本发明涉及电子雾化技术领域,特别是涉及一种雾化座、雾化器及电子雾化装置。
背景技术
电子雾化装置通常包括雾化器和电源,电源对雾化器供电,雾化器将电能转化为热能,使得存储在雾化器内的雾化基质吸收热能以雾化形成可供用户抽吸的气溶胶。对于传统的雾化器,雾化器内部形成的雾化基质能够泄漏出雾化器,导致雾化器存在漏液现象,该漏液将对电源构成侵蚀而影响其使用寿命和使用安全性。
发明内容
本发明解决的一个技术问题是如何提高雾化器的防泄漏性能。
一种雾化座,用于安装雾化组件和电连接件,所述雾化座与所述雾化组件之间形成雾化腔,所述雾化座与所述电连接件之间形成有进气间隙,在所述雾化组件工作时,外界气体从所述进气间隙进入所述雾化腔内。
一种雾化器,包括上述的雾化座。

为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施方式。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施方式。相反地,提供这些实施方式的目的是使对本发明的公开内容理解的更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“内”、“外”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
参阅图1、图2和图3,本发明一实施例提供的雾化器10能够将电能转化为热能,从而使得雾化器10内的雾化基质雾化形成可供用户抽吸的气溶胶,该雾化基质可以为油液等液态的气溶胶生成基质。雾化器10包括外壳 20、雾化组件30、电连接件40、密封件50、雾化座60和密封圈70,外壳20用于收容雾化组件30、电连接件40、密封件50、雾化座60和密封圈70。
在一些实施例中,外壳20内开设有相互独立的吸气通道21和储液腔22,储液腔22用于存储液体的雾化基质。吸气通道21的端部形成吸嘴口21a,当用户在该吸嘴口21a抽吸时,雾化基质雾化产生的气溶胶可以经该吸气通道21内部抵达至该吸嘴口21a以被用户吸收。
在一些实施例中,雾化组件30包括密封套31和雾化芯32,密封套31可以采用硅胶材料制成。雾化芯32包括基体32a和发热体,密封套31用于套设在基体32a上,密封套31可以起到承载基体32a和保证气密性的作用。基体32a可以采用多孔陶瓷材料制成,使得雾化芯32内部形成大量微孔而具有一定的孔隙率,通过微孔的毛细作用,雾化芯32能够对雾化基质起到吸收和缓存作用。发热体可以采用金属或合金材料制成,发热体能够将电能转化为热能,基体32a具有雾化面32b,发热体设置在该雾化面32b上,浸润在发热体上的雾化基质和雾化面32b上的雾化基质可以吸收热能以雾化形成气溶胶。
参阅图1、图4和图5,在一些实施例中,电连接件40可以采用电阻率较低的金属和合金材料制成,电连接件40可以一体成型,如此可以提高电连接件40的加工效率以及后续装配效率。电连接件40包括穿设部41和遮盖部42,穿设部41可以大致呈圆柱形的杆状结构,遮盖部42可以大致呈扁平的盘状结构,如此可以使得穿设部41的横截面尺寸小于遮盖部42的横截面尺寸,即穿设部41的直径小于遮盖部42的直径。穿设部41的一端与遮盖部42的边缘连接,穿设部41的另一端为自由端。当电连接件40穿设在该雾化座60内后,电连接件40的自由端与发热体抵接以实现两者之间的电性连接关系,使得电连接件40可以为发热体供电。电连接件40的数量为两个,其中一个作为正极使用,另外一个作为负极使用。
在一些实施例中,密封件50可以采用硅胶材料制成,密封件50用于对储液腔22起到密封作用,防止储液腔22中的雾化基质存在泄漏。密封件50 包括套设部51和覆盖部52。覆盖部52大致呈平板状结构,套设部51大致呈筒状结构,套设部51与覆盖部52的周边连接而环绕覆盖部52设置,显然,套设部51和覆盖部52共同围成一个敞口腔。套设部51上开设有导气缺口51a,该导气缺口51a连通该敞口腔;覆盖部52上开设有贯穿孔52a,该贯穿孔52a同样与敞口腔连通,贯穿孔52a可以位于覆盖部52的中心位置,显然,导气缺口51a和贯穿孔52a通过该敞口腔相互连通。
