鉴于以上问题,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种定位环,可实现定位功能,并且在安装时不需因避让定位槽而改变安装位置的结构。
本发明提供了一种定位环,定位环为内部具有中空空间的圆环形壳体,定位环的外端面上设置定位槽,定位槽与外端面相连的位置设置定位槽开口,定位槽内嵌在所述中空空间内。定位槽内嵌在定位环的内部,使得安装定位环时不需要因避让定位槽而改变结构。

进一步地,片状本体上、与定位端面相对的外侧端面上设置向外凸起的加强筋,加强筋的凸起方向与定位槽的凹陷方向一致;优选地,加强筋包括与片状本体同轴的圆弧形加强筋,沿片状本体径向延伸的、与圆弧形加强筋垂直相交的径向加强筋。本发明还在定位环上设置 加强筋,通过加强筋的结构可提高的定位环的强度。
进一步地,片状本体的边缘处设置沿径向向外部凸出的安装部,安装部上设置安装孔;安装部上设置凹槽,凹槽一端具有开口、一端内嵌在安装部内,凹槽的开口朝向与限位槽开口朝向一致,安装孔设置在凹槽内嵌在安装部内的端面上,且安装孔贯穿安装部;优选地,片状本体平行于径向的两端面分别与安装部平行于径向的两端面相齐平,凹槽的开口与限位槽开口相齐平。本发明通过安装部、安装孔的设置实现定位环的固定连接。本发明通过安装部上凹槽的设置,使得安装孔内需设置的连接件可内嵌于凹槽内,对连接件起到保护的效果。并且安装部、片状本体的外观设置平整、美观。
进一步地,定位环上设置安装磁铁的磁铁安装孔。由于定位环上设置磁铁安装孔,使得可在定位环上安装磁铁,进而可通过检测磁铁的磁力判断定位环停转时的具体位置。
本发明还提供了一种洗衣机,洗衣机中设置如上所述的定位环,定位环固定在洗涤筒上;洗衣机中还包括可伸缩的定位杆,定位杆可对应伸入定位环的定位槽内。本发明提供的洗衣机内部设置上述定位环,通过所述定位环,可实现对洗涤筒的锁止定位,并且定位杆不需要伸入洗涤筒壁内便可实现定位,节省洗涤筒内部空间、保证洗涤筒的容量。
进一步地,定位环在洗涤筒上安装的具体结构为:定位环安装在洗涤筒的底端面上,定位环与洗涤筒同轴设置,限位槽开口朝下,定位环的径向外边缘设置在底端面的径向外边缘内部;洗涤筒的底端面上固定类似于三角形的支撑结构,定位环与支撑结构相固定;优选地,洗涤筒的底端面上设置安装槽,定位环的加强筋内嵌在安装槽内。采用上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1)本发明提供的定位环,内部设置了定位槽,可通过定位杆等其他结构对应伸入定位槽内实现定位。并且本发明提供的定位环为片状结构,结构比较节省空间且简单。
2)本发明的定位环上还设置了限位槽的结构,可对伸入定位环上的定位杆起到限位的作用,保证定位杆按照设定的轨迹伸入定位孔内。本发明的固定部上还设置了凹槽、安装孔内嵌在凹槽中,使得需要设置在安装孔内的连接件内嵌在凹槽中,进而可通过凹槽保护连接件。并且定位环上安装部、片状本体等结构的设计,使得定位环的外观比较平整、美观。
3)本发明的定位环上还设置了加强筋,通过加强筋增强定位环的强度,保证无论是通过螺钉固定、或者定位杆穿入定位槽时均不会破坏定位环的结构。本发明的定位环上设置磁铁安装孔,使得可在定位环上安装磁铁,进而可通过检测磁铁的磁力判断定位环停转时的具体位置。
4)本发明还提供了一种洗衣机,洗衣机中设置了如上所述的定位环,通过设置在洗涤筒外部的定位环即可实现对洗涤筒的锁止,避免定位杆伸入洗涤筒侧壁内部,减少占用洗涤筒内部的空间、保证洗涤筒的容量。
5)本发明将定位环设置在洗涤筒的底端面上,使得定位杆由空间较大的洗涤筒的底部伸入,充分利用了洗涤筒底部的空间。并且定位环在洗涤筒底端面上的设置结构,使得定位环不会沿径向凸出于洗涤筒的侧部,保证了洗涤筒侧部的空间。定位环还与支撑洗涤筒底的、强度较高的三角形支撑相固定,保证了定位环的稳定固定。

