中国专利文献CN1406808A公开一种内锁式折叠接头,有两个分别与杆件相连的连接板在一侧铰接,两个连接板的对合面各有凹台,两个连接板凹台的至少一个相对应的边缘各开有卡槽,在其中一个连接板的凹台中置有可移动且一侧呈V形的夹持块,夹持块一侧V形的两凸缘在两个连接板并拢时可同时插入各凹台边缘的卡槽中,由拨动机构驱动夹持块移动,以使夹持块的凸缘插入或退出卡槽,拨动机构的手柄处于连接板的一侧之外。
现有的折叠接头一般有顶杆式折叠接头、四连杆式折叠接头、内锁式折叠接头和外锁式折叠接头,如前中国专利文献CN2619081Y公开一种四连杆结构的折叠接头以及CN1406808A公开一种内锁式折叠接头,使用者不小心带动手柄从锁紧位置转动一定的角度,折叠接头会松开,存在安全隐患,不符合部分国家或地区的安全标准。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种折叠接头,安全可靠性高。
本发明公开的折叠接头所采用的技术方案是:
一种折叠接头,包括第一接头、第二接头、快拆手柄、锁紧机构和复位弹性件,所述第二接头的一侧、第一接头的一侧和快拆手柄铰接连接,所述第一折叠接头上设有导向件,所述导向件上设有导向孔,所述锁紧机构穿过导向件的导向孔,所述复位弹性件套设于锁紧机构上,其一端抵持于导向件上,另一端抵持于锁紧机构上,驱动锁紧机构将第一接头和第二接头锁紧,所述快拆手柄用于驱动锁紧机构。
作为优选方案,所述锁紧机构为球头顶杆,所述球头顶杆一端与快拆手柄铰接连接,另一端设有球头部,所述复位弹性件套设于球头顶杆上,所述复位弹性件的另一端抵持于球头部,所述第二接头的另一侧内沿设有锁接部,所述锁接部上设有球头凹,当球头顶杆上的球头部抵接于球头凹将第一接头和第二接头锁紧。
作为优选方案,所述球头顶杆包括连杆和球头杆,所述连杆的一端设有圆孔,另一端与球头杆的一端螺纹连接,所述球头部设于球头杆的另一端。
作为优选方案,所述锁紧机构包括锁紧块和连接杆,所述连接杆的一端与快拆手柄铰接连接,另一端与锁紧块固定连接,所述复位弹性件套设于连接杆上,所述复位弹性件驱动锁紧块与第二接头卡接连接。
作为优选方案,所述第二接头另一侧的外缘设有第二卡槽,所述锁紧块上设有第二凸部,所述第二卡槽与第二凸部配合,所述锁紧块设于第一接头和第二接头的外侧,所述复位弹性件的另一端抵持于连接杆与快拆手柄铰接的一端。
作为优选方案,所述第一接头另一侧的外缘设有第一卡槽,所述锁紧块上还设有第一凸部,所述第一凸部与第一卡槽配合。
作为优选方案,所述第二接头另一侧的内沿设有第四卡槽,所述锁紧块上设有第二凸部,所述第四卡槽与第二凸部配合,所述锁紧块设于第一接头和第二接头之间,所述复位弹性件的另一端抵持于锁紧块。
作为优选方案,所述第一接头另一侧的内沿设有第三卡槽,所述锁紧块上 设有第一凸部,所述第一凸部与第三卡槽配合。
作为优选方案,所述锁紧块第二凸部外侧为弧面。
作为优选方案,所述快拆手柄上设有自锁机构。
作为优选方案,所述连接杆包括连杆和调节杆,所述调节杆一端与连杆螺纹连接,另一端与锁紧块螺纹连接,所述连杆一端设有圆孔。
作为优选方案,所述快拆手柄一端设有凸轮,所述凸轮与圆孔配合,所述凸轮上设有偏心铰接孔,所述凸轮通过穿过偏心铰接孔的铰接轴连接于第一接头上。
作为优选方案,还包括圆盘,所述快拆手柄的一端设有凸轮,所述凸轮上设有开槽、偏心铰接孔和定位孔,所述偏心铰接孔和定位孔穿过开槽,所述圆盘上设有偏心孔和销孔,所述圆盘设于凸轮的开槽中,并置于连杆的圆孔中,所述凸轮和连杆的一端通过穿过凸轮上的偏心铰接孔和圆盘上偏心孔的铰接轴以及穿过凸轮上定位孔和圆盘上的销孔的定位销连接于第一接头上。
本发明公开的折叠接头的有益效果是:第一接头和第二接头合上后,锁紧机构在复位弹性件弹力的作用下将第一接头和第二接头锁紧,实现第一接头和第二接头自动锁紧的效果,即使快拆手柄不经意间松脱,在复位弹性件的作用下,第一接头和第二接头也能锁紧,安全可靠性高。

下面结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明做进一步阐述和说明:
