进一步地,螺钉与环形端盖和凹槽之间的间隙内设有密封件。
本发明还提供一种洗衣机,包括门体,还包括上述技术方案提供的滚筒组件,门体通过门铰链与滚筒铰接,用于封盖或敞开滚筒筒口,门铰链包括铰链座和铰链,铰链设于铰链座上、且与门体连接,螺钉向滚筒内的方向依次穿过铰链座和环形端盖、嵌入衣物提升部内。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
环形端盖上设有向滚筒内凸伸的衣物提升部,能够使滚筒前端的衣物与之产生摩擦力,衣物靠近衣物提升部的部分与衣物提升部相互摩擦产生揉搓作用,且随滚筒转动的衣物提升部带动滚筒前端的衣物一起转动,衣物被提升出液面并送到一定高度,由于重力作用又重新跌入洗衣液中,与洗衣液撞击产生棒打、摔跌作用,从而实现对处在滚筒前端衣物的摩擦揉搓和对处在滚筒前端的衣物的提升以液面撞击,提高了对衣物的洗涤效果。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

如图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种滚筒组件,包括滚筒1,滚筒1的前端由环形端盖2构成,环形端盖2的外周与滚筒1筒壁相连、内周围成滚筒筒口21,环形端盖2上设有向滚筒1内凸伸的衣物提升部3。
本发明的实施例中,滚筒1的前端设开口,滚筒1在开口处具有封盖部分开口的环形端盖2,环形端盖2的外周与滚筒1筒壁相连接,环形端盖2的内周围成滚筒筒口21,滚筒筒口21为开口的一部分;
环形端盖2上设有向滚筒1内凸伸的衣物提升部3,能够使滚筒1前端的衣物与之产生摩擦力,衣物靠近衣物提升部3的部分与衣物提升部3相互摩擦产生揉搓作用,且随滚筒1转动的衣物提升部3带动滚筒1前端的衣物一起转动,衣物被提升出液面并送到一定高度,由于重力作用又重新跌入洗衣液中,与洗衣液撞击产生棒打、摔跌作用,从而实现对处在滚筒1前端衣物的摩擦揉搓和对处在滚筒1前端的衣物的提升以液面撞击,提高了对衣物的洗涤效果;
对于该滚筒1组件而言,不仅在滚筒1的侧壁设衣物提升部,还在滚筒1前端的环形端盖2上设衣物提升部,增大了对衣物摩擦揉搓的范围和衣物被提升一定高度的几率。
其中,滚筒1前端的环形端盖2可为环形前法兰22,环形前法兰22的外周与滚筒1相连接,内周围成滚筒筒口21,衣物提升部设3于环形前法兰22上,相对环形前法兰22向滚筒1内凸伸,也就是衣物提升部3设于环形前法兰22朝向滚筒1内部的一侧,或者环形端盖2为滚筒侧壁弯折形成的折边。
滚筒1可为无孔内筒,该无孔内筒用于滚筒洗衣机,无孔内筒用于盛放洗涤水和衣物。
如图2和图3所示,本发明的实施例中,衣物提升部3为条形结构,条形 衣物提升部31沿环形端盖2的周向延伸。
本发明的实施例中,设于环形端盖2上的衣物提升部为条形结构,具体地,衣物提升部为长条形结构,条形衣物提升部31沿环形端盖2的周向设于环形端盖2上,也就是条形衣物提升部31沿滚筒1转动的方向延伸,由于衣物和条形衣物提升部31随滚筒转动,因此,上述条形衣物提升部31能够延长与衣物接触摩擦的时间,和能够增大与衣物的接触以增加衣物被提升的几率,防止衣物未提升到一定高度之前掉落;
环形前法兰22呈阶梯状,包括同心设置的第一环形段和第二环形段,第二环形段位于第一环形段的内侧,第一环形段的外周与滚筒1连接,第二环形段的内周形成滚筒筒口21,条形衣物提升部31设于第二环形段朝向滚筒1的一侧,且沿第二环形段的周向在第二环形段上延伸。
环形端盖2为圆环形,因此,沿环形端盖2周向延伸的条形衣物提升部31为圆弧状。
如图3所示,本发明的实施例中,衣物提升部3的径向宽度沿衣物提升部的凸伸方向逐渐减小。
本发明的实施例中,条形衣物提升部31在环形端盖2上向滚筒1内凸伸,条形衣物提升部31的径向宽度沿衣物提升部的凸伸方向逐渐减小,也就是是条形衣物提升部31沿自身凸伸方向具有倾斜面,且向滚筒1内倾斜,使得条形衣物提升部31将衣物提升后衣物能够顺着条形衣物提升部31的倾斜面掉落下来,减少对衣物掉落的阻挡。
如图6所示,本发明的实施例中,条形衣物提升部31内部中空形成凹槽311,凹槽的开口312形成在条形衣物提升部31在衣物提升部凸伸方向的大尺寸端、且朝向环形端盖2。
