本申请实施方式提供的辅助装置中的镜盖朝向打开位置运动时,能够全部收容于容置腔内,用户可以根据车型对镜盖和辅助机构的外型进行任意造型。该装置整体结构简单,最大程度的减小了内部部件与开口端之间的间隙,更容易实现密封,提高了密封性,能够有效的降低汽车行驶过程中的风阻和风噪。

本说明书所提供实施例的辅助装置可以配置于任何车辆上,可以是轿车、商务车、SUV、小型车等车型,本申请实施例对此不作特别限定。在可预想的实施例中,本申请提供的技术方案还可以扩展运用于任意适合的场景中,本申请的保护范围并不局限于应用至车辆上。例如,辅助装置可以包括电子后视镜装置。
该辅助装置主要包括辅助机构2、盖体3和至少一个动力机构,其中一个动力机构用于带动辅助机构2伸出和收回。当辅助装置为电子后视镜装置时,辅助机构2可以包括摄像机构。
该电子后视镜装置作为应用于车辆上的一种辅助装置,所述辅助机构2可以为用于进行环境感知的机构,包括雷达(例如毫米波雷达)、摄像头、后视镜等环境感知部件;或者,可以为用于进行清洁的清洁装置。当然,在可以预想的实施例中,还可以为除环境感知、清洁功能之外的其他辅助装置。相应的,所述摄像机构可以对应为上述辅助功能中的任意一种,本说明书主要以摄像机构作为主要应用场景进行阐述,但基于上文描述可知,本申请实施例的保护范围并不因此而受到限定。
其中,雷达通过对外发送信号并接受障碍物反射的回波实现对周围环境的感知,可以用于检测车辆周围的障碍物的速度、及障碍物与车辆之间的距离,即实现针对障碍物的测速及测距。摄像头是具备图像采集功能的设备,可以用于检测车辆周围的障碍物、 包括车辆行驶路径上的前后方车辆、侧方车辆。后视镜可用于直接获取汽车后方、侧方和下方等外部信息。或者,所述辅助机构2可以为车辆上用于清洁的清洁机构。当然,在可以预想的实施例中,该辅助机构2还可以为除环境感知、清洁功能之外的其他辅助部件。本申请对所述辅助机构2的类型不作限定,可以为上述辅助功能中的任意一种。本说明书主要以辅助机构2为摄像头时作为主要应用场景进行阐述,但基于上文描述可知,本申请实施例的保护范围并不因此而受到限定。
辅助机构2可以设置有摄像单元,用于采集视觉信息。该辅助装置在需要使用时,可以利用动力机构驱动辅助机构2将其伸出以采集外部视觉信息,在不需要使用时,可以利用动力机构驱动辅助机构2将其收回,从而能够减小摄像单元被污染。所述盖体3用于在辅助机构2收回至对其进行保护。
所述辅助机构2、盖体3和至少一个动力机构可以直接设置在基体的容置腔中,所述基体可以是车身,例如在车身上预留出安装孔,将辅助机构2、盖体3以及至少一个动力机构安装在安装孔内。如图1和图2所示,该辅助装置可以包括壳体1,辅助机构2、盖体3和动力机构均可以收容于壳体1中,能够形成一个整体模块,将整体模块放置于基体的容置腔中。当辅助装置为电子后视镜装置时,盖体3可以包括镜盖。
壳体1可以为矩形、球型、柱形等现有的任意规则或不规则的结构。壳体1具有容纳腔室11,该容纳腔室11具有开口端,供辅助机构2在使用时伸出。为了便于壳体1内的动力机构与外部电源或者控制电路的连接,壳体1还设置有通孔13,便于动力机构的供电和控制。
辅助机构2包括用于设置摄像单元的外壳。如图3和图11所示,该外壳设置有基部22和本体部23,基部22的外轮廓尺寸大于本体部23的外轮廓尺寸,且在二者之间形成限位台阶。在辅助机构2伸出时,本体部23和基部22可以分别位于开口端的两侧,且本体部23伸出于开口端,从而在本体部23从开口端伸出时,基部22与本体部23之间的限位台阶能够与开口端相配合形成密封。为了减小辅助机构2伸出时的风阻,本体部23可以为具有流线型的渐缩结构。
盖体3可活动地设置于开口端,在需要辅助机构2伸出时,将盖体3打开以供辅助机构2从开口端伸出,在需要辅助机构2收回时将盖体3关闭以封闭容纳腔室11或者容置腔。对应的,根据盖体3的打开动作和关闭动作,盖体3具有相对于开口端的打开位置和闭合位置,当盖体3位于打开位置时,盖体3将开口端打开,以供辅助机构2从开口端伸出;当盖体3位于闭合位置时,盖体3将开口端封闭。当盖体3位于打开位置时, 盖体3全部收容于容纳腔室11或者基体的容置腔中。
该辅助装置通过形成一个整体模块,可作为一个独立部件安装于车身上或者其他类型的基体上,当需要更换或者维修时,可单独从车身上拆卸。当该装置安装于车身S上时,可以预先在车身S上设计出与该壳体1轮廓大小、形状所对应的安装孔,然后将整体模块安装至安装孔内,并将开口端朝向车身外部,以供辅助机构2伸出后采集车身侧后方的视觉信息。如图11和图12所示,辅助装置中只有辅助机构2能够从开口端伸出,盖体3全部收容于容纳腔室11或者基体的容置腔中,相较于现有的辅助装置而言,在使用时位于车身S外部的结构大大缩小,可减小汽车行驶过程中的风阻和风噪。
