Description
本発明は、エアゾール化粧料に関する。
目下のクマ、くすみなどの肌トラブルは、血流低下が原因とされ、これらを改善するため、炭酸ガス効果を利用した化粧料が検討されている。
例えば、特許文献1には、N-アシルアミノ酸又はその塩、(メタ)アクリル酸系高分子、多糖類系高分子、二酸化炭素、炭素数3~5の炭化水素を含有する泡沫状皮膚塗布剤が記載され、特許文献2には、特定の界面活性剤と、(メタ)アクリル酸系高分子、多糖類系高分子、二酸化炭素、炭素数3~5の炭化水素を含有する泡沫状皮膚塗布剤が記載され、いずれも、良好な血行促進作用を有することが記載されている。
例えば、特許文献1には、N-アシルアミノ酸又はその塩、(メタ)アクリル酸系高分子、多糖類系高分子、二酸化炭素、炭素数3~5の炭化水素を含有する泡沫状皮膚塗布剤が記載され、特許文献2には、特定の界面活性剤と、(メタ)アクリル酸系高分子、多糖類系高分子、二酸化炭素、炭素数3~5の炭化水素を含有する泡沫状皮膚塗布剤が記載され、いずれも、良好な血行促進作用を有することが記載されている。

本発明者は、アニオンポリマーと特定電荷密度のカチオンポリマーに対して、アニオン界面活性剤を特定の割合で用いることにより、吐出した泡のきめが均一で、泡もちが良く、マッサージの持続性に優れたエアゾール化粧料が得られることを見出した。
本発明のエアゾール化粧料は、吐出した泡のきめが均一で、泡もちが良く、マッサージの持続性に優れたものである。また、洗浄後の肌のしっとり感が持続する。
本発明で用いる成分(A)のアニオン界面活性剤としては、通常の化粧料に用いられるもので、例えば、ラウリン酸ナトリウム、パルミチン酸カリウム、ステアリン酸アルギニン等の炭素数12~22の脂肪酸又はその塩;ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム、ラウリル硫酸カリウム等の炭素数12~22のアルキル硫酸エステル又はその塩;ポリオキシエチレン(2)ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム等のポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸又はその塩;ポリオキシエチレンオレイルエーテルリン酸ナトリウム、ポリオキシエチレンステアリルエーテルリン酸ナトリウム、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテルリン酸ナトリウム等の炭素数12~22のポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルリン酸又はその塩;ジ-2-エチルヘキシルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム等の炭素数12~24のジアルキルスルホコハク酸又はその塩;N-ステアロイル-N-メチルタウリンナトリウム等の炭素数12~22のN-アルキロイルメチルタウリン又はその塩;ジラウロイルグルタミン酸ナトリウム、N-ラウロイルグルタミン酸モノナトリウム、N-ステアロイル-L-グルタミン酸ナトリウム、N-ステアロイル-L-グルタミン酸アルギニン、N-ステアロイルグルタミン酸ナトリウム、N-ミリストイル-L-グルタミン酸ナトリウム等のN-炭素数12~22のアシルグルタミン酸又はその塩などが挙げられる。これらのうち、炭酸ガス吐出時の泡を細かくし、泡の保持性を向上させる観点から、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸又はその塩、N-炭素数12~22のアシルグルタミン酸又はその塩が好ましく、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸又はその塩、N-ヤシ油脂肪酸のアシルグルタミン酸又はその塩がより好ましい。
これらの塩としては、例えば、ナトリウム、カリウム等のアルカリ金属;カルシウム、マグネシウム等のアルカリ土類金属;アンモニウム;モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン等のアルカノールアミン由来の有機アンモニウム;トリスヒドロキシメチルアミノメタン;L-アルギニン等の塩基性アミノ酸などが挙げられ、ナトリウムが好ましい。
成分(A)のアニオン界面活性剤は、1種又は2種以上を組合わせて用いることができ、含有量は、炭酸ガス吐出時の泡を細かくし、泡の保持性を向上させる観点から、原液中に1質量%以上であるのが好ましく、3質量%以上がより好ましく、5質量%以上がさらに好ましく、40質量%以下が好ましく、25質量%以下がより好ましく、15質量%以下がさらに好ましい。また、成分(A)の含有量は、原液中に1~40質量%であるのが好ましく、3~25質量%がより好ましく、5~15質量%がさらに好ましい。
成分(B)のアニオンポリマーは、通常の化粧料に用いられるものであれば良く、例えば、ポリアクリル酸、ポリメタクリル酸、アクリル酸/(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルコポリマー、カルボキシビニルポリマー、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル変性アクリル酸系コポリマー等のアクリル酸系ポリマー;カルボキシメチルセルロース、カラギーナン、キサンタンガム、ポリスチレンスルホネート、寒天、ガッチガム、カラヤガム、ペクチン、アルギネート塩、ヒアルロン酸又はそのアルカリ金属塩等が挙げられる。
これらのうち、泡沫の衝突を抑制し、炭酸ガスを保持する観点から、アクリル酸系ポリマーが好ましく、アクリル酸/(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルコポリマー、カルボキシビニルポリマー、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル変性アクリル酸系コポリマーがより好ましく、(アクリル酸/(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))コポリマー、カルボキシビニルポリマー及び(アクリレーツ/メタクリル酸ステアレス-20)コポリマーから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むのがさらに好ましい。
