- 기판이 처리되는 처리공간을 제공하는 챔버;상기 챔버의 내부에 구비되어 상기 기판이 안착되는 기판지지부; 및상기 공정가스 및 퍼지가스를 제공하는 가스제공부와, 상기 가스제공부와 연결되어 상기 공정가스가 상기 처리공간으로 균일하게 공급되도록 가이드하며 착탈 가능하게 연결되는 가이드어셈블리를 구비한 가스공급부;를 구비하며,상기 가이드어셈블리는 상기 처리공간을 향해 미리 결정된 경사로 기울어져 배치되어 상기 공정가스를 상기 처리공간으로 가이드하는 복수개의 가스안내판과, 상기 복수개의 가스안내판의 후단부를 가압하여 고정하는 복수개의 고정부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속화학기상증착장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정부는 상기 복수개의 가스안내판의 후단부 상면과 각각 접촉하여 가압하여 고정하는 복수개의 제1 고정부와, 상기 복수개의 가스안내판의 후단부 하면과 각각 접촉하여 가압하여 고정하는 복수개의 제2 고정부를 구비하고,상기 가이드어셈블리는 상기 복수개의 가스안내판 중에 적어도 하나의 측면부를 고정하는 제3 고정부 및 상기 제1 고정부 및 제2 고정부를 가압하여 고정시키는 프레임부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속화학기상증착장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 고정부의 하면과 상기 제2 고정부의 상면에는 상기 가스안내판이 설치되는 경사와 동일한 각도의 제1 경사부와 제2 경사부가 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속화학기상증착장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 제2 고정부 중에 최하부에 위치한 제2-3 고정부의 하부에 상기 제2-3 고정부의 하면을 지지하는 추가고정부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속화학기상증착장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 제1 고정부 중에 최상부에 위치한 제1-1 고정부의 하부에 위치한 제1 고정부는 한 쌍으로 구성되어 상기 가스안내판의 후단부의 양측부에 각각 위치하며,상기 한 쌍의 제1 고정부 사이 및 상기 가스안내판 사이의 공간이 상기 공정가스가 공급되는 공급구를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속화학기상증착장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 기판지지부의 상부에 구비되어 상기 기판지지부와의 사이에 상기 처리공간을 제공하는 배리어 리드를 더 구비하고,상기 복수개의 가스안내판 중에 최상부에 위치한 제1 가스안내판의 전단부는 상기 배리어 리드에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속화학기상증착장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1 가스안내판의 하부에 위치한 가스안내판의 전단부는 상기 제1 가스안내판에 비해 더 길게 연장되어 상기 기판지지부와 상기 배리어 리드 사이의 공간으로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속화학기상증착장치.
