一种连接器、数据线及电子设备 【技术领域】
本发明涉及电子设备配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种连接器、数据线及电子设备。
【背景技术】
随着电子产品种类的多样化,比如电子烟、TWS耳机、手机等,这些便携式电子产品成为用户随身携带使用的产品,为了保证其能随时使用,需要在没有电量时做到及时的补充,同时充电的时候其具体的使用场景也存在多样性,因此提出具有旋转功能的数据线。但是目前具备旋转功能的数据其往往存在结构设计不合理,导致强度不够,容易在使用的过程中被折断,影响寿命的技术问题。
【发明内容】
为克服目前连接器结构结构设计不合理导致强度不够的缺陷,本发明提供一种连接器、数据线及电子设备。
本发明提供一种连接器,所述连接器包括第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构,所述第一电连接结构包括连接座和设置在连接座上的转接板,所述连接座还设置有夹板,所述第二电连接结构包括固定座和导电件,所述固定座开设有供所述转接板插接的卡接槽,所述导电件固定在固定座内并从所述卡接槽露出与所述转接板电性连接,所述夹板至少包括分别设置在所述转接板厚度方向两侧的部分;所述第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构转动连接。
优选地,所述连接器还包括连接轴,所述连接轴连接一侧的夹板和固定座以及连接另一侧的夹板和固定座;或者所述连接轴连接固定座和转接板;或者所述连接轴连接两侧的夹板、固定座以及转接板;所述第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构绕着所述连接轴转动连接。
优选地,所述连接轴连接于所述夹板并穿设通过所述固定座和转接板。

相对于现有技术,本发明提供的连接器、数据线及电子设备具有如下有益效果:
1、一种连接器,所述连接器包括第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构,所述第一电连接结构包括连接座和设置在连接座上的转接板,所述连接座还设置有夹板,所述第二电连接结构包括固定座和导电件,所述固定座开设有供所述转接板插接的卡接槽,所述导电件固定在固定座内并从所述卡接槽露出与所述转接板电性连接,所述夹板至少包括分别设置在所述转接板厚度方向两侧的部分;所述第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构转动连接,在转接板厚度方向的两侧设置夹板,对转接板进行保护,使得第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构实现转动连接时,在受到沿着转接板厚度方向的作用力的时候,不会导致转接板相对沿着厚度方向发生错位偏折,降低转接板被折断的风险。
2、所述夹板设置为两块,相对设置在转接板厚度方向的两侧,两块夹板间断形成供所述第二电连接结构转动连接的缺口,所述夹板与所述转接板形成容纳所述固定座的腔体,夹板和转接板之间形成一部分腔体,卡接槽两侧的固定座的部分分别容纳在对应的腔体空间内,形成固定座夹持在两块夹板之间的夹持结构,这样夹板能很好的对转接板进行保护,能很好的降低当夹板受到沿着其厚度方 向的作用力之后转接板被折断的风险;同时,增加了夹板设置在固定座外侧,通过连接轴将两者进行连接,使得转接板外侧依次为固定座的结构和夹板结构,增加了第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构的连接强度,提高使用寿命。
3、将转接板和固定座设置为平面状并且相互贴合,能很好的提高第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构的紧密配合度,缩小连接器的体积。
4、所述第一电连接结构和所述第二电连接结构之一者用于与线体连接,另一者为磁吸式接头结构或者固定式接头结构;或者,所述第一电连接结构和所述第二电连接结构均用于与线体连接;或者,所述第一电连接结构和所述第二电连接结构为磁吸式接头结构或者固定式接头结构之一者或者两者,使得连接器的形态多样化,满足不同的实用场景的需求。
5、本发明提供的数据线和电子设备具有和连接器同样的有益效果。

请继续参阅图4,所述第二电连接结构20还包括固定座203,所述固定座203开设有供所述转接板101插接的卡接槽2031,所述导电件201固定在固定座203内并从所述卡接槽2031露出与所述转接板101接触,所述转接板101与所述固定座203转动连接。固定座203包括位于卡接槽2031两侧的第一固定座2032和第二固定座2033。

请继续参阅图3,连接座103包括主体1031,主体1031呈长条形柱状结构。转接板101和夹板105设置在主体1031长度方向的一侧。且转接板101部分固定在连接座103内,部分伸出所述连接座103以与固定座203连接。转接板101的延伸方向和主体1031的长度方向一致。