同时,该装置具有较好的通用性,可适配于任何车身。众所周知,不同车型的车身设计存在有区别,当配置于不同车身上时,可根据车身造型对盖体做适应性设计的形状设计,从而在安装于车身上时,盖体能与车身整体造型相衔接,即能满足不同车型的安装需要。因此,在辅助机构收回至容纳腔室时,盖体因与车身整体相衔接可被视为车身上的一部分,隐藏效果好。
在本说明书中,辅助装置可以包括可拆卸地安装于壳体1上的盖板组件10,盖板组件10上形成与所述盖体3相配合的开口端。盖体3转动连接在盖板组件10上。因此,在需要更换和维修壳体1内部的部件时,可通过将盖板组件10拆卸后取出。盖板组件10为多层结构或者单层结构,能够在辅助机构2从开口端伸出时,保持开口端的密封性。
盖板组件10可以直接安装在基体上,该开口端可以作为容置腔的开口端,或者,在辅助装置包含有壳体1的实施例中,盖板组件10可以安装于壳体1上,该开口端可以作为壳体1的容纳腔室11的开口端。
具体的,盖板组件10包括盖板,所述开口端设置在盖板上。该装置还包括密封件,所述密封件至少设置在盖体3、盖板、辅助机构2其中之一上,从而在盖体3或者辅助机构2位于开口端时,通过密封件保证盖体3或者辅助机构2与开口端之间的密封性。
在一个实施方式中,如图10,盖板包括:用于安装盖体3的内盖板102和设于内盖板102外侧的外盖板101,其中外盖板101为最外层部件,内盖板102与基体或者壳体1的边缘相连接。所述密封件包括:设置在盖体3上的盖体密封圈104和设置在外盖板101上的盖板密封圈103。
在另一个实施方式中,如图10和图13所示,盖板组件10包括:外盖板101、内盖板102以及设置在外盖板101和内盖板102之间的密封机构。其中外盖板101为最外层部件,内盖板102与壳体1的边缘相连接,密封机构安装于外盖板101与内盖板102之 间的密封腔内。当摄像机构的本体部23从开口端伸出时,摄像机构的基部22可以与密封机构相配合保持该处的密封性。
具体的,安装时,外盖板101和内盖板102可以扣合连接,以将密封机构限定在密封腔中。或者,可以采用螺栓连接或者螺纹连接。密封机构为至少一道密封圈,可以包括:靠近外盖板101的盖板密封圈103和靠近盖体3的盖体密封圈104。所述盖体密封圈104用于在盖体3位于闭合位置时密封盖体3与开口端,所述盖板密封圈103用于在辅助机构2从开口端伸出时密封辅助机构2与开口端。所述盖体密封圈104可以安装于盖体3上,在盖体3执行打开动作和关闭动作时,随盖体3一同运动。所述盖板密封圈103可以安装在外盖板101背面的凹槽上。
如图14图15示,当盖体3执行关闭动作时,盖体密封圈104和盖板密封圈103共同对盖体3与开口端之间起密封作用。而当盖体3执行打开动作时,辅助机构2从开口端伸出,如图11所示,盖体密封圈104随盖体3收容于容置腔中,而盖板密封圈103对辅助机构2起到密封作用。当辅助机构2的本体部23从开口端伸出时,辅助机构2的基部22可以与盖板密封圈103相配合保持该处的密封性。可见,在盖体3执行打开动作和关闭动作时,盖板密封圈103始终能够起到对开口端的密封作用,以避免盖体3与开口端之间或者辅助机构2与开口端之间产生多余空隙。
在本说明书中,该辅助装置包括加热单元,该加热单元用于在辅助机构2从开口端伸出时对辅助机构2与开口端之间进行加热,从而防止辅助装置在低温环境下使用时辅助机构2被冻住,导致装置无法正常使用。或者,该加热单元用于在盖体3位于闭合位置时对盖体3与开口端之间进行加热。
通常而言,盖体3和辅助机构2在使用过程中均通过开口端与外界环境直接接触,从而容易在开口端被冻住。而当盖体3和辅助机构2位于容置腔中时,由于不会与外界环境直接接触,一般情况下不会存在被冻住的风险。因此,为了保证该辅助装置在低温环境下正常使用,需要考虑盖体3和辅助机构2在与开口端配合时的解冻问题:一方面保证盖体3能够在低温环境下打开,另一方面,还需辅助机构2能够在低温环境下不被冻住,以能够从开口端收回。
当盖体3闭合于开口端时,辅助机构2收回于容置腔中,而盖体3收容于容置腔中时,辅助机构2伸出开口端。因此,可以将加热单元设置在开口端的周围,用于对盖体3和辅助机构2中的其中一个进行加热。
在一个实施方式中,该加热单元可以设置在盖板或者密封件上,从而能够在开口端 处对盖体3和辅助机构2中的其中一个进行加热。
