请参阅图1、图2与图3所示,本发明为揭露一种能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,该游戏系统10为供至少一玩家进行一扑克牌游戏,该游戏系统10为装设于一游戏机11内以供执行该扑克牌游戏,该扑克牌游戏具有多个游戏结果与多个对应该多个游戏结果的押分区12,该多个押分区12分别对应标示一赔率13,该多个赔率13的数值为分别依据该多个押分区12对应的该游戏结果的一出现机率而决定。该游戏系统10包含一显示元件20、一押分界面 30、一发牌单元40、一赔率计算单元50、一赔付处理单元60与一游戏处理单元70。
其中该显示元件20具有供显示该扑克牌游戏的即时影像的一游戏画面21。如图3所示,该扑克牌游戏为以百家乐游戏例加以说明。而该押分界面30供该至少一玩家进行操作,以对该多个押分区12进行押分。该押分界面30的较佳实施方式为与该显示元件20结合实施而为一触控屏幕,而可显示该游戏画面21并兼具触控输入的功能。
该发牌单元40依据该扑克牌41游戏的一运作规则而发出多张扑克牌41,以产生该多个游戏结果的任一。于一实施例,该发牌单元40是一经过验证随机产生结果的程序码,或者,于一实施例,如图4所示,该发牌单元40是一自动发牌设备,其中,该发牌单元40具有一机械手臂42自一牌盒43中依序取出该多张扑克牌41。
该赔率计算单元50依据该多个游戏结果各自的一最新出现机率来改变该多个押分区12各自对应的该赔率13。更详细的说,以百家乐为例,当该发牌单元40发出第一张该扑克牌41给闲家,此时已知闲家第一张的该扑克牌41的牌面,因此该多个游戏结果(庄赢、闲赢或和…)各自的该最新出现机率亦可推算得知。此推算方法为数学问题,其可以利用程序计算或是查表法得知,在此不再多加阐述。而在得知该多个游戏结果各自的该最新出现机率后,该赔率计算单元50依据该多个游戏结果各自的该最新出现机率与一预设的玩家回收率(RTP)来改变该多个押分区12各自对应的该赔率13。
举例来说,百家乐的游戏结果包含:庄赢、闲赢与和,该发牌单元40发牌之前,游戏结果中庄赢、闲赢与和的出现机率分别为X0、Y0与Z0,而对应的赔率分别为PX0、PY0与PZ0。当该发牌单元40发出第一张牌后,游戏结果中庄赢、闲赢与和的出现机率分别改变为X1、Y1与Z1,而该赔率计算单元50会依据该多个游戏结果各自的该最新出现机率(即X1、Y1与Z1)来改变该多个押分区12各自对应的该赔率13,亦即赔率13会从PX0、PY0与PZ0改变为PX1、PY1与PZ1。依此类推,当该发牌单元40发出第二、三、…张牌后,该赔率计算单元50皆可依据该最新出现机率改变该多个押分区12各自对应的该赔率13。该赔率计算单元50改变该赔率13的准则为依据玩家回收率(RTP);玩家回收率(RTP)为出现机率与赔率13的乘积,玩家回收率(RTP) 的数值必须控制在一定的范围值以符合法规、保障业者利益或满足业者营业上的需求。因此当玩家回收率(RTP)的数值决定之后,该赔率计算单元50即可以依据该多个游戏结果各自的该最新出现机率来改变该多个押分区12各自对应的该赔率13。
请再一并参阅图1与图5所示,该游戏处理单元70为连接该显示元件20、该押分界面30、该发牌单元40、该赔率计算单元50与该赔付处理单元60。且该游戏处理单元70为进行一押分程序S1、一发牌程序S2、一暂停发牌程序S3、一改变赔率程序S4、一开启额外押分程序S5、一游戏结果产生程序S6与一赔付程序S7。
其中该押分程序S1为透过该游戏处理单元70开启该押分界面30,让该至少一玩家操作该押分界面30进行押分,以让该游戏处理单元70依据该至少一玩家对该多个押分区12的一基本押分选择而产生一基本押分数据。该基本押分数据的内容包含但不限于:每一个该玩家各自的该基本押分选择(对不同该押分区12的押分量与押分时的赔率13等等)。
该发牌程序S2为于该押分程序S1结束后,透过该游戏处理单元70通知该发牌单元40依序一张一张发出该多张扑克牌41。