可选地,夹板105相对主体1031延伸一定的距离。其可以通过和主体1031一体成型的方式形成或者将夹板105通过可拆卸等方式连接在主体1031靠近第二电连接结构20的一侧。
在一些具体的实施例中,夹板105设置有分离的两块,两块所述夹板105相对设置,相对设置的两块夹板105和转接板101共同形成容纳第二电连接结构20的腔体106,所述第二电连接结构20部分容纳在所述腔体106内相对所述夹板105转动。即所述第一固定座2032和所述第二固定座2033分别容纳在所述第一腔体1061和所述第二腔体1062内。
为了避免夹板105阻碍固定座203的转动,夹板105设置为间断的两块,分别设置在夹板105厚度方向的两侧。每一块夹板105和转接板101之间形成一部分腔体106,卡接槽2031两侧的固定座203的部分分别容纳在对应的腔体106空间内,形成固定座203夹持在两块夹板105之间的夹持结构。这样夹板105能很好的对转接板101进行保护,能很好的降低当夹板105受到沿着其厚度方向的作用力之后转接板101被折断的风险。同时,增加了夹板105设置在固定座203外侧,使得转接板101外侧依次为固定座203的结构和夹板105结构,增加了第一电连接结构10和第二电连接结构20的连接强度,提高使用寿命。
本实施例中设置的两块夹板105只是一种实现形式,还可以是一个圆筒状的结构,固定座203容纳在其中也可以。或者是其他的限位结构,比如柱体、卡爪结构等。只要对应的设置有缺口保证第一电连接结构10和第二电连接结构20的顺利转动即可。
进一步地,为了不影响转接板101相对固定座203的转 动效果同时不影响夹板105对固定座203的限位作用,两块所述夹板105的连接线和所述转接板101与所述固定座203转动连接的轴线平行或者重合。
还需要说明的是:连接轴50连接于夹板105且同时穿设固定座203和转接板101。这样使得夹板105、固定座203和转接板101三者之间相对位置固定,在夹板105起到保护作用的同时避免彼此之间发生位移,更好降低转接板101被折断的风险。
在一些其它实施例中,所述连接轴50为间断设置的两根,分别连接一侧的夹板105和固定座203以及连接另一侧的夹板105和固定座203。即连接轴50没有连接转接板101。这样利用夹板105相对固定座203的转动带动转接板101相对导电件201转动,实现转动并电性连接。通过利用连接轴50分别和夹板105以及固定座203的转动连接,能很好对固定座203进行定位,进一步避免固定座203相对转接板101位移而挤压转接板101。
或者,在一些其它实施例中,当固定座203和夹板105以及转接板101三者之间相互贴合叠加设置时,三者之间的配合的紧密性高,缩小固定座203偏移的空间,此时设置连接轴50连接固定座203和转接板101,而不需要连接夹板105,达到第一电连接结构10和第二电连接结构20之间转动连接即可。
请继续参阅图3和图4,所述固定座203与夹板105相对的外表面为平面状结构,所述夹板105相对固定座203的内表面为平面状,所述固定座203的外表面和所述夹板105的内表面相贴合,设置为平面状并且相互贴合,能很好的提高第一电连接结构10和第二电连接结构20的紧密配合度,缩小连接器1的体积。
请继续参阅图3,所述转接板101上设置有与所述导电件201电性连接的触点线路1011,触点线路1011和导电件201电性连接。所述触点线路1011为呈开口状的半圆弧形结构或者呈闭合的环状结构,即为包括呈弧形结构的部分。为了方便转动连接,转接板101同样包括弧形结构的部分。弧形结构可以是圆形、半圆形或者其他的圆弧结构。其转动角度至少可以达到180°。
转接板101包括相对的两个主表面,所述触点线路 1011至少设置在其中一个所述主表面上,每个所述主表面上的触点线路1011的数量至少为1个,且当每个所述主表面上的所述触点线路1011的数量大于或者等于2个时,同一主表面上的所述触点线路1011以转接板101的中心为圆心呈同心圆环的形式设置。对应的导电件201相对设置在卡接槽2031的两侧,或者设置在卡接槽2031的一侧。
可选地,触点线路1011的弧长对应的圆心角的角度为大于180°小于或等于360°,如此可以保证第一电连接结构10和第二电连接结构20之间至少可以相对转动180°。
可选地,对触点线路1011具体的弧长对应的圆心角不做限定,转接板101在0-180°的转动范围内正常电性连接电性连接即可。当然,在一些其他实施例中,其转动角度不限定为0-180°。
在一些具体的实施方式中,转接板101可以为金属材料、塑胶材料或者玻璃纤维材料制成。当转接板101为金属材料制成时,触点线路1011可以以电镀导电材料的方式形成在转接板101上,而当转接板101为塑胶材料制成时,可以通过熔融导电材料的方式在转接板101上形成触点线路1011。