参阅图5、图6和图7,在一些实施例中,雾化座60为一体成型结构,雾化座60可以采用注塑成型的方式一体成型。雾化座60具有顶面100、底面200和侧周面300,顶面100和底面200两者沿雾化座60的轴向间隔设置,两者均可以大致沿垂直于雾化座60的轴向延伸。侧周面300则环绕雾化座60的中心轴线设置,顶面100设置在侧周面300的其中一端,使得侧周面300与顶面100的周边连接;底面200设置在侧周面300的另外一端,同样使得侧周面300与底面200的周边连接。
密封件50的套设部51套设在雾化座60的侧周面300上,套设部51抵压在该侧周面300和外壳20之间,从而使得密封件50对储液腔22形成密封作用,防止雾化基质从外壳20和雾化座60之间的间隙泄漏。覆盖部52覆盖并抵压该顶面100。顶面100上开设有下液孔110,覆盖部52上可以开设有连通孔52b,该连通孔52b的两端分别连通储液腔22和下液孔110,确保储液腔22中的雾化基质通过连通孔52b输入至下液孔110中。
沿远离顶面100的方向,下液孔110的口径可以逐渐减少,通俗而言,使得下液孔110呈上大下小的锥形结构,确保雾化基质顺利进入下液孔110中,即保证下液顺畅,同时可以合理确定雾化基质在下液孔110中的流量。雾化座60还具有孔壁面,该孔壁面界定下液孔110的边界,该孔壁面与顶面100连接。孔壁面上凹陷形成有引流槽111,显然,引流槽111与下液孔110相互连通,当雾化基质在下液孔110中流动时,雾化基质同时也将在引流槽111中流动,从而增大雾化基质所在流动腔体的横截面,进一步提高雾化基质在下液孔110中流动的顺畅性。
参阅图2和图6,雾化座60内开设有容置腔410,容置腔410和下液孔110相互连通,容置腔410在侧周面300上存在敞开口411,整个雾化组件30可以从该敞开口411收容至该容置腔410内,使得雾化组件30大致沿与雾化座60中心轴线垂直的方向装入至雾化座60之内,通俗而言,雾化组件30沿前后方向装入。雾化座60包括挡板430,该挡板430沿雾化座60的轴向延伸,且挡板430可以界定容置腔410的部分边界,当雾化组件30收容在至该容置腔410后,雾化组件30的密封套31与该挡板430相抵接。通过挡板430的抵接作用,可以对整个雾化组件30的安装起到很好的定位作用,可以提高雾化组件30的装配精度和装配效率。
雾化座60内还开设有雾化腔420,雾化腔420可以与容置腔410相互连通,当雾化组件30收容在容置腔410之后,雾化组件30和雾化座60之间的部分空间将形成该雾化腔420,雾化组件30的雾化面32b可以界定该雾化腔420的部分边界。当雾化芯32工作时,储液腔22中的雾化基质通过下液孔110渗入至基体32a内,渗入至基体32a内的雾化基质将进一步抵达至雾化面32b,发热体的热量以雾化形成气溶胶。
在一些雾化装置中,雾化座60采用底座和顶盖分体连接的方式,对于该种雾化座60的分体连接方式,底座用于安装电连接件40,下液孔110开设在顶盖上,雾化组件30大致沿与整个雾化座60中心轴线平行的方向装入至底座上,即雾化组件30沿上下方向装入,然后将顶盖安装在底座上,使得雾化组件30位于底座与顶盖之间。如此会导致雾化座60至少由底座和顶盖两个零件构成,必然会涉及到底座和顶盖之间的装配,从而影响整个雾化器10的安装效率。同时,为保证雾化器10对气体和液体的密封性能,需要使用较多的密封部件,密封部件的安装同样费时费劲,也会影响装配效率,并且,由于公差和组装工艺的局限,也会使得某些密封部件无法形成很好的密封,从而导致储液腔22中的雾化基质泄漏至雾化腔420内,进而使得泄漏至雾化腔420内的雾化基质流出至整个雾化器10之外而形成漏液。
在一些实施例中,雾化座60采用一体成型的连接方式,使得整个雾化座 60仅由一个零件构成,并使得雾化组件30沿前后方向安装,可以减少雾化组件30在安装过程中因干涉所产生的磕碰和阻碍,使得该安装方式更为简单,提高雾化器10的装配效率。还可以避免多个零件之间的装配,从而提高雾化器10的装配效率。并且,也省去了多余密封部件的设置,通过省略多余密封部件的安装以提高装配效率;同时防止部分密封部件因公差和组装工艺的影响而无法形成良好的密封效果,避免储液腔22的雾化基质泄漏至雾化腔420内,减少雾化基质进一步泄漏至雾化器10之外的可能,提高雾化器10的防泄漏性能。