具体实施方式
洗衣机在洗涤结束后应控制洗涤筒锁止在预设的位置,洗衣机中往往设置可伸缩的定位杆,通过定位杆伸入定位槽内实现对洗涤筒的锁止定位。而目前的洗衣机中通常在洗涤筒的侧壁上设置定位槽,这将导致定位槽占用洗涤筒侧壁上的空间,减少洗涤筒内部的容量。故目前需要一种可安装在洗涤筒上的定位环,定位杆通过伸入定位环上的定位槽实现对洗涤筒的锁止,这样可避免定位槽占据洗涤筒侧壁的空间,避免影响洗涤筒的容量。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种定位环11,定位环11可为多种不同的结构形式,比如定位环11可为单层片状或者为多段单层片状结构拼接而成。本实施例将定位环11设置为圆环形,由于洗涤筒通常为圆柱形,圆环形的定位环11比较容易设置在洗涤筒上。定位环11上至少设置垂直于轴向的定位端面35,定位端面35上设置向定位环11内部凹陷的定位槽2,定位槽2的开口设置在定位端面35上。这样设置,使定位杆12可与定位环11在定位端面35上接触,且定位杆12可最终伸入定位槽2内实现对洗涤筒的定位。
定位环11整体为片状结构,较易安装于任何位置且比较节省空间。具体地,定位环11包括片状本体1,片状本体1呈圆环形。如图2、3中所示,片状本体1上设置沿轴向向定位环内部凹陷的定位槽2,定位槽2中部镂空、且定位槽2与片状本体1连接的位置设置开口7。将定位槽2设置为向内凹陷一定距离的结构,使得当定位杆12由开口7穿入定位槽2时,定位杆12可与定位槽2相限位配合,保证定位杆12将洗涤筒锁止。并且由于定位槽2设置为向内凹陷的结构,使得片状本体1自身可设置为较薄的结构、节省空间。定位槽2可设置为一端具有开口7一端封闭的槽形结构,也可设置为两端均具有开口的槽形结构,只需保证定位槽2的一端开口7设置在定位端面35上即可,使定位杆12可由定位端面35伸入。定位环11自身可设置为一体的环形结构,或者定位环11可如图1中所示,设置为多段圆弧形的结构拼接而成。优选地,如图1中所示,定位环11为由多段圆弧形的结构拼接而成,定位槽2 均设置在各个圆弧形结构相拼接的位置。
片状本体1上设置安装部3,安装部3上设安装孔4。当需要固定定位环11时,可通过连接件穿过安装孔4实现对定位环11的固定。具体安装部3设置在片状本体1的边缘处、沿径向向外部凸出,这样设置可避免安装部3占用定位环11片状本体1上的空间,便于片状本体1上设置定位槽2。并且根据需要,安装部3由片状本体1的边缘向任意一侧延伸。由于本实施例的定位环11比较适用于安装在洗涤筒上,而为了防止定位环11占用洗涤筒外部较多的空间,可将定位环11的安装部3均设置在靠近洗涤筒轴心的一侧,即安装部3均设置在圆弧形的定位环11上靠近其圆心的内侧,安装部3均向内部延伸,避免占用洗涤筒外部的空间。优选地,片状本体1上设置多个安装部3,多个安装部3上的安装孔4的圆心均排布在同一与片状本体1同轴的圆弧轨迹上。设置多个安装部3使得对定位环11的固定更加稳固,而将多个安装孔4均设置在同一圆弧形轨迹上,使得安装孔4的排布比较均匀、使受力更加平稳。
安装部3上安装孔4的位置需要设置如螺钉等的连接件,而为了保护所述连接件、防止其接触水,可在安装孔4的位置设置凹槽9,这样安装后连接件将会内嵌在凹槽9内,即可通过凹槽9阻挡可与连接件相接触的水。如图1、3中所示,安装部3上设置凹槽9,凹槽9一端具有开口、一端内嵌在安装部3内,凹槽的开口10朝向与限位槽开口6朝向一致,安装孔4设置在凹槽9内嵌在安装部3内的端面上,且安装孔4贯穿安装部3。这样当安装孔4内设置连接件时,凹槽9可对连接件起到保护的作用。优选地,片状本体1平行于径向的两端面分别与安装部3平行于径向的两端面相齐平,凹槽的开口10与限位槽开口6相齐平。这样设置外观比较美观,并且安装部3与片状本体1相齐平,使得安装部3不会占用洗涤筒轴向更多的空间。