具体的,该加热单元可以设置在盖板上,可以是外盖板101或者内盖板102。当盖体3闭合于开口端时,盖板与盖体3之间通过盖体密封圈104、盖板密封圈103相接触,该加热单元可以隔着盖体密封圈104、盖板密封圈103对盖体3进行加热,以防止低温环境下盖体3被冻住而无法打开。而当盖体3收容于容置腔中,辅助机构2从开口端伸出,盖板与辅助机构2的外壳之间通过盖板密封圈103相接触,该加热单元可以隔着盖板密封圈103对辅助机构2的外壳进行加热,以防止低温环境下辅助机构2被冻住而无法收回。从而,加热单元可以对盖体3与开口端之间或者辅助机构2与开口端之间进行加热。
优选的,该加热单元可以设置在盖板密封圈103上,相较于盖板而言,盖板密封圈103能够与盖体3和辅助机构2直接接触,加热效果更好,加热效率更高。并且通过将加热单元设置在盖板密封圈103上,加热面积小,且隐藏于盖板的内侧,不会影响盖板组件10的整体结构。
在一些可行的实施方式中,加热单元包括第一加热单元和第二加热单元,所述第一加热单元设置辅助机构2上,所述第二加热单元设置在盖体3上。具体的,第一加热单元可以设置在辅助机构2的外壳上,能够在辅助机构2伸出和收回过程中始终保持对辅助机构2的加热。第二加热单元设置在盖体3上,在盖体3执行打开动作和关闭动作时,能够始终保持对盖体3的加热。或者,在一些可能的实施例中,第二加热单元设置在盖体密封圈104上,也能够在盖体3执行打开动作和关闭动作时保持对盖体3的加热。
该加热单元包括电加热层,所述电加热层设置有电加热丝。所述辅助装置还可以包括用于调节所述电加热丝加热功率的温度控制单元和用于获取加热温度的温度传感单元。其中,所述温度控制单元可以对电加热丝的加热功率进行调节,所述温度传感单元可以为温度传感器。当温度传感单元获取到的温度为低温环境时,可以通过温度控制单元对电加热丝的加热功率进行调节,以达到设定温度,以防止盖体3或者辅助机构2被冻住。当然,所述温度控制单元和所述温度传感单元可以配置于车辆上,通过车辆自带的温度控制单元和温度传感单元实现对温度的监测、以及电加热层的加热功率调节,本说明书实施例不作具体限定。
在一个实施方式中,盖板组件10可拆卸的安装在壳体1上,盖体3转动连接在盖板组件10上。因此,在需要更换和维修壳体1内部的部件时,可通过将盖板组件10拆卸后取出。
在本实施例中,盖板组件10也可以根据车身S造型做出适应性的形状设计,其与盖体3共同与车身S整体造型相衔接。并且,盖板组件10与壳体1可拆卸安装,可以将盖板组件10与盖体3设置为一个整体,当配置于不同车型时,可以仅将盖板组件10整体进行拆卸,无需更换辅助装置中除盖板组件10的其他部件。例如,当辅助装置从A型号车身更换至B型号车身时,将盖板组件10整体拆卸,然后更换至与B型号车身造型相适配的盖板组件10,提高了辅助装置的通用性。
具体的,盖体3的端部设置第一连接轴31,当辅助装置设置盖板组件10时,内盖板102上设置有连接部,并与第一连接轴31铰接。盖体3可通过至少一个动力机构中的其中一个带动,至少能完成打开动作或者关闭动作,所述打开动作为将盖体3转动以将开口端打开,所述关闭动作为将盖体3转动以将开口端封闭。
当其中一个动力机构带动辅助机构2运动时,辅助机构2具有收回位置和伸出位置,辅助机构2自收回位置朝向伸出位置运动时,盖体3从闭合位置朝向打开位置运动,辅助机构2自伸出位置朝向收回位置运动时,盖体3从打开位置朝向闭合位置运动。当盖体3从闭合位置朝向打开位置运动时,盖体3全部收容于容纳腔室11中,也即收容于靠近收回位置的一侧,从而能够防止盖体3与辅助机构2一同伸出,降低风阻和风噪。
如图11和图12所示,电子后视镜装置中只有摄像机构能够从开口端伸出,相较于现有的电子后视镜装置而言,电子后视镜在使用时位于车身S外部的结构大大缩小,可减小汽车行驶过程中的风阻和风噪。
在本说明书中,动力机构可以设置有一个,同时带动盖体3和辅助机构2运动。或者,动力机构设置有两个,其中一个用于带动盖体3在闭合位置和打开位置之间运动,其中另一个用于带动辅助机构2从开口端伸出和收回。
在本实施方式中,当动力机构设置有一个时,动力机构包括:动力源组件;与动力源组件传动连接的第一运动组件4和第二运动组件5,其中,第一运动组件4带动辅助机构2在收回位置和伸出位置之间运动,第二运动组件5带动盖体3运动。
具体的,如图4和图5所示,第一运动组件4包括:与动力源组件传动连接的第一连杆机构41,所述第一连杆机构41的端部与辅助机构2相连,第一连杆机构41在动力源组件的驱动下能作收缩和展开运动,以带动辅助机构2在收回位置和伸出位置之间移动。
