Description

一种智能按摩椅 技术领域
本发明涉及按摩设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种智能按摩椅。
背景技术
近年来,随着生活节奏的不断加快,亚健康的问题日益凸显,人们对于按摩的需求也在不断增加。传统按摩由于场地、成本及人员专业水平的限制,普及率难以得到快速发展,而智能按摩椅因为可以利用碎片化时间,在家就可以使用且成本较低,越来越得到大众的认可。
目前市场上现有的智能按摩椅,通常为三面包裹式结构,即智能按摩椅包括具有靠背部的椅架、以及安装在椅架左右两侧的扶手,椅架的靠背部设置在使用者后方、用于支撑使用者的身体,扶手设置在使用者的左右两侧、用于支撑使用者的手臂;靠背部和两个扶手通常较高,使得按摩椅使用时需要从正面坐进按摩椅。然而,现有的智能按摩椅通常在正面还设置有腿部按摩装置,腿部按摩装置用于按摩使用者的小腿,如此,对于腿脚不便的使用者,正面坐进按摩椅时便产生了一定的障碍。针对该问题,近年来,本领域出现了一些解决方案。
比如:公开号为JP特开2013-212349A的日本专利文献公开的按摩椅中,其能够将腿部按摩装置收藏到椅架中座部的下方,避免腿部按摩装置在使用者正面坐进按摩椅时产生障碍影响,由此方便使用者正面坐进按摩椅。但是,因为座部的高度和深度受人体工学合理值的限制,又要使得腿部按摩装置能够收藏到座部的下方,由此会使腿部按摩装置的大小受到较大限制,腿部按摩装置只能做的比较小。然而,在当今按摩装置及功能日益丰富的前提下,体积较小的腿部按摩装置已不能满足大众的需求。
又比如:公开号为CN107693297A的中国专利文献公开的按摩椅中,其将扶手设置为能够从椅架的侧面打开,椅架包含底座(即座部)和靠背,扶手的后侧与靠背转动连接,扶手的前侧与底座通过能够开合的卡扣连接,如此能将扶手绕竖直延伸的轴线向外侧转动0-90°,从而方便使用者从侧面坐到按摩椅上。但是,由于扶手是向外打开,在打开扶手的过程中,按摩椅的外侧必须要预留足够的空间,故不利于按摩椅在较小场地的摆放;并且,在使用者从侧面坐到按摩椅上后,还需要使用者侧身将扶手向内拉回,在使用上较为不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种智能按摩椅,既方便使用者坐进按摩椅,又能减少占地空间。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种智能按摩椅,包括椅架和安装在椅架左右两侧的扶手,至少有一个所述扶手与椅架之间通过翻转装置相连,所述翻转装置包括安装于椅架的基座、以及能绕左右延伸的转动轴线可转动地安装于基座的翻转固定座,所述翻转固定座与扶手相固定;
当所述翻转装置使扶手翻转至设定位置后,所述椅架在该扶手侧具有侧入座口。
进一步地,所述智能按摩椅还包括连接在所述椅架和翻转装置之间的连杆,所述椅架包括转动连接的靠背架和座部架,所述基座与靠背架和连杆的一端铰接,所述连杆的另一端与座部架铰接。
进一步地,所述基座上设有与靠背架转动配合的第一轴孔,所述第一轴孔的中心轴线与翻转固定座的转动轴线之间形成有夹角。
进一步地,所述靠背架上安装有滑轮,所述基座中开设有滑槽,所述滑轮位于滑槽中、两者导向配合。
进一步地,所述翻转固定座还能绕转动轴线可移动地安装于基座。
进一步地,所述翻转装置还包括沿所述转动轴线轴向延伸的基轴、螺纹连接在基轴外周的旋转基套、固定于基座的驱动源、以及传动单元,所述驱动源通过传动单元与旋转基套相连、驱动旋转基套转动,所述基轴与基座固定相连,所述旋转基套与翻转固定座相固定。
进一步地,所述翻转装置还包括套设在所述旋转基套外周的翻转连接套,所述翻转连接套的一端设有与翻转固定座固定相连的限位凸缘部,所述限位凸缘部在基轴的轴向上位于翻转固定座和基轴之间、并能够与基轴抵接配合,所述翻转连接套的另一端与旋转基套固定相连。
进一步地,所述传动单元包括可转动地支撑在基座中的传动蜗杆、以及固定在旋转基套外周的涡轮套,所述涡轮套上设有与传动蜗杆传动配合的涡轮部,所述驱动源与传动蜗杆传动连接、驱动传动蜗杆转动。
进一步地,所述旋转基套的内周面上开设有油槽。
进一步地,所述智能按摩椅还包括控制器和电流检测器,所述驱动源为电机,所述电流检测器用于检测驱动源的电流,所述电流检测器和驱动源都与控制器相连。

