 しかしながら、割り込み処理のオーバーヘッドや割り込み処理でのキャッシュヒットの状況等によって、割り込み処理の所要時間にばらつきが生じる可能性がある。そのため、例えば、この所要時間が相対的に長くなると、制御処理に必要なデータの準備完了を基準としたときの制御処理の開始のタイミングが相対的に遅くなり、制御処理のリアルタイム性に影響が生じる可能性がある。
 そこで、上記課題に鑑み、射出成形機等の産業機械において、その動作に関する制御処理のリアルタイム性をより適切に実現することが可能な技術を提供することを目的とする。

 管理装置2の機能は、任意のハードウェア或いは任意のハードウェア及びソフトウェアの組み合わせ等により実現される。例えば、管理装置2は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、RAM(Read Only Memory)等のメモリ装置、ROM(Read Only Memory)等の不揮発性の補助記憶装置、及び外部との入出力用のインタフェース装置等を含む情報処理装置である。そして、管理装置2は、補助記憶装置にインストールされるプログラムをメモリ装置にロードしCPU上で実行することにより各種機能を実現してよい。管理装置2は、例えば、インタフェース装置を通じて、所定の記録媒体から補助記憶装置にインストールされるプログラムを取得してよい。所定の記録媒体は、例えば、フレキシブルディスク、CD(Compact Disc)、DVD(Digital Versatile Disc)、BD(Blu-ray(登録商標) Disc)、SDメモリカード、USB(Universal Serial Bus)メモリ等を含む。また、管理装置2は、例えば、インタフェース装置を通じて、外部のコンピュータから補助記憶装置にインストールされるプログラムを取得(ダウンロード)してもよい。
 管理装置2は、例えば、射出成形機1が設置される工場の外部の管理センタ等の遠隔地に設置されるクラウドサーバやオンプレミスサーバである。また、管理装置2は、例えば、射出成形機1が設置される工場内部や工場に相対的に近い場所(例えば、工場の近くの無線基地局や局舎等)に設置されるエッジサーバであってもよい。また、管理装置2は、管理者や作業者等の射出成形機1のユーザにより利用される端末装置(ユーザ端末)であってもよい。ユーザ端末は、射出成形機1が設置される工場内の管理用の端末装置や射出成形機1のユーザが利用する端末装置(ユーザ端末)であってもよい。管理用の端末装置やユーザ端末は、例えば、デスクトップ型のPC(Personal Computer)等の定置型の端末装置であってよい。また、管理用の端末装置やユーザ端末は、例えば、射出成形機1の管理者や作業者等のユーザが携帯可能な携帯型(可搬型)の端末装置であってもよい。携帯型の端末装置は、例えば、スマートフォン、タブレット端末、ラップトップ型のPC等を含んでよい。
 例えば、管理装置2は、射出成形機1から送信(アップロード)される稼働状態データに基づき、射出成形機1の稼働状態を把握し、射出成形機1の稼働状態を管理してよい。また、管理装置2は、稼働状態データに基づき把握される、射出成形機1の稼働状態に基づき、射出成形機1の異常診断等の各種診断を行ってもよい。
 また、管理装置2は、例えば、射出成形機1から送信(アップロード)される生産状況データに基づき、射出成形機1の生産状況を管理してよい。
 また、例えば、管理装置2は、通信回線NWを通じて、射出成形機1に対する制御情報(例えば、各種の設定条件に関する情報)を含む制御信号を送信してもよい。これにより、管理装置2は、射出成形機1の動作を制御することができる。
 [射出成形機の構成]
 次に、引き続き、図1、図2を参照して、射出成形機の構成について説明する。
 図1、図2に示すように、射出成形機1は、型締装置100と、エジェクタ装置200と、射出装置300と、移動装置400と、コントローラ700とを含む。
  <<型締装置>>
 型締装置100は、金型装置10の型閉、型締、及び型開を行う。型締装置100は、例えば、横型であって、型開閉方向が水平方向である。型締装置100は、固定プラテン110、可動プラテン120、トグルサポート130、タイバー140、トグル機構150、型締モータ160、運動変換機構170、及び型厚調整機構180を有する。
 以下、型締装置100の説明では、型閉時の可動プラテン120の移動方向(図1及び図2中右方向)を前方とし、型開時の可動プラテン120の移動方向(図1及び図2中左方向)を後方として説明する。
 固定プラテン110は、フレームFrに対し固定される。固定プラテン110における可動プラテン120との対向面に固定金型11が取付けられる。
 可動プラテン120は、フレームFrに対し型開閉方向に移動自在とされる。フレームFr上には、可動プラテン120を案内するガイド101が敷設される。可動プラテン120における固定プラテン110との対向面に可動金型12が取付けられる。
 固定プラテン110に対し可動プラテン120を進退させることにより、型閉、型締、型開が行われる。
 金型装置10は、固定プラテン110に対応する固定金型11と、可動プラテン120に対応する可動金型12とを含んで構成される。
 トグルサポート130は、固定プラテン110と所定の間隔Lをおいて連結され、フレームFr上に型開閉方向に移動自在に載置される。トグルサポート130は、例えば、フレームFr上に敷設されるガイドに沿って移動自在とされてよい。この場合、トグルサポート130のガイドは、可動プラテン120のガイド101と共通であってもよい。
 尚、固定プラテン110がフレームFrに対し固定され、トグルサポート130がフレームFrに対し型開閉方向に移動自在とされるが、トグルサポート130がフレームFrに対し固定され、固定プラテン110がフレームFrに対し型開閉方向に移動自在とされてもよい。
