Abstract
Description
実施形態1に係るパネル製造装置10は、コルゲート形状となるコア部材5の両面に、プレート形状となるフェイスプレート6,7を接合して、シート状のサンドイッチパネル(以下、単にパネル1という)を製造するものである。パネル製造装置10の説明に先立ち、パネル1について説明する。
図1は、実施形態1に係るパネルを表す斜視図である。図1に示すように、パネル1は、幅方向及び長さ方向に延びる平板となるシート状のパネルである。なお、パネル1の長さ方向は、後述するパネル製造装置10における搬送方向となっている。パネル1は、コア部材5と、第1のフェイスプレート6と、第2のフェイスプレート7と、を備える。コア部材5、第1のフェイスプレート6及び第2のフェイスプレート7は、熱可塑性樹脂を含んで構成されている。なお、コア部材5、第1のフェイスプレート6及び第2のフェイスプレート7は、熱可塑性樹脂の他、強化繊維を含む複合材であってもよい。また、コア部材5、第1のフェイスプレート6及び第2のフェイスプレート7に用いられる熱可塑性樹脂は、異なる種類の熱可塑性樹脂であってもよい。
次に、図2から図4を参照して、パネル製造装置10について説明する。図2は、実施形態1に係るパネル製造装置を表す概略構成図である。図3は、シングルフェーサを表す概略構成図である。図4は、ダブルフェーサを表す概略構成図である。図2に示すように、パネル製造装置10は、シングルフェーサ11と、ダブルフェーサ12と、制御装置15とを備えている。
シングルフェーサ11は、コア部材5と第1のフェイスプレート6とを接合して、パネル1aを形成する装置である。シングルフェーサ11は、ベルトロール41と、張力ロール42と、加圧ベルト43と、上段ロール44と、下段ロール45を備える。
ダブルフェーサ12は、パネル1aと第2のフェイスプレート7とを接合して、サンドイッチパネルとなるパネル1を形成する装置である。ダブルフェーサ12は、搬送部51と、供給部52と、加熱部62と、加圧部61とを備えている。
次に、上記のパネル製造装置10を用いてパネル1を製造するパネル製造方法について説明する。図3に示すように、パネル製造装置10は、シングルフェーサ11において、コルゲート形状のコア部材5を賦形し、賦形したコア部材5と第1のフェイスプレート6を接合してパネル1aを形成する。そして、パネル製造装置10は、形成したパネル1aをシングルフェーサ11からダブルフェーサ12へ向けて搬送する。
次に、図5及び図6を参照して、実施形態2に係るパネル製造装置70について説明する。なお、実施形態2では、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図5は、実施形態2に係るパネル製造装置のシングルフェーサを表す概略構成図である。図6は、実施形態2に係るパネル製造装置のダブルフェーサを表す概略構成図である。
図5及び図6に示すように、実施形態2のパネル製造装置70は、実施形態1のパネル製造装置10におけるシングルフェーサ11に、発泡材供給部73をさらに備えたものとなっている。
次に、図8から図10を参照して、実施形態3に係るパネル製造装置80について説明する。なお、実施形態3では、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1及び2と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1及び2と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図8は、実施形態3に係るパネル製造装置を表す概略構成図である。図9及び図10は、溶着部の一例を表す説明図である。
図8に示すように、実施形態3のパネル製造装置80は、実施形態1のパネル製造装置10における加熱部62に代えて、加熱部82を設けている。また、実施形態3のパネル製造装置80は、実施形態1のパネル製造装置10における加圧部61に代えて、加圧部83を設けている。さらに、実施形態3のパネル製造装置80は、第1の温度センサ84と、第2の温度センサ85とを設けている。
次に、図11を参照して、実施形態4に係るパネル製造装置90について説明する。なお、実施形態4では、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1から3と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1から3と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図11は、実施形態4に係るパネル製造装置を表す概略構成図である。

Claims (8)
- 熱可塑性樹脂を含んでコルゲート形状に形成されるコア部材と、熱可塑性樹脂を含んでプレート形状に形成されると共に前記コア部材の一方側の面に接合される第1のフェイスプレートと、を有するパネルを、搬送方向に搬送する搬送部と、
前記コア部材の他方側の面へ向けて、熱可塑性樹脂を含んでプレート形状に形成される第2のフェイスプレートを供給する供給部と、
前記コア部材と前記第2のフェイスプレートとが対向するそれぞれの面の少なくとも一方の面を加熱する加熱部と、
前記パネルの前記コア部材と前記第2のフェイスプレートとを加圧して溶着させる加圧部と、を備えるパネル製造装置。 - 前記加熱部は、溶着される前記コア部材と前記第2のフェイスプレートとの間へ向かって先細りとなる楔形状、または、溶着される前記コア部材と前記第2のフェイスプレートとの間へ向かって延在する平板形状となっている請求項1に記載のパネル製造装置。
- 前記加熱部により加熱された被加熱部の温度を計測する第1の温度センサと、
前記第1の温度センサの計測結果に基づいて、前記加熱部による加熱を制御する制御部と、をさらに備える請求項1または2に記載のパネル製造装置。 - 溶着した前記パネルと前記第2のフェイスプレートとを冷却する冷却部を、さらに備える請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のパネル製造装置。
- 前記冷却部により冷却された被冷却部の温度を計測する第2の温度センサと、
前記第2の温度センサの計測結果に基づいて、前記冷却部による冷却を制御する制御部と、をさらに備える請求項4に記載のパネル製造装置。 - 前記パネルは、前記コア部材と前記第1のフェイスプレートとにより区画される空間に設けられる発泡材を、さらに有する請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のパネル製造装置。
- 前記コア部材と前記第1のフェイスプレートとの接合前において、前記コア部材と前記第1のフェイスプレートとにより区画される空間に、前記発泡材を供給する発泡材供給部を、さらに備える請求項6に記載のパネル製造装置。
- 熱可塑性樹脂を含んでコルゲート形状に形成されるコア部材と、熱可塑性樹脂を含んでプレート形状に形成されると共に前記コア部材の一方側の面に接合される第1のフェイスプレートと、を有するパネルを、搬送方向に搬送するステップと、
前記コア部材の他方側の面へ向けて、熱可塑性樹脂を含んでプレート形状に形成される第2のフェイスプレートを供給するステップと、
前記コア部材と前記第2のフェイスプレートとが対向するそれぞれの面の少なくとも一方の面を加熱するステップと、
前記パネルの前記コア部材と前記第2のフェイスプレートとを加圧して溶着させるステップと、を備えるパネル製造方法。