ここで、(アクリル酸/(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))コポリマーとは、C10-30アルキルアクリル酸とアクリル酸、メタクリル酸又はこれらの低級アルキルエステルとの共重合体であって、ショ糖のアリルエーテル又はペンタエリスリトールのアリルエーテルで架橋したものであり、ペムレンTR-1、ペムレンTR-2、カーボポールETD2020、カーボポール1342、カーボポール1382(以上、Lubrizol Advanced Materials 社)等の市販品を用いることができる。また、(アクリレーツ/メタクリル酸ステアレス-20)コポリマーとしては、アキュリン22(ザ・ダウ・ケミカル・カンパニー社)等の市販品を用いることができる。
アクリル酸系ポリマーは、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム等のアルカリ金属水酸化物などの塩基を中和剤として用い、水溶性ないし水分散性の塩として用いるのが好ましい。
これらのうち、泡沫の衝突を抑制し、炭酸ガスを保持する観点から、アクリル酸系ポリマーが好ましく、アクリル酸/(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルコポリマー、カルボキシビニルポリマー、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル変性アクリル酸系コポリマーがより好ましく、(アクリル酸/(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))コポリマー、カルボキシビニルポリマー及び(アクリレーツ/メタクリル酸ステアレス-20)コポリマーから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むのがさらに好ましい。
ここで、(アクリル酸/(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))コポリマーとは、C10-30アルキルアクリル酸とアクリル酸、メタクリル酸又はこれらの低級アルキルエステルとの共重合体であって、ショ糖のアリルエーテル又はペンタエリスリトールのアリルエーテルで架橋したものであり、ペムレンTR-1、ペムレンTR-2、カーボポールETD2020、カーボポール1342、カーボポール1382(以上、Lubrizol Advanced Materials 社)等の市販品を用いることができる。また、(アクリレーツ/メタクリル酸ステアレス-20)コポリマーとしては、アキュリン22(ザ・ダウ・ケミカル・カンパニー社)等の市販品を用いることができる。
アクリル酸系ポリマーは、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム等のアルカリ金属水酸化物などの塩基を中和剤として用い、水溶性ないし水分散性の塩として用いるのが好ましい。
成分(B)は、1種又は2種以上を用いることができ、含有量は、泡沫の衝突を抑制し、炭酸ガスを保持する観点から、原液中に0.01質量%以上であるのが好ましく、0.02質量%以上がより好ましく、0.04質量%以上がさらに好ましく、2質量%以下が好ましく、1.5質量%以下がより好ましく、1質量%以下がさらに好ましい。また、成分(B)の含有量は、原液中に0.01~2質量%であるのが好ましく、0.02~1.5質量%がより好ましく、0.04~1質量%がさらに好ましい。
成分(C)は、カチオン電荷密度が5.0meq/g以下のカチオンポリマーである。
このような特定電荷密度のカチオンポリマーは、成分(B)のアニオンポリマーと凝集することで、成分(A)のアニオン界面活性剤や、水、その他の成分(例えば後述する多価アルコール)を含んだポリイオンコンプレックス(以下、PIC)と呼ばれる構造体を、エアゾール化粧料中に形成すると考えられる。PICは、吐出された泡の泡膜に吸着して泡を安定化するため、PICを含んだエアゾール化粧料では、泡のきめが均一になり、泡持ちが良く、マッサージの持続性に優れた泡を提供する、と推定される。また、PICを含んだエアゾール化粧料の泡で肌を洗った場合、洗い流した後もPICが肌に残留することで、洗った後に肌がしっとりする、と推定される。
成分(C)の電荷密度は、PICが泡沫の泡膜に吸着し、炭酸ガスを保持できる濃密な泡をつくる観点から、0.8~4meq/gであるのが好ましく、1~3.3meq/gがより好ましい。
このような特定電荷密度のカチオンポリマーは、成分(B)のアニオンポリマーと凝集することで、成分(A)のアニオン界面活性剤や、水、その他の成分(例えば後述する多価アルコール)を含んだポリイオンコンプレックス(以下、PIC)と呼ばれる構造体を、エアゾール化粧料中に形成すると考えられる。PICは、吐出された泡の泡膜に吸着して泡を安定化するため、PICを含んだエアゾール化粧料では、泡のきめが均一になり、泡持ちが良く、マッサージの持続性に優れた泡を提供する、と推定される。また、PICを含んだエアゾール化粧料の泡で肌を洗った場合、洗い流した後もPICが肌に残留することで、洗った後に肌がしっとりする、と推定される。
成分(C)の電荷密度は、PICが泡沫の泡膜に吸着し、炭酸ガスを保持できる濃密な泡をつくる観点から、0.8~4meq/gであるのが好ましく、1~3.3meq/gがより好ましい。
ここで、カチオン電荷密度とは、ポリマー上の正電荷の数と該ポリマーの分子量(カチオン基の対イオンの重量は除く。)との比を示す。カチオン電荷密度にポリマー分子量を乗じると、所定のポリマー鎖における正に荷電した部位の数が求められる。カチオン電荷密度はさらに、ポリマーのグラム当たりの正電荷(カチオン性を有する窒素原子)のミリ当量の数(meq/g)として定義される。
成分(C)のカチオン電荷密度の値は、例えば、以下の式(1)に従って求めることができる。