实施例一
请参考图1至图3,一种折叠接头,包括第一接头10、第二接头20、锁紧机构30、快拆手柄40、复位弹性件50和自锁机构。
所述第一接头10的一侧设有第一铰接耳11,所述第一铰接耳11上设有第一铰接孔12,第一接头10的另一侧外缘设有第一卡槽13,所述第一接头10端面上设有导向件14,所述导向件14上设有导向孔。
所述第二接头20的一侧设有第二铰接耳21,所述第二铰接耳21上设有第二铰接孔22,所述第二接头20的另一侧外缘设有第二卡槽,图中未示出。
所述锁紧机构30包括锁紧块33、连杆32和调节杆31,所述连杆32的一端为大头端,该大头端设有圆孔321,该大头端的外沿设有凸起322,另一端设有螺纹连接孔,图中未示出。所述锁紧块33上设有螺纹孔333,所述螺纹孔333的两侧设有第一凸部331和第二凸部332,所述第二凸部332的外侧为弧面,请参考图3,所述第一凸部331与第一接头10上的第一卡槽13配合,所述第二凸部332与第二接头20上的第二卡槽配合。所述调节杆31一端与连杆32上的螺纹连接孔螺纹连接,另一端与锁紧块33上的螺纹孔333螺纹连接。所述锁紧块30设于第一接头10和第二接头20的外侧。
所述连杆32大头端的圆孔321中设有圆盘75,所述圆盘75上设有偏心孔751和销孔752。
所述快拆手柄40的一端设有凸轮,所述凸轮上设有开槽43、偏心铰接孔41和定位孔42,所述偏心铰接孔41和定位孔42穿过开槽43,所述快拆手柄40的另一端为把手,所述快拆手柄40的中部设有沉槽44和限位螺纹孔45,所述沉槽44穿过开槽43,所述限位螺纹孔45穿过沉槽44。所述圆盘75设于凸轮的开槽43中,所述第一接头10和第二接头20通过穿过第一接头10上的第一铰接孔12、第二接头20上的第二铰接孔22、快拆手柄40上的偏心铰接孔41以及圆盘75上的偏心孔751的铰接轴71铰接连接,所述铰接轴71两端设有螺孔,所述螺孔中设有螺丝74,所述螺丝74与铰接轴71之间设有垫片73,防止铰接轴71从第一铰接孔12和第二铰接孔22中脱出,所述圆盘75通过穿过凸轮上的定位孔42以及圆盘75上的销孔752的销轴72与快拆手柄40 的凸轮同步转动。
所述自锁机构包括自锁栓61、限位螺钉63和回位弹性件62,所述自锁栓61上设有狭长的限位槽,所述自锁栓61设于沉槽44中,所述限位螺钉63设于限位螺纹孔45中,防止自锁栓61从沉槽44中脱出,所述回位弹性件62的一端顶住限位螺钉63,另一端顶住自锁栓61上限位槽的边沿,使自锁栓61具有伸出沉槽44的趋势。
第一接头10和第二接头20合上后,连杆32和调节杆31在复位弹性件50弹力的作用下带动锁紧块33移动,通过锁紧块33的第一凸部331和第二凸部332分别与第一接头10上的第一卡槽13和第二接头20上的第二卡槽卡接将第一接头10和第二接头20锁紧,实现第一接头10和第二接头20自动锁紧的效果,即使快拆手柄40松脱,在复位弹性件50的作用下,所述锁紧块33与第一接头10卡紧,合上第二接头20,由于第二凸部332的外侧为弧面,第二接头20克服复位弹性件50的弹力,推动锁紧块33外移,锁紧块33避让第二接头20后在复位弹性件50的作用下,第二凸部332与第二接头20的第二卡槽卡接连接,实现第一接头10和第二接头20锁紧。转动快拆手柄40,带动圆盘75同步转动,由于快拆手柄40绕穿过凸轮上偏心铰接孔41的铰接轴71转动,带动连杆32和调节杆31移动,实现锁紧块33与第一接头10和第二接头20的卡接连接或者脱离,使得第一接头10和第二接头20锁紧或松开,快拆手柄40转过死点,使第一接头10和第二接头20锁紧时,起到保障锁紧的作用,自锁栓61在回位弹性件62的作用下向脱离沉槽44的方向移动,自锁栓61的外沿挂着连杆32上的凸起322,限制快拆手柄40转动,达到自锁的效果,按住自锁栓61,使自锁栓61的外沿与连杆32上的凸起322脱离,转动快拆手柄40,带动锁紧块33与第一接头10上的第一卡槽13和第二接头20上的第二卡槽脱离,进而打开第一接头10和第二接头20,提高了折叠接头的可靠性和安全性。
