现有折叠跳板虽能实现折叠功能,除了相连的各个节板外的其他部件只能拆卸另放,费时费力还易丢,当需要使用时还需要通过螺栓固定至节板上,拆装费时费力。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种可折叠跳板,采用转动连接的斜板,并且翻转后直接隐藏在跳板内,操作省时省力,防止丢失。

请参阅附图7,所述第三节板3的一端与第二节板2的另一端转动连接,第三节板3的长度小于第二节板2,以使得第三节板3向第二节板2背面方向翻转折叠后,在容置空间背离斜板4的一端留有挡件容置部。
请参阅附图3或7,挂臂6的一端与第二节板2的侧面转动连接,挂臂6另一端为活动端且设有挂孔601,第一节板1和/或第二节板2侧面设有与挂臂6的挂孔601适配的挂钉101、201;具体地,挂臂6为弹性塑料件,折叠时挂臂6的活动端绕第二节板2转动至第一节板1 的挂钉101处时,稍向外拨动挂臂6使挂孔601和第一节板1上的挂钉101位置对应,然后将挂孔601挂入第一节板1上的挂钉101处,方便整体移动,此时第三节板3位于第一节板1和第二节板2之间,不会随意展开;展开状态下,用同样的方式将挂孔601挂入第二节板2上的挂钉201处,以使得挂臂6的活动端得到定位,从而不会随意摆动,安全可靠。
当本发明用于车辆抬高时,需要使用四个跳板,每个跳板只展开斜板4,安装挡件5至第一节板1一端的快拆固定部,并将斜板4至于车轮前,车轮沿斜板4和第一节板1滚动至挤压挡件5时停止,方便维护车辆底部;当用于两平台之间车辆过渡时,需要使用两个跳板,每个跳板完全展开,搭载于两平台之间,此时取下挡件5,连接挂臂6上的挂孔601与第二节板2上的挂钉201,车轮沿斜板4、第一节板1、第二节板2和第三节板3从一个平台行进至另一个平台;当不使用时,折叠斜板4、第一节板1和第三节板3,安装挡件5至第二节板2背面的挡件容置部,连接挂臂6上的挂孔601与第一节板1上的挂钉101,方便整体移动。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种可折叠跳板,其特征在于,包括第一节板(1)、第二节板(2)、斜板(4);
    所述第一节板(1)的一端通过转接件转动连接第二节板(2)的一端;所述转接件具有设定高度,以使得第一节板(1)向第二节板(2)翻转折叠后在两者之间具有容置空间;
    所述斜板(4)的一端转动连接在第一节板(1)的另一端;所述斜板(4)能够向第一节板(1)背面方向翻转,且所述容置空间能够容纳翻转折叠后的斜板(4);
    所述斜板(4)的一端连有用于限制转角的搭边(401)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠跳板,其特征在于,还包括挡件(5);所述挡件(5)底部设有快拆连接件,所述第一节板(1)背离斜板(4)的一端正面设有与快拆连接件适配的快拆固定部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可折叠跳板,其特征在于,挡件(5)底部的快拆连接件为卡钉(501);第一节板(1)一端正面的快拆固定部为第一卡孔(9)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的可折叠跳板,其特征在于,所述第一卡孔(9)包括相通的导入孔部和定位孔部;第一卡孔(9)的定位孔部的横向尺寸小于其导入孔部,且第一卡孔(9)的定位孔部相对于其导入孔部位于第一卡孔(9)背离斜板(4)的一侧。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的可折叠跳板,其特征在于,所述容置空间位于背离斜板(4)的一端设有用于存放挡件(5)的挡件容置部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的可折叠跳板,其特征在于,在挡件容置部,第二节板(2)的一端背面设有与挡件(5)的快拆连接件适配的快拆固定部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的可折叠跳板,其特征在于,第二节板(2)一端背面的快拆固定部为第二卡孔(10);所述第二卡孔(10)包括相通的导入孔部和定位孔部;第二卡孔(10)的定位孔部的横向尺寸小于其导入孔部,且第二卡孔(10)的导入孔部相对于其定位孔部位于第二卡孔(10)背离斜板(4)的一侧。
  8. 如权利要求3-7中任一项所述的可折叠跳板,其特征在于,所述挡件(5)底部设有向其背面凸出的弹性件(502)。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠跳板,其特征在于,还包括第三节板(3);所述第三节板(3)的一端与第二节板(2)的另一端转动连接,第三节板(3)的长度小于第二节板(2),以使得第三节板(3)向第二节板(2)背面方向翻转折叠后,在容置空间背离斜板(4)的一端留有挡件容置部。
