现有的轴流式吹风机为避免使用过程中衣物等大物件堵塞风道部的进风口,通常会在进风口的后方设置一挡止部用于阻挡衣物等大物件,然而现有吹风机中的挡止部和电池包接合部是一体成型的,这会对进风口的进风效率造成较大影响,从而降低吹风机的工作效率。
因此,针对上述技术问题,有必要提供一种新的吹风机。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种能够避免衣物等大物件堵塞风道部的进风口且对进风口的进风效率无明显影响的吹风机,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供的技术方案如下:一种吹风机,包括:风道部,所述风道部在其相对的两端分别设有进风口及出风口;电机,提供驱动力;风扇,设置在所述风道部内,由所述电机驱动绕一风扇轴线旋转产生气流,所述气流自所述进风口进入所述风道部并从所述出风口向外吹出;安装部,可安装用于给所述电机提供能量的电池包;手柄部,供用户握持操作;所述风道部和所述安装部间隔设置以形成与所述进风口相邻且位于所述风道部和所述安装部之间的进气空间;所述吹风机还包括挡止至少部分所述进气空间的挡止部,所述挡止部仅与所述风道部和所述安装部中的一个相连接,且所述挡止部自所述风道部或所述安装部的任意一个向另一个延伸的距离超过两者之间沿所述风扇轴线方向上最小间距的1/5。
进一步地,所述挡止部自所述风道部或所述安装部的任意一个向另一个延伸的距离超过两者之间沿所述风扇轴线方向上最小间距的1/3。
进一步地,所述挡止部包括设置在所述风扇轴线的横向两侧的第一部及第二部。
进一步地,所述第一部及第二部沿风扇轴线对称设置,且在所述风扇轴线的方向上的延伸长度一致。
进一步地,所述挡止部还设置有连接第一部及第二部的第三部。
进一步地,所述第三部连接于所述第一部、第二部的自由端,所述第三部设置于所述风道部和所述安装部之间的进气空间内。
进一步地,在沿所述风扇轴线方向上,所述第三部相比于所述风道部更靠近所述安装部。

本申请有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本申请提供的吹风机的风道部和所述安装部间隔设置,以形成一个与所述进风口相邻且位于所述风道部和所述安装部之间的进气空间,在吹风机工作时,电机带动风扇转动使外部空气先进入进气空间,再通过进风口进入风道部,从出风口流出。因为所述挡止部挡止至少部分所述进气空间,且所述挡止部自所述风道部或所述安装部的任意一个向另一个延伸的距离超过两者之间沿所述风扇轴线方向上最小间距的1/5,使得挡止部能够对衣物等大物件起到阻挡作用,避免衣物等大物件进入进气空间,导致堵塞进风口被堵塞,使得进风口能够正常进风。又因为挡止部有 且仅有一端与风道部和所述安装部中的一个相连接,当挡止部的一端与风道部连接且与安装部间隔时,挡止部与安装部之间的间隔区域也为气流进入进气空间提供了正面通道,使得挡止部对衣物等大物件起到阻挡作用的同时,还减少气流进入进风口的阻碍。当挡止部的一端与安装部连接,且与风道部间隔时,挡止部与风道部之间的间隔区域也为气流进入进风空间提供了侧部的进风通道,使得挡止部能够对衣物等大物件起到阻挡作用的同时,还减少气流进入进风口的阻碍。综上,本申请实施例提供的吹风机的挡止部在对衣物等大物件起到阻挡作用的同时,还使得气流进入进风口的阻碍较小,有利于提高吹风机进风效率,优化吹风机的使用性能。