所述顶针208的数量为9根,分别包括第一顶针2081、两根第二顶针2082、两根第三顶针2083、两根第四顶针2084和两根第五顶针2085,其中每根第二顶针2082、每根第三顶针2083、每根第四顶针2084和每根第五顶针2085对称设置在第一顶针2081的两侧,所述第一顶针2081、第二顶针2082、第三顶针2083、第四顶针2084、第五顶针2085和磁性件207的电信号定义为“D-”、“CC2”、“V+”、“D+”、“G”、“CC1”。每一根顶针208和磁性件207的信号定义还可以是其它的。比如:第一顶针2081、第二顶针2082、第三顶针2083、第四顶针2084、第五顶针2085和磁性件207的电信号定义为“D-”、“CC1”、“V+”、“D+”、“G”、“CC2”。
在一些其它实施例中,顶针208的数量还可以是其它的数值。比如1根,此时其电信号定义为“V+”,磁性件207对应定义为“V-”;或者2根,电信号定义为“V-”和“V+”;或者3根,电信号定义为“D-”、“D+”和“V+”,磁性件207对应定义为“V-”。需要说明的是,为了实现充电功能,至少需要布置1根顶针,此时磁性件207需要作为电性传输的元器件。如果要实现充电和数据传输功能,需要至少设置有3根顶针或者4根顶针。当设置3根时,此时磁性件207需要作为电性传输的元器件。而为了实现更多的充电功能,比如快速充电功能,则需要多于3根或者4根的数量即可,在此不再一一列举。
请参阅图9和图10,在另外的实施方式中,第二电连接结构20为固定式接头,其包括远离固定座203一端的用于插入电子设备的插接头601,插接头601和导电件201电性连接。
请参阅图11,本发明第二实施例提供一种数据线8,所述数据线8包括第一实施例提供的连接器1和线体801,所述线体801与所述第一电连接结构10、第二电连接结构20之一者或者二者电性连接。当所述线体801与所述第一电连接结构10、第二电连接结构20之一者电性连接时,另一者为固定式接头结构或者磁吸式接头结构。
请参阅图12和图13,本发明第三实施例提供一种电子设备4,所述电子设备4包括如第二实施例提供的数据线8 和电子设备主体401,所述电子设备主体401与所述数据线8电性连接。电子设备主体401可以包括电子烟(图12)、TWS耳机(图13)、手机等。具体的,所述电子设备主体401与第二电连接结构20磁吸连接。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的连接器、数据线及电子设备具有如下有益效果:
1、一种连接器,所述连接器包括第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构,所述第一电连接结构包括连接座和设置在连接座上的转接板,所述连接座还设置有夹板,所述第二电连接结构包括固定座和导电件,所述固定座开设有供所述转接板插接的卡接槽,所述导电件固定在固定座内并从所述卡接槽露出与所述转接板电性连接,所述夹板至少包括分别设置在所述转接板厚度方向两侧的部分;所述第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构转动连接,在转接板厚度方向的两侧设置夹板,对转接板进行保护,使得第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构实现转动连接时,在受到沿着转接板厚度方向的作用力的时候,不会导致转接板相对沿着厚度方向发生错位偏折,降低转接板被折断的风险。
2、所述夹板设置为两块,相对设置在转接板厚度方向的两侧,两块夹板间断形成供所述第二电连接结构转动连接的缺口,所述夹板与所述转接板形成容纳所述固定座的腔体,夹板和转接板之间形成一部分腔体,卡接槽两侧的固定座的部分分别容纳在对应的腔体空间内,形成固定座夹持在两块夹板之间的夹持结构,这样夹板能很好的对转接板进行保护,能很好的降低当夹板受到沿着其厚度方向的作用力之后转接板被折断的风险;同时,增加了夹板设置在固定座外侧,通过连接轴将两者进行连接,使得转接板外侧依次为固定座的结构和夹板结构,增加了第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构的连接强度,提高使用寿命。
3、将转接板和固定座设置为平面状并且相互贴合,能很好的提高第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构的紧密配合度,缩小连接器的体积。
4、所述第一电连接结构和所述第二电连接结构之一者用于与线体连接,另一者为磁吸式接头结构或者固定式接头结构;或者,所述第一电连接结构和所述第二电连接结构均用于与线体连接;或者,所述第一电连接结构和所 述第二电连接结构为磁吸式接头结构或者固定式接头结构之一者或者两者,使得连接器的形态多样化,满足不同的实用场景的需求。
5、本发明提供的数据线和电子设备具有和连接器同样的有益效果。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器包括第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构,所述第一电连接结构包括连接座和设置在连接座上的转接板,所述连接座还设置有夹板,
