所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述传动组件包括与手摇机构传动配合的第一传动机构、与第一传动机构传动配合并竖直设置的第一传动杆及与第一传动杆的上端传动配合的第二传动机构,所述手摇机构用以带动第一传动机构工作,所述第一传动机构用以带动第一传动杆旋转,所述第一传动杆用以带动第二传动机构工作,所述第二传动机构用以带动百叶传动机构工作。
所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述手摇机构配合安装于立柱侧面,所述第一传动机构、第一传动杆和第二传动机构配合安装于立柱内。
所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述传动组件包括与手摇机构传动配合的第一传动机构、与第一传动机构传动配合并竖直设置的第一传动杆、与第一传动杆传动配合的第三传动机构、与第三传动机构传动配合并水平设置的第二传动杆及与第二传动杆传动配合的第四传动机构,所述手摇机构用以带动第一传动机构工作,所述第一传动机构用以带动第一传动杆旋转,所述第一传动杆用以带动第三传动机构工作,所述第三传动机构用 以带动第二传动杆旋转,所述第二传动杆用以带动第四传动机构工作,所述第四传动机构用以带动百叶传动机构工作。

所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述立柱的上端配合安装第一型材连接件,所述圈梁的端部配合安装第二型材连接件,所述第一型材连接件与第二型材连接件通过凹凸结构相扣合并通过紧固件配合安装,以实现立柱与圈梁之间快速牢靠的连接。
所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述第一型材连接件插接于立柱上端,所述立柱用以对第一型材连接件在水平方向上进行限位,使得第一型材连接件在水平方向上无法移动。
所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述立柱的上端设置安装口,所述安装口上设置用以支撑第一型材连接件的支撑板,安装口的两侧设置限位块,所述第一型材连接件插接于安装口并与限位块限位配合;所述立柱上设置还用以盖住安装口的盖板。
所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述第二型材连接件一端用以插接于圈梁端部并通过紧固件与圈梁配合安装,另一端从圈梁端部伸出并用以与第一型材连接件通过紧固件配合安装。
所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述百叶板的百叶片为阳光板结构或布料结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明将百叶开合驱动结构安装于立柱上,能够避免百叶开合驱动结构暴露在百叶篷中间,式本发明外形更加简洁和外观,而且不会挤占篷内空间, 不影响百叶篷的使用;
2)本发明的立柱与圈梁之间通过第一型材连接件和第二型材连接件配合安装,使梁柱之间的安装结构更加简单、更加牢靠,而且拆装更加方便。

具体实施方式
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“一端”、“另一端”、“外侧”、“上”、“内侧”、“水平”、“同轴”、“中央”、“端部”、“长度”、“外端”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1-8所示,一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,包括篷架组件、若干转动安装于篷架组件顶部的百叶板1、用以联动所述若干百叶板1的联动条15及用以驱动百叶板1进行开合的百叶开合驱动结构,所述篷架组件包括若干配合安装的立柱2和圈梁3,所述百叶开合驱动结构包括配合安装于其中一立柱2上的手摇机构4、与手摇机构4传动配合的传动组件及与传动组件传动配合的百叶传动机构,所述传动组件用以将手摇机构4输入的动力传递给百叶传动机构,所述百叶传动机构用以带动百叶板4转动,以实现百叶板4的开合。
作为优化:所述百叶传动机构包括曲柄连杆机构,所述曲柄连杆机构包括曲柄6和与曲柄6转动配合的连杆7,所述曲柄6用以与传动组件传动配合,所述连杆7用以与百叶板1转动配合,当所述传动组件驱动曲柄6转动时,曲柄6能够通过连杆7带动百叶板1转动,以实现百叶板1的开合。
作为优化:所述传动组件包括与手摇机构4传动配合的第一传动机构10、与第一传动机构10传动配合并竖直设置的第一传动杆5及与第一传动杆5的上端传动配合的第二传动机构11,所述手摇机构4用以带动第一传动机构11工作,所述第一传动机构11用以带动第一传动杆5旋转,所述第一传动杆5用以带动第二传动机构11工作,所述第二传动机构11用以带动百叶传动机构工作。其中,所述手摇机构4为手摇柄4,手摇柄4的转动轴线水平设置,所述第一传动机构10为伞齿传动结构或蜗轮蜗杆传动结构,优选为伞齿传动结构,手摇柄4和第一传动杆5的下端分别固定于所述伞齿传动结构的两个传动轴上,通过摇动手摇柄4使该伞齿传动结构工作。由于伞齿传动结构为机械领域的公知技术,其具体结构如图2所示,不再赘述。所述第二传动机构11伞齿传动结构或蜗轮蜗杆传动结构,优选为蜗轮蜗杆传动结构,所述第一传动杆5的上端与蜗轮蜗杆传动结构的蜗杆配合连接,蜗轮蜗杆传动结构中带有蜗轮的传动轴与曲柄6 传动配合。由于蜗轮蜗杆传动结构为机械领域的公知技术,不再赘述。