参阅图3、图7和图8,在一些实施例中,侧周面300上开设有换气槽330,换气槽330连通外界和储液腔22。当储液腔22内因雾化基质消耗而产生新的未被雾化基质填充的释放空间时,外界气体将通过该换气槽330进入至储液腔22内以填充该释放空间,避免储液腔22内的气压小于外界气压而导致雾化基质存在下液不畅的现象,防止雾化芯32因雾化基质消耗速度大于供应速度而导致的干烧。
换气槽330的槽宽A的取值范围可以为0.35mm至0.5mm,该槽宽A的具体取值可以为0.35mm、0.4mm或0.5mm等。换气槽330的槽深B的取值范围可以为0.3mm至0.5mm,该槽深B的具体取值可以为0.3mm、0.4mm或0.5mm等。通过对槽宽A和槽深B进行如上设置,可以使得换气槽330对气体的流动并不构成阻碍,但是能够对雾化基质的流动构成阻碍,保证换气槽330具有换气阻液的功能,减少储液腔22中的雾化基质通过该换气槽330泄漏的可能。
换气槽330包括多个相互连通的换气子槽331,该多个换气子槽331沿雾化座60的轴向间隔排列。雾化座60还具有底壁面332和两个侧壁面333,底壁面332和两个侧壁面333共同界定换气子槽331的部分边界。两个侧壁面333分别与底壁面332的相对两端连接并沿雾化座60的轴向间隔设置,当然,侧壁面333的端部还与侧周面300相互连接。沿该底壁面332指向侧周面300的方向,侧壁面333到顶面100的距离减少。也可以理解为沿远离雾 化座60中心轴线的方向,侧壁面333到顶面100的距离逐渐减少。由此使得侧壁面333在雾化座60的轴向向上形成往上的倒角α,当雾化基质沿换气槽330从上往下流动的过程中,该倒角α可以对雾化基质的流动构成较大的阻力,从而增加雾化基质在换气槽330中流动的沿程阻力,减少雾化基质进入换气槽330的几率以及减缓雾化基质在换气槽330中的流动速度,从而减少储液腔22中雾化基质的泄漏。一方面避免雾化基质的浪费,另一方面避免从储液腔22中泄漏的雾化基质进一步泄漏出整个雾化器10之外而形成漏液。
参阅图2和图3,密封圈70可以为O形密封圈70,密封圈70和密封件50沿雾化座60的轴向间隔,使得密封圈70相对密封件50更加靠近底面200。密封圈70套设在雾化座60上并抵压在侧周面300与外壳20之间,通过设置该密封圈70,可以进一步保证雾化器10对气体和液体的密封性能。
参阅图5、图9和图10,在一些实施例中,雾化座60的底面200上开设有进气孔210、进气槽220和安装孔230,安装孔230与雾化腔420相互连通,电连接件40的穿设部41穿设在该安装孔230中以便与雾化芯32的发热体电性连接,穿设部41可以与该安装孔230过盈配合,故电连接件40可以通过铆压的方式固定在雾化座60上。进气孔210的凹陷深度大于进气槽220的凹陷深度,进气孔210与进气槽220相互连通。进气孔210在底面200上形成有安装口211,全部安装口211和至多部分进气槽220被电连接件40的遮盖部42遮盖,即遮盖部42可以仅遮盖该安装口211,还可以遮盖安装口211和部分进气槽220。当遮盖部42仅遮盖该安装口211时,进气孔210的一部分形成雾化座60与遮盖部42之间的进气间隙,当用户抽吸时,外界气体通过该进气间隙进入至进气孔210内。当遮盖部42遮盖安装口211和部分进气槽220时,进气孔210和进气槽220两者的一部分共同形成雾化座60与遮盖部42之间的进气间隙,外界气体同样经过该进气间隙进入至进气孔210中。电连接件40安装完毕后,遮盖部42的表面可以与底面200相互平齐。鉴于电连接件40的数量为两个,进气孔210和进气槽220两者的数量均分别为两个,两个进气孔210相对雾化座60的中心轴线对称设置,两个进气槽220同 样相对雾化座60的中心轴线对称设置。