吹风机包括:风道部4,风道部4在其相对的两端分别设有进风口41及出风口42;电机2,提供驱动力;风扇3,设置在风道部4内,由电机2驱动绕一风扇3轴线旋转产生气流,气流自进风口41进入风道部4并从出风口42向外吹出;安装部10,可安装用于给电机2提供能量的电池包8;手柄部11,供用户握持操作;风道部4和安装部10间隔设置以形成与进风口41相邻且位于风道部4和安装部10之间的进气空间;吹风机还包括挡止至少部分进气空间的挡止部6,挡止部6仅与风道部4和安装部10中的一个相连接,且挡止部6自风道部4或安装部10的任意一个向另一个延伸的距离超过两者之间沿风扇3轴线方向上最小间距的1/5。
本申请提供的吹风机的吹风机工作时,电机2带动风扇3转动使外部空气先进入进气空间,再通过进风口41进入风道部4,从出风口42流出。因为挡止部6挡止至少部分进气空间,且挡止部6自风道部4或安装部10的任意一个向另一个延伸的距离超过两者之间沿风扇3轴线方向上最小间距的1/5,使得挡止部6能够对衣物等大物件起到阻挡作用,避免衣物等大物件进入进气空间,导致堵塞进风口41被堵塞,使得进风口41能够正常进风。又因为挡止部6有且仅有一端与风道部4和安装部10中的一个相连接,例如,当挡止部6的一端与风道部4连接且与安装部10间隔时,挡止部6与安装部10之间的间隔区域也为气流进入进气空间提供了正面通道,相应的减少气流进入进风口41的阻碍。综上,本申请实施例提供的吹风机的挡止部6在对衣物等大物件起到阻挡作用的同时,还使得气流进入进风口41的阻碍较小,有利于提高吹风机进风效率,优化吹风机的使用性能。
风道部4在其相对的两端分别设有进风口41及出风口42。吹风机工作时,气流从进风口41进入风道部4,从出风口42排出,用于帮助清理落叶等杂物。
为了方便说明,以下以进风口41一侧为后方,以出风口42一侧为前方。
本申请实施例中,风道部4内具有一收容空间,电机22和风扇33设置于该收容空间内,电机22的输出轴和风扇33连接。具体的,收容空间,位于风道部4的进风口41。
在吹风机工作时,电机22转动驱动风扇33其绕轴线A(如图1所示)旋转以产生气流,风扇33产生的气流在风道的导引下由进风口41进入风道部4内并从出风口42吹出。
需要说明的是,风道部4沿轴线A延伸,进风口41和出风口42分别位于轴线A方向相对的两端。与风道部4为弯折的情况相比,本申请实施例中风道部4为直线延伸有利于降低风道部4中气流流动遇到的阻碍,使得气流通过风道部4时流速不易降低,出风口42能够产生较大流速的风量。
本申请实施例中,进风口41呈扩张状。所述进风口41呈扩张状,指代的是从前往后的方向上风道部4的外部壳体呈扩张状。进风口41呈扩张状,使得风道部和安装部10之间的进气空间的区域增大,在吹风机工作时,有利于提高吹风机单位时间内的进气量。
作为一种示例,进风口41为扁长端口,且扁长端口的两端凸出于风道部4的外部。将进风口41设置成扁长端口,使得进风口41的两端均凸出于安装部10的两端,可以弥补安装部10与进风口41距离过近对进风口41进风造成的阻碍。具体的,扁长端口呈椭圆状设置,扁长端口的两端为椭圆长轴的两端。其他实施例中,扁长端口还可以为其他的形状,例如圆形,长方形等。
吹风机还包括前后连接风道部4和安装部10的上连接部13、以及与所述上连接部13相对置的下连接部14,所述上连接部13和所述下连接部14位于所述风扇轴线的两侧,具体的,位于风扇轴线的上下两侧。吹风机还包括与上连接部13对置的下连接部14,下连接部14连接风道部4和安装部10。上连接部13和下连接部14将风道部4和安装部10构成一个可同步移动的整体。
需要说明的是,上连接部13和下连接部14位于风扇3轴线的两侧。其他实施例中,为适应吹风机的结构需求,上连接部13和下连接部14还可以以轴线A为中心呈一定的角度设置,例如90度,120度,150度等。
安装部10,用于安装给电机2提供能量的电池包8。
本申请实施例中,安装部10包括相连接的结合部5和侧连接部9,结合部5设置为与电池包8可拆卸的连接,侧连接部9遮挡在电池包8的前侧。
具体的,结合部5,位于进风口41的后方。结合部5包括用于插接电池包8的插槽以及用于与电池包8电芯连接的电极连接触点。作为一种示例,电池包8为锂电池包8。
本申请实施例中,电极连接触点位于结合部5的底部,从而电池包8安装在结合部5的底部,电池包8和结合部5位于进风口41的后端,有利于吹风机结构的紧凑程度。与电池包8位于结合部5后端的情况相比,本申请实施例使得电池包8不会扩大吹风机在风道部4延伸方向上的尺寸。
其他实施例中,为适应吹风机多样化的结构排布需要,结合部5位于进风口41的后方的同时还可以不与进风口41相对,例如结合部5可以位于进风口41后方的侧部,或者位于进风口41的底部,相应的,与结合部5可拆卸连接的电池包8,位于进风口41后方的侧部或者底部。