上述实施例中,即使第一接头10不设置第一卡槽,由于连杆32和调节杆31套设于导向件14的导向孔中,当锁紧块33与第二接头20卡紧时,导向件14对连杆32、调节杆31和锁紧块33的转动限制,使第一接头10和第二接头 20仍可锁紧。
实施例二
请参考图4和图5,一种折叠接头,包括第一接头10、第二接头20、锁紧机构、快拆手柄40、复位弹性件50和自锁机构。
所述第一接头10的一侧设有第一铰接耳11,所述第一铰接耳11上设有第一铰接孔12,第一接头10的另一侧设有过孔15,所述第一接头10端面上设有导向件14,所述导向件14上设有导向孔。
所述第二接头20的一侧设有第二铰接耳21,所述第二铰接耳21上设有第二铰接孔22,所述第二接头20的另一侧内沿设有向外延伸的锁接部23,锁接部23上设有球头凹24。
所述锁紧机构为球头顶杆,所述球头顶杆包括连杆32和球头杆34,所述连杆32的一端为大头端,该大头端设有圆孔321,该大头端的外沿设有凸起322,另一端设有螺纹连接孔。所述球头杆34一端设有外螺纹,另一端设有球头,所述球头与第二接头20上的球头凹24配合,所述球头杆34一端通过外螺纹与连杆32上的螺纹连接孔螺纹连接。由于第一接头10的另一侧设有过孔15,便于球头顶杆穿设于导向件14的导向孔中。
所述快拆手柄40的一端设有凸轮,所述凸轮上设有偏心铰接孔41,所述快拆手柄40的另一端为把手,所述快拆手柄40的中部设有沉槽44和限位螺纹孔45,所述沉槽44穿过开槽43,所述限位螺纹孔45穿过沉槽44。所述第一接头10和第二接头20通过穿过第一接头10上的第一铰接孔12、第二接头20上的第二铰接孔22、快拆手柄40上的偏心铰接孔41的铰接轴71铰接连接,所述铰接轴71两端设有螺孔,所述螺孔中设有螺丝74,所述螺丝74与铰接轴71之间设有垫片73,防止铰接轴71从第一铰接孔12和第二铰接孔22中脱出。
所述自锁机构包括自锁栓61、限位螺钉63和回位弹性件62,所述自锁栓61上设有狭长的限位槽,所述自锁栓61设于沉槽44中,所述限位螺钉63设于限位螺纹孔45中,防止自锁栓61从沉槽44中脱出,所述回位弹性件62的一端顶住限位螺钉63,另一端顶住自锁栓61上限位槽的边沿,使自锁栓61具有伸出沉槽44的趋势。
第一接头10和第二接头20合上后,连杆32和球头杆34在复位弹性件50弹力的作用下移动,由于锁接部23设于第二接头20的另一侧内沿且向外延伸的,球头杆34上的球头插入第二接头20上的球头凹24,由于导向件14对连杆32和球头杆34的转动限制从而将第一接头10和第二接头20锁紧,实现第一接头10和第二接头20自动锁紧的效果,即使快拆手柄40松脱,在复位弹性件50的作用下,连杆32和球头杆34向外伸,第二接头20向第一接头10合上,由于球头杆34的球头为光滑弧面状,锁接部23推动球头带动球头杆34克服复位弹性件50的弹力,当球头杆34上的球头滑入第二接头20上的球头凹24时,实现第一接头10和第二接头20锁紧。转动快拆手柄40,由于快拆手柄40绕穿过凸轮上偏心铰接孔41的铰接轴71转动,带动连杆32和球头杆34移动,实现球头杆34与第一接头10和第二接头20的插接或者脱离,使得第一接头10和第二接头20锁紧或松开,快拆手柄40转过死点,使第一接头10和第二接头20锁紧时,起到保障锁紧的作用,自锁栓61在回位弹性件62的作用下向脱离沉槽44的方向移动,自锁栓61的外沿挂着连杆32上的凸起322,限制快拆手柄40转动,达到自锁的效果,按住自锁栓61,使自锁栓61的外沿脱离连杆32上的凸起322,转动快拆手柄40,带动球头杆34与第一接头10和第二接头20脱离,进而打开第一接头10和第二接头20,提高了折叠接头的可靠性和安全性。
实施例三
请参考图6和图7,一种折叠接头,包括第一接头10、第二接头20、锁紧机构、快拆手柄40、复位弹性件50和自锁机构。
所述第一接头10的一侧设有第一铰接耳11,所述第一铰接耳11上设有第一铰接孔12,第一接头10的另一侧内沿设有第三卡槽16,所述第一接头10端面上设有导向件14,所述导向件14上设有导向孔。