参阅图6、图7和图8,在一些实施例中,侧周面300包括第一侧面310和第二侧面320,第一侧面310和第二侧面320两者沿垂直雾化座60的轴向间隔设置,例如第一侧面310和第二侧面320两者沿前后方向间隔设置。第一侧面310上开设有第一导气孔311,第一导气孔311与雾化腔420直接连通,第一侧面310开设有导流槽312,导流槽312的数量为两个,两个导流槽312均大致沿左右方向延伸。两个导流槽312的一端均与该第一导气孔311连通,两个导流槽312的另一端均分别与不同的进气孔210连通,两个导流槽312相对第一导气孔311对称设置,即两个导流槽312相对两者的连通处对称设置。
导流槽312包括相互连通的第一导流段312a和第二导流段312b,第一导流段312a与第一导气孔311直接连通,即第一导流段312a通过第一导气孔311与雾化腔420连通,第二导流段312b与进气孔210直接连通,第二导流段312b的最高位置高于第一导流段312a的最高位置。例如,以雾化座60的轴向为参考方向,第二导流段312b相对第一导流段312a更加远离底面200,使得第二导流段312b所处的高度高于第一导流段312a所处的高度。第一导流段312a沿第一方向延伸,该第一方向可以为水平方向,第二导流段312b沿第二方向延伸,第二方向与该第一方向呈夹角设置,该第二方向可以为垂直于第一方向的竖直方向。
第二侧面320上开设有第二导气孔321,第二导气孔321与雾化腔420相互连通,当密封件50安装在雾化座60上时,密封件50上的导气缺口51a与该第二导气孔321对应而相互连通。顶面100上开设有第三导气孔120,第三导气孔120与第二导气孔321相互连通,当密封件50安装在雾化座60上时,密封件50上的贯穿孔52a与该第三导气孔120对应而相互连通。第三导气孔120的中心轴线可以与雾化座60的中心轴线重合,即第三导气孔120居中设置,外壳20的一部分插置在该贯穿孔52a和第三导气孔120中,使得第三导气孔120与吸气通道21相互连通。
当用户在吸嘴口21a抽吸时,外界气体依次经进气槽220、进气孔210、第二导流段312b、第一导流段312a、第一导气孔311、雾化腔420、导气缺口51a、第二导气孔321、第三导气孔120和吸气通道21以抵达至吸嘴口21a。故进气槽220、进气孔210、导流槽312、第一导气孔311、雾化腔420、导气缺口51a、第二导气孔321、第三导气孔120和吸气通道21共同构成气体流通的气流通道。图3、图4、图5和图7中虚线箭头所指为气体的流动路径。
通常地,残留在雾化腔420内的气溶胶冷却后将形成冷凝液,雾化芯32内的雾化基质也可能滴落至雾化腔420,因此,雾化腔420内将存储一定的冷凝液和雾化基质,该冷凝液和雾化基质共同形成泄漏液。对于传统的雾化器10,要么泄漏液将沿气流通道泄漏至雾化器10之外。要么设置额外的吸液部件对泄漏液进行吸收,这样会增大雾化器10的装配难度,也使得雾化器10结构过于复杂。
而对于上述实施例的雾化器10,可以至少形成如下几个有益效果:
第一,通过雾化座60和电连接件40之间的进气间隙向雾化腔420输入气体,在电连接件40的粘附和阻挡作用下,使得雾化腔420流入进气孔210的泄漏液难以从该进气间隙泄漏至雾化器10之外,从而提高雾化器10的防泄漏性能。进一步地,电连接件40的遮盖部42对进气孔210的安装口211进行遮盖,从进气孔210流出的少量泄漏液在遮盖部42的阻碍作用下难以甚至无法从进气间隙泄漏至雾化器10之外,进一步保证雾化器10的防泄漏性能。因此,充分利用电连接件40自身的粘附和阻挡作用即可防止泄漏液流至雾化器10之外,无需设置其它的吸液部件,从而简化雾化器10的结构,并提高雾化器10的装配效率。
第二,当雾化腔420中的泄漏液通过第一导气孔311进入第一导流槽312之内时,第二导流段312b所处的高度高于第一导流段312a所处的高度,使得第一导流段312a内的液面高度难以企及第二导流段312b与进气孔210的连通处,继而使得第一导流段312a中的泄漏液难以通过第二导流段312b流入至进气孔210中,进一步减低泄漏液从进气间隙泄漏至雾化器10之外的可 能。第一导流段312a的长度可以大于第二导流段312b的长度,使得第一导流段312a先对第二导流段312b具有较大的体积,从而使得第一导流段312a能存储更多的泄漏液,防止泄漏液流入进气孔210而泄漏至雾化器10之外。当雾化器10倒置而使得吸嘴口21a朝下设置时,第二导流段312b在一定程度上也可以起到对泄漏液的存储作用,防止泄漏液从吸嘴口21a流出而产生泄漏。