如图2、3中所示,定位环11的片状本体1上设置限位槽5,利用限位槽5限定定位杆12的运动轨迹。限位槽5为向片状本体1内部凹陷的凹槽,定位杆12可在限位槽5内滑动、最终定位杆12伸入定位槽2内对洗涤筒锁止。由于洗涤筒通常为圆柱形,洗涤筒转动的情况下,固定的定位杆12与转动的洗涤筒接触位置不断变化,接触位置的轨迹最终形成圆弧形。故限位槽5为圆弧形且与片状本体1同轴设置,这样设置可使洗涤筒转动时,定位杆12均可伸入至限位槽5内,限位槽5对定位杆12进行限位。
由于定位杆12只需伸入限位槽5内转动,故可将限位槽5设置为只有一端具有开口的槽结构,以使定位杆12由限位槽开口6伸入限位槽内。如图2、3中所示,限位槽5一端具有限位槽开口6、一端内嵌在片状本体1内,限位槽开口6设置在片状本体1与径向平行的一外侧端面上,限位槽5由所述外侧端面向定位槽2凹陷。定位杆12可沿垂直于片状本体1径向的方向伸入至限位槽5内,洗涤筒转动的过程中、定位杆12沿限位槽5限制的方向滑动。当需要锁止洗涤筒时,洗涤筒停转,内嵌在限位槽5内的定位杆12沿限位槽5的轴向向定位槽2内伸入,最终定位杆12伸入定位槽2内完成对洗涤筒的锁止。限位槽5内嵌在片状本体1内的端面为定位端面35,定位槽2的开口7设置在所述定位端面35上,且定位槽2由所述开口7向定位环11的内部凹陷;这样设置便于内嵌在限位槽5内的定位杆12直接伸入定位槽5内。
在实际中,为了将洗涤筒锁止在多个不同的位置,可在片状本体1上多处不同的位置设置定位槽2。具体如图1中所示,定位环11的片状本体1上设置多个定位槽2,多个定位槽2沿与片状本体1同轴的某一圆弧轨迹排布。转动的洗涤筒可根据需要通止在任意设定的位置,在所述设定的位置,定位杆12正对洗涤筒上的某一处的定位槽2,定位杆12伸入相对的定位槽2即可完成对洗涤筒的锁止。
如图2中所示,由于固定定位环11时需要拧螺钉,并且定位杆12需要伸入定位环11的定位槽2内,故定位环11的强度有一定的要求,故可在定位环11上设置加强筋8。片状本体1上的径向空间比较大,可将加强筋8设置在片状本体1的径向端面上,而为了给限位槽 5、安装部3的位置让位,可将加强筋8设置在与限位槽开口6相对的端面上,加强筋8的凸起方向与定位槽2的凹陷方向一致。优选地,加强筋8包括与片状本体1同轴的圆弧形加强筋,沿片状本体1径向延伸的、与圆弧形加强筋垂直相交的径向加强筋。即加强筋8的结构包括横纵交错的结构,可相应加强定位环11多种不同方向的强度。
定位环11上还设置安装磁铁的磁铁安装孔,通过安装磁铁,使得当定位环11停转到多个不同的位置时,可通过感知其上安装磁体的磁力,判断定位环11的位置。
本实施例提供的定位环11整体成片状,占用空间较小,且方便安装在洗涤筒上。定位环11上还通过定位槽2、限位槽5的结构,实现对定位环12运动的限制、定位杆12伸入定位槽2内完成锁止定位。即本实施例提供的定位环11的结构设计合理,可方便安装在洗涤筒上,实现定位杆12伸入定位环11的内完成锁止定位,避免定位杆12伸入洗涤筒侧壁内定位。
实施例2
本实施例在上述实施例的基础上,提供了一种洗衣机,洗衣机的洗涤筒上固定实施例1中所述的定位环11,具体通过定位环11上的安装孔4中设置连接件固定在洗涤筒12上。具体定位环11的安装位置需要与实施例1中所述的可伸缩的定位杆12相配合,保证定位杆12可对应伸入定位环11的定位槽2内。