通常而言,辅助装置在未使用时,辅助机构2应当收回至容纳腔室11中,从而第一连杆机构41可以为收缩状态;当需要将辅助机构2伸出时,开启动力源组件带动第一连 杆机构41作展开运动,以能将辅助机构2带动至伸出位置。
在一个具体的实施方式中,第一连杆机构41包括依次铰接的第一连杆单元、第二连杆单元和第三连杆单元,第三连杆单元具有大致水平的水平段和大致垂直的竖直段,即第三连杆单元为T型结构,其中,水平段的两端可以分别与第二连杆单元和辅助机构2转动连接,竖直段设置有用于为辅助机构2提供阻尼和推力的阻尼件42。
在本实施例中,三个连杆单元通过销钉铰接,水平段与摄像机构的外壳铰接。所述阻尼件42可以为弹性件,从而在第一连杆机构41作收缩和展开运动时,为摄像机构提供对应的力。当第一连杆机构41为收缩状态时,如图5所示,摄像机构位于收回位置,此时阻尼件42被压缩使得摄像机构具有朝向伸出位置运动的趋势,则阻尼件42为摄像机构提供推力。当第一连杆机构41为展开状态时,阻尼件42释放蓄积的弹性势能,能够带动摄像机构朝向伸出位置移动,此时阻尼件42为摄像机构提供阻力。从而,在摄像机构伸出时,当摄像机构受到外力,通过阻尼件42为摄像机构提供的阻力帮助其复位,能避免因误触碰或者外部冲击力造成的摄像机构收回。
在一个实施方式中,该辅助装置包括为盖体3提供弹性复位力的第一弹性件32,第一弹性件32和第二运动组件5的共同作用带动盖体3在闭合位置和打开位置之间运动。
如图3所示,辅助装置在未使用时,辅助机构2收回至容纳腔室11中,盖体3位于闭合位置,此时第一弹性件32为盖体3提供的弹性复位力使其具有朝向容纳腔室11转动的趋势。在辅助机构2自收回位置朝向伸出位置移动时,第一弹性件32提供的弹性复位力能带动盖体3朝向打开位置运动,在辅助机构2自伸出位置朝向收回位置移动时,第二运动组件5能带动盖体3从打开位置朝向闭合位置运动。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述第一弹性件32可以为扭簧,可以设置在盖体3的第一连接轴31上,以为盖体3提供能够转动打开的弹性复位力。当盖体3处于闭合位置时,第一弹性件32对第一连接轴施加向上的扭力,以在盖体3脱离抵触时,朝向打开位置运动。而第二运动组件5带动盖体3从打开位置运动至闭合位置时,第一弹性件32又能蓄积弹性势能。
在一些可能的实施例中,第一弹性件32为弹簧,其一端连接在盖体3上,另一端连接在盖板组件10上,以为盖体3提供能够转动打开的弹性复位力。当盖体3位于闭合位置时,第一弹性件32为盖体3施加朝向打开位置运动的推力,以在盖体3脱离抵触时,朝向打开位置运动。而第二运动组件5带动盖体3从打开位置运动至闭合位置时,第一弹性件32又能蓄积弹性势能。
具体的,所述第二运动组件5可以包括:与动力源组件传动连接的第二连杆机构51,设置在第二连杆机构51端部的定位板52。定位板52具有定位位置和操作位置。在辅助机构2自收回位置朝向伸出位置移动时,定位板52能自操作位置向定位位置移动,以在定位位置时将盖体3限位于打开位置,在辅助机构2自伸出位置朝向收回位置移动时,定位板52能自定位位置朝向操作位置移动,以在到达操作位置时将盖体3推动至闭合位置。
与第一连杆机构41类似,第二连杆机构51也可以包括依次铰接的第四连杆单元、第五连杆单元和第六连杆单元,三个连杆单元通过销钉铰接后能够在动力机构的驱动下作收缩和展开运动。其中,第六连杆单元连接定位板52,定位板52在第二连杆机构51运动时能够对盖体3进行推动的操作。
在一个具体的实施方式中,如图6和图7所示,定位板52包括四分之一齿轮以及与齿轮相连的侧边板,电子后视镜装置包括与齿轮相啮合的齿条54,所述齿条54设置在定位板52的移动路径上。
在本实施例中,所述齿条54相对于定位板52固定设置,齿轮设置有轴,所述轴与第六连杆单元铰接,齿轮通过与齿条54的啮合传动,其轴沿齿条54方向前后移动,使得定位板52能在定位位置和操作位置之间移动。
为了达到对盖体3定位和推动的目的,侧边板朝向容纳腔室的内侧纵长延伸。当齿轮运动至定位位置时,该侧边板恰好位于盖体3的上方,从而对盖体3进行转动限位,也就是说,盖体3在第一弹性件32和侧边板的共同作用下被转动限位,以将盖体3停止于打开位置,此时摄像机构2可以顺利从开口端伸出。当齿轮自定位位置朝向操作位置传动时,侧边板被齿轮带动转动,在转动过程中,能够将盖体3推动使其朝向背离容纳腔室11的方向转动,直至齿轮到达操作位置时,侧边板能够将盖体3推动至闭合位置。
