본 발명은 실내.외에서 즐길수 있는 놀이기구 블록으로, 다양한 형태로 조합.배치가 가능하게 이루어져 놀이기구 설치자와 놀이 주체인 어린이의 창의적 의견을 반영하여 놀이기구를 구성할 수 있는 놀이기구 블록에 관한 것이다.
현재 유아 및 어린이들의 창의력, 구성력 및 집중력 향상을 위하여 여러 가지 다양한 놀이블록이 개발되어 사용되고 있다.
이러한 놀이블록은 다양한 입체 블록을 이용하여 유아 및 어린이들이 건물이나 자동차 등의 여러 가지 형태로 조합하면서 입체적인 구성의 경험을 하도록 고안되었다.
그러나, 이러한 기능을 가진 놀이블록은 실내에서 손으로 조작하여 형태를 구성하도록 작은 크기이며 온몸을 이용해서 놀수 있는 놀이기구로는 부족하다.
유아 및 어린이들이 쉽게 질리지 않으며, 성장 발달을 제공할 수 있는 놀이기구의 개발이 필요한 실정이다.
본 발명은 종래의 작은 놀이블록의부터 야기되는 문제점을 보완하기 위한 것으로 다음과 같은 목적을 갖는다.
본 발명은 8가지 블록을 이용하여 다양한 형태로 조합.배치시켜 놀이기구를 창작 구성할 수 있도록 하여 독창적인 놀이를 즐길 수 있고, 이로 인한 아이들의 창의력과 집중력을 향상시킴과 아울러 성장 발달에 도움을 줄 수 있는 놀이기구 블록을 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 길이방향으로 관통형성되고, 입출입구가 구비되며 상호 조합사용하거나 다양한 형태로 배열하여 입체적 형상의 구조물을 만들어 다양한 놀이기구를 만들 수 있는 블록; 을 수직으로 조합배열하거나 바닥면에 수평으로 배열하여 다양한 놀이를 제공하는 것에 특징이 있다.

첨부 도면 도9에 도시된 바와 같이, 제8블록(180)은 터널식으로 관통된 5각형상으로 이루어지며, 각 면에는 크기가 상이하고 다양한 모양의 홀(H1)(H2)이 구비된다.
첨부 도면 도 10 내지 도 13은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 블록을 이용하여 놀이를 즐길 수 있는 조합을 예시로 도시한 것으로 이외에 다양한 형태로 조합배치하여 복합적 놀이기능을 갖춘 다양한 형태의 놀이기구를 구현할 수 있다.
첨부 도면 도10 내지 12은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 블록과 그 외의 품목을 결합하여 놀이기구를 제공하는 것이다.
도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 블록(100)을 상하로 적층하여 조립하고, 필요에 따라 상기 블록(100)의 길이방향 시작부와 끝단부에 마감판(400)을 끼워 조립사용된다.
그리고 블록과 블록은 체결유닛(미도시)으로 체결하는 것이 바람직하고, 바닥으로부터 이격된 블록의 하단에는 받침부재(300)을 구비하여 이격된 블록을 견고하게 받쳐 지지하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 적층된 블록의 상단에는 아이들이 추락을 방지하기 위하여 안전난간대(200)를 구비할 수 있다.
도 11에 도시된 바와 같이, 블록(100)을 적층하여 구성하되, 블록의 길이방향 양 사이드 출입구에는 마감판(400)을 구비하여 사용될 수 있으며, 입출입구의 시작편과 안내편 사이에는 받침부재(300)를 조립하여 블록의 처짐을 방지하는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고 적층된 블록의 상단에는 아이들의 추락을 방지하기 위한 안전난간대(200)가 구비되며, 안전난간대의 요부에는 미끄럼틀(500)을 구비하여 아이들이 타고 놀수 있는 미끄럼틀 놀이기구를 제작 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 첨부 도면 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 블록을 수직으로 이격되게 구비하고, 블록과 블록의 상단 사이로 원형봉, 또는 철봉등을 조합하여 구름사다리운동 내지 철봉운동을 제공하는 놀이기구를 제공할 수 있다.
이와 같은 놀이기구는 숨바꼭질 놀이를 제공할 수 있으며, 철봉놀이 및 손으로 잡고 이동하는 놀이등을 제공할 수 있다.
이외에 첨부 도면 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이, 블록을 다양한 형상과 모양을 갖도록 조립하여 그에 따른 놀이를 제공할 수 있으며, 다양한 형상과 모양을 제작함에 의해 놀이기구 설치자와 사용자인 아이들의 창의력을 반영할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.
이상으로 본 발명의 특정 실시예들에 대하여 설명하였다.
그러나, 본 발명의 사상 및 범위는 이러한 특정 실시예에 특별히 한정되는 것이 아니라, 본 발명의 요지를 변경하지 않는 범위 내에서 다양하게 수정 및 변형이 가능하다는 것을 본 발명에 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이해해야 할 것이다.
