Description

一种纺织生产用的裁剪固定装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及纺织加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种纺织生产用的裁剪固定装置。
背景技术
服装业是我国制造业中具有较高竞争力和较好发展势头的行业,并成为新时期经纪增长点中不可忽视的一部分,而伴随着行业的日益发展,对裁剪工艺的要求也越来越高,在追求高质量裁剪的同时也要求裁剪的效率,纺织面料在裁剪过程中,需要使用裁剪固定装置对纺织面料进行固定,以保障纺织面料裁剪的稳定性。
传统的裁剪固定装置无法对纺织面料进行多级固定,固定稳定性不佳,同时无法适用于不同规格纺织面料的固定,且固定的方向不易调节,使用局限性大。
实用新型内容
(一)实用新型目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种纺织生产用的裁剪固定装置,能够对纺织面料进行多级压持,同时能够对压持方向进行调节,且能够对不同规格纺织面料进行压持,使用范围广。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种纺织生产用的裁剪固定装置,包括裁剪台、设置在裁剪台上侧面上的立架以及设置在裁剪台底部的底架,立架一侧设置固定组件,立架通过方向调节组件与裁剪台相连接;
固定组件包括横架以及电动推杆,横架设置在立架一侧表面,电动推杆设置在横架上侧面上,电动推杆的活塞杆底部设置承载架,承载架一侧表面对称设置第一压套以及第二压套,第一压套内顶部设置第一弹簧,第一弹簧一端与第一压杆固定连接,第一压杆滑动连接在第一压套内,第一压杆底部设置第一压垫,第二压套内顶部设置第二弹簧,第二弹簧一端与第二压杆固定连接,第二压杆滑动连接在第二压套内,第二压杆底部设置第二压垫。
优选的,电动推杆通过连接线与外接电源相连接,电动推杆的型号为DT100。
优选的,第一压套外壁一侧设置第一丝母,第二压套外壁一侧设置第二丝母,第一丝母以及第二丝母对称设置在双向滚珠丝杆两侧,双向滚珠丝杆转动设置在凹槽内,凹槽开设在承载架一侧表面。
优选的,双向滚珠丝杆一端与调节旋钮固定连接,调节旋钮设置在承载架一侧表面。
优选的,方向调节组件包括承载轴,承载轴设置在立架底部,且承载轴一端与调节盒内底部转动连接,承载轴上套接第一调节齿轮,第一调节齿轮与第二调节齿轮啮合,第二调节齿轮套接在驱动轴上,驱动轴转动设置在调节盒内一侧。
优选的,驱动轴一端通过减速器与驱动电机相连接,驱动电机设置在调节盒下侧面上,调节盒设置在裁剪台下侧面上。
优选的,承载轴一端转动设置在轴套内,轴套设置在裁剪台内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
1、本实用新型能够对纺织面料进行多级压持固定,纺织面料固定稳定性佳,同时能够满足不同规格纺织面料的使用,使用范围广。
2、本实用新型能够对立架的角度进行调节,能够满足不同角度纺织面料的 裁剪,使用灵活度高。

固定组件1包括横架102以及电动推杆101,横架102设置在立架2一侧表面,电动推杆101设置在横架102上侧面上,电动推杆101的活塞杆底部设置承载架111,承载架111一侧表面对称设置第一压套103以及第二压套110,第一压套103内顶部设置第一弹簧104,第一弹簧104一端与第一压杆105固定连接,第一压杆105滑动连接在第一压套103内,第一压杆105底部设置第一压垫106,第二压套110内顶部设置第二弹簧109,第二弹簧109一端与第二压杆108固定连接,第二压杆108滑动连接在第二压套110内,第二压杆108底部设置第二压垫107,电动推杆101通过连接线与外接电源相连接,电动推杆101的型号为DT100。
本实用新型中,首先将纺织面料铺设在裁剪台3上,然后运行电动推杆101,电动推杆101带动承载架111向下移动,承载架111带动第一压套103以及第二压套110向下移动,当第一压垫106以及第二压垫107与纺织面料贴合后,第一压垫106以及第二压垫107将纺织面料进行定位,随着承载架111继续向下移动,第一压杆105以及第二压杆108压缩第一弹簧104以及第二弹簧109,在第一弹簧104以及第二弹簧109弹力作用下,第一压垫106以及第二压垫107始终与纺织面料贴合,当第一压套103以及第二压套110与纺织面料贴合后,第一压套103以及第二压套110对纺织面料进行二次压持,提高压持稳定性。
在一个可选的实施例中,第一压套103外壁一侧设置第一丝母112,第二压套110外壁一侧设置第二丝母115,第一丝母112以及第二丝母115对称设置在双向滚珠丝杆113两侧,双向滚珠丝杆113转动设置在凹槽114内,凹槽114开设在承载架111一侧表面,双向滚珠丝杆113一端与调节旋钮116固定连接,调节旋钮116设置在承载架111一侧表面。
需要说明的是,转动调节旋钮116,调节旋钮116带动双向滚珠丝杆113转 动,第一丝母112带动第一压套103移动,第二丝母115带动第二压套110移动,进而对第一压套103以及第二压套110的间距进行调节,满足不同规格纺织面料的使用。
在一个可选的实施例中,方向调节组件包括承载轴22,承载轴22设置在立架2底部,且承载轴22一端与调节盒26内底部转动连接,承载轴22上套接第一调节齿轮27,第一调节齿轮27与第二调节齿轮23啮合,第二调节齿轮23套接在驱动轴24上,驱动轴24转动设置在调节盒26内一侧,驱动轴24一端通过减速器与驱动电机25相连接,驱动电机25设置在调节盒26下侧面上,调节盒26设置在裁剪台3下侧面上。
需要说明的是,通过驱动电机25带动驱动轴24转动,驱动轴24带动第二调节齿轮23转动,第二调节齿轮23带动第一调节齿轮27转动,第一调节齿轮27带动承载轴22转动,承载轴22转动带动立架2转动,立架2带动固定组件1转动,进而对固定组件1的固定方向进行调节。
在一个可选的实施例中,承载轴22一端转动设置在轴套21内,轴套21设置在裁剪台3内。
需要说明的是,能够提高承载轴22转动时的稳定性。
