Abstract

本申请属于骨传导技术领域,具体涉及一种发声棒组件。本申请旨在解决骨传导棒棒糖的利用率低的问题。本申请的发声棒组件在用于骨传导棒棒糖的实现方式中,骨传导发声棒包括发声头部、连接杆以及手柄区域,糖体包裹发声头部,发声头部用于产生骨导振动。在糖体用尽后,固定结构将发声头部可拆卸的安装在辅助发声件上,辅助发声件将骨传导发声棒的振动转化成气导声音。气导声音通过空气传播到人耳,可以被更多的用户听到,从而对骨传导发声棒进行了再利用,提高了骨传导棒棒糖的利用率。

本申请要求于2021年5月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为202110552839.6、申请名称为“发声棒组件”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请实施例涉及骨传导技术领域,尤其涉及一种发声棒组件。
背景技术
骨传导是将声音转化为不同频率的机械振动,通过人的颅骨、骨迷路、内耳淋巴液、螺旋器、听神经、听觉中枢来传递振动波,最终经过大脑皮层的感知得到声音信息。
相关技术中,骨传导棒棒糖包括骨传导发声棒以及糖体,骨传导发声棒包括发声头部、连接杆以及手柄区域,糖体包裹发声头部,发声头部用于产生骨导振动。通过糖体将骨传导发声棒的振动信号传导到用户的牙齿上,进而使用户感受到声音,提高了用户体验。
然而,骨传导棒棒糖在包覆于发声头部外的糖体被用尽后,其余部分常因失去利用价值而被丢弃,导致材料的利用率降低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种发声棒组件,以解决相关技术中骨传导棒棒糖的利用率低的技术问题。本申请实施例提供了一种发声棒组件,骨传导发声棒,所述骨传导发声棒包括发声头部、连接杆以及手柄区域,所述发声头部用于产生骨导振动;固定结构,所述固定结构用于将所述发声头部可拆卸的安装在辅助发声件上,所述辅助发声件用于将所述骨传导发声棒的振动转化成气导声音。
在可以包括上述实施例的一些实施例中,所述发声棒组件还包括糖体,所述糖体包裹所述发声头部;所述固定结构用于在所述糖体用尽后,将所述发声头部可拆卸的安装在辅助发声件上。

人耳感知到声音通常是通过两种方式,即气导(也称“气传导”)或骨导(也称“骨传导”),气导是指通过空气的振动来传递声音,而骨导是将声音转化为不同频率的机械振动,通过人的颅骨、骨迷路、内耳淋巴液、螺旋器、听神经、听觉中枢来传递振动波,最终经过大脑皮层的感知得到声音信息。
骨传导棒棒糖是将骨传导技术与糖体接合,骨传导棒棒糖包括骨传导发声棒以及糖体,骨传导发声棒包括发声头部、连接杆以及手柄区域,糖体包裹发声头部,发声头部用于产生骨导振动。通过糖体将骨传导发声棒的振动信号传导到用户的牙齿上,进而使用户感受到只有自己能听见的声音,提高了用户体验。
然而,骨传导棒棒糖在包覆于发声头部外的糖体被用尽后,其余部分(骨传导发声棒)常因失去利用价值而被丢弃,导致骨传导棒棒糖的利用率降低。
本实施例提供一种发声棒组件,通过固定结构将骨传导发声棒的发声头部可拆卸的安装在辅助发声件上,辅助发声件将骨传导发声棒的振动转化成气导声音,气导声音通过空气传播到人耳,可以被更多的用户听到,从而对骨传导发声棒进行了再利用,提高了骨传导棒棒糖的利用率。
本实施例提供一种发声棒组件,包括骨传导发声棒以及固定结构,如图1和图2所示,骨传导发声棒包括连接杆103、连接在连接杆103一端的发声头部104、以及连接在连接杆103另一端的手柄区域102,发声头部104可以呈球形(如图1所示)或鼓形(如图2所示)等,发声头部104用于产生骨导振动。手柄区域102用于用户手持。糖体105包裹在发声头部104外。
发声头部104内可以设置骨导喇叭,或者发声头部104与发声头部104内部设置的振动组件共同构成骨导喇叭,骨导喇叭用于传递骨导振动。
连接杆103可以具有弹性,连接杆103可以沿直线延伸(如图1和图2所示);当然,连接杆103可以呈弯曲状(如图3和图4所示),以使得骨传导发声棒构成骨传导耳机。
固定结构用于将发声头部104可拆卸的安装在辅助发声件70上,辅助发声件70用于将骨传导发声棒的振动转化成气导声音,气导声音通过空气传播到人耳,可以被更多的用户听到。
发声棒组件还包括糖体105,糖体105包裹发声头部104;固定结构用于在糖体105 用尽后,将发声头部104可拆卸的安装在辅助发声件上。提高了骨传导棒棒糖10的利用率。