在上述结构中,所述第一传动机构10、第一传动杆5和第二传动机构11均配合安装于立柱2内,其中,所述第二传动机构11具体位于立柱2上端。
作为优化:所述立柱2的上端配合安装第一型材连接件8,所述圈梁3的端部配合安装第二型材连接件9,所述第一型材连接件8为L形结构,所述立柱2的第一型材连接件8与相邻两根圈梁3上的第二型材连接件9通过凹凸结构相扣合并通过螺栓配合安装,以实现相邻立柱2与圈梁3之间快速牢靠的连接。
进一步地,所述第一型材连接件8插接于立柱2上端,所述立柱2用以对第一型材连接件8在水平方向上进行限位,使得第一型材连接件8在水平方向上无法移动。
更进一步地,所述立柱2的上端设置安装口200,所述安装口200由立柱2上与相邻两根圈梁3所对应的两侧开口形成,这样便于圈梁3伸入立柱2内,安装口200的底部配合安装一块支撑板201,安装口200的两侧设置限位块202,所述第一型材连接件8插接于安装口200、支撑于支撑板201上并与限位块202限位配合。并且,所述立柱2上还配合安装用以盖住第一型材连接件8和第二型材连接件9机安装口200的盖板203。
在上述结构中,所述第二型材连接件9一端为管状结构,所该管状结构用以插接于圈梁3端部并通过螺栓与圈梁3配合安装,另一端为板状结构,该板状结构从圈梁3端部伸出并用以与第一型材连接件8通过螺栓配合安装。具体地,所述凹凸结构包括设置于第一型材连接件8上的凹槽800和设置于第二型材连接件9上的凸筋900,凸筋900与凹槽800相扣合。此外,凹凸结构也可以设计为其它形式。
作为优化:所述百叶板1的百叶片为阳光板结构或布料结构,布料结构主要为尼龙、帆布、防雨布等,阳光板结构主要由PC/PET/PMMA/PP料和abs加pc 料制作。
使用时,转动手摇机构4,手摇机构4带动第一传动机构10工作,第一传动机构10带动第一传动杆5旋转,第一传动杆5带动第二传动机构11工作,第二传动机构11带动百叶传动机构工作,百叶传动机构带动百叶板1转动,百叶板1之间通过联动条15实现共同开合。
实施例2
如图9-13所示,一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,包括篷架组件、若干转动安装于篷架组件顶部的百叶板1、用以联动所述若干百叶板1的联动条15及用以驱动百叶板1进行开合的百叶开合驱动结构,所述篷架组件包括若干配合安装的立柱2和圈梁3,所述百叶开合驱动结构包括配合安装于其中一立柱2上的手摇机构4、与手摇机构4传动配合的传动组件及与传动组件传动配合的百叶传动机构,所述传动组件用以将手摇机构4输入的动力传递给百叶传动机构,所述百叶传动机构用以带动百叶板4转动,以实现百叶板4的开合。
作为优化:所述百叶传动机构包括曲柄连杆机构,所述曲柄连杆机构包括曲柄6和与曲柄6转动配合的连杆7,所述曲柄6用以与传动组件传动配合,所述连杆7用以与百叶板1转动配合,当所述传动组件驱动曲柄6转动时,曲柄6能够通过连杆7带动百叶板1转动,以实现百叶板1的开合。
作为优化:所述传动组件包括与手摇机构4传动配合的第一传动机构10、与第一传动机构10传动配合并竖直设置的第一传动杆5、与第一传动杆5传动配合的第三传动机构12、与第三传动机构12传动配合并水平设置的第二传动杆13及与第二传动杆13传动配合的第四传动机构14,所述手摇机构4用以带动第一传动机构10工作,所述第一传动机构10用以带动第一传动杆5旋转,所述第一传动杆5用以带动第三传动机构12工作,所述第三传动机构12用以带动第二传动杆13旋转,所述第二传动杆13用以带动第四传动机构14工作,所 述第四传动机构14用以带动百叶传动机构工作。其中,所述手摇机构4为手摇柄4,手摇柄4的转动轴线水平设置,所述第一传动机构10为伞齿传动结构或蜗轮蜗杆传动结构,优选为伞齿传动结构,手摇柄4和第一传动杆5的下端分别与所述伞齿传动结构的两个带有伞齿的传动轴传动配合,通过摇动手摇柄4使该伞齿传动结构工作。由于伞齿传动结构为机械领域的公知技术,其具体结构如图2所示,不再赘述。所述第三传动机构12为伞齿传动结构或蜗轮蜗杆传动结构,优选为伞齿传动结构,所述第一传动杆5的上端和第二传动杆13分别与第三传动机构12的两个带有伞齿的传动轴传动配合。由于伞齿传动结构为机械领域的公知技术,不再赘述。所述第四传动机构14为伞齿传动结构或蜗轮蜗杆传动结构,优选为蜗轮蜗杆传动结构,所述第二传动杆13与蜗轮蜗杆传动结构的蜗杆配合连接,蜗轮蜗杆传动结构中带有蜗轮的传动轴与曲柄6传动配合。由于蜗轮蜗杆传动结构为机械领域的公知技术,不再赘述。
在上述结构中,所述手摇机构4配合安装于立柱2的侧面,所述第一传动机构10、第一传动杆5配合安装于立柱2内,所述第三传动机构12配合安装于立柱2与圈梁3的连接处,所述第二传动杆13和第四传动机构14配合安装于圈梁3内。
作为优化:所述百叶板1的百叶片为阳光板结构或布料结构,布料结构主要为尼龙、帆布、防雨布等,阳光板结构主要由PC/PET/PMMA/PP料和abs加pc料制作。
