所述升降机构包括升降液压缸9,所述升降液压缸9的活塞杆与所述受压平台4的底部连接。通过升降液压缸9带动受压平台4进行升降,压包完成后,受压平台4下降,胶块在挤压板5的作用下从围板3的出料口处掉落,取走胶块后,受压平台4重新上升与围板3抵接,封住出料口重新形成压包腔。
所述挤压板5的顶部设有储存润滑油的储油盒10和油管11,所述油管11与是储油盒10连通,所述油管11呈环形分布在所述挤压板5的外沿,所述油管11朝外一侧开设有若干出油腔12,所述出油腔12与所述油管11内部连通,所述出油腔12内部设有对所述围板3内壁涂油的出油组件。
所述出油组件包括滚珠13和弹簧14,所述弹簧14的一端与所述出油腔12的内壁连接,另一端与所述滚珠13的尾部连接,所述出油腔12前端设有出油口,所述滚珠13与所述出油口卡接,所述滚珠13的前端与所述围板3的内壁抵接。挤压板5向下挤压橡胶料时,围板3内壁与滚珠13抵接并将滚珠13向内按压,此时出油口被打开,润滑油对围板3内壁进行涂油工作,降低橡胶对围板3内壁的粘附性,挤压板5上升离开围板3后,滚珠13在弹簧14的作用下向外弹出,关闭出油口。
所述受压平台4的顶部设有能够对所述围板3底部进行嵌套的围栏15,润滑油涂在围板3内壁后,多余的润滑油会顺着围板3内壁向下流动滴落,通过围栏15确保受压平台4的表面位于围板3内壁的下方,油滴能够滴落在受压平台4表面,同时围栏15能够对受压平台4的外沿进行围挡,大大提高了润滑油的利用效果,有效避免了润滑油的浪费。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种天然橡胶制造压包装置,其特征在于,包括机架(1)和安装在所述机架(1)上的主液压缸(2)、围板(3)和受压平台(4),所述主液压缸(2)设于所述机架(1)的顶部,所述围板(3)位于所述主液压缸(2)的下方,所述围板(3)顶部开设有进料口,所述围板(3)底部开设有出料口,所述受压平台(4)位于所述围板(3)的底部,所述主液压缸(2)的活塞杆连接有挤压板(5),所述围板(3)的两侧开设槽孔,所述槽孔内滑动穿设有活动板(6),所述围板(3)外侧安装有伸缩机构,所述活动板(6)与所述伸缩机构连接,所述受压平台(4)的底部安装有升降机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种天然橡胶制造压包装置,其特征在于,所述伸缩机构包括副液压缸(7),所述副液压缸(7)安装在所述机架(1)上,所述副液压缸(7)的活塞杆与所述活动板(6)的尾端连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种天然橡胶制造压包装置,其特征在于,所述围板(3)外壁设有导向滑轨(8),所述导向滑轨(8)的前端与所述槽孔连通,所述活动板(6)与所述导向滑轨(8)的内壁滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种天然橡胶制造压包装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括升降液压缸(9),所述升降液压缸(9)的活塞杆与所述受压平台(4)的底部连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种天然橡胶制造压包装置,其特征在于,所述挤压板(5)的顶部设有储油盒(10)和油管(11),所述油管(11)与是储油盒(10)连通,所述油管(11)呈环形分布在所述挤压板(5)的外沿,所述油管(11)朝外一侧开设有若干出油腔(12),所述出油腔(12)与所述油管(11)内部连通,所述出油腔(12)内部设有对所述围板(3)内壁涂油的出油组件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种天然橡胶制造压包装置,其特征在于,所述出 油组件包括滚珠(13)和弹簧(14),所述弹簧(14)的一端与所述出油腔(12)的内壁连接,另一端与所述滚珠(13)的尾部连接,所述出油腔(12)前端设有出油口,所述滚珠(13)与所述出油口卡接,所述滚珠(13)的前端与所述围板(3)的内壁抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种天然橡胶制造压包装置,其特征在于,所述受压平台(4)的顶部设有能够对所述围板(3)底部进行嵌套的围栏(15)。