该暂停发牌程序S3为于该发牌单元40进行一发牌动作且当满足一指定条件后,透过该游戏处理单元70暂停该发牌单元40的该发牌动作,并透过该游戏处理单元70判断并取得该多个游戏结果各自的该最新出现机率。该指定条件为可以依据需求而自由设定。举例来说,于不同实施例中,该指定条件可为该发牌单元40发出第一张的该扑克牌41且亮牌后。或者,该指定条件为该发牌单元40发出非最后的任一张的该扑克牌41且亮牌后。或者,该指定条件为该发牌单元40发出任一张的该扑克牌41后且该多个游戏结果的任一该最新出现机率的变动比例为超过一指定值。当该多个游戏结果各自的该最新出现机率有巨幅变动(超过该指定值)时,此时该多个押分区12各自对应的该赔率13也会有对应的巨幅变动,而对该至少一玩家产生足够的吸引力。另,于一实施例中,该押分界面30还包含一控制选项31,而该指定条件还包含该控制选项31为处于启用状态下,亦即该至少一玩家在启用该控制选项31后,才满足该指定条件。而为了让该至少一玩家保有选择的权利,该控制选项31可以为自由选择是否启用。或者,为了增加不确定性,该控制选项31亦可以为随机启用, 借以制造机会难得的情境,使玩家感受到不可错失的心情,达到二次押分提高押分量。
该改变赔率程序S4为于暂停该发牌单元40的该发牌动作后,透过该游戏处理单元70控制该赔率计算单元50,让该赔率计算单元50依据该多个游戏结果的该最新出现机率改变该多个赔率13中的至少一个。
该开启额外押分程序S5为于暂停该发牌单元40的该发牌动作时,透过该游戏处理单元70再次开启该押分界面30,让该至少一玩家操作该押分界面30进行一额外进行押分,以让该游戏处理单元70依据该至少一玩家对该多个押分区12的一额外押分选择而产生一额外押分数据。
于该开启额外押分程序S5时,在一实施例中,该游戏处理单元70限制该至少一玩家只能对已有押分的该押分区12进行额外进行押分,如此,该至少一玩家为了保有进行额外进行押分的权利,于该押分程序S1时会同时对该多个押分区12进行押分,故有进行押分的押分区12的数量会增加,达到该多个押分区12的押分量为均匀分布的效果,避免该至少一玩家过度集中押分造成大赢或大输而主动中断游戏。
而在另一实施例中,还限制该至少一玩家能够产生的该额外押分数据的押分数值为小于等于该基本押分数据的押分数值。透过该基本押分数据的押分数值限制该至少一玩家于进行额外进行押分时可以选择的该押分区12与押分数值,因而该至少一玩家会倾向增加该基本押分数据的押分量,以让该额外押分数据的押分数值可以满足需求。如此,即可以促使该至少一玩家增加该基本押分数据的押分量。
而在满足一结束条件后,该游戏处理单元70结束该额外进行押分,并让该游戏处理单元70恢复该发牌单元40的该发牌动作。举例来说,于一实施例中,该结束条件设为再次开启该押分界面30并经过一预设时间后,该预设时间可以设置一适当时间,如10~20秒,当超过该预设时间后,即满足该结束条件。或者,于另一实施例中,该结束条件设为全部的该至少一玩家皆选择结束该额外进行押分,如此可充分确保每一个该玩家的押分权利。
该游戏结果产生程序S6为透过该游戏处理单元70依据该扑克牌41游戏的该运作规则,让该发牌单元40完成该发牌动作并依据该发牌单元40发出的该多张扑克牌41而产生该多个游戏结果的任一。
该赔付程序S7为该游戏处理单元70通知该赔付处理单元60进行赔付,让该赔付处理单元60依据该发牌单元40产生的该游戏结果、该基本押分数据与该额外押分数据对该至少一玩家进行赔付。在一实施例中,于该赔付程序S7时,针对该额外进行押分所产生的该额外押分数据,当该赔付处理单元60还依据一让分规则对该至少一玩家进行赔付,则该游戏处理单元70亦依据该让分规则判断并取得该多个游戏结果各自的该最新出现机率,并借以改变该多个赔率13。举例来说,百家乐的游戏规则是闲与庄比较点数的大小而决定游戏结果,而在该让分规则存在下,必须考虑让分,可能会因为让分而改变游戏结果,因此该游戏处理单元70亦须依据该让分规则判断并取得该多个游戏结果各自的该最新出现机率,故可以透过该让分规则的设计,让部分的该游戏结果的该最新出现机率的数值很低,故在玩家回收率(RTP)不变下,即可出现高数值的该赔率13,而可吸引该至少一玩家的目光。
