本发明涉及消杀设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于整车消毒及冷链产品消杀的自动化组合装置。
2019年以来,新型冠状病毒肆虐,虽然各级政府、全国人民付出了巨大的努力,但由于进口冷链食品本身和冷链食品运输工具检测出新冠病毒核酸检测阳性情况频繁出现,使得防疫工作仍然非常严峻。新冠状病毒在-80℃的低温环境到50℃的高温环境下都能存活,如在食品加工、运输、销售或储存环境中存在新冠状病毒或其感染者,整个冷链食品的生产、加工、流通环节均存在被污染的可能,因此发明用于冷链消毒的设备迫在眉睫。
目前针对冷链食品及其运输工具的消毒设备尚未见报道。针对冷链产品的消毒只能采用对集装箱喷洒消毒再由操作人员进入集装箱,把冷链食品搬运到传送带上,物品被喷淋消毒液,采用人工搬运消毒方式,费事费力。采用喷淋消毒仅能消杀包装外表面的病毒,对冷链食品内部存在的病毒没有消杀作用。此外喷淋消毒液对冷链产品尤其是冷链食品存在化学污染的风险,并且喷洒的化学消毒剂在遇到冷链产品后会发生预冷结晶的现象,无法发挥消毒作用。对集装箱车采取人工喷洒消毒,消毒时间长,且存在车底消毒不彻底,有杀菌死角存在。
现有消毒方式局限性较大,例如:物理加热法无法用于冷链货物;紫外消毒灭菌仅能对物品表面进行消毒,无法对包装箱内物品进行消毒;臭氧杀菌需要在无人的环境下进行,且需要保持很高的臭氧浓度,消杀时间较长,也无法对有包装的物体内部进行消毒,所以也并不适用冷链系统。此外,化学消杀剂遇到低温冷链产品容易发生喷洒的消毒剂冷冻结晶无法发挥消杀作用,导致大部分化学消毒剂对冷链产品消毒失效,另外化学试剂对食物品质 影响较大甚至残留毒性、效果不理想、耗费能源过多以及对环境不友好等诸多因素,迫使人们急切的想要去研究发现新型高效的消毒灭菌技术和设备。
发明内容

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本实施例公开了一种用于整车消毒及冷链产品消杀的自动化组合装置,本实施例主要是针对冷冻食品的快速灭菌设备设计。实现对冷冻食品运输的集装箱(包含箱内的冷冻食品)进行整体快速消毒灭菌的整体流程设计。本发明包括整车快速消毒装置、货物传送装置和货物消毒装置,如图1、图2所示,所述整车快速消毒装置包括能够容纳待消毒运输设备的喷洒消毒车间箱体1和设置于其内的带有喷头的分级消毒管道5,其中喷洒车间消毒箱体 下方喷头布置错开车辆行驶轨道;所述货物传送装置用于将经过整车快速消毒装置处理后的运输设备中的货物输送至货物消毒装置;所述货物消毒装置用于逐个对经过其的货物进行穿透式灭菌消毒,具体为电子束辐照消毒,经过电子束辐照消毒后的货物从货物消毒装置的出货口输出。使用过程中将整车开入整车快速消毒装置进行整车喷洒消毒,消毒后整车驶出消毒装置,由自动装卸货传送装置将车厢中的物品传送至辐照消毒装置,消毒完成后再由将货物由传送装置运送出来,人工搬运至已消毒的集装箱车内。
所述整车快速消毒装置在工作状态下为恒温封闭六面覆盖式对运输设备整体进行喷洒消毒灭菌。所述整车快速消毒装置还包括设置于所述喷洒消毒车间箱体两端的开合门以及用于控制所述开合门的操作控制平台6,还包括装有消毒液的消毒箱3、用于对消毒液加压的加压抽吸装置4,所述分级消毒管道的输入端连接在所述加压抽吸装置4的输出端。所述整车快速消毒装置还包括空调7,其用于在整车进行喷雾消毒过程中启动,防止运输设备的表面结冰。
