数字化供应链是指基于收集的大数据,利用各种AI人工智能的算法指导供应链预测、计划、执行、决策等活动。数字化供应链实际由2部分构成,一部分是基础供应链管理,按照APICS的SCOR供应链模型,供应链活动分为研究与计划、寻源采购、生产制造、物流交付(仓储与运输)、售后与支持,其中被被广大企业狭义提及的供应链为物流交付这段。另一部分是指数字化,基于供应链各个运作环节,所有作业数据被量化和数字化,充分验证、收集和优化,结合大数据技术与AI人工智能技术,对供应链数据进行切片可视化、分析、优化、KPI化、预测,甚至基于该平台进行模型格式化,利用RPA机器人技术进行智能调度,代替人工作业。
目前绝大部分企业物流实施仓库管理系统和运输管理系统比例较低,没有引入自动化存储、机器人、移动互联等AIOT技术,缺失智慧物流平台统一调度 和管控企业物流,不能达到实时数字化供应链的条件,要么供应链执行管理系统不具备,要么执行管理系统孤岛化、碎片化,没有统一、专业、规范的顶层设计和专业系统进行指导。

Claims (4)

  1. AIOT供应链数字化管理平台,其特征在于,用于为企业提供数字化三方物流支撑平台以及为企业物流提供智慧物流中台服务,包括需求发布模块、询价模块、合同报价模块、接单模块、出入库运输模块、异常管理模块、客服管理模块、沟通模块、索赔免责模块、对账付款模块,所述需求发布模块用于货主发布需求,所述询价模块用于仓储运输供应商发布运力信息以及所述货主获取价格,所述合同报价模块用于所述仓储运输供应商和所述货主议价及签署合同,所述接单模块用于所述货主下达订单,所述出入库运输模块用于将出入库作业监控发送给所述货主以及将生成的运营报表发送给所述仓储运输供应商,所述异常管理模块用于将所述货主上报的处理所述订单的差错发送至所述仓储运输供应商处理,所述客服管理模块用于将所述货主的关于处理所述订单的投诉发送至所述仓储运输供应商处理,所述沟通模块用于为所述仓储运输供应商和所述货主就所述投诉提供沟通渠道,所述索赔免责模块用于所述仓储运输供应商向所述货主赔付所述订单,所述对账付款模块用于将对账单分别发给所述仓储运输供应商和所述货主以便完成所述订单的付款;
    所述管理平台的操作流程包括以下步骤:
    S1:所述仓储运输供应商在所述管理平台注册;
    S2:所述货主通过所述需求发布模块发布需求;
    S3:所述仓储运输供应商根据从所述需求发布模块获取的所述货主的需求,进行业务开发,通过所述询价模块发布运力信息;
    S4:所述货主通过所述询价模块获取价格;
    S5:所述仓储运输供应商和所述货主通过所述合同报价模块议价并签署合同;
    S6:所述仓储运输供应商将签署好的合同上传至所述接单模块;
    S7:所述货主根据签署好的合同通过所述接单模块下达订单;
    S8:所述接单模块将所述货主的所述订单与所述仓储运输供应商上传的合同进行核对后,将确认的所述订单发送至所述出入库运输模块;
    S9:所述出入库运输模块根据确认的所述订单进行出入库作业操作,并将出入库作业监控发送给所述货主,将生成的运营报表发送至所述仓储运输供应商;
    S10:所述货主将从出入库作业监控发现的处理所述订单的差错上报至所述异常管理模块;
    S11:所述异常管理模块将收到的处理所述订单的差错发送至所述仓储运输供应商进行处理;
    S12:所述货主将不满意的处理所述订单的差错投诉至所述客服管理模块;
    S13:所述客服管理模块将收到的所述货主的投诉发送至所述仓储运输供应商处理;
    S14:所述仓储运输供应商和所述货主通过沟通模块对所述投诉进行沟通;
    S15:所述仓储运输供应商通过所述索赔免责模块赔付所述订单;
    S16:所述货主通过所述索赔免责模块理赔所述订单;
    S17:所述对账付款模块将对账单分别发送给所述货主和所述仓储运输供应商,以使所述货主完成所述订单付款。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的AIOT供应链数字化管理平台,其特征在于,所述管理平台采用SpringCloud微服务框架,能够查阅和修改所有功能源代码,并提供版本管理。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的AIOT供应链数字化管理平台,其特征在于,所述管理平台采用条码技术采集物料或商品的数据,通过扫描条码实现所述订单的 全程追溯。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的AIOT供应链数字化管理平台,其特征在于,所述条码技术包括一维条码、二维条码、RFID和二维码相结合的可打印式条码。