所述第二接头20的一侧设有第二铰接耳21,所述第二铰接耳21上设有第二铰接孔22,所述第二接头20的另一侧内沿设有第四卡槽,图中未示出。
所述锁紧机构30包括锁紧块33、连杆32和调节杆31,所述连杆32的一端为大头端,该大头端设有圆孔321,该大头端的外沿设有凸起322,另一端 设有螺纹连接孔,图中未示出。所述锁紧块33上设有螺纹孔333,所述螺纹孔333的两侧设有第一凸部331和第二凸部332,所述第一凸部331与第一接头10上的第三卡槽16配合,所述第二凸部332与第二接头20上的第四卡槽配合,所述第二凸部332的外侧为光滑的弧面,利于第二接头20向第一接头10转动时推动锁紧块33移动。所述调节杆31一端与连杆32上的螺纹连接孔螺纹连接,另一端与锁紧块33上的螺纹孔333螺纹连接。所述锁紧块30设于第一接头10和第二接头20之间。
所述连杆32大头端的圆孔321中设有圆盘75,所述圆盘75上设有偏心孔751和销孔752。
所述快拆手柄40的一端设有凸轮,所述凸轮上设有开槽43、偏心铰接孔41和定位孔42,所述偏心铰接孔41和定位孔42穿过开槽43,所述快拆手柄40的另一端为把手,所述快拆手柄40的中部设有沉槽44和限位螺纹孔45,所述沉槽44穿过开槽43,所述限位螺纹孔45穿过沉槽44。所述圆盘75设于凸轮的开槽43中,所述第一接头10和第二接头20通过穿过第一接头10上的第一铰接孔12、第二接头20上的第二铰接孔22、快拆手柄40上的偏心铰接孔41以及圆盘75上的偏心孔751的铰接轴71铰接连接,所述铰接轴71两端设有螺孔,所述螺孔中设有螺丝74,所述螺丝74与铰接轴71之间设有垫片73,防止铰接轴71从第一铰接孔12和第二铰接孔22中脱出,所述圆盘75通过穿过凸轮上的定位孔42以及圆盘75上的销孔752的销轴72与快拆手柄40的凸轮同步转动。
所述自锁机构包括自锁栓61、限位螺钉63和回位弹性件62,所述自锁栓61上设有狭长的限位槽,所述自锁栓61设于沉槽44中,所述限位螺钉63设于限位螺纹孔45中,防止自锁栓61从沉槽44中脱出,所述回位弹性件62的一端顶住限位螺钉63,另一端顶住自锁栓61上限位槽的边沿,使自锁栓61具有伸出沉槽44的趋势。
第一接头10和第二接头20合上后,连杆32和调节杆31在复位弹性件50弹力的作用下带动锁紧块33移动,通过锁紧块33的第一凸部331和第二凸部332分别与第一接头10上的第三卡槽16和第二接头20上的第四卡槽卡接将第 一接头10和第二接头20锁紧,实现第一接头10和第二接头20自动锁紧的效果,即使快拆手柄40松脱,在复位弹性件50的作用下,第一接头10和第二接头20也能锁紧。转动快拆手柄40,带动圆盘同步转动,由于快拆手柄40绕穿过凸轮上偏心铰接孔41的铰接轴转动,带动连杆32和调节杆31移动,实现锁紧块33与第一接头10和第二接头20的卡接连接或者脱离,使得第一接头10和第二接头20锁紧或松开,快拆手柄40转过死点,使第一接头10和第二接头20锁紧时,起到保障锁紧的作用,自锁栓61在回位弹性件62的作用下向脱离沉槽44的方向移动,自锁栓61的外沿挂着连杆32上的凸起322,限制快拆手柄40转动,达到自锁的效果,按住自锁栓61,使自锁栓61的外沿与连杆32上的凸起322脱离,转动快拆手柄40,带动锁紧块33与第一接头10上的第三卡槽16和第二接头20的第四卡槽脱离,进而打开第一接头10和第二接头20,提高了折叠接头的可靠性和安全性。
上述实施例中,即使第一接头10不设置第三卡槽,由于连杆32和调节杆31套设于导向件14的导向孔中,当锁紧块33与第二接头20卡紧时,由于导向件14对连杆32、调节杆31和锁紧块33的转动限制,使第一接头10和第二接头20仍可锁紧。