整车快速消毒装置工作过程如下:通过操作控制平台6控制打开前开合门2、后开合门22,集装箱车8驶入快速喷洒消毒车间箱体1内,操作控制平台6控制前开合门2、后开合门22关闭,操作控制平台6控制加压抽吸装置4使消毒箱3内的消毒液进入带有喷头的分级消毒管道5,操作控制平台6控制带有自动加压喷头的分级消毒管道5上的喷头开始工作,消毒液向集装箱车8表面进行消毒,本实施例中,消毒时间持续10s,关闭带有喷头的分级消毒管道5上的喷头和加压抽吸装置4,打开前开合门2、后开合门22,集装箱车8驶出,完成集装箱车8快速喷洒消毒过程。整车进行喷雾消毒过程中,为防止集装箱车8表面结冰,空调7持续工作中。喷洒消毒箱体1与地面连接部分铺设带有喷头的分级消毒管道5的水泥台,管道采用强化抗压材料。
如图3、图4、图5所示,所述货物消毒装置包括上箱体19、下箱体16和用于支撑下箱体16的工作台15,所述上箱体19和下箱体16之间设有消毒区域,所述消毒区域设有用于推进货物依次前进的货物推送机构,所述消毒区域包括电子束辐照消毒区21,所述电子束辐照消毒区21的上、下方设有对射的电子束发射器13,所述电子束发射器通过总控制器14驱动。货物 进入传送装置前,启动货物消毒装置,开启总控制开关,电子束发射器开始运行。
如图6所示,所述货物推送机构包括旋转推进板11,所述旋转推进板为十字形金属板结构,其十字中心位置为旋转轴,旋转轴下方通过轴承连接在下箱体的动力电机总成18上,动力电机总成用于驱动旋转推进板,旋转推进板工作状态为每10s做间歇运动,使得旋转推进板对货物进行90度旋转推动,货物进入电子束辐照消毒区。
如图7所示,所述电子束辐照消毒区设有旋转托盘12,所述旋转托盘为栅栏式,由总控制开关控制转动,转速为10s/r,工作状态下,货物被输送至旋转托盘上方,上方的电子束发射器产生的电子束辐射在货物上,所述旋转托盘栅栏空隙位置能够加强下方电子束的照射深度,上述动力电机总成也用于驱动旋转托盘。由于电子束发射器的发射光为一束光源,消杀面积小,因此本实施例优选采用一排电子束同时照射形成电子束面,物品在该电子束面下进行旋转时可以实现物品全面消毒。本实施例中,所述旋转托盘包括圆形的托盘本体和连接在托盘本体下方的驱动轴,所述托盘本体上设有将圆周划分为4个等面积扇形的十字加强筋,托盘本体沿着圆周方向以相同预设间隔开设若干圆心角为直角的圆环型凹槽。
由于电子束消毒深度仅为10-15厘米,因此旋转托盘12采用栅栏设计,实现了旋转托盘下部的电子束发射器发射光也可以穿透物品。由于在旋转托盘的上、下方均有电子束发射器所产生的电子束面,所以该设备可以实现电子束辐照深度0-30厘米的包装箱物体消毒。弥补了电子束照射深度不够,消杀不彻底的弊端。
所述货物传送装置包括传送带9,所述货物消毒装置的输入段设有连接在传送带上的入口斜滑托槽10,所述货物消毒装置的输出段也设有预设倾斜度的出口斜滑托槽。
货物消毒装置原理如下:冷冻食品从集装箱自传送带9进入电子束辐照消毒装置后,旋转推进板11将冷冻食品依次推进电子束辐照消毒区,电子束辐射器采用斜插式设计,同时为了使冷冻食品进行全方位穿透式的消毒灭菌,快速灭菌设备采用了旋转托盘12,冷冻食品进去后,旋转托盘旋转后, 旋转推进板将冷冻食品推出快速灭菌设备。
使用过程中,需消毒的物品由传送带9将物品传送至入口斜滑托槽10,本实施例中,入口斜滑托槽10为倾斜45-60度角的金属板槽,依靠重力作用,消毒物品可沿着入口斜滑托槽10滑行至消毒平台20上。动力电机总成驱动旋转推进板11,旋转推进板11对货物进行90度旋转推动,物品进入电子束辐照消毒区21。