本实施例中的发声棒组件,在用于骨传导棒棒糖10的实现方式中,骨传导发声棒包括发声头部104、连接杆103以及手柄区域102,糖体105包裹发声头部104,发声头部104用于产生骨导振动。在糖体105用尽后,固定结构将发声头部104可拆卸的安装在辅助发声件70上,辅助发声件70将骨传导发声棒的振动转化成气导声音。气导声音通过空气传播到人耳,可以被更多的用户听到,从而对骨传导发声棒进行了再利用,提高了骨传导棒棒糖的利用率。
在一些实施例中,固定结构60可以可拆卸的与辅助发声件70连接。当然在其他的实施例中,固定结构60也可以与辅助发声件70为一体结构。本实施例对此不作限制。
继续参照图3,在一些实施例中,固定结构60包括压紧件601以及与压紧件601连接的吸盘602,吸盘602用于吸附在呈板状的辅助发声件70上,以使压紧件601和辅助发声件70夹紧发声头部104。
在售卖时,辅助发声件70可以与固定结构60以及骨传导棒棒糖10一起售卖,也可以只售卖固定结构60以及骨传导棒棒糖10。
继续参照图4,在一些实施例中,辅助发声件70包括固定部701以及位于固定部701上的扩音部,固定部701上设置有容置槽702,发声头部104设置在容置槽702内。其中,容置槽702可以贯穿固定部701,当然容置槽702也可以不贯穿固定部701。
扩音部可以包括与固定部701连接的扩音壁703,扩音壁703围设成扩音空间704,扩音空间704的截面面积沿远离固定部701的方向逐渐增大。
扩音空间704将辅助发声件70的气导声音放大,以使用户对气导声音听得更加清楚。
固定结构60可以包括抵顶螺栓603,固定部701上设置有贯穿至容置槽702的固定螺纹孔,抵顶螺栓603与固定螺纹孔配合,且抵顶螺栓603抵顶在发声头部104上。
在一些实施例中,辅助发声件70包括发泡结构,发泡结构上设置有容置槽,发声头部104容置在容置槽内。在发声头部104振动时,发泡结构可以产生气导声音。其中发泡结构可以为泡沫塑料;为了提高发泡结构的装饰效果,发泡结构可以具有一定的形状,如:发泡结构可以呈球形、正多边形等规则形状、或者不规则形状。
固定结构60包括设置在容置槽侧壁上的凸起,凸起用于在发声头部104容置在容置槽后,抵顶在发声头部104的外侧以阻止发声头部104与容置槽脱离。进一步地,凸起包括一端与容置槽侧壁连接的弹片,弹片弯曲,弹片隆起的部位用于与发声头部104抵接;可以提高使用寿命。示例性的,弹片可以为弹性塑料片或者弹性金属片等。
发泡结构外可以包覆有装饰层,其中装饰层可以为包覆在发泡结构外的油漆层、具有一定形状和颜色的塑料膜层等。以进一步提高装饰效果。
在一些实施例中,辅助发声件70包括装饰件,固定结构60用于将发声头部104安装在装饰件上,装饰件可以提高发声棒组件的装饰效果。
如图5所示,在一些实施例中,装饰件包括相框705,固定结构60包括设置在相框705背面的连接件604,连接件604与相框705之间形成卡接槽,发声头部104卡接在卡接槽内。
相框705也可以包括支腿,支腿用于支撑相框705。当然骨传导棒棒糖10也可以作为 相框705的支腿,以提高骨传导棒棒糖10的利用率。
骨传导发声棒的振动信号传递到相框705,相框705将骨传导发声棒的振动信号转化成气导声音,气导声音通过空气传播到人耳,可以被更多的用户听到,提高了骨传导棒棒糖10的利用率。同时相框705提高了发声棒组件的装饰效果。
如图6所示,在一些实施例中,装饰件包括几何体706,几何体706上设置有容置槽702,发声头部104设置在容置槽702内;固定结构60包括设置在容置槽702侧壁的卡接块605,卡接块605抵顶发声头部104,卡接块605用于阻止发声头部104与几何体706分离;几何体706上上设置有扩音结构707。
扩音结构707可以为扩音槽,扩音槽的槽底可以与容置槽702连通,扩音槽的截面面接沿沿远离发声头部104的方向逐渐增大,以将气导声音放大,使用户对气导声音听得更加清楚。
在上述实现方式中,容置槽702可以贯穿辅助发声件70,当然容置槽702也可以不贯穿辅助发声件70。
如图7所示,在一些实施例中,装饰件包括装饰盒体708,手柄设置在装饰盒体708内;固定结构60包括设置在盒体内的弹性件606,弹性件606抵顶发声头部104,以使发声头部104与盒体的发音壁709贴合,通过发音壁709将骨传导发声棒的振动信号转化成气导声音,气导声音通过空气传播到人耳,可以被更多的用户听到,提高了骨传导棒棒糖10的利用率。