本申请实施例中,侧连接部9遮挡在电池包8的前侧,相应的进气空间是位于风道部4和侧连接部9之间。
本申请实施例中,在结合部5上设有多个散热孔51,这些散热孔51用于结合部5上的电极片等电气元件的散热。具体的,散热孔51设置在与结合部5的顶部。
本申请实施例中,侧连接部9的顶端与上连接部13连接,侧连接部9的底端和下连接部14连接,从而上连接部13、侧连接部9以及下连接部14构成了一个整体,能够增强吹风机的结构强度。
还需要说明的是,前述提及的风道部4、安装部10、上连接部13、下连接部14和手柄部11作为吹风机的壳体1的一部分。本申请实施例中,壳体1可以由前述部件组装形成。
风道部4和安装部10间隔设置以形成与进风口41相邻且位于风道部4和安装部10之间的进气空间。该进气空间与进风口41相邻并且通过进风口41与风道部4的内部连通。进气空间在风扇3轴线A的方向上的尺寸,由风道部4和安装部10在风扇3轴线A上的延伸尺寸决定;上连接部13和下连接部14,使安装部10和风道部4的进风口41分离,使得进气空间相对敞开的位于进风口41的后方。
本申请实施例中,吹风机还包括:手柄部11,供用户握持操作。该手柄部11沿轴线A方向延伸并连接于风道部4和安装部10上。手柄部11被设置于风道部4的上方,可使用户持握手柄部11的同时不会对进风口41的进风造成阻碍。其他实施例中,根据吹风机造型结构的需要,手柄部11还可以安装在连接部的侧部。
手柄部11的柄部具有一个中分面(图中未示出),该手柄部11的柄部相对中分面大致是对称的,本申请实施例中,将垂直于中分面的方向即为横向方向,而进气空间可以设置为在横向上是敞开的。进气空间在横向是敞开,使得用户握持手柄部11操作吹风机时不会太影响外部空气进入进气空间的进风量。
本申请实施例中,吹风机还包括底座12,该底座12设于进风口41的下方,底座12具有一支撑面,该支撑面在与地面或台面接触时能够对吹风机起到有效支撑。
本申请实施例中,挡止部6仅与风道部4和安装部10中的一个相连接指代的是,挡止部6与风道部4连接,且与安装部10间隔设置。
本申请提供的吹风机工作时,电机2带动风扇3转动产生的气流由进风口41进入风道部4,从出风口42流出,因为挡止部6设置在风道部4,使得挡止部6能够对衣物等大物件起到阻挡作用,避免衣物等大物件进入进气空间堵塞进风口41,使得进风口41能够正常进风;又因为挡止部6与安装部10相间隔,使得挡止部6与安装部10之间的空间区域也为气流进入进风口41提供了流动通道,能够减少气流进入进风口41的阻碍。综上,本申请中能够避免大物件阻碍气流进入进风口41的同时,使得气流更易进入进风口41,提高了吹风机的进风效率。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中的“挡止部”与在先中国申请202121164656.9中“支架”指代的是同一部件。
本申请实施例中,在风扇3轴线的延伸方向上,挡止部6自风道部4向安装部10延伸的尺寸超过风道部4和安装部10最小间距的1/5。使得挡止部对衣物等大物件起到良好阻挡作用的同时,挡止部6和安装部10之间还存在进风通道,兼顾挡止异物和提高进风效率的作用。若挡止部6在风扇3轴线上的延伸尺寸小于风道部4和安装部10最小间距的1/5,在吹风机工作时,挡止部6对衣物的阻挡作用效果不佳。作为一种示例,在风扇3轴线的延伸方向上,挡止部6自风道部4向安装部10延伸的尺寸超过风道部4和安装部10最小间距的1/3。
挡止部6包括设置在风扇3轴线的横向两侧的第一部61及第二部62。第一部61和第二部62分别位于风扇3轴线的横向的两侧,能够保证进气空间横向两侧的充分敞开,使得进风空间的横向两侧的进风量是趋于相同。
本申请实施例中的“第一部”与在先中国申请202121164656.9中“第一支撑部”指代的是同一部件,本申请实施例中的“第二部”代替在先中国申请202121164656.9中“第二支撑部”。
需要说明的是,第一部61和第二部62还位于上连接部13和下连接部14之间,也就是说第一部61和第二部62位于进风空间横向两端。第一部61和第二部62用于在横向上对衣物等大物件起到阻挡作用,避免衣物等大物件进入进风空间。
具体的,第一部61及第二部62沿风扇3轴线对称设置。作为一种优选实施例,第一部61和第二部62可以在轴线横向的方向上对称设置。
本申请实施例中,第一部61和第二部62在风扇3轴线的方向上的延伸长度一致,使得第一部61和第二部62在进气空间横向两端对衣物等大物件的阻挡效果一致。
具体的,挡止部6连接在风道部4靠近进风口41的一侧,相应的,间隔设置的第一部61和第二部62,连接在形成进风口41边缘壁上。