物品在电子束辐照消毒区完成消杀后由旋转推进板11再次推进旋转90度离开电子束辐照消毒区,消毒后的货物靠旋转推进板11的推动作用到达出口斜滑托槽14,出口斜滑托槽14为倾斜45-60度角的金属板槽,依靠重力作用,消毒物品可沿着出口斜滑托槽14滑落至自动传动带上。由自动传动装置运输至已消毒的集装箱内。

Claims (8)
- 一种用于整车消毒及冷链产品消杀的自动化组合装置,其特征在于,包括整车快速消毒装置、货物传送装置和货物消毒装置,所述整车快速消毒装置包括能够容纳待消毒运输设备的喷洒消毒车间箱体和设置于其内的带有喷头的分级消毒管道;所述货物传送装置用于将经过整车快速消毒装置处理后的运输设备中的货物输送至货物消毒装置;所述货物消毒装置用于逐个对经过其的货物进行穿透式灭菌消毒,具体为电子束辐照消毒,经过电子束辐照消毒后的货物从货物消毒装置的出货口输出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于整车消毒及冷链产品消杀的自动化组合装置,其特征在于,所述整车快速消毒装置在工作状态下为恒温封闭六面覆盖式对运输设备整体进行喷洒消毒灭菌。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于整车消毒及冷链产品消杀的自动化组合装置,其特征在于,所述整车快速消毒装置还包括设置于所述喷洒消毒车间箱体两端的开合门以及用于控制所述开合门的操作控制平台,还包括装有消毒液的消毒箱、用于对消毒液加压的加压抽吸装置,所述分级消毒管道的输入端连接在所述加压抽吸装置的输出端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于整车消毒及冷链产品消杀的自动化组合装置,其特征在于,所述整车快速消毒装置还包括空调,其用于在整车进行喷雾消毒过程中启动,防止运输设备的表面结冰。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于整车消毒及冷链产品消杀的自动化组合装置,其特征在于,所述货物消毒装置包括上箱体、下箱体和用于支撑下箱体的工作台,所述上箱体和下箱体之间设有消毒区域,所述消毒区域设有用于推进货物依次前进的货物推送机构,所述消毒区域包括电子束辐照消毒区,所述电子束辐照消毒区的上、下方设有对射的电子束发射器。
- 根据权利要求1或5所述的用于整车消毒及冷链产品消杀的自动化组合装置,其特征在于,所述货物推送机构包括旋转推进板,所述旋转推进板为十字形金属板结构,其十字中心位置为旋转轴,旋转轴下方通过轴承连接在下箱体的动力电机总成上,动力电机总成用于驱动旋转推进板,使得旋转推进板对货物进行90度旋转推动,货物进入电子束辐照消毒区。
- 根据权利要求1或6所述的用于整车消毒及冷链产品消杀的自动化组合装置,其特征在于,所述电子束辐照消毒区设有旋转托盘,所述旋转托盘为栅栏式,所述旋转托盘栅栏空隙能够使来自下方的电子束辐照到货物,工作状态下,货物被输送至旋转托盘上方,上方和下方的电子束发射器产生的电子束同时辐射在货物上,随着旋转托盘进行360度旋转,实现对货物全方位辐照消毒。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于整车消毒及冷链产品消杀的自动化组合装置,其特征在于,所述货物传送装置包括传送带,所述货物消毒装置的输入段设有连接在传送带上的入口斜滑托槽,所述货物消毒装置的输出段也设有预设倾斜度的滑道。