发音壁709可以向装饰盒体708的内部凹陷,以形成扩音结构,扩音结构的截面面积沿远离发声头部104的方向逐渐增大,以将气导声音放大,使用户对气导声音听得更加清楚。
手柄区域102可以包括第一开关以及第一电源接口,装饰盒体708的外壁上设置有第二开关以及第二电源接口,第二开关叠置在第一开关上,按压第二开关的同时,第一开关也被按压,从而通过第二开关控制骨传导发声棒振动。第一电源接口与第二电源接口电连接,通过第二电源接口可以为骨传导棒棒糖10提供电源或者为骨传导棒棒糖10充电。
在一些实施例中,弹性件606包括弹簧,弹簧的一端连接在装饰盒体708的内壁上,弹簧的另一端抵顶发声头部104。
在将骨传导发声棒与装饰盒体708进行安装时,相背离发音壁709的方向按压弹簧,以为发声头部104腾出安装空间,将发声头部104安装在发音壁709和弹簧之间,并使发声头部104与发音壁709贴合,之后撤去对弹簧所施加的外力,弹簧抵顶发声头部104,使发声头部104不易与发音壁709分离。
在一些实施例中,装饰件上设置有灯光系统和控制组件,在发声头部104安装在装饰件上时,控制组件控制灯光系统发出灯光。示例性的,控制组件可以为设置在装饰件上的开关,灯光系统可以包括光源与光源、供电设备,开关与光源和供电设备电连接,在发声头部104安装在装饰件上时,发声头部104触发开关,进而使光源发光。
在一些实施例中,辅助发声件70包括包装盒,骨传导发声棒在包装状态下位于包装盒内;包装盒上设置有安装结构,安装结构用于安装装饰卡片;固定结构60包括设置在包装盒上卡接结构,发声头部104卡设在发声头部104上。在运输或者存储的过程中,骨传导发声棒容置在包装盒内;在使用时,将骨传导发声棒由包装盒内取出,并安装在包装 盒和上,进而驱动包装盒发出气导声音。装饰卡片可以为相片,相应的包装盒构成相框;相应的骨传导发声棒可以作为相框的支撑部分,以使相框保持直立。
包装盒包括可转动连接的第一包装板和第二包装板,第一包装板向外凹陷形成槽口,第一包装板和第二包装板在转动至贴合状态时,第二包装板封堵槽口,以使得第一包装板和第二包装板围成用于容置骨传导发声棒的容置空间。进一步地,卡接结构可以由第一包装板向外凹陷的部分构成,以简化结构。在使用的过程中,装饰卡片可以夹设在第一包装板和第二包装板,相应的安装结构为第一包装板和第二包装板之间的空间。
在一些实施例中,辅助发声件70上设置有第一触发机构,发声头部104设置有第二触发机构,在发声头部104与辅助发声件70连接后,第一触发机构和第二触发机构配合,以使发声头部104工作。
其中第一触发结构可以为磁体,相应的第二触发结构可以为霍尔元件或者干簧管,在第一触发结构与第二触发结构配合后,第二触发结构促使发生头部振动。当然第一触发结构和第二触发结构还可以为其他结构,在此不做限制。

  1. 一种发声棒组件,其特征在于,包括:
    骨传导发声棒,所述骨传导发声棒包括发声头部、连接杆以及手柄区域,所述发声头部用于产生骨导振动;
    固定结构,所述固定结构用于将所述发声头部可拆卸的安装在辅助发声件上,所述辅助发声件用于将所述骨传导发声棒的振动转化成气导声音。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述固定结构可拆卸的与所述辅助发声件连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述固定结构与所述辅助发声件为一体结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述固定结构包括压紧件以及与所述压紧件连接的吸盘,所述吸盘用于吸附在呈板状的所述辅助发声件上,以使所述压紧件和所述辅助发声件夹紧所述发声头部。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述辅助发声件包括固定部以及位于所述固定部上的扩音部,所述发声头部设置在所述固定部上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述扩音部包括与所述固定部连接的扩音壁,所述扩音壁围设成扩音空间,所述扩音空间的截面面积沿远离所述固定部的方向逐渐增大。