如上所述,本发明涉及的智能按摩椅,具有以下有益效果:
本申请中,翻转装置中的翻转固定座在绕左右延伸的转动轴线时,带动与该翻转固定座固定相连的扶手上下翻转,将扶手从侧面旋转打开,能够形成用于供使用者从左右侧侧面坐进按摩椅的侧入座口,方便使用者坐进按摩椅;并且,由于扶手是上下翻转式的旋转打开,而非如现有技术中绕竖直延伸的轴线向外侧翻转打开,故在通过扶手翻转形成侧入座口的过程中不需要在按摩椅的左右两侧预留较大空间,由此减少按摩椅的占地空间,利于按摩椅在较小场地的摆放,最终极大地提高按摩椅使用的便捷性。

本申请提供一种智能按摩椅,简称按摩椅。如图1和图2所示,按摩椅包括椅架10和安装在椅架10左右两侧的扶手20;特别地,如图5所示,至少有一个扶手20与椅架10之间通过翻转装置30转动连接。如此,可以是仅左侧的扶手20与椅架10之间通过翻转装置30相连,也可以是仅右侧的扶手20与椅架10之间通过翻转装置30相连,还可以是左右两侧的扶手20与椅架10之间都通过翻转装置30相连。本实施例中,左右两侧的扶手20都通过一个翻转装置30与椅架10相连,椅架10与左侧扶手20之间的连接结构、与椅架10与右侧扶手20之间的连接结构为左右对称的关系。下述以按摩椅右侧扶手20为例,对扶手20与椅架10之间的优选连接结构展开叙述。
如图5所示,翻转装置30包括安装在椅架10右侧面的基座31、以及能绕左右延伸的转动轴线可转动地安装于基座31的翻转固定座32,翻转固定座32与扶手20相固定。因此,当翻转固定座32绕左右延伸的转动轴线转动时,翻转固定座32带动扶手20一起转动,即扶手20为上下翻转。如此,当使用者需要坐进按摩椅中时,可使翻转装置30中的翻转固定座32转动,翻转固定座32带动扶手20上翻转至设定位置、或下翻转至设定位置,图2所示的视图中是将扶手20从正常按摩位置W1上翻转至设定位置W2,从而将扶手20从侧面旋转打开,扶手20也即处于打开状态,使椅架10的右侧形成有供使用者从该侧坐进按摩椅的侧入座口40,进而方便使用者坐进按摩椅,特别是方便腿脚不便的使用者坐进按摩椅;并且,由于扶手20是上下翻转式的旋转打开,而非如现有技术中绕竖直延伸的轴线向外侧翻转打开,故在通过扶手20翻转形成侧入座口40的过程中不需要在按摩椅的左右两侧预留较大空间,由此减少按摩椅的占地空间,利于按摩椅在较小场地的摆放,最终极大地提高按摩椅使用的便捷性。使用者从按摩椅的侧面坐进按摩椅中后,翻转装置30中的翻转固定座32反向转动、复位,带动扶手20也反向翻转、复位,扶手20处于关闭状态,之后正常使用按摩椅即可,由此免去现有技术中使用者坐进按摩椅后需要手动扣住扶手20,提高按摩椅的操控便利性,从另一方面提高按摩椅使用的便捷性。
进一步地,扶手20与翻转固定座32之间的固定方式优选为:如图5所示,扶手20面向椅架10的内侧面(即左侧面)上设有翻转连接板23,该翻转连接板23上开设有固定槽21, 固定槽21的轮廓形状与翻转固定座32的轮廓形状相适配、都为类椭圆形,翻转固定座32紧配合地安装在固定槽21中,由此实现翻转固定座32与扶手20固定相连。优选地,扶手20和翻转固定座32上分别设置有相配合的定位槽和定位柱321,一方面实现扶手20与翻转固定座32固定连接时的定位,另一方面还能提高扶手20与翻转固定座32固定连接的可靠性。基于此,如图5所示,扶手20在固定槽21中固设有定位柱321;如图10和图11所示,翻转固定座32朝向固定槽21槽底的外侧面(即右侧面)上开设有与定位柱321紧配合的定位槽。或者,如图10和图11所示,翻转固定座32的外侧面上一体地设有定位柱321,扶手20在固定槽21的槽底开设有与定位柱321紧配合的定位槽。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,椅架10包括用于支撑使用者背部的靠背架101、以及用于支撑使用者臀部和大腿部的座部架102,靠背架101和座部架102之间可以固定连接、也可以为通过旋转轴转动连接。按摩椅还包括用于按摩使用者小腿的腿部按摩装置60,腿部按摩装置60设置在座部架102的前方侧、并与座部架102通过旋转轴转动连接。优选地,如图3和图4所示,扶手20前侧的底部固定有限位凸台22,椅架10的座部架102中设有限位槽104;在使用者从椅架10侧面的侧入座口40坐进按摩椅时,扶手20向上翻转、处于打开状态,如图3所示,限位凸台22从限位槽104中脱离出;在使用者坐进按摩椅正常使用时,扶手20未向上翻转、处于关闭状态,如图4所示,扶手20封堵侧入座口40,且限位凸台22插入在限位槽104中,以限制扶手20前端的左右摆动,增加扶手20在按摩椅正常使用时的稳定性。