定位环11可设置在洗涤筒的前端或者后端的任意位置,而由于洗涤筒后端的空间较大,并且洗涤筒的重心往往比较靠后,故本实施例以将定位环11设置在洗涤筒的后端为例进行说明。如图4、5中所示,定位环11安装在洗涤筒12的底端面13上。使得定位环11仅占用洗涤筒底端面13外部的较小的空间。并且定位环11的径向外边缘设置在底端面13的径向外边缘内部,使得定位环11不占用洗涤筒侧壁外部的空间,可节省洗涤筒侧部的空间。定位环11与洗涤筒同轴设置,限位槽开口6朝下;这样设置使得当洗涤筒转动时,位于洗涤筒底端面底部的定位杆12可嵌入至限位槽5内,并可沿限位槽5滑动。最终当定位杆12沿定位槽2轴向伸入定位槽2内后,实现对洗涤筒的锁止。本实施例将定位环11固定在洗涤筒底部的底端面上可节省空间;并且相对于以往设置在定位杆12伸入洗涤筒侧壁的方案,可减少占用洗涤筒侧壁的空间、提高洗涤筒的容量。
具体定位环11在洗衣机中的固定结构如图4、5中所示,洗涤筒的底端面12上固定类似于三角形的支撑结构14,定位环11通过安装孔4与支撑结构14相固定。由于支撑结构14主要起到对洗涤筒底部支撑的作用,故支撑结构14的强度较大,将定位环11与支撑结构14相固定,可保障定位环11的稳定性。优选地,支撑结构14与定位环11的安装孔4相对的位置设置内螺纹孔,连接件对应穿过安装孔4伸入内螺纹孔内。
如图5中所示,洗涤筒12的底端面上设置安装槽15,定位环11的加强筋8内嵌在安装槽15内。定位环11的限位槽5开口朝下固定在洗涤筒的底端面13时,定位环11上的加强筋8可内嵌于安装槽15内、更加节省空间,而定位环11上外露在洗涤筒底端面的结构为限位槽5、安装部3等,而如前所述、限位槽5的端面与安装部3的端面相齐平,使得定位环11的最外端端面水平,使定位环11的外观美观、平整。安装槽15上还可相应设置与定位环11相固定的结构,帮忙安装定位环11时对定位环11进行定位。
如图6中所示,定位环11还可安装于洗涤筒的前端,可对应安装于洗涤筒前法兰33上。
本实施例提供的洗衣机,合理地将定位环11设置在洗涤筒的底端面13上,不仅可以节省洗衣机内部的空间,并且使定位杆12等相关的结构设置在空间较大的洗涤筒的底部,使结构排布比较合理。洗涤筒的底端面13上还设置安装槽15,可使定位环11的加强筋8固定在安装槽15内,不仅可节省空间,还可保证美观。
实施例3
本实施例在上述实施例的基础上,提供了另外一种形式的定位环32,如图7中所示,所述定位环32由第一壳体16、第二壳体17扣合而成。第一壳体16、第二壳体17扣合形成内 部具有中空空间的圆环形壳体;第一壳体16或者第二壳体17垂直于定位环32轴向的外端面上设置向定位环32内部凹陷的定位槽18,定位槽18内嵌在所述中空空间内。本实施例的定位环32由两部分壳体拼接而成,使得定位槽18可位于定位环32内部中空的空间内。当安装定位环32时,洗衣机内部结构不需要因避让定位槽18而改变,只需直接将定位环32的壳体结构进行固定即可。
第一壳体16、第二壳体17可有多种扣合的方式,导致第一壳体16、第二壳体17可有多种不同的结构,本实施例以将第一壳体16、第二壳体17设置为“n”形槽体为例进行说明。第一壳体16、第二壳体17均为圆弧形,且均为平行于径向的一端面具有开口的凹槽,第一壳体16、第二壳体17开口相对扣合形成定位环32。第一壳体16、第二壳体17沿定位环32轴向的上、下分割。第一壳体16、第二壳体17上均可设置定位槽18,本实施例以在第一壳体16上设置定位槽18为例进行说明。定位槽18设置在第一壳体16垂直于定位环32轴向的外侧端面上,这样定位杆12可由第一壳体16的外部伸入定位槽18内。具体地,在第一壳体16上设置定位槽18,可使上述的定位杆12由定位环32的上端对应插入定位槽18内实现定位。实际还可在第二壳体17垂直于定位环32轴向的外侧端面上设置定位槽18。
