当需要进行连接时,通过定位针8与针孔的配合实现一级定位,避免出现第一针座1和第二针座2的水平方向上的位移;继续进行连接,通过插孔固定座71中的连接件73和第一针体51的配合进行二级定位,避免产生垂直方向上的位置;继续进行连接,带第一针体51插入到连接件73一定距离后,通过五个连接腔组合结构和五个槽孔组成的结构进行配合,进行三级定位,实现整体的连接,通过三级定位,避免出现水平方向上的、垂直方向上的和第一针体51和连接件73之间的位移产生;提高了安装的准确率;且在使用的过程中能够应对不同情况下的振动,避免出现整体或部分的损坏。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种圆形插针通讯连接器,其特征在于,包括:
    一体成型的第一针座(1)和第二针座(2);且在所述第一针座(1)和第二针座(2)上分别连接有第一电路板(3)和第二电路板(4);
    第一插针(5)组,一端穿过所述第一针座(1)后与所述第一电路板(3)连接;
    第二插针组(6),一端穿过所述第二针座(2)后与所述第二电路板(4)连接;
    连接组(7),设置在所述第一针座(1)和第二针座(2)之间,且所述第一插针(5)组和所述第二插针组(6)通过所述连接组(7)进行连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的圆形插针通讯连接器,其特征在于,还包括:
    定位针(8),一端设置在所述第一针座(1)或所述第二针座(2)上,另一端穿过所述连接组(7)后与所述第二针座(2)或所述第一针座(1)上的针孔连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的圆形插针通讯连接器,其特征在于,还包括:
    密封壳体(9),用于进行所述第一针座(1)与连接组(7)之间空隙,设置在所述第一针座(1)和所述连接组(7)之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的圆形插针通讯连接器,其特征在于,所述第一插针(5)组包括:
    若干第一针体(51),一端穿过所述第一针座(1)后与所述第一电路板(3)连接,另一端在连接的过程中置于所述连接组(7)内;
    且,若干所述第一针体(51)的一端均设置有第一针头(52),该针头穿过第一电路板(3)置于远离所述连接组(7)的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的圆形插针通讯连接器,其特征在于,所述针头上设置有第一连接孔,所述第一连接孔部分置于所述第一电路板(3)远离所述连接组(7)的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的圆形插针通讯连接器,其特征在于,若干所述第一针体(51)为两组,且平行设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的圆形插针通讯连接器,其特征在于,所述第二插针组(6)包括:
    若干第二针体(61),一端穿过所述第二针座(2)后与所述第二电路板(4)连接,另一端在连接的过程中置于所述连接组(7)内;
    且,若干所述第二针体(61)的一端均设置有第二针头(62),该第二针头(62)穿过第二电路板(4)置于远离所述连接组(7)的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的圆形插针通讯连接器,其特征在于,所述针头上设置有第二连接孔(63),所述第二连接孔(63)部分置于所述第二电路板(4)远离所述连接组(7)的一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的圆形插针通讯连接器,其特征在于,若干所述第二针体(61)为两组,且平行设置。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的圆形插针通讯连接器,其特征在于,所述连接组(7)包括:
    连接件(73)、插孔固定座(71)及插孔保护壳,所述连接件(73)设置在所述插孔固定座(71)内,所述插孔固定座(71)穿设在所述插孔保护壳内,且所述第一插针(5)组和所述第二插针组(6)均穿设在所述连接件(73)中。
