该用户装置40与该本地存取器50同处于一感应范围X时,该用户装置40感应并接收该本地存取器50所发出的一凭证请求。其中,该凭证请求可以是由该本地存取器50不断于该感应范围X广播的无线信号,使所有位于该感应范围X的该用户装置40得以接收该凭证请求;或者,该凭证请求可以是该用户装置40于该感应范围X内时,由用户A操作该用户装置40对该本地存取器50发出一广播信号后,该本地存取器50产生该凭证请求。所谓的该感应范围X可依据该用户装置40的种类、所使用的通讯协议或方法等而有所不同,例如,该感应范围X为该本地存取器50的有限距离无线通信传输信号的 范围,例如蓝牙信号、近端通讯信号(NFC)、搭配定位的WI-FI等无线信号;当用户A携带着该用户装置40靠近该本地存取器50时,即可收到由该本地存取器50所发出的凭证请求。
较佳地,该本地存取器50为与该管理服务器20连接的一蓝牙路由器,接收该管理服务器20的控制于该感应范围X发出该凭证请求,该用户装置40安装专属应用程序,于进入该感应范围X后,始接收蓝牙信号的凭证请求。
又例如,该本地存取器50为一WIFI基地台用以持续发出该凭证请求,当用户装置40的应用程序收到该凭证请求后,将该用户装置40的一地理位置验证信号(例如GPS)给予该本地存取器50,用以验证该用户装置40座落于该感应范围X。
再例如,该本地存取器50可配有一用户辨识模块,其检测该用户或该用户装置40于该感应范围X内,完成上述的凭证转换传递;本实施例的用户辨识模块可为一影像辨识装置、一指纹辨识装置等,辨识该用户确实进入该感应范围X。
STEP 4:发送该完成预购确认凭证:
该用户装置40于该感应范围X内且接收该凭证请求后,将所存取的该完成预购确认凭证给予该本地存取器50。例如,该用户装置40为该用户A的手机、蓝牙手表、RFID、NFC感应装置等,其座落可接收信号范围的该感应范围X内,以专用的应用程序将该完成预购确认凭证发出给该本地存取器50。
STEP 5:接收使用权凭证:
该管理服务器20依据所接收的该完成预购确认凭证,对于该感应范围X内的该用户装置40发送一使用权凭证。
以汽车租赁为例,该使用权凭证为使用者A于该预购平台30上所选汽车的一蓝牙钥匙;用户A可以于台湾通过网络于该预购平台30上面选择所要租用的汽车,并到德国机场的租车公司柜台区域(该感应范围X)使用该应用程序将该预购确认凭证换为该使用权凭证,得到所选汽车的该蓝牙钥匙(使用权凭证),即可立即使用所选汽车。
STEP 6:验证使用权凭证有效性:
该管理服务器20或该用户装置40持续验证所发出的该使用权凭证的有效性;例如当该用户装置40于接收该使用权凭证后,该使用权凭证设有一使 用期限,该用户装置40持续确认该使用权凭证是否超过该使用期限,用于确认该使用权凭证是否有效;或者,该管理服务器20管理并监控所发出的每一个该使用权凭证是否有效。所谓的有效,指该使用权凭证是否满足一有效规则,例如于一启用时限(于设定时间内完成启用)、一使用期间(可以使用的租用期间),当该使用权凭证为有效时,该使用者A得使用其该用户装置40持续使用该使用权凭证。由此可知,该管理服务器20可以于远程直接决定该使用权凭证(钥匙)的有效性。
STEP 7:注销使用权凭证:
该用户装置40或该管理服务器20于该有效规则未满足时,注销该使用权凭证,使用者A无法在使用该使用权凭证操作该租赁目标。例如,使用者A逾期启用该使用权凭证时,决定该使用权凭证无效;又例如,该用户装置40的应用程序接收来自该管理服务器20的远程控制信息,于超过该使用期间的该使用权凭证注销。
本发明所提供的网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的系统可以适用于需要房务作业的一旅宿,该用户利用该用户装置40以及该预购平台30上选定一约定时间并取得该完成预购确认凭证。配合该约定时间,该管理服务器20可以将该启用时限设定于该预购确认凭证中,如此,该使用者便仅能于该启用时限至该本地存取器50换取该使用权凭证。该本地存取器50可以设置邻近于各房间门口,较佳的,各房间的房门更设置有一感应机关,该感应机关与该本地存取器50可以有线或无线连接,当该使用者于该约定时间向该本地存取器50换取该使用权凭证,于该使用者取得该使用权凭证的同时,该本地存取器50驱动该感应机关开启房门,使得该使用者可以达到便利又安全的使用感受,该旅宿不仅可以降低整体的作业流程节省人力,更可以达到控管该预购确认凭证以及该使用权凭证的该启用时限以及该使用期间,保障每一个该使用者的隐私性。
该旅宿的如健身房、游泳池是餐厅等一娱乐设施也可以搭配本发明所提供的网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的系统,该用户于该预购平台30上取得该完成预购确认凭证后,当该使用者便可以依照该启用时限或该使用期间至娱乐设施的该本地存取器50换取该使用权凭证,便利且舒适的享受各娱乐设施。
本发明所提供的网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的系统也可以适用一游乐 场,该使用者利用该预购平台30上选定该约定时间以及一门票等级取得该完成预购确认凭证。配合该门票等级,该管理服务器20可以将一权限设定于该预购确认凭证中,当该使用者于该本地存取器50换取该使用权凭证时,该使用凭证便可以依照该使用权提供一畅玩服务,使得该使用者便可依据该门票等级所指定的一游乐设施享受无须排队的该畅玩服务。
又或是每一个该游乐设施旁皆有一个该本地存取器50,该使用者可于各该本地存取器50换取各该游乐设施的该使用权凭证,该使用者取得该使用权凭证时,该管理服务器20设定有该使用期间,该使用者便可以依据该使用期间到对应的该游乐设施享受服务,使得该使用者可以较自由的安排游乐时间,无须浪费时间排队,提升该游乐场服务质量。