进一步,第二运动组件5还包括为定位板52提供弹性复位力的第二弹性件53,在盖体3从闭合位置朝向打开位置运动时,第二弹性件53向定位板52施加的弹性复位力使其移动。在该辅助装置设置有壳体1时,第二弹性件53可以设置在定位板52与壳体1的内壁之间,以在盖体3打开时,与第六连杆单元共同拉动定位板52移动。尤其是,盖体3在脱离抵触时,在第一弹性件32的作用下带动盖体3从闭合位置朝向打开位置运动,此时定位板52可以被盖体3推动,在第二弹性件53的配合下,能够快速运动至定位位置,以对执行打开动作的盖体3进行限位。
在其他可行的实施方式中,所述第一弹性件32还可以为盖体3提供的弹性复位力使 其具有背离容纳腔室11转动的趋势。具体的,辅助机构2自收回位置朝向伸出位置移动时,第二运动组件5能带动盖体3从闭合位置朝向打开位置移动,辅助机构2自伸出位置朝向收回位置移动时,第一弹性件32提供的弹性复位力能带动盖体3从打开位置朝向闭合位置运动。
与上述实施例不同,该第一弹性件32可以为盖体3提供执行闭合动作的弹性复位力,而第二运动组件5进一步包括设置在盖体3与定位板52之间的滑轮机构,包括滑轮和皮带,以带动盖体3从闭合位置朝向打开位置运动。
在本实施例中,在摄像机构自收回位置朝向伸出位置移动时,定位板52能自操作位置向定位位置移动,在定位板52移动过程中通过滑轮机构带动盖体3朝向容纳腔室11转动,以使盖体3执行打开动作;在摄像机构自伸出位置朝向收回位置移动时,定位板52能自定位位置朝向操作位置移动,通过第一弹性件32提供的弹性复位力带动盖体3背离容纳腔室11转动,以使盖体3执行闭合动作。
或者,在一些可行的实施方式中,可以仅通过第二运动组件5完成盖体3的打开动作和关闭动作。与上一个实施例相同的是,第二运动组件5包括设置在盖体3与定位板52之间的滑轮机构,包括滑轮和皮带,以带动盖体3在闭合位置和打开位置之间运动。
在本实施例中,在摄像机构自收回位置朝向伸出位置移动时,定位板52能自操作位置向定位位置移动,在定位板52移动过程中通过滑轮机构带动盖体3朝向容纳腔室11转动,以使盖体3从闭合位置运动至打开位置;在摄像机构自伸出位置朝向收回位置移动时,定位板52能自定位位置朝向操作位置移动,在定位板52移动过程中通过滑轮机构带动盖体3朝向背离容纳腔室11的方向转动,以使盖体3从打开位置运动至闭合位置。
在其他可行的实施方式中,当动力机构设置有两个时,包括:第一动力机构和第二动力机构,所述第一动力机构包括:第一动力源组件和与所述第一动力源组件传动连接的第一运动组件4,所述第二动力机构包括:第二动力源组件和与所述第二动力源组件传动连接的第二运动组件5。
与上述所有实施例不同的是,在本实施例中,第一运动组件4和第二运动组件5分别由对应的动力源组件所驱动,以独立完成盖体3的运动、辅助机构2的运动。
电子后视镜装置在未使用时,盖体3应当闭合于容纳腔室11的开口端,在该电子后视镜装置需要使用时,盖体3应当朝向容纳腔室11转动,即靠近收回位置的一侧转动以打开开口端。由此可见,定位板52的定位位置相对操作位置而言,位于齿条54的近端,而操作位置位于齿条54的远端。从而,电子后视镜装置在未使用时,第二连杆机构51 为展开状态,电子后视镜装置在需要使用时,动力机构驱动第二连杆机构51为收缩状态。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图4和图5所示,所述动力源组件包括:电机9;与所述电机9传动连接的丝杆92;设置在所述丝杆92上的滑块8。所述电机9设置有电机轴,电机轴通过传动轮91连接丝杆92,所述滑块8滑动设置在丝杆92上,电机9运行过程中,可带动滑块8在丝杆92上移动。
所述第一连杆机构41和所述第二连杆机构51与滑块8相连,当滑块8在丝杆92上移动时,能带动第一连杆机构41和第二连杆机构51中的其中一个收缩,其中另一个展开。具体的,在辅助装置未使用时,第一连杆机构41为收缩状态,第二连杆机构51为展开状态,在辅助装置需要使用时,启动电机9沿第一方向转动,使得滑块8朝向第一连杆机构41移动,能够带动第一连杆机构41由收缩状态转为展开状态,从而带动辅助机构2朝向伸出位置移动,同时将第二连杆机构51的展开状态解锁,转为收缩状态,带动定位板52朝向定位位置移动。
当需要辅助机构收回时,启动电机9沿第二方向转动,使得滑块8朝向第二连杆机构51移动,能够带动第二连杆机构51由收缩状态转为展开状态,从而带动定位板52朝向操作位置移动,同时将第一连杆机构41的展开状态解锁,转为收缩状态,带动辅助机构2朝向收回位置运动。