如图7-10中所示,第一壳体16为具有顶板21,顶板21的两侧部连接与其垂直的侧壁,构成“n”型结构;第二壳体17为具有底板24,底板24的两侧部连接与其垂直的侧壁,构成倒“n”型结构。第一壳体16、第二壳体17的主要通过卡孔26、卡凸27卡嵌扣合。第一壳体16垂直于顶板21的两侧壁上分别设置卡孔26,卡孔26贯穿自身所在的侧壁;第二壳体17垂直于底板24的两侧壁上分别对应设置卡凸27,卡凸27由侧壁向第二壳体17外部凸出。当第一壳体16、第二壳体17开口相对、第二壳体17扣合在第一壳体16内部时,卡凸27可对应卡嵌在卡孔26内。即通过卡凸27与卡孔26的配合,实现第一壳体16、第二壳体17的配合。第一壳体16、第二壳体17还可按照其他的形式扣合,比如第一壳体16的两侧壁与第二壳体17的两侧壁分别相对,且两侧壁相对的位置对应设置可扣合的卡扣结构。本实施例的第一壳体16、第二壳体17之间通过按照图11、12的方式扣合可使扣合操作比较简单,第二壳体17只需插入到第一壳体16内,卡凸27的位置与卡孔26的位置相对,使得通过卡凸27与卡孔26的嵌合自动实现第一壳体16、第二壳体17的扣合。
第一壳体16上的定位槽18的具体结构,如图7、8中所示,定位槽18为一端具有开口、一端封闭的槽形结构。定位槽开口20设置在第一壳体16平行于径向、未设置开口的顶板21的外端面上,定位槽18沿轴向向第一壳体16的开口端延伸。定位槽开口20设置在顶板21的外端面上,使得定位杆12可由定位环32的之上的位置伸入定位槽18之内。如果需要时,定位槽18也可设置为两端都具有开口的槽体。
第一壳体16或第二壳体17垂直于定位环32轴向的外端面上设置螺钉固定槽19,螺钉固定槽19与所述外端面相连的位置设置开口,螺钉固定槽19内嵌在定位环32的中空空间内、且与定位槽18错位设置。通过螺钉固定槽19内穿螺钉实现对定位环32的固定。并且由于螺钉固定槽19设置在所述中空空间内,使得固定定位环32的螺钉34最终会内嵌在中空空间内,这样设置可使螺钉34、定位杆12在所述中空空间内交错排布,可达到节省空间的效果。本实施例以螺钉固定槽19设置在第二壳体17上为例进行说明。
第二壳体17上的螺钉固定槽19的具体结构,如图9、10中所示。螺钉固定槽19为阶梯形槽,螺钉固定槽19靠近底板24的位置设置螺母固定槽22。螺母固定槽22为一端具有开口、与开口相对端设置封堵面的槽形结构,螺母固定槽开口23设置在第二壳体17平行于径向、未设置开口的底板24的外端面上,螺母固定槽22由螺母固定槽开口23沿轴向、向第二壳体17的开口端凹陷。并且螺母固定槽22的所述封堵面上设置供螺钉穿入的螺钉孔。螺母固定槽22可直接内嵌在第二壳体17的底板24内。这样设置可由第二壳体17的底部,直接向第二壳体17的底板24的螺母固定槽22内插入螺母。这样当螺纹连接件伸入螺钉固定槽19后,螺纹连接件可与内嵌的螺母相配合,实现固定的效果。
如图9、10中所示,螺钉固定槽19还包括螺钉槽25,螺钉槽25一端固定在螺母固定槽22未设置开口的端面上,即螺钉槽25的一端固定在螺母固定槽22的封堵面上,并由所述封堵面沿轴向、向第二壳体17的开口端延伸;螺钉槽25两端均具有开口,螺钉槽25一端的开口设置在螺母固定槽22的封堵面上、且与螺钉孔相对。即螺钉固定槽19由底相上依次设置螺母固定槽22、螺钉槽25,螺钉伸入螺钉固定槽19后,穿过螺母固定槽22的螺钉孔并最终伸入螺钉槽25内,这样通过螺钉穿入螺钉固定槽19可实现对定位环32的固定。由于螺钉、螺母的形状结构,将螺母固定槽22、螺钉槽25均设计为圆柱形槽;且由于螺母的直径普遍大于螺钉,螺母固定槽22的直径大于螺钉槽25的直径,即螺钉固定槽19设置为由底向上的阶梯形槽。本实施例的第二壳体17上设置的螺钉固定槽19便于固定螺钉,这样只需在需要安装定位环32的位置固定好螺钉,将定位环32的螺钉固定槽19与螺钉相对,将螺钉穿入螺钉固定槽19内即可完成定位环32的固定。