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述固定结构包括抵顶螺栓,所述固定部上设置有容置槽,所述发声头部设置在所述容置槽内;所述固定部上设置有贯穿至所述容置槽的固定螺纹孔,所述抵顶螺栓与所述固定螺纹孔配合,且所述抵顶螺栓抵顶在所述发声头部上。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述辅助发声件包括发泡结构,所述发泡结构上设置有容置槽,所述发声头部容置在所述容置槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述固定结构包括设置在所述容置槽侧壁上的凸起,所述凸起用于阻止所述发声头部与所述容置槽脱离。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述凸起包括一端与所述容置槽侧壁连接的弹片,所述弹片弯曲,所述弹片隆起的部位用于与所述发声头部抵接。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述发泡结构的外侧设置有装饰层。
  12. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述辅助发声件包括装饰件,所述固定结构用于将所述发声头部安装在所述装饰件上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述装饰件包括几何体,所述几何体上设置有容置槽,所述发声头部设置在所述容置槽内;所述几何体上设置有扩音结构。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述固定结构包括设置在所述容置槽侧壁的卡接块,所述卡接块抵顶所述发声头部,所述卡接块用于阻止所述发声头部与所述几何体分离。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述装饰件包括装饰盒体,所述手柄设置在所述装饰盒体内;所述固定结构包括设置在所述盒体内的弹性件,所述弹性件抵顶所述发声头部,以使所述发声头部与所述盒体的发音壁贴合。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括弹簧,所 述弹簧的一端连接在所述装饰盒体的内壁上,所述弹簧的另一端抵顶所述发声头部。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述发音壁向装饰盒体的内部凹陷,以形成扩音结构,所述扩音结构的截面面积沿远离发声头部的方向逐渐增大。
  18. 根据权利要求15-17任一项所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述装饰盒体上设置有供电线,所述供电线的一端与所述骨传导发声棒连接,所述供电线的另一端位于所述装饰盒体外用于与电源连接。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述装饰件上设置有灯光系统和控制组件,在所述发声头部安装在所述装饰件上时,所述控制组件控制所述灯光系统发出灯光。
  20. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述辅助发声件包括包装盒,所述骨传导发声棒在包装状态下位于所述包装盒内;所述包装盒上设置有安装结构,所述安装结构用于安装装饰卡片;所述固定结构包括设置在所述包装盒上的卡接结构,所述发声头部卡设在所述卡接结构上。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述包装盒包括可转动连接的第一包装板和第二包装板,所述第一包装板和所述第二包装板在转动至贴合状态时,所述第一包装板和所述第二包装板围成用于容置所述骨传导发声棒的容置空间。
  22. 根据权利要求1-21任一项所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述辅助发声件上设置有第一触发机构,所述发声头部上设置有第二触发机构,在所述发声头部与所述辅助发声件连接后,所述第一触发机构和所述第二触发机构配合,以使所述发声头部工作。
  23. 根据权利要求1-22任一项所述的发声棒组件,其特征在于,所述发声棒组件还包括糖体,所述糖体包裹所述发声头部;所述固定结构用于在所述糖体用尽后,将所述发声头部可拆卸的安装在辅助发声件上。
