본 발명은 도면에 도시된 실시예를 참고로 하여 설명되었으나, 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며 당해 기술이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 아래의 특허청구범위에 의하여 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 개별적으로 엔터테인먼트(Entertainment)를 수행하는 주체로 정의되는 개별 엔터테이너에게 매니지먼트 서비스를 제공하며, 서비스 서버 및 어플리케이션을 포함하는 공유 기획사 서비스 제공 시스템으로서,
    상기 서비스 서버는,
    운영자로부터 입력된, 개별 엔터테이너의 활동, 정산 및 계약을 포함하는 관리 대상 서비스를 관리하기 위한 관리 데이터가 저장된 데이터베이스, 및
    상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 관리 데이터를 상기 관리 대상 서비스별로 재구성하여 매니지먼트 아키텍처를 생성하고, 상기 생성된 매니지먼트 아키텍처를 토대로 개별 엔터테이너와 인터페이싱을 수행하여 개별 엔터테이너의 관리 대상 서비스를 관리하는 관리 모듈을 포함하고,
    상기 어플리케이션은,
    상기 서비스 서버에 접속된 상태에서 상기 관리 모듈에 의해 생성된 매니지먼트 아키텍처를 디스플레이하여 상기 관리 모듈에 대한 개별 엔터테이너의 인터페이싱을 지원하며,
    상기 관리 대상 서비스는 복수의 개별 엔터테이너가 공유 가능한 구조로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 공유 기획사 서비스 제공 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 관리 데이터에는 개별 엔터테이너를 식별하기 위한 개별 식별자가 태깅되어 있으며,
    상기 관리 모듈은, 상기 서비스 서버에 현재 접속된 개별 엔터테이너의 개별 식별자를 파악하고, 상기 파악된 개별 식별자가 태깅된 관리 데이터를 상기 데이터베이스로부터 추출하여 상기 매니지먼트 아키텍처를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공유 기획사 서비스 제공 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 관리 데이터는, 개별 엔터테이너의 활동 사항, 정산 사항 및 계약 사항이 각각 반영된 활동 관리 데이터, 정산 관리 데이터 및 계약 관리 데이터를 포함하고,
    상기 관리 모듈은, 상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 활동 관리 데이터, 정산 관리 데이터 및 계약 관리 데이터를 추출하여 상기 매니지먼트 아키텍처의 하위 아키텍처로서 활동 관리 아키텍처, 정산 관리 아키텍처 및 계약 관리 아키텍처를 각각 생성하며,
    상기 어플리케이션은, 상기 관리 모듈에 의해 생성된 활동 관리 아키텍처, 정산 관리 아키텍처 및 계약 관리 아키텍처를 개별 엔터테이너에게 디스플레이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공유 기획사 서비스 제공 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 관리 대상 서비스는 개별 엔터테이너의 법률 관계, 서비스 서버의 운영 주체에 의해 확립된 오프라인 시설 사용, 및 개별 엔터테이너의 사업자 관리를 더 포함함에 따라, 상기 관리 데이터는 법률 관리 데이터, 오프라인 시설 사용 관리 데이터 및 사업자 관리 데이터를 더 포함하고,
    상기 관리 모듈은, 상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 법률 관리 데이터, 오프라인 시설 사용 관리 데이터 및 사업자 관리 데이터를 추출하여 상기 매니지먼트 아키텍처의 하위 아키텍처로서 법률 관리 아키텍처, 오프라인 시설 사용 관리 아키텍처 및 사업자 관리 아키텍처를 각각 생성하며,
    상기 어플리케이션은, 상기 관리 모듈에 의해 생성된 법률 관리 아키텍처, 오프라인 시설 사용 관리 아키텍처 및 사업자 관리 아키텍처를 개별 엔터테이너에게 디스플레이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공유 기획사 서비스 제공 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 관리 모듈은, 상기 매니지먼트 아키텍처를 생성할 때, 상기 관리 데이터를 상기 관리 대상 서비스별로 재구성한 후, 각 관리 데이터별로 그 갱신 권한을 설정하는 방식으로 상기 매니지먼트 아키텍처를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공유 기획사 서비스 제공 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 활동 관리 아키텍처를 구성하는 활동 관리 데이터는 운영자 및 개별 엔터테이너에 의해 갱신 가능하도록 그 갱신 권한이 설정되며,
    상기 관리 모듈은, 상기 어플리케이션을 토대로 개별 엔터테이너에 의해 상기 활동 관리 데이터의 갱신이 이루어진 경우 그 갱신 상태를 운영자에게 통지한 후 상기 갱신된 활동 관리 데이터를 상기 데이터베이스에 저장하고,
    운영자에 의해 상기 활동 관리 데이터의 갱신이 이루어진 경우 그 갱신 상태를 상기 어플리케이션을 통해 개별 엔터테이너에게 통지한 후 상기 갱신된 활동 관리 데이터를 상기 데이터베이스에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공유 기획사 서비스 제공 시스템.
  7. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 오프라인 시설 사용 관리 아키텍처를 구성하는 오프라인 시설 사용 관리 데이터는 개별 엔터테이너에 의해 갱신 가능하도록 그 갱신 권한이 설정되며,
    상기 관리 모듈은, 상기 어플리케이션을 토대로 개별 엔터테이너에 의해 상기 오프라인 시설 사용 관리 데이터의 갱신이 이루어진 경우 그 갱신 상태를 운영자에게 통지한 후 상기 갱신된 오프라인 시설 사용 관리 데이터를 상기 데이터베이스에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공유 기획사 서비스 제공 시스템.
  8. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 정산 관리 아키텍처를 구성하는 정산 관리 데이터, 상기 계약 관리 아키텍처를 구성하는 계약 관리 데이터, 상기 법률 관리 아키텍처를 구성하는 법률 관리 데이터, 및 상기 사업자 관리 아키텍처를 구성하는 사업자 관리 데이터는 운영자에 의해 갱신 가능하도록 그 갱신 권한이 설정되며,
    상기 관리 모듈은, 운영자에 의해 상기 정산 관리 데이터, 상기 계약 관리 데이터, 상기 법률 관리 데이터 및 상기 사업자 관리 데이터의 갱신이 이루어진 경우 그 갱신 상태를 상기 어플리케이션을 통해 개별 엔터테이너에게 통지한 후, 개별 엔터테이너의 확인 하에 상기 갱신된 각 관리 데이터를 상기 데이터베이스에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공유 기획사 서비스 제공 시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 관리 모듈은, 운영자에 의해 상기 정산 관리 데이터가 갱신된 경우, 상기 계약 관리 데이터를 토대로 상기 갱신된 정산 관리 데이터의 유효성을 검증하고 그 검증 결과를 운영자에게 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공유 기획사 서비스 제공 시스템.