进一步地,本实施例中,椅架10的靠背架101和座部架102之间为转动连接,能够使椅架10的靠背架101能够处于躺倒状态,提高按摩椅的使用舒适度。靠背架101的转动与扶手20的翻转之间可以联动、也可以不联动:两者不联动时,靠背架101躺倒时,扶手20在按摩椅中的位置角度不会发生变化,也就使得使用者的手臂位置相对于座部架102不会有所改变,此时,翻转装置30的基座31与椅架10之间通过数个螺钉固定相连;两者联动时,靠背架101躺倒时,扶手20在按摩椅中的角度会发生变化,也就使得使用者的手臂位置相对于座部架102会有所改变,进一步提高按摩椅的使用舒适度,此时,智能按摩椅还包括连接在椅架10的靠背架101和翻转装置30之间的连杆50,通过连杆50去调节扶手20在按摩椅中的角度。
具体说,如图5至图7所示,基座31与靠背架101通过一根固定在靠背架101上的第一销轴铰接,基座31与连杆50的后端通过一根固定在基座31上的第二销轴铰接,连杆50的前端与座部架102通过一根固定在座部架102上的第三销轴铰接;如此,基座31和背靠架在 第一销轴处都设有转动配合用的第一轴孔311,基座31和连杆50的后端在第二销轴处都设有转动配合用的第二轴孔313,连杆50的前端和座部架102在第三销轴处都设有转动配合用的第三轴孔,第一销轴和第二销轴错位分布。当靠背架101和座部架102之间的角度在变化时,通过连杆50会改变基座31的角度,由此改变翻转装置30整体相对于靠背架101的角度,也就改变固定于翻转装置30的扶手20相对于靠背架101的角度,或者说,扶手20相对于靠背架101的角度适配于靠背架101相对于座部架102的角度,避免扶手20与靠背架101的相对位置发生较大改变。比如:靠背架101相对于座部架102向后转动时,使用者会向后倒;同时,翻转装置30带动扶手20一起相对于座部架102向后移动,也就带动手臂向后方移动,从而保证使用者的手臂位置不会发生较大改变,使用更加舒适。
优选地,基座31的第一轴孔311内固设有轴套,第一销轴可转动地穿设在轴套中,保证基座31相对于第一销轴转动时的润滑性。另外,如图7所示,靠背架101上安装有滑轮103,基座31中开设有滑槽312,滑轮103位于滑槽312中、两者导向配合,通过滑轮103和滑槽312的导向配合能够使翻转装置30在角度变化时不会随意偏摆,保证靠背架101和座部架102之间的角度变化时、翻转装置30和扶手20的角度随之变化的整体机构的稳定性。
进一步地,基座31上第一轴孔311的中心轴线与翻转固定座32的转动轴线可以平行、也可以不平行。本实施例中,基座31上第一轴孔311的中心轴线与翻转固定座32的转动轴线不平行,即基座31上第一轴孔311的中心轴线与翻转固定座32的转动轴线之间形成有夹角;如此,当靠背架101和座部架102之间的角度变化时,翻转装置30带动扶手20在前后方向上改变位置时,翻转装置30还会带动扶手20与椅架10的正侧面呈一定角度翻转,给按摩椅的空间提供更大的自由度。
进一步地,翻转装置30中,翻转固定座32可以只绕其转动轴线转动,此时,翻转固定座32只能带动扶手20上下翻转;或者,翻转固定座32可以在转动的同时绕其转动轴线移动,此时,翻转固定座32带动扶手20上下翻转的同时还带动扶手20左右移动;比如:翻转固定座32带动扶手20上翻转打开时还带动扶手20向远离椅架10的外侧移动,翻转固定座32带动扶手20下翻转关闭时还带动扶手20向靠近椅架10的内侧移动。本实施例中,翻转固定座32能绕其转动轴线可转动且可移动地安装于基座31。基于此,翻转装置30的优选实施例如下叙述。
