参阅附图1-5,一种新型电梯配件加工用转运装置,包括底座1,底座1的上表面固定连接有两个对称设置的侧板2,底座1的下表面四角处均固定连接有车轮14,底座1的侧壁固定连接有推杆3,侧板2的侧壁均固定连接有安装板7,安装板7的下表面转动连接有连接杆8,连接杆8的侧壁转动连接有转杆9,侧板2的侧壁转动连接有转板13,转板13的上表面开设有槽道18,转杆9的另一端伸入槽道18内并与转板13转动连接,转板13的侧壁滑动连接有伸缩板11,伸缩板11的下表面开设有安装槽21,安装槽21的下表面滑动连接有卡柱17,安装槽21的内侧壁设置有压缩弹簧20,压缩弹簧 20的两端分别与卡柱17的侧壁和安装槽21的内侧壁连接,转板13的上表面开设有若干对称分布的卡孔16,卡柱17贯穿卡孔16并与其滑动连接,通过设置的转板13、连接杆8、转杆9和安装板7等可在转运至加工位置后需要卸货时转动转板13使其进行倾斜设置,便于将配件箱直接滑下进行卸货处理,降低现有的转运装置大多只能对配件箱进行转运处理,转运完毕后需要手动对配件箱进行卸货处理,配件箱大多重量较大,直接搬运卸货费时费力,大大降低了装运的速率的不便,同时在转运时转动转板13对装置进行封闭处理,降低电梯配件箱出现掉落的可能,同时通过设置的伸缩板11、安装槽21、压缩弹簧20和卡柱17等可便于根据需要对转板13进行伸长处理,方便进行卸货,使得卸货更加的便捷省力。
优选地,转板13的上表面转动连接有若干均匀分布的滚珠10,通过设置的滚珠10可在卸货时降低电梯配件箱与转板13间的摩擦力,便于进行卸货,使得卸货更加省力。
优选地,转板13的上内壁螺纹连接有两个对称设置的锁紧螺栓15,侧板2的侧壁开设有与锁紧螺栓15匹配设置的螺纹孔,锁紧螺栓15伸入螺纹孔内并与其螺纹连接,通过设置的锁紧螺栓15在转动转板13闭合时对其进行固定处理,转板13的下表面固定连接有两个对称设置的支撑柱12,通过设置的支撑柱12可在卸货时对转板13起到支撑的作用。
优选地,推杆3的外表面套设有防滑套4,通过设置的防滑套4可在推动装置时起到防滑的作用。
优选地,底座1的上表面滑动连接有两个对称设置的夹板5,夹板5和侧板2相对面侧壁之间设置有若干均匀分布的复位弹簧19,复位弹簧19的两端分别与夹板5的侧壁和侧板2的侧壁连接,通过设置的夹板5和复位弹簧19可对电梯配件箱进行夹紧固定处理,降低转运时出现滑动掉落的可能,夹板5的侧壁固定连接有橡胶垫6,通过设置的橡胶垫6可在夹紧时对电梯配件箱等进行保护处理。
如图1-5所示本实施例为一种新型电梯配件加工用转运装置的使用方法:使用时向电梯配件箱内放入带转运的配件,将其通过转板13滑入推底座1的上表面后,通过夹板5对其进行夹紧固定,转动转板13将其关闭后,将锁紧螺栓15贯穿转板13拧入侧板2的侧壁后,推动装置对其进行转运,推至合适地方后,取下锁紧螺栓15,转动转板13将其放下,当需要对转板13伸长时,按压卡柱17后抽动伸缩板11对其进行伸长,开始推动电梯配件箱开始进行卸货处理,卸货时通过设置的滚珠10可在卸货时降低电梯配件箱与转板13间的摩擦力,便于进行卸货,使得卸货更加省力。

  1. 一种新型电梯配件加工用转运装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)的上表面固定连接有两个对称设置的侧板(2),底座(1)的下表面四角处均固定连接有车轮(14),底座(1)的侧壁固定连接有推杆(3),侧板(2)的侧壁均固定连接有安装板(7),安装板(7)的下表面转动连接有连接杆(8),连接杆(8)的侧壁转动连接有转杆(9),侧板(2)的侧壁转动连接有转板(13),转板(13)的上表面开设有槽道(18),转杆(9)的另一端伸入槽道(18)内并与转板(13)转动连接,转板(13)的侧壁滑动连接有伸缩板(11),伸缩板(11)的下表面开设有安装槽(21),安装槽(21)的下表面滑动连接有卡柱(17),安装槽(21)的内侧壁设置有压缩弹簧(20),压缩弹簧(20)的两端分别与卡柱(17)的侧壁和安装槽(21)的内侧壁连接,转板(13)的上表面开设有若干对称分布的卡孔(16),卡柱(17)贯穿卡孔(16)并与其滑动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电梯配件加工用转运装置,其特征在于,所述推杆(3)的外表面套设有防滑套(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电梯配件加工用转运装置,其特征在于,所述底座(1)的上表面滑动连接有两个对称设置的夹板(5),夹板(5)和侧板(2)相对面侧壁之间设置有若干均匀分布的复位弹簧(19),复位弹簧(19)的两端分别与夹板(5)的侧壁和侧板(2)的侧壁连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电梯配件加工用转运装置,其特征在于,所述转板(13)的上表面转动连接有若干均匀分布的滚珠(10)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型电梯配件加工用转运装置,其特征在于,所述夹板(5)的侧壁固定连接有橡胶垫(6)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电梯配件加工用转运装置,其特征在于,所述转板(13)的上内壁螺纹连接有两个对称设置的锁紧螺栓(15),侧板(2)的侧壁开设有与锁紧螺栓(15)匹配设置的螺纹孔,锁紧螺栓(15)伸入螺纹孔内并与其螺纹连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电梯配件加工用转运装置,其特征在于,所述转板(13)的下表面固定连接有两个对称设置的支撑柱(12)。