使用时,转动手摇机构4,手摇机构4带动第一传动机构10工作,第一传动机构10带动第一传动杆5旋转,第一传动杆5带动第三传动机构12工作,第三传动机构12带动第二传动杆13旋转,第三传动杆13带动第四传动机构14工作,第四传动机构14带动百叶传动机构工作,百叶传动机构带动百叶板1转动,百叶板1之间通过联动条15实现共同开合。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:所述传动组件为同步带机构,所述同步带机构配合安装于本实施例其中一个立柱2内,其一个同步轮位于立柱2的下端并与手摇机构4传动配合,其另一个同步轮位于该立柱2的上端并与百叶传动机构传动配合。
使用时,通过摇动手摇机构4带动同步带机构工作,同步带机构带动百叶传动机构工作,以实现百叶板1的开合。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例3的区别在于:用链轮机构替换同步带机构,其结构与同步带机构近似,工作原理也相同,因此不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,包括篷架组件、若干转动安装于篷架组件顶部的百叶板(1)、用以联动所述若干百叶板(1)的联动条(15)及用以驱动百叶板(1)进行开合的百叶开合驱动结构,所述篷架组件包括若干配合安装的立柱(2)和圈梁(3),其特征在于所述百叶开合驱动结构包括配合安装于其中一立柱(2)上的手摇机构(4)、与手摇机构(4)传动配合的传动组件及与传动组件传动配合的百叶传动机构,所述传动组件用以将手摇机构(4)输入的动力传递给百叶传动机构,所述百叶传动机构用以带动百叶板(4)转动,以实现百叶板(4)的开合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述曲柄连杆机构包括曲柄连杆机构,所述曲柄连杆机构包括曲柄(6)和与曲柄(6)转动配合的连杆(7),所述曲柄(6)用以与第二传动组件传动配合,所述连杆(7)用以与百叶板(1)转动配合,当所述第二传动组件驱动曲柄(6)转动时,曲柄(6)能够通过连杆(7)带动百叶板(1)转动,以实现百叶板(1)的开合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述传动组件包括与手摇机构(4)传动配合的第一传动机构(10)、与第一传动机构(10)传动配合并竖直设置的第一传动杆(5)及与第一传动杆(5)的上端传动配合的第二传动机构(11),所述手摇机构(4)用以带动第一传动机构(11)工作,所述第一传动机构(11)用以带动第一传动杆(5)旋转,所述第一传动杆(5)用以带动第二传动机构(11)工作,所述第二传动机构(11)用以带动百叶传动机构工作。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其 特征在于所述手摇机构(4)配合安装于立柱(2)侧面,所述第一传动机构(10)、第一传动杆(5)和第二传动机构(11)配合安装于立柱(2)内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述传动组件包括与手摇机构(4)传动配合的第一传动机构(10)、与第一传动机构(10)传动配合并竖直设置的第一传动杆(5)、与第一传动杆(5)传动配合的第三传动机构(12)、与第三传动机构(12)传动配合并水平设置的第二传动杆(13)及与第二传动杆(13)传动配合的第四传动机构(14),所述手摇机构(4)用以带动第一传动机构(10)工作,所述第一传动机构(10)用以带动第一传动杆(5)旋转,所述第一传动杆(5)用以带动第三传动机构(12)工作,所述第三传动机构(12)用以带动第二传动杆(13)旋转,所述第二传动杆(13)用以带动第四传动机构(14)工作,所述第四传动机构(14)用以带动百叶传动机构工作。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述手摇机构(4)配合安装于立柱(2)侧面,所述第一传动机构(10)、第一传动杆(5)配合安装于立柱(2)内,第第二传动杆(13)和第四传动机构(14)配合安装于圈梁(3)内。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述立柱(2)的上端配合安装第一型材连接件(8),所述圈梁(3)的端部配合安装第二型材连接件(9),所述第一型材连接件(8)与第二型材连接件(9)通过凹凸结构相扣合并通过紧固件配合安装,以实现立柱(2)与圈梁(3)之间快速牢靠的连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述第一型材连接件(8)插接于立柱(2)上端,所述立柱(2)用以对第一型材连接件(8)在水平方向上进行限位,使得第一型材连接件(8)在 水平方向上无法移动。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述第二型材连接件(9)一端用以插接于圈梁(3)端部并通过紧固件与圈梁(3)配合安装,另一端从圈梁(3)端部伸出并用以与第一型材连接件(8)通过紧固件配合安装。
  10. 根据权利要求1-6中任一所述的一种具有隐藏式百叶开合驱动结构的百叶篷,其特征在于所述百叶板(1)的百叶片为阳光板结构或布料结构。
