- a roaster In general, a roaster is used to bake roasted foods such as meat or fish or to boil stews in containers.
- An air circulation type roaster has been developed that inhales and circulates smoke or odors to reduce burning and smoke generation.
- Such a conventional air circulation roaster usually has a built-in suction fan inside the main body to circulate air through through holes on both sides.
- the conventional air circulation type roaster lacks guide blades for guiding the air circulated by the suction fan to easily come into contact with the water contained on the drip tray, and thus the filtration efficiency is low.
- a guide vane in the form of a cover on the oil pan has been proposed.
- the oil pan having such a cover-type guide blade not only guides the air to a constant flow, but also has the advantage of increasing the filtration efficiency by easily contacting the air with the water. There is a limit to easily treating the condensing and dropping of oil contained in the air in the process of discharging treatment separately from water or sucking air by a suction fan.
- the present invention is to solve the above problems, and the present invention provides convenience in roasting work by effectively filtering odors or smoke generated during the roasting process by a simple suction structure, and at the same time cleans the inside of the apparatus by a simple structure