第三,用户抽吸时,外界气体从第一导气孔311进入雾化器10携带气溶胶从第二导气孔321流入至吸气通道21,简而言之,气体从雾化座60的一侧进入以携带气溶胶从雾化座60的另一侧流出,如此可以使得气体所形成的压力更集中,气体尽可能携带更多的气溶胶离开雾化腔420以进入吸气通道21被用户吸收,一方面可以提高气溶胶的抽吸浓度,使得用户形成更加浓郁的抽吸口感。另一方面可以尽可能地减少残留在雾化腔420中的气溶胶量,防止雾化腔420内因残留过多的气溶胶而形成过多的冷凝液,从而从源头和根本上减少泄漏液的形成,最终提高雾化器10的防泄漏性能。
参阅图11,对于上述雾化器10的装配,可以采用全新的装配方法,该装配方法主要包括如下步骤:
第一步,将密封套31套设在雾化芯32上,以使两者形成雾化组件30。
第二步,通过注塑成型的方式形成一体成型的雾化座60,在雾化座60的侧周面300上开设容置腔410,使得该容置腔410在侧周面300上形成敞开口411。当然,第一步和第二步的顺序可以进行颠倒。
第三步,将雾化组件30从敞开口411处装入容置腔410内,即从侧周面300所处的一侧装入容置腔410内。
第四步,将电连接件40通过铆压的方式穿设在雾化座60中并与雾化芯32相抵接,以使电连接件40与雾化芯32实现电性连接。
第五步,将密封件50和密封圈70安装在雾化座60上。当然,第四步和第五步的顺序可以进行颠倒。
第六步,将安装有雾化组件30、电连接件40、密封套31和密封件50的 雾化座60装入外壳20内。
因此,由于雾化座60一体成型,使得雾化组件30能够从侧周面300上的敞开口411装入至容置腔410内,一方面减少雾化组件30在安装过程中因干涉所产生的磕碰和阻碍,使得该安装方式更为简单,提高雾化组件30和雾化器10的装配效率。另一方面使得构成雾化座60的零件的数量减少,也减少了各个零件之间使用的密封部件,从而减少了多余零件和密封部件的安装,进一步提高雾化器10的装配效率。再一方面可以防止密封部件因公差和组装工艺的影响而无法形成良好的密封效果,减少雾化腔420内的产生的泄漏液,提高雾化器10的防泄漏性能。
本发明还提供一种电子雾化装置,该电子雾化装置包括雾化器10和电源,电源通过电连接件40对雾化芯32供电。由于雾化器10具有良好的防泄漏性能,可以有效避免泄漏液进入电源以对其构成侵蚀,提高电源的使用寿命和使用安全性。同时,雾化器10具有较高的装配效率,也可以调高电子雾化装置的装配效率,从而降低电子雾化装置的制造成本。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

  1. 一种雾化座,用于安装雾化组件和电连接件,其特征在于,所述雾化座与所述雾化组件之间形成雾化腔,所述雾化座与所述电连接件之间形成有进气间隙,在所述雾化组件工作时,外界气体从所述进气间隙进入所述雾化腔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述雾化座具有顶面、底面及连接两者的侧周面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述雾化座的底面上凹陷形成有进气孔,所述进气孔与所述电连接件之间形成所述进气间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述雾化座的底面上还设置有凹陷深度小于所述进气孔的进气槽,所述进气孔和所述进气槽相互连通。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述雾化座的侧周面上凹陷形成有的导流槽,所述导流槽包括第一导流段和第二导流段,所述第一导流段与所述雾化腔连通,所述第二导流段与所述进气孔连通,在雾化座的轴向方向上,所述第二导流段的最高位置高于所述第一导流段的最高位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述进气孔和所述导流槽两者的数量均为两个,两个所述进气孔相对所述安装座的中心轴线对称设置,两个所述导流槽的端部相互连通,且两个所述导流槽相对两者的连通处对称设置。