本申请实施例中,挡止部6还包括:呈环状的遮挡部,用于嵌设在进风口41,遮挡部与第一部61和第二部62连接。其他实施例中,挡止部6还可以一体形成在风道部4靠近进风口41的一侧。
需要说明的是,所述第一部61的数量还可以为多个,且相间隔排布在中分面的一侧,第二部62的数量为多个,且相间隔排布在中分面的另一侧。第一部61和第二部62的数量为多个可以扩大横向上对衣物等大物件的阻挡概率,提高阻挡效果。
本申请实施例中,在第一部61的延伸方向上,第一部61上间隔设置有多个侧向通风口(图中未示出);在第二部62的延伸方向上,第二部62上间隔设置有多个侧向通风口,所述侧向通风口朝向进气空间。在吹风机工作时,与第一部61和第二部62上没有侧向通风口的情况相比,本申请实施例中,气流不用绕过第一部61和第二部62,气流可以直接穿过侧向通风口进入进气空间,使得气流的流速不易降低。
还需要说明的是,进风口41为扁长端口的情况下,第一部61和第二部62分别设置在扁长端口的两端。
需要说明的是,进风口41处设有进风罩7,进风罩7上设有多个进气孔,进风罩7在保证进风效果的同时可以阻挡小物件从进风口41进入到风道部4中,以免损坏壳体1内的电机22和风扇33。进风罩7被设置成中部向后凸起的弧形结构,从而有利于气流从进风口41均匀地进入到风道部4内。
具体地,进风罩7包括竖直方向上的上端面及下端面,挡止部6设置于该上端面及下端面之间的中间位置,以使得挡止部6能够对衣物等大物件起到更好的阻挡效果。
具体的,进风罩7设置在挡止部6的遮挡部上。也就是说,在将挡止部6嵌设在进风口41时,进风罩7也自然的固定在了进风口41处。本申请实施例中,进风罩7设置在遮挡部6上的方式有多种,例如:卡扣嵌合,螺栓固定等。
挡止部6还设置有连接第一部61及第二部62的第三部63。
在吹风机工作时,在电机2转动下,外部空气通过进气空间进入进风口41,设置在进风口41的第一部61和第二部62在气流的带动下容易发生振颤,本申请实施例通过第三部63与第一部61和第二部62 连接,使得第一部61、第二部62和第三部63能够构成整体,能够降低第一部61和第二部62在气流带动下的振动,增加进风口41的整体强度;此外,还避免衣物等大物件从第一部61和第二部62之间进入进气空间。
作为一种示例,第三部63横跨进风口41。第三部63横跨进风口41,使得第三部63能够在较大范围内对衣物等大物件起到阻挡作用。
在沿风扇3轴线方向上,第三部63相比于风道部4更靠近安装部10。与在沿风扇3轴线的方向上第三部63位于风道部4的进风口41端口的情况相比,本申请实施例中,第三部63相比于风道部4更靠近安装部10,使得靠近进风口41的区域是无部件遮挡的,不易降低进入进风口41的空气流速。
本申请实施例中,第三部63连接于第一部61、第二部62的自由端,第三部63设置于风道部4和安装部10之间的进气空间内。第三部63能在进风口41的正面起到阻挡作用的同时,使得落叶和衣物不易从进风口41的正面进入进气空间。其他实施例中,在风扇3轴线的延伸方向上,第一部61和第二部62的自由端还可以延伸过侧连接部9,第三部63还可以与第一部61和第二部62延伸方向的中间区域连接。
在风扇3轴线的延伸方向上,第三部63和风道部4的最大间距L1(如图5和图6所示),第三部63至安装部10的最大间距为L2(如图5和图6所示),L1/L2(L1除以L2的结果)在1/3至9的范围内。若所述比值小于1/3,第三部63至进风口41端口的距离较小,吹风机工作时,第三部63易对气流的流速造成较大阻碍,不利于提高进风口41的进风效率,导致吹风机的使用性能不佳。若所述比值大于9,会导致第三部63和侧连接部9的距离过近,第三部63和侧连接部9之间的空气受到第三部63和侧连接部9的约束不易被吸入进气空间。作为一种示例,L1/L2的比值在3至9。
作为一种示例,第一部61和第二部62的延伸方向与风扇3轴线的延伸方向一致,第三部63的延伸方向垂直于第一部61及第二部62的延伸方向。其他实施例中,第三部63的延伸方向还可以与第一部61或第二部62的延伸方向不垂直,呈一定的角度,例如:80度、85度等。
参考图4,是图1中B处的放大示意图,第三部63包括至少一个轴向通风口631,沿第三部63的延伸方向间隔排布,轴向通风口631朝向进风口41设置。与气流绕过第三部63进入进风口41的情况相比,第三部63的轴向通风口631使得第三部63和安装部10之间的空气能直接通过轴向通风口631进入进风口41,不易降低气流进入进风口41的流速。
作为一种示例,轴向通风口631的大小占据整个第三部63大小的60%以上,以尽可能的降低第三部63结构本体对气流的阻挡。

