如图1所示,本发明的洗衣设备的柔顺剂投放控制方法包括:在洗衣设备进行最后一次漂洗且完成蓄水漂洗的情形下,洗衣设备解锁上盖并发出添加柔顺剂的提示;如果获取到上盖关闭信号,则洗衣设备进行柔顺剂漂洗操作;如果未获取到上盖关闭信号但获取到启动指令,则洗衣设备进行蓄水漂洗操作;如果未获取到上盖关闭信号且在第一设定时间内也未获取到启动指令,则洗衣设备进行蓄水漂洗操作。
需要说明的是,洗衣设备的洗衣程序包括洗涤过程、漂洗过程、脱水过程和排水过程,其中,漂洗过程可以为一次漂洗,也可以为多次漂洗,洗涤、每次漂洗和脱水后都需要进行排水,在漂洗过程中,可以采用蓄水漂洗,即洗衣设备进行蓄水漂洗操作时的洗涤水位高于执行洗涤程序时的洗涤水位,也就是说蓄水漂洗时的水位高于洗涤过程时的水位,从而保证衣物上的洗涤剂被充分漂洗干净,在实际应用中,蓄水漂洗的水位可以在洗涤过程水位的基础上加1挡,当然,这并不是限制性的,具体可以根据洗衣设备的原始默认设定或者用户的设定进行灵活地调整。
在本发明中,洗衣设备的上盖锁还可以采用电磁锁,即通过电磁作用来实现上盖的锁定,当然,在其他例子中,还可以采用其他电子锁的类型。发出添加柔顺剂的提示优选地采用蜂鸣提示,以便用户根据声音可以知晓该进行添加柔顺剂的操作,具体可以采用以间隔方式进行声音提示,例如通过“0.1on-0.05off-0.1on-0.05off”以间隔方式发出声音提示,即提示音以开0.1s关0.05s的方式交替进行,并且每次提示音响3次,然后每隔5min再响3次,如此重复,并且在蜂鸣器响起后,洗衣设备进入待机暂停状态,等待用户的进一步指令,优选地,在洗衣设备进入待机暂停状态时,可以在洗衣设备的控制面板的数码管上显示上盖打开提示信息,例如数码管分段显示“OPEN”,如果数码管为只有两位的数码管时,分段显示“OP”。
如果用户需要添加柔顺剂,其可以开启上盖(此时上盖已经解锁)投入柔顺剂,然后关闭上盖,当检测到上盖关闭后,说明用户投放柔顺剂完毕,此时洗衣设备进行柔顺剂漂洗操作,需要说明的是,检测上盖关闭的方式可以采用压力传感器检测的方式,也可以采用距离传感器检测的方式,这种上盖开闭具体检测方式的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制。在一种优选的情形中,洗衣设备进行柔顺剂漂洗操作时的洗涤水位低于执行洗涤程序时的洗涤水位,即最后一次漂洗过程中进行柔顺剂漂洗时的水位低于洗涤过程时的水位,以便提高柔顺剂在水中的浓度,实现高浓度漂洗,从而保证衣物上能够充分地留有余香,在实际应用中,柔顺剂漂洗的水位可以在洗涤过程水位的基础上减1挡,当然,这并不是限制性的,具体可以根据洗衣设备的原始默认设定或者用户的设定进行灵活地调整。
优选地,“进行柔顺剂漂洗操作”的步骤具体包括:对衣物浸泡第二设定时间,采用浸泡方式可以使柔顺剂的香味有充足的时间预留到衣物上,第二设定时间可以通过实验的方式得到,例如可以将第二设定时间设定为5min,这种对第二设定时间的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制。
优选地,在洗衣设备进行完柔顺剂漂洗操作之后,本发明的柔顺剂投放控制方法还包括:使洗衣设备进行防缠绕操作,具体可以通过使内桶转动形成防缠绕水流来进行防缠绕操作,并且,进行防缠绕操 作时形成的防缠绕水流的转停时间根据当前的水位确定,例如在高水位和低水位时采用中转停比,在中水位采用高转停比,在极低水位采用低转停比,且高水位相比于低水位时,高水位的转动时间高于低水位的转动时间且高水位的停止时间也高于低水位的停止时间,并且随着水位的降低,转动时间也降低,例如采用下表的方式进行防缠绕水流的设定。

低水位 转0.6s,停0.3s
极低水位 转0.5s,停0.3s
此外,还需要说明的是,在实际应用中,洗衣设备的漂洗次数可以为一次,也可以为多次,当洗衣设备的漂洗次数为一次时,则首次漂洗即为最后一次漂洗,此时可以先进行蓄水漂洗操作,然后排水,之后提示用户投入柔顺剂,在用户投入柔顺剂后,注水到柔顺剂漂洗的水位进行柔顺剂漂洗,在柔顺剂漂洗后,进行防缠绕操作,当洗衣设备的漂洗次数为多次时,则除了最后一次漂洗,之前所有次的漂洗都只采用蓄水漂洗,每次蓄水漂洗后都进行排水,在最后一次漂洗时,才进一步执行蓄水漂洗+柔顺剂漂洗+防缠绕的组合方式,且漂洗次数越多,最后一次漂洗中的蓄水漂洗时间越短,并且后次漂洗中的蓄水漂洗时间短于与之相邻的前次漂洗中的蓄水漂洗时间,例如采用下表的方式进行整个漂洗过程的设定(需要说明的是,表中仅示出最多3次的漂洗设定,实际漂洗次数可以更多,这不构成对本发明的限制)。

