まず、住居管理者が住居識別子とユーザ識別子とを紐づけてサーバ300に登録する動作について説明する。図2は、住居識別子とユーザ識別子との紐付け動作のシーケンス図である。図5は、住居識別子とユーザ識別子との紐付け動作の概要を示す図である。図6は、住居識別子とユーザ識別子との紐付けのイメージ図である。
続いて、ユーザ1が滞在する住居の特定動作及び当該住居内に設置されている機器の制御動作について説明する。図3は、ユーザ1が滞在する住居の特定動作及び当該住居内に設置されている機器の制御動作のフローチャートである。
続いて、図3及び図4のフローチャートに示される処理について、第1例~第4例を参照しながらより具体的に説明する。なお、上述したように、事前設定として、住居管理者2が第2携帯端末200を使用して専用アプリを立ち上げ、(1)住居識別子の作成、(2)住居識別子と住居内の設置されている機器に関する機器情報(いわゆる、設備機器情報)との紐付け、及び、(3)住居識別子とユーザ識別子との紐付けなどの処理を行う。

第3例では、ユーザ1が滞在する住居を特定するための情報は、ユーザ1が第1携帯端末100を所持し、かつ、住居10(ここでは、住居A)に滞在するときの第1携帯端末100の位置を示す端末位置情報90(例えば、GPS情報)である。図10は、第3例を説明するための図である。
第4例では、ユーザ1が滞在する住居を特定するための情報は、設備機器(例えば、あかりゲートウェイ46)の識別情報88(例えば、IPアドレス)である。図11は、第4例を説明するための図である。
第5例では、ユーザ1が第1携帯端末100を使用して住居10(住居A)内に設置されている機器を中継器50を介さず直接制御した際に、制御された機器に関する機器情報をサーバ300に送信してもよい。例えば、ユーザ1が第1携帯端末100を電子錠44にかざして開錠した際に、第1携帯端末100の取得部122は、電子錠44の識別情報を取得し、取得された電子錠44の識別情報をサーバ300へ送信する。