为了保证第一壳体16、第二壳体17的强度,本实施例还在第一壳体16、第二壳体17中设置了加强筋。如图中所示,第一壳体16的顶板21的靠近上部壳体开口28的内端面上设置第一加强筋29,第一加强筋29由所述内端面向上部壳体开口28端延伸;第二壳体17的底板24的靠近下部壳体开口30的内端面上设置第二加强筋31,第二加强筋31由所述内端面向下部壳体开口30端延伸。第一加强筋29、第二加强筋31包括分别沿第一壳体16、第二壳体17的圆弧形结构设置的圆弧形加强筋,圆弧形加强筋与圆弧形的第一壳体16、第二壳体17同轴心。第一加强筋29、第二加强筋31还包括沿第一壳体16、第二壳体17的径向延伸的加强筋,沿径向延伸的加强筋可与所述圆弧形的加强筋垂直相交。
本实施例提供的定位环32可拆分为两部分:第一壳体16、第二壳体17,通过第一壳体16的结构实现定位杆12伸入定位槽18内定位,通过第二壳体17的结构实现定位环32通过螺钉固定。并且由于螺钉固定槽19的设置,使得当固定好螺钉后可通过螺钉穿入螺钉固定槽19实现对定位环32的固定。
实施例4
本实施例在上述实施例的基础上,提供了一种洗衣机,洗衣机中设置如实施例3中所述的定位环32,定位环32可通过螺钉固定槽19内穿螺钉固定在洗涤筒上。洗衣机中还如实施例2中所述,包括可伸缩的定位杆12,定位杆12可对应伸入定位环32的定位槽18内。
洗衣机的洗涤筒前端往往需要设置洗涤筒前法兰33,如图12中所示,可在洗涤筒前法兰33的上端面上固定向上凸出的螺钉34,利用所述螺钉34固定定位环32。具体,在螺钉固定槽19的螺母固定槽22内固定螺母,使螺钉固定槽19正对所述螺钉34,将定位环32相应放置在洗涤筒前法兰33上时,螺钉34对应穿入定位环32的螺钉固定槽19内且与螺母相螺纹配合,以将定位环32固定在洗涤筒前法兰33之上。螺钉34可提前焊接在洗涤筒前法兰33上。即通过本实施例提供的洗衣机,可提前固定好螺钉34后,实现定位环32方便、快速地安装。
本实施例的洗衣机中还可在洗涤筒的筒底固定定位环32。洗涤筒的筒底如实施例2中所述具有洗涤筒底端面13,并且洗涤筒的底端面13上设置安装槽15,可利用安装槽15固定定位环32。可在安装槽15上固定螺钉,螺钉固定槽19的螺母固定槽22内固定螺母,螺钉对应穿入定位环32的螺钉固定槽19内且与螺母相螺纹配合,最终将定位环32固定在安装槽15内。
本实施例提供的洗衣机中可通过设置定位环32实现定位功能,并且定位环32可安装在洗涤筒的前端或者洗涤筒的后端。本实施例还提供了将定位环32固定固定在洗涤筒前端、后端的合理的位置排布方案,并且通过在洗涤筒的前端或者后端的设定位置固定螺钉,可实现快速、方便地安装定位环32。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种定位环,其特征在于,定位环(32)为内部具有中空空间的圆环形壳体,定位环(32)的外端面上设置定位槽(18),定位槽(18)与外端面相连的位置设置定位槽开口(20),定位槽(18)内嵌在所述中空空间内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,定位环(32)由第一壳体(16)、第二壳体(17)扣合形成,第一壳体(16)或者第二壳体(17)垂直于定位环(32)轴向的外端面上设置向定位环(32)内部凹陷的定位槽(18),定位槽开口(20)设置在所述外端面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,第一壳体(16)、第二壳体(17)均为一端设置开口的凹槽,第一壳体(16)、第二壳体(17)的开口相对扣合;第一壳体(16)与开口相对的外端面上或者第二壳体(17)与开口相对的外端面上设置定位槽(18),定位槽(18)向其所在的第一壳体(16)或第二壳体(17)的开口方向延伸;
