的通信设备,其中所述呼叫列表包含第一个电话簿条目,并且所述至少一个密码和所述至少一个平常问题对于所述第一个电话簿条目是永久有效的。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的通信设备,其中,当所述来电不在所述第一电话簿条目中时,所述平常问题电路询问所述至少一个平常问题。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的通信设备,其中所述至少一个密码在设置的持续时间之后过期。