また、成分(C)のカチオン電荷密度の測定方法としては、カチオン性ポリマー中の第4級窒素含有基由来の窒素分をケルダール法により求め算出する方法と、ポリビニル硫酸カリウム水溶液を用いたコロイド滴定法による方法があり、どちらの方法によっても求めることができるが、本発明においては、ケルダール法で行うことが好ましい。
例えば、ケルダール法による場合、医薬部外品原料規格2006、一般試験方法、窒素定量法、第2法に従うことができる。具体的には、精製、乾燥した成分(C)100mgを精秤し、ここへ硫酸10mL、分解促進剤(なかやま理化製作所社製、ケルタブ錠)1錠を加え、ケルダール分解装置(BUCHI社製、K-432)を用いて250℃で30分、300℃で30分、420℃で80分と順に昇温させながら完全分解を行なう。分解反応終了後、サンプルにイオン交換水30mLを加え、自動ケルダール蒸留・滴定装置(BUCHI社製、K-370)を用いて、30%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液40mLを加えアルカリ性とした後、蒸留操作により遊離したアンモニアを1%ホウ酸水溶液中に収集し、0.01N硫酸(和光純薬工業社製、定量分析用)を用いて滴定することにより、成分(C)中の窒素含有量(質量%)を求める。

成分(C)の具体例としては、カチオン化グアーガム;カチオン化タラガム;カチオン化ローカストビーンガム;カチオン化ポリビニルアルコール;カチオン化セルロース;カチオン化ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、カチオン化ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース等の、カチオン化ヒドロキシアルキルセルロース;カチオン性澱粉;ビニルピロリドン/N,N-ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリル酸ジエチル硫酸塩共重合体;N,N-ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリル酸ジエチル硫酸塩/N,N-ジメチルアクリルアミド/ジメタクリル酸ポリエチレングリコール共重合体;ポリジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド;ジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド/アクリルアミド共重合体;ヒドロキシエチルセルロース/ジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド共重合体;ビニルイミダゾリウムトリクロリド/ビニルピロリドン共重合体;ビニルピロリドン/アルキルアミノ(メタ)アクリレート共重合体;ビニルピロリドン/アルキルアミノ(メタ)アクリレート/ビニルカプロラクタム共重合体;ビニルピロリドン/(メタ)アクリルアミドプロピルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド共重合体;アルキルアクリルアミド/(メタ)アクリレート/アルキルアミノアルキルアクリルアミド/ポリエチレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート共重合体;特開昭53-139734号公報及び特開昭60-36407号公報に記載されているカチオン性ポリマー等が挙げられる。