如图8和图9所示,翻转装置30包括基座31、翻转结构和驱动结构这三大部分,基座31用于和椅架10的靠背架101相连,由此将翻转装置30整体安装于椅架10的靠背架101;翻转结构和驱动结构都安装于基座31。翻转固定座32为翻转结构中的一个部件,图10和图 11为翻转装置30中翻转结构和驱动结构的结构示意图,图12为图10沿着翻转固定座32的转动轴线的剖视图,图13为图10沿着翻转固定座32的转动轴线的剖视图。并且,图10和图12中,翻转固定座32处于初始位置,扶手20处于未上翻、关闭状态;图11和图13中,翻转固定座32处于翻转后的位置,扶手20处于上翻、打开状态。
如图8至图13所示,翻转装置30的翻转结构除了包括翻转固定座32外,翻转结构还包括基轴33、旋转基套34、翻转连接套36、以及涡轮套38。其中,基轴33沿翻转固定座32的转动轴线轴向延伸,翻转固定座32的转动轴线也即为基轴33的中心轴线,基座31的左端通过数个螺钉与基座31固定相连,故基座31的左端设有固定孔,如图9所示。旋转基套34螺纹连接在基轴33的外周,故基轴33的外周面攻有螺纹,旋转基套34的内周面也攻有螺纹;翻转连接套36套设在基轴33右段部分的外周,涡轮套38套设在基轴33左段部分的外周,旋转基套34的外周面上设有中间连接凸缘342,翻转连接套36的左端设有位于中间连接凸缘342外侧的外连接凸缘362,涡轮套38的右端设有位于中间连接凸缘342内侧的内连接凸缘382,外连接凸缘362、中间连接凸缘342和内连接凸缘382通过数个螺钉固定相连,由此将旋转基套34、翻转连接套36和涡轮套38三者固定相连。翻转连接套36的右端一体地设有限位凸缘部361,限位凸缘部361在基轴33的轴向上位于翻转固定座32和基轴33之间,限位凸缘部361和翻转固定座32通过数个螺钉固定相连,由此将翻转连接套36和翻转固定座32固定相连。驱动结构用于驱动涡轮套38转动。
当腿脚不便的使用者需要从按摩椅的侧面坐进按摩椅时,翻转装置30中的驱动结构动作,驱动涡轮套38转动,则涡轮套38带动旋转基套34、翻转连接套36和翻转固定座32一起转动,旋转基套34相对于基座31转动的同时还相对于基轴33轴向移动,由此带动翻转连接套36和翻转固定座32一起左右移动。故翻转固定座32在转动的同时还在左右方向上移动,带动右侧的扶手20上翻打开时还向右移动、以及右侧的扶手20下翻关闭时还向左移动。在扶手20向左移动复位后,翻转连接套36右端的限位凸缘部361与基轴33的右端抵接配合,起到复位时的限位作用。优选地,如图13所示,旋转基套34的内周面上开设有油槽341,油槽341内储存有润滑脂,保证旋转基套34的运动顺畅。
进一步地,如图10和图11所示,翻转装置30的驱动结构包括固定于基座31的驱动源35、由驱动源35驱动转动的蜗杆轴39、两端通过轴承70可转动地支撑在基座31中的传动蜗杆37、以及通过弹性销固定在传动蜗杆37上的传动涡轮310,蜗杆轴39与传动涡轮310传动配合;涡轮套38上设有涡轮部381,该涡轮部381螺旋延伸、并与传动蜗杆37传动配合。如此,驱动源35驱动蜗杆轴39转动时,通过蜗杆轴39和传动涡轮310的咬合驱动传动 蜗杆37转动,从而驱动涡轮套38转动,涡轮套38带动旋转基套34一起转动。因此,蜗杆轴39、传动涡轮310、传动蜗杆37和涡轮套38构成连接在驱动源35与旋转基套34之间的传动单元,驱动源35通过传动单元与旋转基套34相连、驱动旋转基套34转动。优选地,驱动源35为电机,蜗杆轴39与电机的电机轴可以通过联轴器固定相连,也可以使蜗杆轴39为电机的电机轴的外延部分。
进一步地,智能按摩椅还包括控制器和电流检测器,电流检测器用于检测驱动源35的电流,电流检测器和驱动源35都与控制器相连。通过控制器能够控制电机的转动,因此,在使用者坐进按摩椅时,可使用控制器驱动电机转动,使扶手20向上翻转、打开侧入座口40,方便使用者从侧入座口40进入按摩椅;之后,使用者使用控制器驱动电机反向转动,使扶手20向下翻转至原本的位置、关闭侧入座口40,提高按摩椅的智能程度。特别地,本申请通过电流检测器检测电机的电流,当电机的电流超出正常值时,控制器控制电机急停或反向运动,避免扶手20在运动的路径中出现人为或机械的干扰,从而导致夹伤人或机械结构损坏的情况发生。电流检测器可以为传感器。
