Abstract

一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘,由刻度盘(2)、旋转支撑盘(3)、旋转控制盘(302)和指针(301)组成,其能够满足不同位置的GIL管母更换,通过使用带刻度的旋转控制盘可以精准定位,使得操作人员很容易找到回装位置,极大地简化了工作控制流程,降低了GIL管母更换过程的工作难度,提高了GIL管母更换的工作效率。

Description

一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘 技术领域
本发明涉及旋转控制盘技术领域,具体为一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘。
背景技术
GIL管母是超高压输电行业中的一个新组成部件,由于其在输电过程中具有优越的绝缘性能,在超高压输电行业中运用越来越广泛,现在新建的换流站全部要使用到GIL管母,GIL管母在使用过程中也和其它机械设备一样,面临维护和更换的问题,但是现有的GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘存在很多问题或缺陷:
现有GIL管母更换方式为吊车吊装方式,吊车在作业过程中,由于吊臂举升高度超出GIL管母较高,超过GIL管母高度6米以上,GIL管母周围有很多电压220kV以上的带电裸线,因此对吊车作业的技术要求非常高,存在非常高的安全隐患,或者在GIL管母更换作业过程中需要对站内进行大面积停电,因此,考虑研发一种专用设备对GIL管母进行更换作业,在作业过程中设备的举升高度不超过管母高度2米范围内,避开了危险的高压电裸线,大大提高GIL管母更换作业的安全性,并极大提高作业效率,对站内作业时的停电范围小得多。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘,通过设置刻度盘、旋转支撑盘、旋转控制盘和指针,以解决上述背景技术中提出的吊车作业存在安全隐患和需要大面积停电的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘,包括机械臂支撑架,所述机械臂支撑架的顶端面固定安装有刻度盘,所述刻度盘的顶端面转动安装有旋转支撑盘,所述旋转支撑盘的 顶部固定安装有旋转控制盘,所述旋转控制盘的底板上固定安装有指针。
优选的,所述机械臂支撑架的底部设置有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔的数量为若干个。
优选的,所述旋转轴的一端固定安装在旋转控制盘的底板上,所述旋转轴的外壁固定安装有旋转支撑盘。
优选的,所述刻度盘的顶端面固定安装有轴承,所述轴承的内圈转动安装有旋转轴。
优选的,所述旋转支撑盘转动安装在刻度盘的中心位置处,所述刻度盘上设置有刻度线。
优选的,所述指针位于设置的刻度线正上方,所述指针为不锈钢指针。
优选的,所述机械臂支撑架一侧板上开设有安装槽,所述旋转控制盘的顶端面设置有安装孔。
优选的,所述安装孔的数量为若干个,若干个所述安装孔的尺寸均相同。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过使用刻度盘可以精准定位,很容易找到回装位置,极大地简化了工作控制流程,降低了GIL管母更换过程的工作难度,提高了GIL管母更换的工作效率。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘,包括机械臂支撑架1,所述机械臂支撑架1由高强度的钢材制成,所述机械臂支撑架1的顶端面固定安装有刻度盘2,所述刻度盘2位于机械臂支撑架1的顶部中心位置,所述刻度盘2的顶端面转动安装有旋转支撑盘3,所述旋转支撑盘3的顶部固定安装有旋转控制盘302,所述刻度盘2和旋转控制盘302的材质相同,且所述刻度盘2的尺寸大于旋转控制盘302,所述旋转控制盘302的底板上固定安装有指针301。
具体的,所述机械臂支撑架1的底部设置有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔的数量为若干个,若干个所述螺纹孔的尺寸均相同,通过设置若干个螺纹孔,使得本装置固定在吊车上时达到固定效果好的目的,防止在吊装GIL管母时发生松动,从而影响工作进度。
具体的,所述旋转轴303的一端固定安装在旋转控制盘302的底板上,所述旋转轴303的外壁固定安装有旋转支撑盘3。
具体的,所述刻度盘2的顶端面固定安装有轴承,所述轴承的位置处于刻度盘2顶板的中心位置处,所述轴承的内圈转动安装有旋转轴303,所述旋转轴303为猛钢旋转轴,具有强度高,耐腐蚀的优点。
具体的,所述旋转支撑盘3转动安装在刻度盘2的中心位置处,所述刻度盘2上设置有刻度线4,所述刻度线4由若干个刻度值组成,若干个所述刻度值在刻度盘2上环形均匀分布。
具体的,所述指针301位于设置的刻度线4正上方,所述指针301为不锈钢指针,所述指针301有不锈钢板制成,使得在户外长时间工作时,具有 较长的使用寿命。
具体的,所述机械臂支撑架1一侧板上开设有安装槽,所述旋转控制盘302的顶端面设置有安装孔。
具体的,所述安装孔的数量为若干个,若干个所述安装孔的尺寸均相同,通过设置若干个安装孔,使得旋转控制盘302在与专用工装连接时更加牢固。
工作原理:在使用本装置时,首先将GIL管母固定好,然后根据GIL管母的安装位置,调整GIL管母快速更换装置与管母接触部分工装的旋转角度,转动旋转控制盘302改变GIL管母的安装角度,由于刻度盘2上设置有刻度线4,能够使与GIL管母连接的专用工装能够绕旋转轴303旋转180度,满足不同角度安装的GIL管母能够顺利安装,并且可以根据刻度确定作业位置以方便回装时精确定位,然后通过吊机将GIL管母吊起至需要安装的位置进行安装固定。

  1. 一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘,其特征在于:包括机械臂支撑架(1),所述机械臂支撑架(1)的顶端面固定安装有刻度盘(2),所述刻度盘(2)的顶端面转动安装有旋转支撑盘(3),所述旋转支撑盘(3)的顶部固定安装有旋转控制盘(302),所述旋转控制盘(302)的底板上固定安装有指针(301)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘,其特征在于:所述机械臂支撑架(1)的底部设置有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔的数量为若干个。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘,其特征在于:所述旋转轴(303)的一端固定安装在旋转控制盘(302)的底板上,所述旋转轴(303)的外壁固定安装有旋转支撑盘(3)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘,其特征在于:所述刻度盘(2)的顶端面固定安装有轴承,所述轴承的内圈转动安装有旋转轴(303)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘,其特征在于:所述旋转支撑盘(3)转动安装在刻度盘(2)的中心位置处,所述刻度盘(2)上设置有刻度线(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘,其特征在于:所述指针(301)位于设置的刻度线(4)正上方,所述指针(301)为不锈钢指针。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘,其特征在于:所述机械臂支撑架(1)一侧板上开设有安装槽,所述旋转控制盘(302)的顶端面设置有安装孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种GIL管母更换装置带刻度旋转控制盘,其特征在于:所述安装孔的数量为若干个,若干个所述安装孔的尺寸均相同。