当然,所述滑块8可以不局限于一个,在可以扩展的实施例中,第一连杆机构41和第二连杆机构51连接两个滑块,通过两个滑块在丝杆92上运动,也可完成上述动作。
在本实施例中,可以通过控制电机9沿第一方向和第二方向转动,以通过丝杆92、滑块8实现第一运动组件4和第二运动组件5的传动,从而实现辅助机构2和盖体3的配合动作。所述第一方向和所述第二方向为相反方向,第一方向可以为正转方向,则第二方向为反转方向,或者第一方向可以为反转方向,则第二方向为正转方向。当然,所述电机9控制第一运动组件4和第二运动组件5的逻辑可以不限于上述举例,本申请在此并不作具体的限定。
在一个实施方式中,如图8和图9示,该辅助装置还包括:设置在辅助机构2移动路径上的滑轨7,所述滑轨7具有连接端71和自由端72;辅助机构2自收回位置朝向伸出位置移动时,自由端72以连接端71为中心转动以脱离盖体3,辅助机构2自伸出位置朝向收回位置移动时,自由端72以连接端71为中心转动以抵住盖体3。
具体的,所述滑轨7设置在容纳腔室11的底部,辅助机构2的外壳下方设置有与滑轨7相接触的滚轮21。滑轨7的连接端71设置有第二连接轴75,所述第二连接轴75可 以与壳体1的后壁相铰接,从而滑轨7的自由端72能以连接端71为中心自由转动。
在本实施例中,当盖体3将开口端闭合时,由于第一弹性件32一直对盖体3施加弹性复位力,滑轨7的自由端72通过与盖体3相抵靠,以避免盖体3向内打开。当自由端72以连接端71为中心转动至与盖体3相脱离时,盖体3失去抵触,可在第一弹性件32的弹性复位力下向内打开,直至到达打开位置。
为了使得自由端72能转动至与盖体3相脱离,滑轨7具有一定的坡度,包括第一阶梯部和第二阶梯部。当辅助机构2位于收回位置时,辅助机构2下方的滚轮21停留至第一阶梯部,此时自由端72保持与盖体3相抵靠。当辅助机构2被第一连杆机构41带动朝向伸出位置移动时,滚轮21经过斜坡移至第二阶梯部时,自由端72以连接端71为中心朝下方转动,盖体3的抵触脱开。盖体3的抵触脱开后,能够推动定位板52,与此同时,第二连杆机构51的展开状态解锁,可带动定位板52朝向定位位置移动,以此同时完成盖体3打开、辅助机构2伸出动作。
进一步的,所述第二连接轴75上设置有第三弹性件76,所述第三弹性件76用于在所述自由端转动时提供弹性复位力。与第一弹性件32类似,所述第三弹性件76可以为扭簧,能够为第二连接轴75施加向上的扭力,或者为弹簧,能够为滑轨7提供推力,从而能够在辅助机构2沿着滑轨7朝向收回位置移动时,带动滑轨7转动复位,以在盖体3运动至闭合位置时,再次抵住盖体3。
在一个具体的应用场景下,进一步阐述本说明书实施例提供的电子后视镜装置:
该电子后视镜装置包括具有容纳腔室11的壳体1以及设置在壳体1上的盖板组件10,摄像机构、镜盖和动力机构均可以收容于容纳腔室11中,形成一个整体模块。当整体模块安装于车身S上时,预先在车身S上设计出与壳体1轮廓大小、形状所对应的安装孔,然后将整体模块安装至安装孔内,并将盖板组件10和镜盖朝向车身S外部。其中,镜盖和盖板组件10的形状可以根据车身造型做出对应性设计,以使得镜盖和盖板组件10与车身整体造型相衔接,当摄像机构收回至容纳腔室11时,镜盖和盖板组件10可被视为车身S上的一部分。
该电子后视镜装置在未使用时,第一连杆机构41为完全收缩状态,摄像机构位于收回位置,滑轨7的自由端72抵住镜盖。第二连杆机构51为完全展开状态,定位板52位于操作位置,第二弹性件53为拉伸状态。
该电子后视镜装置需要使用时,启动电机9沿第一方向转动,使得滑块8朝向第一连杆机构41移动,能够带动第一连杆机构41由收缩状态转为展开状态,在阻尼件42的 带动下,摄像机构沿着滑轨7的斜坡朝向伸出位置移动。当摄像机构下方的滚轮21移至斜坡的第二阶梯部时,自由端72能以连接端71为中心朝下方转动,镜盖的抵触脱开,推动定位板52中的侧边板,使得齿轮沿齿条54运动。同时,第二连杆机构51的展开状态解锁,转为收缩状态,第二连杆机构51和第二弹性件53拉动定位板52朝向定位位置移动。当侧边板转动至镜盖上方时,对镜盖进行转动限位,摄像机构从开口端伸出,第一连杆机构41为完全展开状态。
当电子后视镜装置不需要使用时,启动电机9沿第二方向转动,使得滑块8朝向第二连杆机构51移动,能够带动第二连杆机构51由收缩状态转为展开状态,从而带动定位板52朝向操作位置移动,齿轮在转动过程中,能够带动侧边板转动以带动镜盖背离容纳腔室11转动,直至到达操作位置时,第二连杆机构51为完全展开状态,将镜盖闭合于开口端。同时,第一连杆机构41的展开状态解锁,转为收缩状态,带动摄像机构收回,摄像机构沿着滑轨7朝向收回位置运动。在摄像机构朝向收回位置移动时,滑轨7在第三弹性件76的作用下进行转动复位,以在镜盖转动闭合时,滑轨7的自由端72再次抵住镜盖。