따라서, 전술된 실시예들은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이므로, 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 하며, 본 발명은 청구항의 범주에 의해 정의될 뿐이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 길이방향으로 관통형성되고, 입출입구가 구비되며 상호 조립사용하거나 다양한 형태로 배열하여 입체적 형상의 구조물을 만들어 다양한 놀이기구를 만들 수 있는 놀이기구 블록(100);을 수직으로 조합배열하거나 바닥면에 수평으로배열하여 다양한 놀이를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다양한 형태로 조합.배치하여 다양한 놀이기구를 구성할 수 있는 놀이기구 블록.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 놀이기구 블록(100)은,
    제1블록(110)과, 제2블록(120)과, 제3블록(130)과, 제4블록(140)과, 제5블록(150), 제6블록(160), 제7블록(170), 제8블록(180)으로 구비되어, 다양한 형상과 구조를 갖도록 조합배치하여 다양한 놀이를 제공하는, 다양한 형태로 조합.배치하여 다양한 놀이기구를 구성할 수 있는 놀이기구 블록.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1블록(110)은,
    터널식으로 관통된 사각기둥으로 이루어지되, 일 모서리부는 경사면(C)으로 이루어지고, 각 면에는 상이한 크기와 다양한 모양의 홀(H1)(H2)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는, 다양한 형태로 조합.배치하여 다양한 놀이기구를 구성할 수 있는 놀이기구 블록.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 제2블록(120)은,
    터널식으로 관통된 사각기둥으로 이루어지되, 일 모서리부는 경사면(C)으로 이루어지고, 일 측부에는 입출입구(D)가 구비되며, 각 면에는 상이한 크기와 다양한 모양의 홀(H1)(H2)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다양한 형태로 조합.배치하여 다양한 놀이기구를 구성할 수 있는 놀이기구 블록.
  5. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 제3블록(130)은,
    터널식으로 관통된 사각기둥으로 이루어지되, 일 측부에는 입출입구(D)가 구비되며, 각 면에는 상이한 크기와 다양한 모양의 홀(H1)(H2)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다양한 형태로 조합.배치하여 다양한 놀이기구를 구성할 수 있는 놀이기구 블록.
  6. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 제4블록(140)은,
    터널식으로 관통된 육각기둥으로 이루어지되, 각 면에는 상이한 크기와 다양한 모양의 홀(H1)(H2)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다양한 형태로 조합.배치하여 다양한 놀이기구를 구성할 수 있는 놀이기구 블록.
  7. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 제5블록(150)은,
    터널식으로 관통된 육각기둥으로 이루어지되, 일 측부에는 입출입구(D)가 구비되며, 각 면에는 상이한 크기와 다양한 모양의 홀(H1)(H2)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다양한 형태로 조합.배치하여 다양한 놀이기구를 구성할 수 있는 놀이기구 블록.
  8. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 제6블록(160)은,
    터널식으로 관통되며 "L"자 절곡된 상단으로 내측으로 말아지게 라운드로 구비되며 절곡된 부위로 부터 입출입구(D)가 구비되어 라운드부까지 연통되게 이루어지며는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다양한 형태로 조합.배치하여 다양한 놀이기구를 구성할 수 있는 놀이기구 블록.
  9. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 제7블록(170)은,
    터널식으로 관통된 사각기둥으로 이루어지되, 각 면에는 상이한 크기와 다양한 모양의 홀(H1)(H2)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다양한 형태로 조합.배치하여 다양한 놀이기구를 구성할 수 있는 놀이기구 블록.
  10. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 제8블록(180)은,
    터널식으로 관통된 오각기둥으로 이루어지되, 각 면에는 상이한 크기와 다양한 모양의 홀(H1)(H2)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다양한 형태로 조합.배치하여 다양한 놀이기구를 구성할 수 있는 놀이기구 블록.
  11. 길이방향으로 관통형성되고, 입출입구(D)가 구비되며 각 면에 손으로 잡거나 발을 넣어 밟을 수 있는 서로 상이한 크기를 갖는 다양한 모양의 홀(H1)(H2)이 구비되는 블록(100)을 수직 및 수평으로 상호 조합사용하거나 일정한 간격으로 이격 하여 봉부재로 상호 연결사용하되,
    상기 입출입구(D)와 큰 홀(H2)을 통해 블록 내부로 숨는 숨바꼭질 놀이를 제공하고,
    상기 홀(H1)을 잡거나 밟고 올라가는 등벽 놀이를 제공하고,
    상기 봉부재를 손으로 잡고 건너거나 체력을 단련하는 놀이를 제공하고,
    상기 블록을 관람석이나 좌석 테이블처럼 조합하여 쉬며 이야기할 수 있는 공간을 제공하고,
    상기 블록(100)의 내부와 블록 사이를 통과하며 잡기놀이나 미로찾기놀이를 제공하는 다양한 형태로 조합.배치하여 다양한 놀이기구를 구성할 수 있는 놀이기구 블록.