本发明的实施例中,条形衣物提升部31内部中空,一方面减小条形衣物提升部31的重量,另一方面减少制作条形衣物提升部31的材料,节约成本;
凹槽311具有开口,凹槽的开口312设于条形衣物提升部31在衣物提升部凸伸方向的大尺寸端,凹槽的开口312朝向环形端盖2,环形端盖2封闭凹槽的开口312,相对于环形端盖2扣在条形衣物提升部31上;
具体地,条形衣物提升部31沿环形端盖2周向的截面为三角形,条形衣物提升部31包括向滚筒1内凸伸的第一壁和第二壁,第一壁和第二壁之间圆滑过渡,也就是第一壁和第二壁之间具有连接面,连接面为圆弧面,圆弧面朝向滚筒1内凸出,减小对衣物的过渡摩擦损坏,第一壁和第二壁也为圆弧壁,目的在于减少对衣物的过渡摩擦损坏。
其中,条形衣物提升部31采用的材质为塑料,由于条形衣物提升部31伸入滚筒1,与衣物摩擦,因此,条形衣物提升部31采用塑料的材质能够避免自身遇水生锈,减少对衣物和洗涤水的污染。
具体地,环形端盖2上设有若干条形衣物提升部31,至少两个条形衣物提升部31与滚筒筒口21之间的距离不等,均是为了增大与衣物接触的面积;若干个条形衣物提升部31沿环形端盖的周向呈一圈分布,环形端盖2上设多圈。
进一步具体地,条形衣物提升部31沿提升部的延伸方向凹凸交替分布,增大与衣物之间的摩擦力。
如图4、图5和图6所示,本发明的实施例中,环形端盖2上设有将部件固定在环形端盖2上的螺钉23,螺钉23依次穿过部件和环形端盖2、伸向滚筒1内,条形衣物提升部31的凹槽311内设有与螺钉23锁紧配合的锁紧件4。
本发明的实施例中,环形端盖2上设有门铰链6,门铰链6为固定在环形端盖2上的部件,环形端盖2通过门铰链6与门体之间铰接,使得门体能够打开 或关闭滚筒筒口21;门铰链6通过螺钉23固定在环形端盖2上,具体地,门铰链6包括铰链座61和铰链,铰链设于铰链座61上,铰链座61呈长条形,条形铰链座61沿环形端盖2的周向延伸,条形铰链座61正对条形衣物提升部31,条形铰链座61沿环形端盖2周向延伸的长度与条形衣物提升部31沿环形端盖2周向延伸的长度相等;铰链座61沿自身延伸方向具有两个贯穿铰链座61的第一固定孔,环形端盖2上对应设有两个贯穿环形端盖2的第二固定孔,螺钉23依次经第一固定孔和第二固定孔贯穿铰链座61和环形端盖2伸向滚筒1内与锁紧件4连接固定,锁紧件4位于筒内。
环形端盖2上设有向滚筒内的方向穿出环形端盖2的螺钉,穿出环形端盖2的螺钉部分隐藏于条形衣物提升部31上,螺钉23与设于条形衣物提升部31凹槽311内的锁紧件4配合锁紧固定,若锁紧件4为金属,那么材质为塑料的条形衣物提升部能够对螺钉23和锁紧件4密封,防止螺钉23和锁紧件4接触水而被腐蚀,当然,锁紧件4还可为非金属件,只要能够与螺钉23锁紧配合将门铰链6固定在环形端盖2上即可。
如图4、图5和图6所示,本发明的实施例中,锁紧件4包括设于条形衣物提升部31凹槽311内的安装座41,安装座41上设锁紧孔411,锁紧孔411的开口412与凹槽的开口312朝向一致,螺钉23经锁紧孔的开口412插入锁紧孔411内与锁紧孔411锁紧配合。
本发明的实施例中,具体地,锁紧件4包括安装座41,安装座41设于条形衣物提升部31的凹槽311内,安装座41上设锁紧孔411,锁紧孔的开口412与凹槽的开口312朝向一致,也就是锁紧孔的开口412朝向环形端盖2,环形端盖2封盖锁紧孔的开口412,安装座41完全嵌入凹槽311内,为了实现螺钉23与锁紧孔411之间的锁紧,螺钉23的径向尺寸稍微大于锁紧孔411的径向尺寸, 螺钉23经锁紧孔的开口412紧紧插入锁紧孔411内;其中,螺钉23杆部上的螺纹能够增大螺钉23与锁紧孔411之间的摩擦力,进一步增加二至之间的锁紧力。
安装座41的材质可为塑料,安装座41与条形衣物提升部31之间采用一体成型。
如图4、图5和图6所示,本发明的实施例中,锁紧孔411内设有密封锁紧孔411与螺钉23之间缝隙的密封件5。
本发明的实施例中,为了防止水进入锁紧孔411与螺钉23之间的间隙内而导致螺钉23被腐蚀生锈,于是在锁紧孔411与螺钉23之间的缝隙内设有密封件5;
