本实用新型涉及纺织助剂生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于纺织助剂生产的干燥设备。
背景技术
在纺织生产活动中,一般都需要对纺织原料进行染色等工序处理,在这一工序中需要用到助剂—染料,固态染料由于其便于保存的特点得到了广泛的实用,固态染料在通过配方合成既定颜色的染料后,需要进行脱水处理获得最终成品,纺织助剂通常使用干燥设备对其进行干燥。
传统的干燥设备无法对纺织助剂颗粒进行翻料,不便于纺织助剂颗粒充分受热,烘干效率低下,同时无法对纺织助剂进行快速存放,纺织助剂取放不便。
实用新型内容

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种用于纺织助剂生产的干燥设备,能够对纺织助剂进行振荡,提高纺织助剂烘干效率,同时便于纺织助剂的存放,取放便捷。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种用于纺织助剂生产的干燥设备,包括烘干箱,烘干箱内底部设置振荡组件;
振荡组件包括承载框以及设置在承载框底部的调节框,承载框设置在烘干箱内上部,调节框内中部转动设置驱动轴,驱动轴一端与驱动电机的输出轴相连接,驱动电机设置在烘干箱一侧表面,驱动轴上套接调节凸轮,调节凸轮外 表面与调节框内壁贴合,调节框两侧表面对称设置第一导向杆以及第二导向杆的,第一导向杆一端滑动连接在第一导套内,第二导向杆滑动连接在第二导套内,第一导套与第二导套对称设置在烘干箱内两侧表面,承载框内设置原料存放组件。
优选的,驱动电机通过连接线与控制面板电性连接,控制面板设置在烘干箱一侧表面。
优选的,驱动轴一端通过联轴器与驱动电机的输出轴相连接,驱动轴另一端通过滚珠轴承与调节框内一侧表面转动连接。
优选的,第一导向杆与第二导向杆规格相同,第二导套与第二导套规格相同。