    优选地,第一壳体(16)的凹槽的内径大于第二壳体(17)的凹槽的外径,第二壳体(17)对应扣合在第一壳体(16)的槽体内部;定位槽(18)位于第二壳体(17)的内部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,定位槽(18)为圆柱形槽,沿平行于定位环轴向的方向延伸;
    优选地,设置定位槽(18)的第一壳体(16)的外端面或第二壳体(17)的外端面上设置向定位环(32)内部凹陷限位槽,限位槽的凹陷方向与定位槽(18)的凹陷方向一致,且定位槽(18)位于限位槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,第一壳体(16)或第二壳体(17)垂直于定位环(32)轴向的外端面上设置螺钉固定槽(19),螺钉固定槽(19)与所述外端面相连的位置设置开口,螺钉固定槽(19)内嵌在定位环(32)的中空空间内、且与定位槽(18)错位设置;
    优选地,螺钉固定槽(19)固定在未设置定位槽(18)的第一壳体(16)或第二壳体(17)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,螺钉固定槽(19)包括螺母固定槽(22);螺母固定槽(22)一端具有开口、与开口相对的位置设置封堵面,螺母固定槽开口(23)设置在第一壳体(16)或第二壳体(17)垂直于定位环(32)轴向的外端面上,螺母固定槽(22)沿轴向向设置其的壳体的开口端延伸,封堵面上设置螺钉孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,螺母固定槽(22)凹陷在第一壳体(16)或第二壳体(17)垂直于定位环(32)轴向的外端面内,封堵面位于设置螺母固定槽(22)的外端面内部。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7任一项所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,螺钉固定槽(19)包括螺钉槽(25),螺钉槽(25)由螺母固定槽(22)的封堵面向设置其的壳体的开口端延伸;螺钉槽(25)两端均具有开口,螺钉槽(25)一端的开口与封堵面上的螺钉孔相对。
  9. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,第一壳体(16)与开口相对的内侧端面上设置第一加强筋(29),第一加强筋(29)向第一壳体开口(28)端延伸;第二壳体(17)与开口相对的内侧端面上设置第二加强筋(31),第二加强筋(31)向第二壳体开口(30)端延伸。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,洗涤筒上固定如权利要求1-9任一项所述的定位环(32),定位环(32)固定在洗涤筒的前端或洗涤筒的后端,洗衣机中设置可伸缩的定位杆(12),定位杆(12)可对应伸入定位环(32)的定位槽(18)内;洗涤筒的前端或后端固定螺钉(34),螺钉(34)穿入定位环(32)上的螺钉固定槽(19);
    优选地,洗涤筒前法兰(33)上固定螺钉(34)或者洗涤筒的底端面(13)上固定螺钉(34)。
