Abstract
一种地铁防水设施,包括拱顶(1)、地面(2)和两组钢支架(3),两组钢支架(3)上端均固定连接有防水板(4)与防水布(5),钢支架(3)底端与拱顶(1)底端之间设有排水管(9),地面(2)两端开设有排水槽(7),排水管(9)贯穿地面(2)连通于排水槽(7),排水槽(7)与城市排水道之间连接。通过钢支架(3)对防水板(4)与防水布(5)进行支撑,提高了整体防水结构的刚性和稳定性,同时地铁隧道安全性也相应的提高。
Description
本发明属于地铁防水技术领域,具体涉及一种地铁防水设施。
地铁是铁路运输的一种形式,是指在地下运行为主的城市轨道交通系统,即“地下铁道”或“地下铁”的简称;许多此类系统为了配合修筑的环境,并考量建造及营运成本,可能会在城市中心以外地区转成地面或高架路段。地铁是涵盖了城市地区各种地下与地上的路权专有、高密度、高运量的城市轨道交通系统。
目前常见的地铁防水都是通过隧道结构自身浇筑防水混凝土,隧道外部采用防水层即涂防水涂料,此种方式虽然能够在一定程度上杜绝隧道内落水的问题,但是发生渗水问题时水还是会存留在隧道内,给隧道内地铁的运营造成严重的影响。而且防水涂料厚度很小,容易脱落,为地铁的运营带来隐患。基于此,本发明设计了一种地铁防水设施,来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种地铁防水设施,以解决上述背景技术中提出的常见的地铁运营时防水都是通过隧道结构自身浇筑防水混凝土,隧道外部采用防水层即涂防水涂料,此种方式虽然能够在一定程度上杜绝隧道内落水的问题,但是发生渗水问题时水还是会存留在隧道内,给隧道内地铁的运营造成严重的影响。而且防水涂料厚度很小,容易脱落,为地铁的运营带来隐患。
一种地铁防水设施,包括拱顶、地面和两组钢支架,两组钢支架上端均固定连接有防水板和防水布,钢支架下端通过安装座安装于拱顶下端两侧,地面两端开设有排水槽,排水槽与城市排水道之间安装滤板,所述钢支架底端与拱顶底端之间设有排水管,排水管另一端贯穿地面连通于排水槽内。
所述两组钢支架通过转轴转动连接,所述防水板之间固定连接有防水套;
所述的安装座底端设有橡胶密封条,所述安装座上开设有多组螺纹孔。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过钢支架对防水板进行刚性支撑,提高了防水结构整体构架的刚性,同时安全性也更高,并且通过转轴将两组钢支架进行转动连接,可对其进行折叠,便于携带与运输。同时,通过滤板将水与其他大体积杂质分离,避免对排水槽造成堵塞。

如图1和图2所示,一种地铁防水设施,包括拱顶1、地面2和两组钢支架3,两组钢支架3上端均固定连接有防水板4与防水布5,钢支架3下端通过安装座6安装于拱顶1下端两侧,地面2两端开设有排水槽7,排水槽7与城市排水道之间安装滤板8,钢支架3底端与拱顶底端之间设有排水管9,排水管9另一端贯穿地面2连通于城市排水道。
所述的两组钢支架3通过转轴转动连接,防水布5铺设在防水板4下面,防水板4固定连接处有防水套11,通过转轴10能将两组钢支架3折叠起来,便于携带与运输,节省空间,防水套11能防止水从钢支架连接端溢出,同时防水布5进行二次保险,增强防水性能。
所述的安装座6底端设有橡胶密封条,安装座6上开设有多组螺纹孔,防止水从安装座6底端溢出,通过可通过固定螺杆等部件将安装座6固定于地面上,便于安装与拆卸。
本发明的具体应用为:在使用时,将两组钢支架3安装,通过安装座6将钢支架3的底端通过固定螺杆分别安装与地面两端,对钢支架3进行固定,此时拱顶渗出的水将滴落至防水板4以及防水套11上,由于弧形结构的设置,水会滴落至拱顶1与安装座6之间,进而会从排水管9中滑落至排水槽7内,水在滑落过程中会带动一些大体积杂质一同进入排水槽7内,此时水则会通过过滤板8在排水槽7中排出,而大体积杂质则会停留在滤板8上,防止堵塞下水道。

- 一种地铁防水设施,其特征在于:包括拱顶(1)、地面(2)和两组钢支架(3),两组钢支架(3)上端均固定连接有防水板(4)与防水布(5),钢支架(3)下端通过安装座(6)安装于拱顶(1)下端两侧,地面(2)两端开设有排水槽(7),排水槽(7)与城市排水道之间安装滤板(8),钢支架(3)底端与拱顶底端之间设有排水管(9),排水管(9)另一端贯穿地面(2)连通于城市排水道。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种地铁防水设施,其特征在于:所述两组钢支架(3)通过转轴转动连接,防水布(5)铺设在防水板(4)下面,防水板(4)固定连接处有防水套(11),能通过转轴(10)能将两组钢支架(3)折叠起来。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种地铁防水设施,其特征在于:所述安装座(6)底端设有橡胶密封条,安装座(6)上开设有多组螺纹孔。