成分(C)は、1種又は2種以上を用いることができ、含有量は、PICが泡沫の泡膜に吸着し、炭酸ガスを保持できる濃密な泡をつくることで、泡のきめが均一で、泡持ちが良く、マッサージの持続性に優れる観点から、原液中に0.01質量%以上であるのが好ましく、0.02質量%以上がより好ましく、0.04質量%以上がさらに好ましく、3質量%以下が好ましく、2質量%以下がより好ましく、1質量%以下がさらに好ましい。また、成分(C)の含有量は、原液中に0.01~3質量%であるのが好ましく、0.02~2質量%がより好ましく、0.04~1質量%がさらに好ましい。
本発明において、成分(B)及び(C)の合計量に対する成分(A)の質量割合(A)/((B)+(C))は、吐出した泡のきめが均一で、泡もちが良く、マッサージの持続性に優れ。また、洗浄後の肌のしっとり感が持続する観点から、6以上であり、7以上が好ましく、8以上がより好ましく、250以下が好ましく、220以下がより好ましく、50以下がさらに好ましく、30以下がよりさらに好ましい。また、成分(B)及び(C)の合計量に対する成分(A)の質量割合(A)/((B)+(C))は、6以上であり、6~250が好ましく、7~220がより好ましく、7~50がさらに好ましく、8~30がよりさらに好ましい。
本発明において、成分(C)に対する成分(B)の質量割合(B)/(C)は、吐出した泡のきめが均一で、泡もちが良く、マッサージの持続性に優れ、また、洗浄後の肌のしっとり感が持続する観点から、0.2以上であるのが好ましく、0.4以上がより好ましく、0.6以上がさらに好ましく、0.8以上がよりさらに好ましく、4以下が好ましく、3以下がより好ましく、2以下がさらに好ましく、1.5以下がよりさらに好ましい。また、成分(C)に対する成分(B)の質量割合(B)/(C)は、0.2~4であるのが好ましく、0.4~3がより好ましく、0.6~2がさらに好ましく、0.8~1.5がよりさらに好ましい。
本発明のエアゾール化粧料は、原液中に、さらに、多価アルコールを含有することができ、泡持ちが良く、塗布後の使用感に優れる。多価アルコールは、分子内に2個以上の水酸基をもつ化合物である。
2価アルコールとしては、例えば、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリプロピレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、1,3-ブチレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール等が挙げられる。3価アルコールとしては、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン等が挙げられる。4価アルコールとしては、ジグリセリン、エリスリトール等が挙げられる。5価以上の多価アルコールとしては、トリグリセリン等のポリグリセリン;グルコース、マルトース、マルチトース、ショ糖、キシリトール、ソルビトール、マルビトール、ポリオキシエチレンメチルグルコシド、ポリオキシエチレンエチルグルコシド、ポリオキシエチレンプロピレングルコシド等の糖類及び糖アルコールが挙げられる。
これらのうち、吐出した泡のきめが均一で、泡もちが良く、マッサージの持続性に優れる観点から、1,3-ブチレングリコール、ポリオキシエチレンメチルグルコシドから選ばれる1種又は2種以上含むのが好ましい。
2価アルコールとしては、例えば、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリプロピレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、1,3-ブチレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール等が挙げられる。3価アルコールとしては、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン等が挙げられる。4価アルコールとしては、ジグリセリン、エリスリトール等が挙げられる。5価以上の多価アルコールとしては、トリグリセリン等のポリグリセリン;グルコース、マルトース、マルチトース、ショ糖、キシリトール、ソルビトール、マルビトール、ポリオキシエチレンメチルグルコシド、ポリオキシエチレンエチルグルコシド、ポリオキシエチレンプロピレングルコシド等の糖類及び糖アルコールが挙げられる。
これらのうち、吐出した泡のきめが均一で、泡もちが良く、マッサージの持続性に優れる観点から、1,3-ブチレングリコール、ポリオキシエチレンメチルグルコシドから選ばれる1種又は2種以上含むのが好ましい。
多価アルコールは、1種又は2種以上を用いることができ、含有量は、泡持ちが良く、塗布後の使用感に優れる観点から、原液中に0.5質量%以上であるのが好ましく、1質量%以上がより好ましく、3質量%以上がさらに好ましく、40質量%以下が好ましく、30質量%以下がより好ましく、20質量%以下がさらに好ましい。また、多価アルコールの含有量は、原液中に0.5~40質量%であるのが好ましく、1~30質量%がより好ましく、3~20質量%がさらに好ましい。
本発明のエアゾール化粧料は、原液中に、さらに、水を含有する。水は、原液の溶媒として働き、他成分の残部をなす。水の含有量は、泡の保持性を向上させ、使用感に優れる観点から、原液中に、30~85質量%であるのが好ましく、40~80質量%がより好ましく、50~75質量%がさらに好ましい。
本発明のエアゾール化粧料において、原液は、更に、通常の化粧料に用いられる成分、例えば、成分(A)以外の界面活性剤、油成分、エタノール、防腐剤、酸化防止剤、色素、pH調整剤、香料、紫外線吸収剤、保湿剤、血行促進剤、冷感剤、制汗剤、殺菌剤、美白剤、抗炎症剤、皮膚賦活剤などを含有することができる。
本発明のエアゾール化粧料において、原液は、前記成分(A)、(B)及び(C)、その他成分を混合することにより調製される。原液は、泡のマッサージ性に優れる適切な粘度である観点から、25℃における粘度が、400~10000mPa・sであるのが好ましく、500~8500mPa・sがより好ましく、500~7000mPa・sがさらに好ましい。
ここで、粘度は、BM粘度計(東機産業社製)を用いて、ローターNo.3、12rpm、1分で測定し、粘度が9000mPa・sを超えた場合は、ローターNo.4、12rpm、1分で測定し、粘度が100mPa・sを下回った場合は、ローターNo.2、100rpm、1分で測定した値である。
ここで、粘度は、BM粘度計(東機産業社製)を用いて、ローターNo.3、12rpm、1分で測定し、粘度が9000mPa・sを超えた場合は、ローターNo.4、12rpm、1分で測定し、粘度が100mPa・sを下回った場合は、ローターNo.2、100rpm、1分で測定した値である。
本発明のエアゾール化粧料は、前記のような原液と、(D)炭酸ガスを、耐圧容器に充填することにより製造することができる。その噴射の形態としては、泡状にして吐出するフォームタイプとするのが好ましい。

