具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
需要说明,本实用新型实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后......)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。另外,在本实用新型中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。
如图1至19所示,本实施例公开了一种具有防水快装结构的百叶篷,包括百叶片组件1和框架2,百叶片组件1包括若干依次排列的百叶片11、用以联动若干百叶片11的联动条12和用以与框架2配合的百叶片快装件15;百叶片11包括百叶片本体111、位于百叶片本体111侧部的引流挂斗16和安装于百叶片本体111上的防水条17;百叶片快装件15一端与百叶片本体111配合安装,另一端与框架卡件21配合安装,框架卡件21固定于框架2上。
上述结构中,优选的,百叶片本体111上表面最低水平面处的端部设有引流挂斗16,引流挂斗16用以将位于百叶片本体111上表面上的积水引流至外部;其中,百叶片本体111上表面为积水面,当百叶篷闭合百叶片11后,该表面为向上,引流挂斗16设置于最低水平面处的端部,因该部位属于雨水积流部位,雨水从该部位向两侧外部排流,同时也是水滴最容易倒挂于百叶片本体111底表面的部位;引流挂斗16优选设置位于百叶片本体111两端。
本实施例中,百叶片本体111上设有第一安装部114、第二安装部113和第三安装部112,第一安装部114用以卡嵌安装防水条17,第二安装部113用以配合安装引流挂斗16 和/或百叶片快装件15,第三安装部112用以与联动条12配合安装。
上述结构中,第一安装部位114敞口状卡槽,方便与防水条17卡嵌配合;第二安装部113为内置空腔结构的通孔结构,通孔为不规则通孔,便于卡嵌配合后的限位,避免百叶片快装件15转动;第三安装部112优选采用开口圆孔结构,方便紧固配合安装。
本实施例中,百叶片本体111截面呈“S”形结构,百叶片本体111分为大弯部116和小弯部117,大弯部116宽度为小弯部117宽度的2倍及以上,优化百叶片本体111型材截面结构,采用大弯部116和小弯部117的“S”形结构设计,增大了透光间隙,在180°旋转过程中可以具有良好的透光性。
本实施例中,防水条17包括卡嵌条172和防水格栅条171,卡嵌条172与第一安装部114卡接配合,防水格栅条171凸出于第一安装部114,并用以与相邻的百叶片本体111底表面抵触配合;防水格栅条171为若干条,防水格栅171设置为沿防水条17长度方向设置,利用多条的防水格栅条171结构,形成多层防水,提高防水效果;利用卡嵌条172与第一安装部114卡嵌配合,方便组合安装,同时在长期使用过程中,若防水条17破损、开裂,还可以方便更换;防水条17通常采用防水橡胶条,可以实现相邻百叶片本体111之间的防水隔断,同时防水条17还可以避免百叶片本体111闭合后相互之间的碰撞,具有静音闭合效果。
本实施例中,百叶片快装件15包括固定装配部151和旋转轴芯部152,固定装配部151上设有锁止凸起153,锁止凸起153用以与锁位孔115锁止配合,固定装配部151用以插入第二安装部113内腔中,旋转轴芯部152与框架卡件21可旋转活动,锁位孔115位于第二安装部113上;其中,固定装配部151优选分为固定嵌入部155和弹性锁止部154,锁止凸起153位于弹性锁止部154上,弹性锁止部154为扁条状结构,从固定嵌入部155内端上部向外延伸,通常固定嵌入部155和弹性锁止部154为一体结构,优选采用弹性材料制成,通常为塑料,从而使得固定嵌入部155嵌入安装至第二安装部113内腔中时,弹性锁止部154呈弯折,便于锁止凸起153卡入,当不断嵌入直至锁止凸起153与锁位孔115卡锁配合;旋转轴芯部152与固定装配部151可以为一体结构,也可以为分体结构,若为分体结构,则固定装配部151套接固定于旋转轴芯部152上,部分旋转轴芯部152嵌合固定于固定装配部151内腔中;引流挂斗16与固定装配部151为一体结构或分体固定结构,引流挂斗16位于固定装配部151最外端下部,方便悬挂于百叶片本体111端部位置,同时旋转轴芯部152为另一端部位,优选位于固定装配部151和旋转轴芯部152交界部位处。
本实施例中,引流挂斗16包括挂斗本体161,挂斗本体161上端表面不凸出于百叶片本体111上表面最低水平面,挂斗本体161贴合于百叶片本体111端部边沿,积水直接从百 叶片本体111上流向挂斗本体161,并沿着挂斗本体161垂直排出,挂斗本体161背部呈倾斜设计,挂斗本体161截面呈直角三角形状,挂斗本体161的倾斜边为向百叶片本体111长度方向延伸倾斜,从而可以避免水滴因表面张力倒挂至百叶片本体111底表面,便于将积水向外排出,实现良好的排水引流效果。
本实施例中,联动条12上配合设有传动条13,传动条13另一端用以与涡轮轴14配合,涡轮轴14通过涡轮蜗杆装置3驱动;其中若干百叶片本体111依次排布,若干百叶片本体111上的第三安装部112均与联动条12配合安装,百叶片本体111内的第三安装部112通常通过螺栓或螺丝与联动条12进行固定配合,涡轮蜗杆装置3为现有技术中常用装置,蜗杆可以通过手柄手动转动驱动或者通过电机旋转驱动,蜗杆带动涡轮旋转,从而带动涡轮轴14转动,然后带动传动条13转动,使得联动条12转动,从而完成百叶片11的闭合。
本实施例中,框架卡件21包括轴芯卡槽部211和框架固定部212,轴芯卡槽部211用以与旋转轴芯部152卡接配合,框架固定部212用以与框架2固定安装,轴芯卡槽部211为敞口卡槽结构,轴芯卡槽部211敞口部最大间隙尺寸小于旋转轴芯部152最小间隙尺寸,轴芯卡槽部211采用弹性材料制成,优选为塑料材料;其中,轴芯卡槽部211优选采用开口圆形孔卡槽,圆形孔为大于半圆的圆形孔,圆形孔可以良好的与旋转轴芯部152配合安装,实现转动;框架固定部212通常设有两个固定孔213,利用紧固件,如螺栓或螺丝等,完成与框架2的固定安装。