具体地,密封件5包括密封座51,至少部分密封座51嵌入锁紧孔411内,密封座51上设容纳孔511,容纳孔的开口512与凹槽的开口312朝向一致,螺钉23经容纳孔的开口512插入容纳孔511内与安装座41配合夹紧密封座51;密封件5包括密封座51,至少部分密封座51嵌入锁紧孔411,外露于锁紧孔411的密封座51可与环形端盖2抵接,能进一步防止水进入锁紧孔411与螺钉23之间的缝隙内;密封座51上设容纳孔511,容纳孔的开口512朝向环形端盖2,环形端盖2封盖容纳孔的开口512,螺钉23经容纳孔的开口512紧紧插入容纳孔511内,实现密封座51被紧紧夹在螺钉23和锁紧孔411之间的缝隙内。
如图5所示,本发明的实施例中,环形端盖2上设穿孔,至少部分密封座51经穿孔穿出环形端盖2与部件抵接。
本发明的实施例中,密封座51包括嵌入锁紧孔411内的第一部分和外露于锁紧孔411的第二部分,密封座51呈圆柱状,第一部分和第二部分同轴设置,第二部分的径向尺寸小于第一部分的径向尺寸,第二部分经穿孔穿出环形端盖2 与部件抵接,增加了环形端盖2与门铰链6之间的密封性,进一步防止水进入螺钉23与锁紧孔411之间的间隙内。
如图6所示,本发明的实施例中,密封座51的外壁设有径向凸伸的插接凸起513,安装座41的内壁设与插接凸起513插接的插接凹槽413。
本发明的实施例中,为了增强密封座51在安装座41上的安装强度,避免密封座51错位导致密封性下降,因此,采用插接的方式将密封座51定位在安装座41上;
具体地,密封座51的外壁设有径向凸伸的插接凸起513,安装座41的内壁设插接凹槽413,插接凸起513插入插接凹槽413内;插接凸起513沿密封座51的轴向沿伸,增大插接凸起513的插接长度,从而增大插接凸起513与插接凹槽413之间的插接强度。
以上仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒组件,包括滚筒,滚筒的前端由环形端盖构成,环形端盖的外周与滚筒筒壁相连、内周围成滚筒筒口,其特征在于,环形端盖上设有向滚筒内凸伸的衣物提升部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒组件,其特征在于,衣物提升部为条形结构,条形衣物提升部沿环形端盖的周向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滚筒组件,其特征在于,衣物提升部的径向宽度沿衣物提升部的凸伸方向逐渐减小。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滚筒组件,其特征在于,环形端盖上设有若干条形衣物提升部,至少两个条形衣物提升部与滚筒筒口之间的距离不等;
    优选地,若干个衣物提升部沿环形端盖的周向呈一圈分布,环形端盖上设有多圈;
    进一步优选地,条形衣物提升部沿衣物提升部的延伸方向凹凸交替分布。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的滚筒组件,其特征在于,环形端盖上设有向滚筒内的方向穿出环形端盖的螺钉,穿出环形端盖的螺钉部分隐藏于条形衣物提升部上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滚筒组件,其特征在于,条形衣物提升部上设开口朝向环形端盖的凹槽,条形衣物提升部扣合于环形端盖上,穿出环形端盖的螺钉部分完全嵌入凹槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的滚筒组件,其特征在于,条形衣物提升部的凹槽内设有与穿出环形端盖的螺钉部分锁紧配合的锁紧件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的滚筒组件,其特征在于,锁紧件包括完全嵌入条形衣物提升部凹槽内的安装座,安装座上设锁紧孔,锁紧孔的开口朝向环形端盖,螺钉经锁紧孔的开口插入锁紧孔内与锁紧孔锁紧配合。
  9. 根据权利要求5-8任一项所述的滚筒组件,其特征在于,螺钉与环形端盖和凹槽之间的间隙内设有密封件。
  10. 一种洗衣机,包括门体,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的滚筒组件,门体通过门铰链与滚筒铰接,用于封盖或敞开滚筒筒口,门铰链包括铰链座和铰链,铰链设于铰链座上、且与门体连接,螺钉向滚筒内的方向依次穿过铰链座和环形端盖、嵌入衣物提升部内。