    所述第二电连接结构包括固定座和导电件,所述固定座开设有供所述转接板插接的卡接槽,所述导电件固定在固定座内并从所述卡接槽露出与所述转接板电性连接,
    所述夹板至少包括分别设置在所述转接板厚度方向两侧的部分;
    所述第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构转动连接。
    如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器还包括连接轴,所述连接轴连接一侧的夹板和固定座以及连接另一侧的夹板和固定座;
    或者所述连接轴连接固定座和转接板;
    或者所述连接轴连接两侧的夹板、固定座以及转接板;
    所述第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构绕着所述连接轴转动连接。
  2. 如权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接轴连接于所述夹板并穿设通过所述固定座和转接板。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述夹板设置为两块,相对设置在转接板厚度方向的两侧,两块夹板间断形成供所述第二电连接结构转动连接的缺口,所述夹板与所述转接板形成容纳所述固定座的腔体,所述腔体和所述缺口贯通。
  4. 如权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于:固定座包括位于卡接槽两侧的第一固定座和第二固定座,所述腔体包括位于一夹板和转接板之间的第一腔体和位于另一夹板和转接板之间的第二 腔体,所述第一固定座和所述第二固定座分别容纳在所述第一腔体和所述第二腔体内。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述固定座与夹板相对的外表面为平面状结构,所述夹板相对固定座的内表面为平面状,所述固定座的外表面和所述夹板的内表面相贴合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述转接板上设置有触点线路,所述触点线路和所述转接板分别包括弧形结构,所述导电件转动连接在所述触点线路上,所述第一电连接结构和第二电连接结构转动的角度范围为0-180°。
  7. 如权利要求7所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述导电件相对设置在所述卡接槽的两侧,所述转接板相对两个表面上设置有触点线路。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第一电连接结构和所述第二电连接结构之一者用于与线体连接,另一者为磁吸式接头结构或者固定式接头结构;或者,所述第一电连接结构和所述第二电连接结构均用于与线体连接;或者,所述第一电连接结构和所述第二电连接结构为磁吸式接头结构或者固定式接头结构之一者或者两者。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第一电连接结构用于与线体电性连接,所述第二电连接结构为磁吸式接头结构,所述第二电连接结构还包括与所述导电件电性连接的顶针和设置在顶针外侧的环状的磁性件。
  10. 如权利要求10所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述顶针的数量为11根,分别包括第一顶针、两根第二顶针、两根第三顶针、两根第四顶针和两根第五顶针,其中每根第二顶针、每根第三顶针、每根第四顶针和每根第五顶针对称设置在第一顶针的两侧。
  11. 如权利要求11所述的连接器,其特征在 于:所述磁性件的电信号定义为“CC1”快充信号,所述第一顶针、第二顶针、第三顶针、第四顶针、第五顶针的电信号定义为“D-”、“CC2”、“V+”、“D+”、“G”;
    或者所述磁性件的电信号定义为“CC2”快充信号,所述第一顶针、第二顶针、第三顶针、第四顶针、第五顶针的电信号定义为“D-”、“CC1”、“V+”、“D+”、“G”。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第一电连接结构用于与线体电性连接,所述第二电连接结构为磁吸式接头结构,所述第二电连接结构还包括导电引脚、插板和设置在插板外侧的环状的磁性件,所述导电引脚设置在插板的两侧,所述导电引脚和导电件电性连接。
  13. 一种数据线,其特征在于:所述数据线包括线体和如权利要求1所述的连接器,所述线体与所述第一电连接结构、第二电连接结构之一者或者二者电性连接。
  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于:所述电子设备包括电子设备主体和如权利要求14所述的数据线,所述电子设备主体与所述数据线电性连接。
