Claims (13)
- 一种智能按摩椅,包括椅架(10)和安装在椅架(10)左右两侧的扶手(20),其特征在于:至少有一个所述扶手(20)与椅架(10)之间通过翻转装置(30)相连,所述翻转装置(30)包括安装于椅架(10)的基座(31)、以及能绕左右延伸的转动轴线可转动地安装于基座(31)的翻转固定座(32),所述翻转固定座(32)与扶手(20)相固定;当所述翻转装置(30)使扶手(20)翻转至设定位置后,所述椅架(10)在该扶手(20)侧具有侧入座口(40)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:还包括连接在所述椅架(10)和翻转装置(30)之间的连杆(50),所述椅架(10)包括转动连接的靠背架(101)和座部架(102),所述基座(31)与靠背架(101)和连杆(50)的一端铰接,所述连杆(50)的另一端与座部架(102)铰接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述基座(31)上设有与靠背架(101)转动配合的第一轴孔(311),所述第一轴孔(311)的中心轴线与翻转固定座(32)的转动轴线之间形成有夹角。
- 根据权利要求2所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述靠背架(101)上安装有滑轮(103),所述基座(31)中开设有滑槽(312),所述滑轮(103)位于滑槽(312)中、两者导向配合。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述翻转固定座(32)还能绕转动轴线可移动地安装于基座(31)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述翻转装置(30)还包括沿所述转动轴线轴向延伸的基轴(33)、螺纹连接在基轴(33)外周的旋转基套(34)、固定于基座(31)的驱动源(35)、以及传动单元,所述驱动源(35)通过传动单元与旋转基套(34)相连、驱动旋转基套(34)转动,所述基轴(33)与基座(31)固定相连,所述旋转基套(34)与翻转固定座(32)相固定。
- 根据权利要求6所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述翻转装置(30)还包括套设在所述旋转基套(34)外周的翻转连接套(36),所述翻转连接套(36)的一端设有与翻转固定 座(32)固定相连的限位凸缘部(361),所述限位凸缘部(361)在基轴(33)的轴向上位于翻转固定座(32)和基轴(33)之间、并能够与基轴(33)抵接配合,所述翻转连接套(36)的另一端与旋转基套(34)固定相连。
- 根据权利要求6所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述传动单元包括可转动地支撑在基座(31)中的传动蜗杆(37)、以及固定在旋转基套(34)外周的涡轮套(38),所述涡轮套(38)上设有与传动蜗杆(37)传动配合的涡轮部(381),所述驱动源(35)与传动蜗杆(37)传动连接、驱动传动蜗杆(37)转动。
- 根据权利要求6所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述旋转基套(34)的内周面上开设有油槽(341)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:还包括控制器和电流检测器,所述驱动源(35)为电机,所述电流检测器用于检测驱动源(35)的电流,所述电流检测器和驱动源(35)都与控制器相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述扶手(20)上开设有固定槽(21),所述翻转固定座(32)紧配合地安装在固定槽(21)中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述扶手(20)和翻转固定座(32)上分别设置有相配合的定位槽和定位柱(321)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能按摩椅,其特征在于:所述扶手(20)上固定有限位凸台(22),所述椅架(10)中设有限位槽(104);当所述扶手(20)未翻转、封堵侧入座口(40)时,所述限位凸台(22)位于限位槽(104)中。