本発明のエアゾール化粧料は、成分(D)の炭酸ガス以外に、通常のエアゾール化粧料に用いられる噴射剤を含んでもよい。噴射剤としては、液化石油ガス、圧縮ガス等が挙げられる。炭酸ガス以外の噴射剤を含む場合の、炭酸ガスと噴射剤との合計量に対する炭酸ガスの含有量は、好ましくは85質量%以上、より好ましくは90質量%以上、さらに好ましくは95質量%以上、よりさらに好ましくは98質量%以上である。
本発明においては、炭酸ガス以外の噴射剤を含まないか、又は、炭酸ガス以外の噴射剤を含む場合に、噴射剤の合計量に対する炭酸ガスの含有量が、85質量%以上であるのが好ましい。

本発明のエアゾール化粧料は、化粧料として特に制限なく適用することができるが、噴射後の化粧料中の炭酸ガスの揮散が抑制され、炭酸ガス濃度が高く、肌に適用後に炭酸ガスが作用する効果が高いことから、皮膚化粧料として好適である。
本発明のエアゾール化粧料は、皮膚へ塗布し、一定時間放置、肌になじませる、マッサージする、拭き取る、又は、洗い流すなど、使用場面に応じて使用することができる。

本発明のエアゾール化粧料は、通常の方法により製造することができる。例えば、以下の工程1~3を含むことにより、エアゾール化粧料を製造することができる。
工程1:成分(A)及び(B)を含む成分(成分(C)以外の原液成分)をディスパーで分散後、50℃以上に加熱して混合する工程。
工程2:次に、成分(C)を添加し、プロペラを用いて混合し、原液を調製する工程。
工程3:工程2で得られた原液を15~30℃に冷却後、耐圧容器に充填し、密封した後、成分(D)を加圧することにより充填する工程。
このように、原液を調製する際、成分(B)のアニオンポリマーを中和した後に、成分(C)のカチオンポリマーを加えることにより、形成されるPICが小さくなりやすいと考えられる。これにより、泡のきめが均一で、泡もち性能が向上する。
工程1:成分(A)及び(B)を含む成分(成分(C)以外の原液成分)をディスパーで分散後、50℃以上に加熱して混合する工程。
工程2:次に、成分(C)を添加し、プロペラを用いて混合し、原液を調製する工程。
工程3:工程2で得られた原液を15~30℃に冷却後、耐圧容器に充填し、密封した後、成分(D)を加圧することにより充填する工程。
このように、原液を調製する際、成分(B)のアニオンポリマーを中和した後に、成分(C)のカチオンポリマーを加えることにより、形成されるPICが小さくなりやすいと考えられる。これにより、泡のきめが均一で、泡もち性能が向上する。
上述した実施形態に関し、本発明は、更に以下の組成物等を開示する。

