- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire (1), comportant une paroi latérale (30) présentant une ouverture supérieure (60), la paroi latérale (30) entourant un fond (40) dans lequel est agencé un outil rotatif (50) configuré pour être entraîné en rotation par un moteur électrique autour d’un axe de rotation (5), la paroi latérale (30) comportant une partie inférieure de mélange (31) agencée autour de l’outil rotatif (50), et une partie supérieure de mélange (32), la paroi latérale (30) présentant, sur une partie de la circonférence de la partie inférieure de mélange (31), une zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) s’étendant en direction de l’outil rotatif (50), caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure de mélange (31) présente une géométrie de révolution autour de l’axe de rotation (5) hormis dans la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) et en ce que sur une majeure partie de la hauteur du récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) la partie supérieure de mélange (32) présente une géométrie de révolution autour de l’axe de rotation (5) dans laquelle la paroi latérale (30) est dépourvue d’avancée latérale interne.

- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire (1), comportant une paroi latérale (30) présentant une ouverture supérieure (60), la paroi latérale (30) entourant un fond (40) dans lequel est agencé un outil rotatif (50) configuré pour être entraîné en rotation par un moteur électrique autour d’un axe de rotation (5), la paroi latérale (30) comportant une partie inférieure de mélange (31) agencée autour de l’outil rotatif (50), et une partie supérieure de mélange (32), caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (30) présente, sur une partie de la circonférence de la partie inférieure de mélange (31), une zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) s’étendant en direction de l’outil rotatif (50), et en ce qu’au niveau de la longueur maximale de la circonférence de la partie inférieure de mélange (31) affectée par la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33), la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) présente une avancée vers la direction définie par l’axe de rotation (5) qui est inférieure, et de préférence au moins 2 fois inférieure, à ladite longueur maximale de la circonférence de la partie inférieure de mélange (31) affectée par la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) est contenue dans la moitié inférieure du récipient de mélange et de mixage (3).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) est contenue dans le tiers inférieur du récipient de mélange et de mixage (3).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) est contenue dans le quart inférieur du récipient de mélange et de mixage (3).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) est agencée de manière asymétrique sur la face interne de la paroi latérale (30) dans la partie intérieure de mélange (31).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) s’élève sur toute la hauteur de l’outil rotatif (50).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l’outil rotatif (50) comporte au moins une lame supérieure (51) présentant une extrémité relevée (52), et en ce que la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) s’élève plus haut que l’extrémité relevée (52).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) présente une portion inférieure (34) inclinée et une portion supérieure (35) moins inclinée que la portion inférieure (34).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la portion inférieure (34) ne forme aucune nervure saillante dans un plan perpendiculaire à l’axe de rotation (5).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la portion inférieure (34) est plane.
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la portion supérieure (35) présente une inclinaison décroissante entre sa partie inférieure et sa partie supérieure.
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la portion supérieure (35) est arrondie.
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la portion supérieure (35) s’étend dans le prolongement de la portion inférieure (34).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon la revendication 9 et l’une des revendications 10 à 15, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une lame supérieure (51) s’élève au niveau de la portion supérieure (35) arrondie.
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que l’outil rotatif (50) comporte au moins une lame inférieure (53) présentant une extrémité (54) s’étendant vers le fond (40).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) s’étend sur moins de 180° autour de l’axe de rotation (5), et de préférence sur moins de 120° autour de l’axe de rotation (5).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce que la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) s’étend sur au moins 45° autour de l’axe de rotation (5), et de préférence sur au moins 60° autour de l’axe de rotation (5).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33) forme une protrusion interne unique.
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (30) s’élargit à partir du fond (40) en direction de la partie supérieure de mélange (32).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 21, caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte un couvercle (6) configuré pour fermer l’ouverture supérieure (60).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (30) présente une partie supérieure de réception (36) présentant l’ouverture supérieure (60) et en ce que le couvercle (6) est engagé dans la partie supérieure de réception (36).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 23, caractérisé en ce que le fond (40) et l’outil rotatif (50) appartiennent à un ensemble porte-outil (7) monté amovible par rapport à la paroi latérale (30).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 3 à 24, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure de mélange (31) présente une géométrie de révolution autour de l’axe de rotation (5) hormis dans la zone d’avancée latérale interne (33).
- Récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) pour appareil de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 3 à 25, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure de mélange (32) présente une géométrie de révolution autour de l’axe de rotation (5).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1) comportant une base (2) logeant un moteur électrique et un récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) monté amovible sur la base (2), dans lequel le récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) comporte une paroi latérale (30) présentant une ouverture supérieure (60), la paroi latérale (30) entourant un fond (40) dans lequel est agencé un outil rotatif (50) configuré pour être entraîné en rotation par ledit moteur électrique autour d’un axe de rotation (5) lorsque le récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) est en place sur la base (2), caractérisé en ce que le récipient de mélange et de mixage (3) est conforme à l’une des revendications 1 à 26.