本说明书还提供了一种车辆,如图1至图13所示,所述车辆的车身S上设置有开口,所述开口安装有电子后视镜装置;所述电子后视镜装置包括;具有容纳腔室的壳体1,所述容纳腔室具有开口端;设置在所述容纳腔室中的摄像机构;可活动地设置在所述开口端的镜盖;设置在所述容纳腔室中的至少一个动力机构,其中一个所述动力机构用于带动所述摄像机构从所述开口端伸出和收回。
本说明书还提供了一种车辆,包括:所述车辆的车身上设置有容置腔,所述容置腔具有开口端,所述容置腔安装有辅助装置;所述辅助装置包括:辅助机构2,设置在所述容置腔中;可活动地设置在所述开口端的盖体3,可相对所述开口端在打开位置和闭合位置之间运动,所述盖体3从闭合位置朝向打开位置运动时,所述盖体3全部收容于所述容置腔中;设置在所述容置腔中的至少一个动力机构,其中一个所述动力机构用于带动所述辅助机构2从所述开口端伸出和收回。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种辅助装置,其特征在于,包括:
    具有容置腔的基体,所述容置腔具有开口端;
    辅助机构,设置在所述容置腔中;
    可活动地设置在所述开口端的盖体,可相对所述开口端在打开位置和闭合位置之间运动,所述盖体从闭合位置朝向打开位置运动时,所述盖体全部收容于所述容置腔中;
    设置在所述容置腔中的至少一个动力机构,其中一个所述动力机构用于带动所述辅助机构从所述开口端伸出和收回。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,该装置包括盖板,所述盖板上形成所述开口端;至少设置在所述盖体、所述盖板、所述辅助机构其中之一上的密封件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述盖板包括:用于安装所述盖体的内盖板和设于所述内盖板外侧的外盖板,所述密封件包括:设置在所述盖体上的盖体密封圈和设置在所述外盖板上的盖板密封圈。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述辅助机构包括:基部和本体部,所述基部与所述本体部之间形成限位台阶,当所述辅助机构被所述动力机构带动从所述开口端伸出时,所述限位台阶与所述盖板密封圈相配合对所述开口端进行密封。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述动力机构包括:动力源组件;与所述动力源组件传动连接的第一运动组件和第二运动组件,所述第一运动组件用于带动所述辅助机构在收回位置和伸出位置之间运动,所述第二运动组件用于带动所述盖体运动。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述动力机构设置有两个,其中一个用于带动所述盖体相对于所述开口端在闭合位置和打开位置之间运动,其中另一个用于带动所述辅助机构从所述开口端伸出和收回。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:加热单元,用于在 所述辅助机构从所述开口端伸出时对所述辅助机构与所述开口端之间进行加热。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:加热单元,用于在所述盖体位于闭合位置时对所述盖体与所述开口端之间进行加热。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述加热单元设置在所述盖板密封圈上。