如果未获取到上盖关闭信号但获取到启动指令,则洗衣设备进行蓄水漂洗操作,即,如果用户不想添加柔顺剂,可以直接选择控制面板上的“启动”功能键,则洗衣设备自动继续执行最后一次漂洗操作, 且采用的是蓄水漂洗,例如在洗涤婴幼儿或者病人的衣物时,可以不放柔顺剂,这种时候用户即可直接操作“启动”功能键,即不进行柔顺剂漂洗操作。在这种情况下,在洗衣设备继续执行最后一次漂洗操作时,使上盖重新锁定,避免在洗衣设备洗衣时上盖由于振动自动弹开。
如果未获取到上盖关闭信号且在第一设定时间内也未获取到启动指令,则洗衣设备进行蓄水漂洗操作,即,用户使用洗衣设备的过程中有可能临时有事出去不在家,或者忘记正在洗衣并且没有听到洗衣设备发出的提示,这时候洗衣设备可以进行待机等待操作,等到待机时间达到第一设定时间时,如果用户仍然未进行任何操作,则洗衣设备自动继续执行最后一次漂洗操作,避免长时间浸泡对衣物造成损伤,特别是夏季时候,长时间浸泡能够使衣物发臭。其中,第一设定时间可以通过实验的方式得到,例如可以将第一设定时间设定为12小时,这种对第一设定时间的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制。在这种情况下,在洗衣设备继续执行最后一次漂洗操作时,使上盖重新锁定,避免在洗衣设备洗衣时上盖由于振动自动弹开。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣设备的柔顺剂投放控制方法,其特征在于,所述柔顺剂投放控制方法包括:
    在所述洗衣设备进行最后一次漂洗且完成蓄水漂洗的情形下,所述洗衣设备解锁上盖并发出添加柔顺剂的提示;
    如果获取到上盖关闭信号,则所述洗衣设备进行柔顺剂漂洗操作;
    如果未获取到上盖关闭信号但获取到启动指令,则所述洗衣设备进行蓄水漂洗操作;
    如果未获取到上盖关闭信号且在第一设定时间内也未获取到启动指令,则所述洗衣设备进行蓄水漂洗操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔顺剂投放控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣设备进行柔顺剂漂洗操作时的洗涤水位低于执行洗涤程序时的洗涤水位。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的柔顺剂投放控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣设备进行蓄水漂洗操作时的洗涤水位高于执行洗涤程序时的洗涤水位。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的柔顺剂投放控制方法,其特征在于,在所述洗衣设备进行完柔顺剂漂洗操作之后,所述柔顺剂投放控制方法还包括:
    使所述洗衣设备进行防缠绕操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的柔顺剂投放控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣设备进行防缠绕操作时形成的防缠绕水流的转停时间根据当前的水位确定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的柔顺剂投放控制方法,其特征在于,“进行柔顺剂漂洗操作”的步骤具体包括:
    对衣物浸泡第二设定时间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的柔顺剂投放控制方法,其特征在于,“发出添加柔顺剂的提示”的步骤具体包括:
    使所述洗衣设备发出蜂鸣提示。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的柔顺剂投放控制方法,其特征在于,“发出添加柔顺剂的提示”的步骤还包括:
    在所述洗衣设备的控制面板的数码管上显示上盖打开提示信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的柔顺剂投放控制方法,其特征在于,在未获取到上盖关闭信号但获取到启动指令的情形下,所述柔顺剂投放控制方法还包括:
    使上盖重新锁定。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的柔顺剂投放控制方法,其特征在于,在未获取到上盖关闭信号且在所述第一设定时间内也未获取到启动指令的情形下,所述柔顺剂投放控制方法还包括:
    使上盖重新锁定。