挡止部6包括设置在风扇轴线的横向两侧的第一部61及第二部62。第一部61和第二部62分别位于风扇轴线的横向的两侧,能够保证进气空间横向两侧的充分敞开,使得进风空间的横向两侧的进风量是趋于相同。

本申请实施例中,所述挡止部6连接或者一体形成在侧连接部9的侧部,也就是说第一部61及第二部62设置在侧连接部9横向的两个侧部。其他实施例中,第一部61及第二部62还设置在侧连接部9朝向进风口端面的横向两侧。
需要说明的是,所述第一部61的数量还可以为多个,且相间隔排布在风扇轴线的一侧,第二部62的数量为多个,且相间隔排布在所述风扇轴线的另一侧。第一部61和第二部62的数量为多个可以扩大横向上对衣物等大物件的阻挡概率,提高阻挡效果。

    风道部,所述风道部在其相对的两端分别设有进风口及出风口;
    电机,提供驱动力;
    风扇,设置在所述风道部内,由所述电机驱动绕一风扇轴线旋转产生气流,所述气流自所述进风口进入所述风道部并从所述出风口向外吹出;
    安装部,可安装用于给所述电机提供能量的电池包;
    手柄部,供用户握持操作;
    其特征在于,
    所述风道部和所述安装部间隔设置以形成与所述进风口相邻且位于所述风道部和所述安装部之间的进气空间;
    所述吹风机还包括挡止至少部分所述进气空间的挡止部,所述挡止部仅与所述风道部和所述安装部中的一个相连接,且所述挡止部自所述风道部或所述安装部的任意一个向另一个延伸的距离超过两者之间沿所述风扇轴线方向上最小间距的1/5。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吹风机,其特征在于,所述挡止部自所述风道部或所述安装部的任意一个向另一个延伸的距离超过两者之间沿所述风扇轴线方向上最小间距的1/3。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的吹风机,其特征在于,所述挡止部包括设置在所述风扇轴线的横向两侧的第一部及第二部。

  10. 根据权利要求5所述的吹风机,其特征在于,所述第三部包括至少一个轴向通风口,沿所述第三部的延伸方向间隔排布,所述轴向通风口朝向所述进风口设置。

    上端板;
    下端板,与所述上端板相对设置;

  15. 根据权利要求1所述的吹风机,其特征在于,所述安装部包括相连接的结合部和侧连接部,所述结合部设置为与所述电池包可拆卸的连接,所述侧连接部遮挡在所述电池包的前侧。
  16. 一种吹风机,其包括:
    风道部,所述风道部在其相对的两端分别设有进风口及出风口;
    电机,提供驱动力;
    风扇,设置在所述风道部内,由所述电机驱动绕一风扇轴线旋转产生气流,所述气流自所述进风口进入所述风道部并从所述出风口向外吹出;
    安装部,可安装用于给所述电机提供能量的电池包;

    风道部,所述风道部在其相对的两端分别设有进风口及出风口;
    电机,提供驱动力;
    风扇,设置在所述风道部内,由所述电机驱动绕一风扇轴线旋转产生气流,所述气流自所述进风口进入所述风道部并从所述出风口向外吹出;
    安装部,可安装用于给所述电机提供能量的电池包;
    手柄部,供用户握持操作;
    其特征在于,
    所述风道部和所述安装部间隔设置以形成与所述进风口相邻且位于所述风道部和所述安装部之间的进气空间;
    所述吹风机还包括前后连接所述风道部和所述安装部的上连接部、以及与所述上连接部相对置的下连接部,所述上连接部和所述下连接部位于所述风扇轴线的两侧,所述吹风机还包括挡止部,用于挡止至少部分所述进气空间,所述挡止部至少与所述上连接部、所述下连接部中的一个相连接,且所述挡止部上下方向上延伸的长度配置为超过所述上连接部和所述下连接部之间最大间距的1/5。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的吹风机,其特征在于,所述挡止部与所述风道部、所述安装部均间隔设置。