  10. 如权利要求7或8所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述加热单元包括第一加热单元和第二加热单元,所述第一加热单元设置在所述辅助机构上,所述第二加热单元设置在所述盖体上。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述辅助装置包括电子后视镜装置,所述辅助机构包括摄像机构,所述盖体包括镜盖;所述动力机构包括:第一运动组件,用于带动所述摄像机构在收回位置和伸出位置之间运动;第二运动组件,至少带动所述镜盖位于闭合位置;动力源组件,与所述第一运动组件和所述第二运动组件传动连接;在所述动力源组件的驱动下,所述第一运动组件带动所述摄像机构从伸出位置朝向收回位置运动时,所述第二运动组件能带动所述镜盖从打开位置朝向闭合位置运动;所述镜盖可相对所述摄像机构在打开位置和闭合位置之间运动,所述镜盖从所述闭合位置朝向所述打开位置运动时,所述镜盖能收容于靠近所述收回位置的一侧。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述第一运动组件包括:与所述动力源组件传动连接的第一连杆机构,所述第一连杆机构的端部与所述摄像机构相连,所述第二运动组件包括:与所述动力源组件传动连接的第二连杆机构,所述第二连杆机构的端部设置有定位板。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述动力源组件包括:电机;与所述电机传动连接的丝杆;设置在所述丝杆上的滑轮,所述第一连杆机构和所述第二连杆机构与所述滑轮相连,所述滑轮在所述丝杆上移动时,能带动所述第一连杆机构和所述第二连杆机构中的其中一个收缩,其中另一个展开。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述第一连杆机构包括依次转动连接的第一连杆单元、第二连杆单元和第三连杆单元,所述第三连杆单元具有第一连接段和与所述第一连接段呈预定角度的第二连接段,所述第一连接段与所述摄像机构相连,所述第二连接段设置有用于为所述摄像机构提供阻尼的阻尼件。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述定位板具有定位位置和操作位置;在所述摄像机构自收回位置朝向伸出位置移动时,所述定位板能自所述操作位置向所述定位位置移动,以在到达定位位置时将所述镜盖限位于打开位置,在所述摄像机构自伸出位置朝向收回位置运动时,所述定位板能自所述定位位置朝向所述操作位置运动,以在到达操作位置时将所述镜盖推动至闭合位置。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述定位板包括四分之一齿轮以及与所述齿轮相连的侧板,所述电子后视镜装置包括与所述齿轮相啮合的齿条,所述齿条设置在所述定位板的移动路径上。
  17. 如权利要求11所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述辅助装置包括:为所述镜盖提供弹性复位力的第一弹性件;
    所述摄像机构自所述收回位置朝向所述伸出位置运动时,所述第一弹性件提供的弹性复位力能带动所述镜盖从所述闭合位置朝向所述打开位置运动,所述摄像机构自所述伸出位置朝向所述收回位置移动时,所述第二运动组件能带动所述镜盖从所述打开位置朝向所述闭合位置运动。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述辅助装置包括:设置在所述摄像机构移动路径上的滑轨,所述滑轨具有连接端和自由端,所述摄像机构自所述收回位置朝向所述伸出位置移动时,所述自由端以所述连接端为中心转动以脱离所述镜盖,所述第一弹性件能带动所述镜盖朝向打开位置运动,所述摄像机构自所述伸出位置朝向所述收回位置移动时,所述自由端以所述连接端为中心转动以抵住所述镜盖。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述第二运动组件还包括:为 所述定位板提供弹性复位力的第二弹性件,在所述镜盖从所述闭合位置朝向所述打开位置运动时,所述第二弹性件向所述定位板施加的弹性复位力使其能朝向所述定位位置移动。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的辅助装置,其特征在于,所述辅助装置还包括:第三弹性件,所述第三弹性件用于在所述自由端转动时提供弹性复位力。
  21. 一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆的车身上设置有容置腔,所述容置腔具有开口端,所述容置腔安装有辅助装置;所述辅助装置包括:
    辅助机构,设置在所述容置腔中;
    可活动地设置在所述开口端的盖体,可相对所述开口端在打开位置和闭合位置之间运动,所述盖体从闭合位置朝向打开位置运动时,所述盖体全部收容于所述容置腔中;
    设置在所述容置腔中的至少一个动力机构,其中一个所述动力机构用于带动所述辅助机构从所述开口端伸出和收回。