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述安装座的顶面上开设有下液孔,所述下液孔的孔壁面上凹陷形成有至少一条引流槽,所述引流槽用于引流雾化基质。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述雾化座的侧周面包括间隔设置的第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一侧面上开设有连通所述雾化腔和所述进气间隙的第一导气孔,所述第二侧面上开设有与所述雾化腔连通的第二导气孔,气体依次经所述进气间隙、第一导气孔和所述雾化腔进入所述 第二导气孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述安装座的顶面上开设有与所述第二导气孔连通的第三导气孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述第三导气孔的中心轴线与所述安装座的中心轴线重合。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述雾化座的侧周面上开设有敞开口,所述雾化组件通过所述敞开口安装至所述雾化座上。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述侧周面上开设有连通外界的换气槽,所述换气槽的槽宽为0.35mm至0.5mm,所述换气槽的槽深为0.3mm至0.5mm。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述换气槽包括多个沿所述雾化座的轴向间隔排列且相互连通的换气子槽。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座,其特征在于,所述雾化座为一体成型结构。
  15. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至14中任一项所述的雾化座。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器,其特征在于,还包括电连接件和雾化组件,所述雾化组件设置在所述雾化座上,所述电连接件设置在所述雾化座的底面。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述电连接件包括穿设部和横截面尺寸大于所述穿设部的遮盖部,所述穿设部穿设在所述雾化座中并与所述雾化组件电性连接,所述遮盖部与所述雾化座之间形成所述进气间隙。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述穿设部和所述遮盖部一体成型。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器,其特征在于,还包括外壳和密封件,所述雾化座至少部分收容在所述外壳内,所述外壳内开设有向所述雾化组件 供应雾化基质的储液腔,所述密封件抵压在所述雾化座和所述外壳之间。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述密封件包括覆盖部和所述覆盖部的周边连接的套设部,所述套设部套设在所述雾化座上并抵压在所述雾化座与所述外壳之间,所述覆盖部上开设有贯穿孔,所述套设部上开设有连通所述贯穿孔的导气缺口。
  21. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括雾化芯和密封套,所述密封套设置在雾化芯的顶面和雾化座之间。
  22. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座的侧周面上开设有连通外界和储液腔的换气槽。
  23. 一种电子雾化装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求15至22中任一项所述的雾化器和电源。