実施例1~8及び比較例1~3
表1に示す組成のエアゾール化粧料を製造し、吐出した泡の粒径を測定するとともに、泡のきめの均一さ、泡もち(マッサージの持続性)、洗浄後のしっとり感の持続(Δ水分量)を評価した。結果を、表1に併せて示す。

(製造方法)
工程1:成分(A)及び(B)を含む成分をディスパーで分散後、60℃~70℃に加熱して混合する。
工程2:次に、成分(C)を添加し、プロペラを用いて混合し、原液を調製する。
工程3:工程2で得られた原液を15~30℃に冷却後、耐圧容器に充填し、密封した後、成分(D)を加圧することにより充填して、エアゾール化粧料を得た。原液97.9質量部に対し、炭酸は2.1質量部配合した。(原液:炭酸ガス=97.9:2.1)
工程1:成分(A)及び(B)を含む成分をディスパーで分散後、60℃~70℃に加熱して混合する。
工程2:次に、成分(C)を添加し、プロペラを用いて混合し、原液を調製する。
工程3:工程2で得られた原液を15~30℃に冷却後、耐圧容器に充填し、密封した後、成分(D)を加圧することにより充填して、エアゾール化粧料を得た。原液97.9質量部に対し、炭酸は2.1質量部配合した。(原液:炭酸ガス=97.9:2.1)
(評価方法)
(1)泡の粒径/標準偏差(μm):
スライドガラスに各化粧料の泡を吐出させ、カバーガラスを押さえつけずふんわりのせ、吐出10秒後の泡の写真をデジタルマイクロスコープ(KH-8700 HYROX社製、倍率100倍)で撮影する。得られた画像の中央付近500μmφのエリアにある全ての泡の直径を計測する。その際、そのエリアの泡数が、50個に満たない場合は、エリアに隣接する泡について、合計50個になるように計測する。
結果を、平均粒径と、標準偏差で示す。
(1)泡の粒径/標準偏差(μm):
スライドガラスに各化粧料の泡を吐出させ、カバーガラスを押さえつけずふんわりのせ、吐出10秒後の泡の写真をデジタルマイクロスコープ(KH-8700 HYROX社製、倍率100倍)で撮影する。得られた画像の中央付近500μmφのエリアにある全ての泡の直径を計測する。その際、そのエリアの泡数が、50個に満たない場合は、エリアに隣接する泡について、合計50個になるように計測する。
結果を、平均粒径と、標準偏差で示す。
(2)泡のきめの均一さ:

専門評価者により、各化粧料の泡を手の甲に吐出させ、指先で円を描くように5秒間シェアを加えた後の泡の厚み感を、以下の5段階で評価した。

(4)洗浄後のしっとり感の持続(Δ水分量):
前腕部の水分量を、コルネオメーターCM825(Courage+Khazaka electronic GmbH社製)で5回測定して平均値を求める。測定部位に、各化粧料の泡を吐出させ、5秒間マッサージした後、水道水ですすぎ、タオルでふいて乾かす。洗浄15分後に、再度、コルネオメーターで前腕部の水分量を5回測定して、平均値を求めた。結果は、洗浄前後の水分量、及びそれらの差(Δ水分量;洗浄15分後の水分量-洗浄前の水分量)を示した。
前腕部の水分量を、コルネオメーターCM825(Courage+Khazaka electronic GmbH社製)で5回測定して平均値を求める。測定部位に、各化粧料の泡を吐出させ、5秒間マッサージした後、水道水ですすぎ、タオルでふいて乾かす。洗浄15分後に、再度、コルネオメーターで前腕部の水分量を5回測定して、平均値を求めた。結果は、洗浄前後の水分量、及びそれらの差(Δ水分量;洗浄15分後の水分量-洗浄前の水分量)を示した。
実施例9
実施例1~8と同様にして、表2に示す組成のエアゾール化粧料を製造した。
得られたエアゾール化粧料は、吐出した泡のきめが均一で、泡もちが良く、マッサージの持続性に優れたものである。また、洗浄後の肌のしっとり感が持続する。