本实施例中的百叶片11的防水原理为;当若干百叶片11通过依次排列,结合利用联动条12完成联动设置,当百叶片11完成依次闭合后,防水条17上端部抵触于相邻百叶片本体111底表面,当雨水掉落于百叶片本体111上表面时,相邻百叶片本体111之间通过防水条17形成有效的防水隔离,同时雨水形成的积水如图19所示流向,向百叶片本体111两侧流出,结合引流挂斗16,便于将积水排流引出,避免出现水滴倒挂的现象。
本实施例中的快装设计结构中,百叶片本体111只要与百叶片快装件15完成对应安装,利用旋转轴芯部152与轴芯卡槽部211的卡接配合,可以实现快速对接安装,只需要后续将各个百叶片本体111与联动条12进行对接即可完成整体的组装;同时,优化采用锁止凸起153与锁位孔115卡锁配合,方便了百叶片快装件15与百叶片本体111的快装;上述快装结构同时也方便快拆,便于后期的维护更换。
本发明通过优化设计,采用侧部设置引流挂斗结构,可以避免水滴因表面张力倒挂至百叶片本体底表面,实现良好的排水引流效果;增设防水条结构,可以实现相邻百叶片之间的防水隔断,同时防水条还可以避免百叶片闭合后相互之间的碰撞,具有静音闭合效果;优化 百叶片型材截面结构,增大了透光间隙;利用百叶片快装件和框架卡件的配合安装,使得百叶片可以快速完成与框架的组合安装,同时便于后期的拆卸更换,提高了使用的便捷性。
由技术常识可知,本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有防水快装结构的百叶篷,包括百叶片组件(1)和框架(2),其特征在于:所述百叶片组件(1)包括若干依次排列的百叶片(11)、用以联动若干所述百叶片(11)的联动条(12)和用以与框架(2)配合的百叶片快装件(15);所述百叶片(11)包括百叶片本体(111)、位于所述百叶片本体(111)侧部的引流挂斗(16)和安装于所述百叶片本体(111)上的防水条(17);所述百叶片快装件(15)一端与百叶片本体(111)配合安装,另一端与框架卡件(21)配合安装,所述框架卡件(21)固定于所述框架(2)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水快装结构的百叶篷,其特征在于:所述百叶片本体(111)上设有第一安装部(114)、第二安装部(113)和第三安装部(112),所述第一安装部(114)用以卡嵌安装所述防水条(17),所述第二安装部(113)用以配合安装所述引流挂斗(16)和/或百叶片快装件(15),所述第三安装部(112)用以与所述联动条(12)配合安装。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有防水快装结构的百叶篷,其特征在于:所述防水条(17)包括卡嵌条(172)和防水格栅条(171),所述卡嵌条(172)与所述第一安装部(114)卡接配合,所述防水格栅条(171)凸出于所述第一安装部(114),并用以与相邻的百叶片本体(111)底表面抵触配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水快装结构的百叶篷,其特征在于:所述百叶片快装件(15)包括固定装配部(151)和旋转轴芯部(152),所述固定装配部(151)上设有锁止凸起(153),所述锁止凸起(153)用以与锁位孔(115)锁止配合,所述固定装配部(151)用以插入第二安装部(113)内腔中,所述旋转轴芯部(152)与框架卡件(21)可旋转活动,所述锁位孔(115)位于所述第二安装部(113)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有防水快装结构的百叶篷,其特征在于:引流挂斗(16)与固定装配部(151)为一体结构或分体固定结构,固定装配部(151)和旋转轴芯部(152)为一体结构或分体固定结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的一种具有防水快装结构的百叶篷,其特征在于:所述引流挂斗(16)包括挂斗本体(161),所述挂斗本体(161)上端表面不凸出于所述百叶片本体(111)上表面最低水平面,所述挂斗本体(161)贴合于所述百叶片本体(111)端部边沿。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一一种具有防水快装结构的百叶篷,其特征在于:所述联动条(12)上配合设有传动条(13),所述传动条(13)另一端用以与涡轮轴(14)配合,所述涡轮轴(14)通过涡轮蜗杆装置(3)驱动。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或4或5或7所述的一种具有防水快装结构的百叶篷,其特征在 于:框架卡件(21)包括轴芯卡槽部(211)和框架固定部(212),所述轴芯卡槽部(211)用以与旋转轴芯部(152)卡接配合,所述框架固定部(212)用以与框架(2)固定安装。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种具有防水快装结构的百叶篷,其特征在于:所述轴芯卡槽部(211)为敞口卡槽结构,所述轴芯卡槽部(211)敞口部最大间隙尺寸小于旋转轴芯部(152)最小间隙尺寸。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种具有防水快装结构的百叶篷,其特征在于:所述轴芯卡槽部(211)采用弹性材料制成。