上述实施例中通过复位弹性件将第一接头和第二接头自动锁紧,提升折叠接头的安全性,利用快拆手柄的锁紧以及自锁机构锁住快拆手柄,进一步保障折叠接头,申请人需要说明的是,自锁机构的结构很多,例如中国专利文献CN206307207U公开的按扣自锁结构,只要可与其它结构配合使用,均可替换上述实施例中的自锁机构。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种折叠接头,包括第一接头、第二接头、快拆手柄和锁紧机构,所述第二接头的一侧、第一接头的一侧和快拆手柄铰接连接,其特征在于,还包括复位弹性件,所述第一折叠接头上设有导向件,所述导向件上设有导向孔,所述锁紧机构穿过导向件的导向孔,所述复位弹性件套设于锁紧机构上,其一端抵持于导向件上,另一端抵持于锁紧机构上,驱动锁紧机构将第一接头和第二接头锁紧,所述快拆手柄用于驱动锁紧机构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构为球头顶杆,所述球头顶杆一端与快拆手柄铰接连接,另一端设有球头部,所述复位弹性件套设于球头顶杆上,所述复位弹性件的另一端抵持于球头部,所述第二接头的另一侧内沿设有锁接部,所述锁接部上设有球头凹,当球头顶杆上的球头部抵接于球头凹将第一接头和第二接头锁紧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述球头顶杆包括连杆和球头杆,所述连杆的一端设有圆孔,另一端与球头杆的一端螺纹连接,所述球头部设于球头杆的另一端。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构包括锁紧块和连接杆,所述连接杆的一端与快拆手柄铰接连接,另一端与锁紧块固定连接,所述复位弹性件套设于连接杆上,所述复位弹性件驱动锁紧块与第二接头卡接连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述第二接头另一侧的外缘设有第二卡槽,所述锁紧块上设有第二凸部,所述第二卡槽与第二凸部配合,所述锁紧块设于第一接头和第二接头的外侧,所述复位弹性件的另一端抵持于连接杆与快拆手柄铰接的一端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述第一接头另一侧的外缘设有第一卡槽,所述锁紧块上还设有第一凸部,所述第一凸部与第一卡槽配合。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述第二接头另一侧的内沿设有第四卡槽,所述锁紧块上设有第二凸部,所述第四卡槽与第二凸部配合,所述锁紧块设于第一接头和第二接头之间,所述复位弹性件的另一端抵持于锁 紧块。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述第一接头另一侧的内沿设有第三卡槽,所述锁紧块上设有第一凸部,所述第一凸部与第三卡槽配合。
  9. 如权利要求4-8任一项所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述锁紧块第二凸部外侧为弧面。
  10. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述快拆手柄上设有自锁机构。
  11. 如权利要求4所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述连接杆包括连杆和调节杆,所述调节杆一端与连杆螺纹连接,另一端与锁紧块螺纹连接,所述连杆一端设有圆孔。
  12. 如权利要求3或11所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述快拆手柄一端设有凸轮,所述凸轮与圆孔配合,所述凸轮上设有偏心铰接孔,所述凸轮通过穿过偏心铰接孔的铰接轴连接于第一接头上。
  13. 如权利要求3或11所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,还包括圆盘,所述快拆手柄的一端设有凸轮,所述凸轮上设有开槽、偏心铰接孔和定位孔,所述偏心铰接孔和定位孔穿过开槽,所述圆盘上设有偏心孔和销孔,所述圆盘设于凸轮的开槽中,并置于连杆的圆孔中,所述凸轮和连杆的一端通过穿过凸轮上的偏心铰接孔和圆盘上偏心孔的铰接轴以及穿过凸轮上定位孔和圆盘上的销孔的定位销连接于第一接头上。