  11. 一种定位环,其特征在于,定位环(11)呈圆环形,其上包括垂直于轴向的定位端面(35),定位端面(35)上设置向定位环(11)内部凹陷的定位槽(2),定位槽(2)的开口(7)设置在定位端面(35)上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,定位环(11)包括圆环形的片状本体(1),定位端面(35)设置在片状本体(1)的平行于径向的一端面上,定位槽(2)向定位环(11)内部延伸。
  13. 根据权利要12所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,片状本体(1)的平行于径向的外端面上设置向其内部凹陷的限位槽(5);限位槽开口(6)设置在片状本体(1)的所述外端面上,限位槽(5)内嵌在片状本体(1)内的、与限位槽开口(6)相对的端面为定位端面(35)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,限位槽(5)为圆环形且与片状本体(1)同轴设置;限位槽(5)内嵌在片状本体(1)内的定位端面(35)上设置多个定位槽(2);
    优选地,限位槽(5)的径向中心线与片状本体(1)的径向中心线相重合;
    进一步优选地,多个定位槽(2)均排布在限位槽(5)位于径向中心线上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,定位槽(2)沿垂直于定位端面(35)的方向延伸;定位槽(2)为圆柱形槽,定位槽(2)的圆心位于限位槽(5)的径向中心线上。
  16. 根据权利要求12-15任一项所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,片状本体(1)上、与定位端面(35)相对的外侧端面上设置向外凸起的加强筋(8),加强筋(8)的凸起方向与定位槽(2)的凹陷方向一致;
    优选地,加强筋(8)包括与片状本体(1)同轴的圆弧形加强筋,沿片状本体(1)径向延伸的、与圆弧形加强筋垂直相交的径向加强筋。
  17. 根据权利要求13-15任一项所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,片状本体(1)的边缘处设置沿径向向外部凸出的安装部(3),安装部(3)上设置安装孔(4);安装部(3)上设置凹槽(9),凹槽(9)一端具有开口、一端内嵌在安装部(3)内,凹槽的开口(10)朝向与限位槽开口(6)朝向一致,安装孔(4)设置在凹槽(9)内嵌在安装部(3)内的端面上,且安装孔(4)贯穿安装部(3);
    优选地,片状本体(1)平行于径向的两端面分别与安装部(3)平行于径向的两端面相齐平,凹槽的开口(10)与限位槽开口(6)相齐平。
  18. 根据权利要求11-17任一项所述的一种定位环,其特征在于,定位环(11)上设置安装磁铁的磁铁安装孔。
  19. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机中设置如权利要求11-18任一项所述的定位环(11),定位环(11)固定在洗涤筒上;洗衣机中还包括可伸缩的定位杆(12),定位杆(12)可对应伸入定位环(11)的定位槽(2)内。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,定位环(11)安装在洗涤筒的底端面(13)上,定位环(11)与洗涤筒同轴设置,限位槽开口(6)朝下,定位环(11)的径向外边缘设置在底端面(13)的径向外边缘内部;洗涤筒的底端面(13)上固定类似于三角形的支撑结构(14),定位环(11)与支撑结构(14)相固定;
    优选地,洗涤筒的底端面(13)上设置安装槽(15),定位环(11)的加强筋(8)内嵌在安装槽(15)内。