请再一并参阅图6所示,在一实施例中,本发明的该游戏系统10为连接至一网络服务器80,该网络服务器80连接多个远端操作界面81与多个移动装置82。据此,可以让该至少一玩家于远端,在任一计算机(图未示)上利用安装特定软件的方式获取该远端操作界面81,以远端连接使用该游戏系统10。或者,玩家亦可于该多个移动装置82上,安装对应的APP,以远端连接使用该游戏系统10。
如上所述,本发明的优点至少包含:
1.在发牌后,让该赔率计算单元依据该多个游戏结果的该最新出现机率改变该多个赔率中的至少一个,由于赔率已经修正而不会产生不合理的玩家回收率(RTP),因而容许该至少一玩家进行该额外进行押分。
2.可以透过改变该多个赔率中的至少一个,有机会产生高数值的该赔率,借以吸引该至少一玩家再次押分,故在一回合的游戏过程中,该至少一玩家会进行二次的押分,而提升该至少一玩家的押分量。
3.透过该让分规则的设计,而可出现高数值的该赔率,借以吸引该至少一玩家的目光。
4.具有该控制选项的设计,可以随机或依玩家的控制而决定是否满足该指定条件。
5.透过该网络服务器的设置,可以满足远端连线使用的需求。
6.限制该至少一玩家只能对已有押分的该押分区进行额外进行押分,可达到该多个押分区的押分量为均匀分布的效果,避免该至少一玩家过度集中押分造成大赢或大输而主动中断游戏。而限制该至少一玩家能够产生的该额外押分数据的押分数值只能小于等于该基本押分数据的押分数值,可以让该至少一玩家会倾向增加该基本押分数据的押分量,据以增加该基本押分数据的押分量以及有进行押分的押分区的数量。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,该游戏系统为供至少一玩家进行一扑克牌游戏,该扑克牌游戏具有多个游戏结果与多个对应该多个游戏结果的押分区,该多个押分区分别对应标示一赔率,该多个赔率的数值为分别依据该多个押分区对应的该游戏结果的出现机率而决定,其特征在于,该游戏系统包含:
    一显示元件,该显示元件具有供显示该扑克牌游戏的一即时影像的一游戏画面;
    一押分界面,该押分界面供该至少一玩家进行操作,以对该多个押分区进行押分;
    一发牌单元,该发牌单元依据该扑克牌游戏的一运作规则而发出多张扑克牌,以产生该多个游戏结果的任一;
    一赔率计算单元,该赔率计算单元依据该多个游戏结果各自的一最新出现机率来改变该多个押分区各自对应的该赔率;
    一对该至少一玩家进行赔付的赔付处理单元;以及
    一游戏处理单元,该游戏处理单元连接该显示元件、该押分界面、该发牌单元、该赔率计算单元与该赔付处理单元,并透过该游戏处理单元进行下列步骤:
    一押分程序S1,为透过该游戏处理单元开启该押分界面,让该至少一玩家操作该押分界面进行押分,以让该游戏处理单元依据该至少一玩家对该多个押分区的一基本押分选择而产生一基本押分数据;
    一发牌程序S2,于该押分程序S1结束后,透过该游戏处理单元通知该发牌单元进行一发牌动作,依序一张一张发出该多张扑克牌;
    一暂停发牌程序S3,于该发牌单元进行该发牌动作且当满足一指定条件时,透过该游戏处理单元暂停该发牌单元的该发牌动作,并透过该游戏处理单元判断并取得该多个游戏结果各自的该最新出现机率;
    一改变赔率程序S4,于暂停该发牌单元的该发牌动作后,透过该游戏处理单元控制该赔率计算单元,让该赔率计算单元依据该多个游戏结果的该最新出现机率改变该多个赔率中的至少一个;
    一开启额外押分程序S5,于暂停该发牌单元的该发牌动作后,透过 该游戏处理单元再次开启该押分界面,让该至少一玩家操作该押分界面进行一额外进行押分,以让该游戏处理单元依据该至少一玩家对该多个押分区的一额外押分选择而产生一额外押分数据,并在满足一结束条件时,透过该游戏处理单元结束该额外进行押分,并让该游戏处理单元恢复该发牌单元的该发牌动作;