综上所述,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种智能按摩椅,包括椅架(10)和安装在椅架(10)左右两侧的扶手(20),其特征在于:至少有一个所述扶手(20)与椅架(10)之间通过翻转装置(30)相连,所述翻转装置(30)包括安装于椅架(10)的基座(31)、以及能绕左右延伸的转动轴线可转动地安装于基座(31)的翻转固定座(32),所述翻转固定座(32)与扶手(20)相固定;
    当所述翻转装置(30)使扶手(20)翻转至设定位置后,所述椅架(10)在该扶手(20)侧具有侧入座口(40)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:还包括连接在所述椅架(10)和翻转装置(30)之间的连杆(50),所述椅架(10)包括转动连接的靠背架(101)和座部架(102),所述基座(31)与靠背架(101)和连杆(50)的一端铰接,所述连杆(50)的另一端与座部架(102)铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述基座(31)上设有与靠背架(101)转动配合的第一轴孔(311),所述第一轴孔(311)的中心轴线与翻转固定座(32)的转动轴线之间形成有夹角。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述靠背架(101)上安装有滑轮(103),所述基座(31)中开设有滑槽(312),所述滑轮(103)位于滑槽(312)中、两者导向配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述翻转固定座(32)还能绕转动轴线可移动地安装于基座(31)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述翻转装置(30)还包括沿所述转动轴线轴向延伸的基轴(33)、螺纹连接在基轴(33)外周的旋转基套(34)、固定于基座(31)的驱动源(35)、以及传动单元,所述驱动源(35)通过传动单元与旋转基套(34)相连、驱动旋转基套(34)转动,所述基轴(33)与基座(31)固定相连,所述旋转基套(34)与翻转固定座(32)相固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述翻转装置(30)还包括套设在所述旋转基套(34)外周的翻转连接套(36),所述翻转连接套(36)的一端设有与翻转固定 座(32)固定相连的限位凸缘部(361),所述限位凸缘部(361)在基轴(33)的轴向上位于翻转固定座(32)和基轴(33)之间、并能够与基轴(33)抵接配合,所述翻转连接套(36)的另一端与旋转基套(34)固定相连。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述传动单元包括可转动地支撑在基座(31)中的传动蜗杆(37)、以及固定在旋转基套(34)外周的涡轮套(38),所述涡轮套(38)上设有与传动蜗杆(37)传动配合的涡轮部(381),所述驱动源(35)与传动蜗杆(37)传动连接、驱动传动蜗杆(37)转动。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述旋转基套(34)的内周面上开设有油槽(341)。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:还包括控制器和电流检测器,所述驱动源(35)为电机,所述电流检测器用于检测驱动源(35)的电流,所述电流检测器和驱动源(35)都与控制器相连。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述扶手(20)上开设有固定槽(21),所述翻转固定座(32)紧配合地安装在固定槽(21)中。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述扶手(20)和翻转固定座(32)上分别设置有相配合的定位槽和定位柱(321)。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述扶手(20)上固定有限位凸台(22),所述椅架(10)中设有限位槽(104);
    当所述扶手(20)未翻转、封堵侧入座口(40)时,所述限位凸台(22)位于限位槽(104)中。
