  1. 智慧供应链数字DaaS跨境电商服务平台，其特征在于，包括跨境电子商务交易系统、ERP系统、运营管理平台、在线支付平台以及第三方物流平台，所述跨境电子商务交易系统分别与所述ERP系统以及所述在线支付平台通过计算机程序和网络实现数据交换，所述ERP系统分别与所述运营管理平台和所述第三方物流平台通过计算机程序和网络实现数据交换，所述运营管理平台与所述第三方物流平台通过计算机程序和网络实现数据交换；所述跨境电子商务交易系统用于为跨境交易提供交易平台服务，所述ERP系统用于为跨境电商提供供应链管理服务，所述运营管理平台用于为所述跨境交易提供清关管理服务，所述在线支付平台用于为所述跨境交易提供支付服务，所述第三方物流平台为所述跨境交易提供物流服务；

    所述ERP系统包括采购管理模块、生产管理模块、销售管理模块、财务管理模块、人力管理模块、供应商管理模块、仓储管理模块、客户管理模块、资产管理模块、物流管理模块；所述采购管理模块用于自动创建采购需求、发起 报价请求、管理进口供应商报价单、跟进采购订单、控制产品和票据以及统计采购情况；所述生产管理模块用于生产计划、生产组织以及生产控制；所述销售管理模块用于管理客户档案、销售线索、销售活动、业务报告以及统计销售业绩；所述财务管理模块用于成本管理、应付款管理、应收款管理、存货核算、财务分析；所述人力管理模块用于人力成本管理，以减少无效的人力投入或支出，从而降低成本；所述供应商管理模块用于统计记录供应商的基本信息、组织架构信息、联系信息、法律信息、财务信息和资质信息，通过对供应商的供货能力、交易记录、绩效进行信息综合管理，以达到优化管理、降低成本的目的；所述仓储管理模块用于按照运作的业务规则和运算法则，对信息、资源、行为、存货和分销运作进行管理，提高效率；所述客户管理模块用于记录客户在所述跨境交易中的发生的各种行为以及各类有关活动的状态，为后期的分析和决策提供数据支持，提高客户忠诚度和活跃度，避免客户流失；所述资产管理模块用于实现资产采购计划管理、资产归档管理，以从整体上提高资产使用率；所述物流管理模块用于订单组装和包装，选择运输方式并连接承运商网络；
    所述运营管理平台包括备案管理模块和清关管理模块；所述备案管理模块用于保存所述跨境交易向海关提交的备案信息；所述清关管理模块用于通关单证、数据以及流程的一体化管理，并且能够一站式查询有关清关的法规政策资讯；
    所述在线支付平台包括资金池模块、交易监控模块、商户管理模块、银行接口、第三方支付接口；所述资金池模块用于所述跨境交易的跨境担保；所述交易监控模块用于监控所述跨境交易是否违规；所述商户管理模块用于为商户提供交易付款的订单利润分成和结算的管理服务，以满足商户日常对账需求；所述银行接口为与银行的支付接口相连的API接口；所述第三方支付接口为与 第三方支付机构的支付接口相连的API接口；
    所述第三方物流平台包括运单管理模块、在线追踪模块、跟单确认模块、收货退货模块；所述运单管理模块用于对司机完成揽件报单之后到运单被签收的过程进行数字化管理；所述在线追踪模块用于提供物流全程实施跟踪和查询服务；所述跟单确认模块用于详细记录与运单有关的要素，同时记载业务员对运单的跟踪的处理过程和结果状况，所有数据均可以随时提供查询，默认显示的是当前最新信息；所述收货退货模块用于运单的收货和退货管理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧供应链数字DaaS跨境电商服务平台，其特征在于，所述商品管理模块分为前台和后台，所述前台的功能包括获取商品详情和前台商品搜索，所述后台的功能包括保存或更新商品、管理商品上下架状态、后台获取商品详情、后台分页显示商品列表、后台商品搜索。