    一游戏结果产生程序S6,透过该游戏处理单元依据该扑克牌游戏的该运作规则,让该发牌单元完成该发牌动作并依据该发牌单元发出的该多张扑克牌而产生该多个游戏结果的任一;
    一赔付程序S7,透过该游戏处理单元通知该赔付处理单元进行赔付,让该赔付处理单元依据该发牌单元产生的该游戏结果、该基本押分数据与该额外押分数据对该至少一玩家进行赔付。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,其特征在于,该结束条件为再次开启该押分界面并经过一预设时间后。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,其特征在于,该结束条件为全部的该至少一玩家皆选择结束该额外进行押分。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,其特征在于,于该赔付程序S7中,针对该额外进行押分所产生的该额外押分数据,当该赔付处理单元还依据一让分规则对该至少一玩家进行赔付,则该游戏处理单元亦依据该让分规则判断并取得该多个游戏结果各自的该最新出现机率,并借以改变该多个赔率。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,其特征在于,该指定条件为该发牌单元发出第一张的该扑克牌且亮牌后。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,其特征在于,该指定条件为该发牌单元发出非最后的任一张的该扑克牌且亮牌后。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,其特征在于,该指定条件为该发牌单元发出任一张的该扑克牌后且该多个游戏结果的任一该最新出现机率的变动比例为超过一指定值。
  8. 根据权利要求5、6或7所述的能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,其特征在于,该押分界面还包含一控制选项,而该指定条件还包含该控制选项为处于启用状态下。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,其特征在于, 该控制选项为随机启用。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,其特征在于,该控制选项为自由选择是否启用。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,其特征在于,该游戏系统连接至一网络服务器,该网络服务器连接多个远端操作界面与多个移动装置。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,其特征在于,于该开启额外押分程序S5中,该游戏处理单元限制该至少一玩家只能对已有押分的该押分区进行该额外进行押分。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的能够于发牌后进行押分的游戏系统,其特征在于,于该开启额外押分程序S5中,该至少一玩家能够产生的该额外押分数据的一押分数值为小于等于该基本押分数据的一押分数值。
  14. 一种运作方法,该运作方法为让一游戏系统供至少一玩家进行一扑克牌游戏,该扑克牌游戏具有多个游戏结果与多个对应该多个游戏结果的押分区,该多个押分区分别标示一赔率,该多个赔率的数值为分别依据该多个押分区对应的该游戏结果的一出现机率而决定,而该游戏系统具有一游戏处理单元、一押分界面、一发牌单元、一赔率计算单元与一赔付处理单元,其特征在于,该运作方法为透过该游戏处理单元进行:
    一押分程序S1,透过该游戏处理单元开启该押分界面,让该至少一玩家操作该押分界面进行押分,以让该游戏处理单元依据该至少一玩家对该多个押分区的一基本押分选择而产生一基本押分数据;
    一发牌程序S2,于该押分程序S1结束后,透过该游戏处理单元通知该发牌单元依据该扑克牌游戏的一运作规则进行一发牌动作,而依序一张一张发出多张扑克牌;
    一暂停发牌程序S3,于该发牌单元进行该发牌动作且当满足一指定条件时,透过该游戏处理单元暂停该发牌单元的该发牌动作,并透过该游戏处理单元判断并取得该多个游戏结果各自的一最新出现机率;
    一改变赔率程序S4,于暂停该发牌单元的该发牌动作后,透过该游戏处理单元控制该赔率计算单元,让该赔率计算单元依据该多个游戏结果的该最新出现机率改变该多个赔率中的至少一个;
    一开启额外押分程序S5,于暂停该发牌单元的该发牌动作后,透过该游戏处理单元再次开启该押分界面,让该至少一玩家操作该押分界面进行一额外进行押分,以让该游戏处理单元依据该至少一玩家对该多个押分区的一额外押分选择而产生一额外押分数据,并在满足一结束条件时,透过该游戏处理单元结束该额外进行押分,并让该游戏处理单元恢复该发牌单元的该发牌动作;
    一游戏结果产生程序S6,透过该游戏处理单元依据该扑克牌游戏的该运作规则,控制该发牌单元完成该发牌动作并依据该发牌单元发出的该多张扑克牌而产生该多个游戏结果的任一;
    一赔付程序S7,透过该游戏处理单元通知该赔付处理单元进行赔付,让该赔付处理单元依据该发牌单元产生的该游戏结果、该基本押分数据与该额外押分数据对该至少一玩家进行赔付。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的运作方法,其特征在于,该结束条件为再次开启该押分界面并经过一预设时间后。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的运作方法,其特征在于,该结束条件为全部的该至少一玩家皆进行该额外进行押分后。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的运作方法,其特征在于,于该赔付程序S7中,针对该额外进行押分所产生的该额外押分数据,当该赔付处理单元还依据一让分规则对该至少一玩家进行赔付,则于该改变赔率程序S4中,该赔率计算单元亦依据该让分规则改变至少一个该押分区对应的该赔率。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的运作方法,其特征在于,该指定条件为该发牌单元发出第一张的该扑克牌且亮牌后。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的运作方法,其特征在于,该指定条件为该发牌单元发出非最后的任一张的该扑克牌且亮牌后。
  20. 根据权利要求14所述的运作方法,其特征在于,该指定条件为该发牌单元发出任一张的该扑克牌后且该多个游戏结果的任一该最新出现机率的变动比例为超过一指定值。
  21. 根据权利要求18、19或20所述的运作方法,其特征在于,该押分界面还包含一控制选项,而该指定条件还包含该控制选项处于启用状态下。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的运作方法,其特征在于,该控制选项为随机启用。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的运作方法,其特征在于,该控制选项为自由选择是否启用。
  24. 根据权利要求14所述的运作方法,其特征在于,于该开启额外押分程序S5中,该游戏处理单元限制该至少一玩家只能对已有押分的该押分区进行该额外进行押分。
  25. 根据权利要求14所述的运作方法,其特征在于,于该开启额外押分程序S5中,该至少一玩家能够产生的该额外押分数据的一押分数值为小于等于该基本押分数据的一押分数值。