同时的,该预购平台30或是该提供者服务器10可以配合各该本地存取器50的设置地点,提供一地图信息,该地图信息可以为一网页显示或是一APP加载于该用户装置40中,当该用户装置40进入各该感应范围X并提供该地理位置验证信号(例如GPS)时,该管理服务器20可以将该地理位置验证信号显示于该地图信息上,如此该用户便可以清楚知道于该游乐场中的相对位置,克服一般利用一纸张地图寻找方位的困难,达到更便利的畅游体验。
本发明所提供的网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的系统还可以适用于一医院报到系统,该用户利用该预购平台30上选定该约定时间以及一预约门诊取得该完成预购确认凭证,如此该使用者便可以于该预约时间至各门诊相对应的该本地存取器50换取该使用权凭证,当该使用者换得该使用权凭证的同时也代表已经向该预约门诊报到成功,如此该使用者无需先于一挂号柜台取得一挂号单后还要以该挂号单转叫至各门诊医护人员报到,减省该使用者时间,也可以避免打扰各门诊医护人员,更可以节省该医院人力成本。
本发明所提供的网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的系统也可以应用于教育系统的使用,该使用者利用该预购平台30上选定该约定时间以及一课程取得该完成预购确认凭证。当该使用者于该约定时间至该课程相关场地所设置该本地存取器50换取该使用权凭证时,该使用者便可以依据该使用凭证进出该课程相关场地,如此,便可以通过该使用权凭证有效的管控进出该课程相关场地的人员,维护安全性。该管理服务器20可以进一步的通过该使用凭证纪录各该用户是否有依照该约定时间准时参与课程,如此该使用凭证纪录便可 以作为一种签到依据。
由上述几个范例可知,本发明具有下列优点:
1.本地端存取器于使用者真正到场时,才换成有效的使用权凭证(钥匙),因此,服务提供商既不需要准备备用人力处理使用者到场换钥匙的繁冗程序。
2.若使用者没有真正报到,则无须将租用目标的使用权凭证给予使用者,解决现有技术于完成订购后直接给与使用者可用的钥匙,于取消订单时需要重新设定的安全与人力负担问题。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本发明主张的权利范围,凡其它未脱离本发明所揭示的精神所完成的等效改变或修饰,均应包括在本发明的申请专利范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的系统,其特征在于,其包含:
    一预购平台,接受一用户装置联机、完成一预购订单;
    一管理服务器,对该预购订单直接或间接产生一完成预购确认凭证给该用户装置;以及
    一本地存取器,与该管理服务器信号连接,其判断该用户装置于一感应范围内时由该用户装置取得该完成预购确认凭证并对该用户装置发出一使用权凭证。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的系统,其特征在于,该本地端存取器为一路由器,该感应范围为该本地端存取器的信号所及范围,该本地端存取器发出对应该完成预购确认凭证的该使用权凭证给为于该感应范围内的该用户装置,其中,该用户装置为一行动装置或一穿戴装置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的系统,其特征在于,该本地端存取器为一网络网关,该本地端存取器发出对应该完成预购确认凭证的该使用权凭证给为于该感应范围内的该用户装置,其中,该本地端存取器依据该用户装置的地理位置信号判断是否于该感应范围内,该用户装置为一行动装置或一穿戴装置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的系统,其特征在于,该本地端存取器包含一用户辨识模块,辨识一用户是否位于该感应范围内后,该本地端存取器发出对应该完成预购确认凭证的该使用权凭证给为于该感应范围内的该用户装置。
  5. 如权利要求1或2或3或4所述的网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的系统,其特征在于,其包含一提供者服务器分别与该预购平台、该管理服务器连结,该提供者服务器接收该预购订单、一用户身份验证信息,并将该完成预购确认凭证输出至该用户装置。
  6. 一种网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的方法,其特征在于,其步骤包含:
    选购并产生预购订单:一预购平台于一选购程序完成后产生一预购订单;
    发出完成预购确认凭证:于预购平台依该预购订单发出一完成预购确认凭证至一用户装置;
    发送该完成预购确认凭证:该用户装置于一感应范围内时,输出该完成预购确认凭证;以及
    接收使用权凭证:将该完成预购确认凭证对应输出一使用权凭证,使该用户装置接收该使用权凭证。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的方法,其特征在于,其包含一近端感应并产生该完成预购确认凭证的凭证请求步骤于发送该完成预购确认凭证步骤后,其感应该用户装置于该感应范围内时,产生一凭证请求输出给予该用户装置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的网络预售收取与验证使用凭证的方法,其特征在于,于该接收使用权凭证后,包含步骤:
    验证使用权凭证有效性,持续判断该用户装置的该使用权凭证是否满足一有效性;以及
    注销使用权凭证,于该使用权凭证未满足该有效性时,注销该使用权凭证。
