在一些具体实施例中,导热支架41可以为圆筒状,且圆筒的内周面设有定位凸部43以将圆筒内空间分为彼此连通的第一段和第二段。其中,第一段与加热通道31连通,烟支200的端部插入第一段内且与定位凸部43相抵,以对烟支200的端部进行限位。加热件42伸入第二段内且与定位凸部43相抵,以实现加热件42的限位。并且,通过设置定位凸部43,可以使烟支200的端部与加热件42间隔开一定距离,避免加热件42直接接触烟支200导致烟支200局部温升过高。此外加热件42可以加热定位凸部43所围设区域的空气,以间接加热烟支200,通过热空气辐射和导热支架41导热配合加热烟支200,使烟支200端部加热更均匀且加热效率更高。
下面结合附图描述根据本申请一些实施例的第一加热器30和第二加热器40的安装结构。
在外壳1包括壳体10和安装支架20的一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,第一加热器30可以设置在安装支架20内,以通过安装支架20将第一加热器30和壳体10间隔开,避免第一加热器30的热量传导至壳体10,且起到了保温作用,减少第一加热器30的热量损失,有利于提高烟支200的加热效率。
在一些实施例中,继续参照图3和图4所示,安装支架20可以形成为中空的圆筒状,并且限定出沿深度方向排列的插入通道21和安装通道23,安装通道23可以与插入通道21的远离插入口22的一端连通。此外,插入通道21的横截面积小于安装通道23的横截面积,以使圆筒状的内周壁形成有台阶面。第一加热器30和第二加热器40 可以设在安装通道23内,以使加热装置100的结构紧凑,便于加热通道31与插入通道21连通,并且安装支架20能够同时对第一加热器30和第二加热器40起到隔热保温的作用,减少热量损失。横截面积较小的插入通道21可以对烟支200进行固定和限位,并且台阶面可以对第一加热器30和第二加热器40进行遮挡,避免在烟支200拔出时第一加热器30和第二加热器40外露或脱落。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1和图3-图4所示,加热装置100还可以包括加热底座50,加热底座50设在安装支架20上,第二加热器40放置在加热底座50上,以对第二加热器40进行限位,防止第二加热器40由安装通道23脱出。
在一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,加热底座50可以设有过孔,第一加热器30和第二加热器40的电连接结构可以通过过孔伸出,以与电源连接,加热底座50将电源和加热器间隔开,起到隔热保护作用,有利于提高电源的使用寿命和安全性。
在一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,安装支架20的端部可以设有盛放槽24,盛放槽24朝向插入口22凹入,加热底座50可以放置在盛放槽24内,以实现加热底座50与安装支架20的连接,且避免加热底座50与壳体10直接接触导致壳体10升温。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3和图4所示,第二加热器40和安装通道23所在位置的安装支架周壁面231(即沿安装通道23的周向延伸的壁面,再即圆筒状安装支架20的限定出安装通道23的部分的内周面)可以间隔设置,以避免第二加热器40的热量传导至安装支架20上造成热量损失,使第二加热器40的热量能够尽可能多地辐射至烟支200,提高了烟支200加热效率。
根据本申请实施例的加热装置100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烟支的加热装置,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳,所述外壳内设有插入通道,所述插入通道设有所述烟支插入的插入口;
    第一加热器,所述第一加热器设于所述外壳,所述第一加热器形成为环状以限定出与所述插入通道连通的加热通道,所述烟支插入所述插入通道和所述加热通道内;
    第二加热器,所述第二加热器设于所述外壳,所述第二加热器与所述加热通道沿所述插入通道的深度方向错开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟支的加热装置,其特征在于,所述第二加热器包括导热支架和加热件,所述导热支架设于所述外壳,所述加热件固定在所述导热支架上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烟支的加热装置,其特征在于,所述导热支架为陶瓷支架,所述加热件为蜂窝陶瓷加热件。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的烟支的加热装置,其特征在于,所述导热支架与所述第一加热器接触设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的烟支的加热装置,其特征在于,所述外壳包括壳体和安装支架,所述安装支架限定出所述插入通道且设于所述壳体内,所述第一加热器和所述第二加热器设于所述安装支架。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烟支的加热装置,其特征在于,所述安装支架为隔热支架。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的烟支的加热装置,其特征在于,所述安装支架形成为中空的圆筒状并限定出沿深度方向排列的所述插入通道和安装通道,所述插入通道的横截面积小于所述安装通道的横截面积,所述第一加热器和所述第二加热器设在所述安装通道内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烟支的加热装置,其特征在于,还包括加热底座,所述加热底座设在所述安装支架上,所述第二加热器放置在所述加热底座上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烟支的加热装置,其特征在于,所述安装支架的端部设有朝向所述插入口凹入的盛放槽,所述加热底座放置在所述盛放槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的烟支的加热装置,其特征在于,所述第二加热器和所述安装通道所在位置的安装支架周壁面间隔设置。