 タイバー140は、固定プラテン110とトグルサポート130とを型開閉方向に間隔Lをおいて連結する。タイバー140は、複数本(例えば、4本)用いられてよい。各タイバー140は、型開閉方向に平行とされ、型締力に応じて伸びる。少なくとも1本のタイバー140には、タイバー140の歪を検出するタイバー歪検出器141が設けられる。タイバー歪検出器141は、例えば、歪みゲージである。タイバー歪検出器141は、その検出結果を示す信号をコントローラ700に送る。タイバー歪検出器141の検出結果は、例えば、型締力の検出等に用いられる。
 尚、タイバー歪検出器141に代えて、或いは、加えて、型締力を検出するために利用可能な任意の型締力検出器が用いられてもよい。例えば、型締力検出器は、歪みゲージ式に限定されず、圧電式、容量式、油圧式、電磁式等であってもよく、その取付け位置もタイバー140に限定されない。
 トグル機構150は、可動プラテン120とトグルサポート130との間に配設され、トグルサポート130に対し可動プラテン120を型開閉方向に移動させる。トグル機構150は、クロスヘッド151、一対のリンク群等で構成される。各リンク群は、ピン等で屈伸自在に連結される第1リンク152及び第2リンク153を有する。第1リンク152は可動プラテン120に対しピン等で揺動自在に取付けられ、第2リンク153はトグルサポート130に対しピン等で揺動自在に取付けられる。第2リンク153は、第3リンク154を介してクロスヘッド151に取付けられる。トグルサポート130に対しクロスヘッド151を進退させると、第1リンク152及び第2リンク153が屈伸し、トグルサポート130に対し可動プラテン120が進退する。
 尚、トグル機構150の構成は、図1及び図2に示す構成に限定されない。例えば、図1及び図2では、各リンク群の節点の数が5つであるが、4つでもよく、第3リンク154の一端部が、第1リンク152と第2リンク153との節点に結合されてもよい。
 型締モータ160は、トグルサポート130に取付けられており、トグル機構150を作動させる。型締モータ160は、トグルサポート130に対しクロスヘッド151を進退させることにより、第1リンク152及び第2リンク153を屈伸させ、トグルサポート130に対し可動プラテン120を進退させる。型締モータ160は、運動変換機構170に直結されるが、ベルトやプーリ等を介して運動変換機構170に連結されてもよい。
 運動変換機構170は、型締モータ160の回転運動をクロスヘッド151の直線運動に変換する。運動変換機構170は、ねじ軸171と、ねじ軸171に螺合するねじナット172とを含む。ねじ軸171と、ねじナット172との間には、ボールまたはローラが介在してよい。
 型締装置100は、コントローラ700による制御下で、型閉工程、型締工程、型開工程等を行う。
 型閉工程では、型締モータ160を駆動してクロスヘッド151を設定速度で型閉完了位置まで前進させることにより、可動プラテン120を前進させ、可動金型12を固定金型11にタッチさせる。クロスヘッド151の位置や速度は、例えば、型締モータエンコーダ161等を用いて検出される。型締モータエンコーダ161は、型締モータ160の回転を検出し、その検出結果を示す信号をコントローラ700に送る。
 尚、クロスヘッド151の位置を検出するクロスヘッド位置検出器、及び、クロスヘッド151の速度を検出するクロスヘッド速度検出器は、型締モータエンコーダ161に限定されず、一般的なものを使用できる。また、可動プラテン120の位置を検出する可動プラテン位置検出器、および可動プラテン120の速度を検出する可動プラテン速度検出器は、型締モータエンコーダ161に限定されず、一般的なものを使用できる。
 型締工程では、型締モータ160をさらに駆動してクロスヘッド151を型閉完了位置から型締位置までさらに前進させることで型締力を生じさせる。型締時に可動金型12と固定金型11との間にキャビティ空間14が形成され、射出装置300がキャビティ空間14に液状の成形材料を充填する。充填された成形材料が固化されることで、成形品が得られる。キャビティ空間14の数は複数でもよく、その場合、複数の成形品が同時に得られる。
 型開工程では、型締モータ160を駆動してクロスヘッド151を設定速度で型開完了位置まで後退させることにより、可動プラテン120を後退させ、可動金型12を固定金型11から離間させる。その後、エジェクタ装置200が可動金型12から成形品を突き出す。
 型閉工程及び型締工程における設定条件は、一連の設定条件として、まとめて設定される。例えば、型閉工程および型締工程におけるクロスヘッド151の速度や位置(型閉開始位置、速度切替位置、型閉完了位置、および型締位置を含む)や型締力等は、一連の設定条件として、まとめて設定される。型閉開始位置、速度切替位置、型閉完了位置、および型締位置は、後側から前方に向けてこの順で並び、速度が設定される区間の始点や終点を表す。区間毎に、速度が設定される。速度切替位置は、1つでもよいし、複数でもよい。速度切替位置は、設定されなくてもよい。型締位置と型締力とは、いずれか一方のみが設定されてもよい。
 また、型開工程における設定条件も同様に設定される。例えば、型開工程におけるクロスヘッド151の速度や位置(型開開始位置、速度切替位置、および型開完了位置を含む)は、一連の設定条件として、まとめて設定される。型開開始位置、速度切替位置、および型開完了位置は、前側から後方に向けて、この順で並び、速度が設定される区間の始点や終点を表す。区間毎に、速度が設定される。速度切替位置は、1つでもよいし、複数でもよい。速度切替位置は、設定されなくてもよい。型開開始位置と型締位置とは同じ位置であってよい。また、型開完了位置と型閉開始位置とは同じ位置であってよい。
 尚、クロスヘッド151の速度や位置等の代わりに、可動プラテン120の速度や位置等が設定されてもよい。また、クロスヘッドの位置(例えば、型締位置)や可動プラテンの位置の代わりに、型締力が設定されてもよい。
 トグル機構150は、型締モータ160の駆動力を増幅して可動プラテン120に伝える。その増幅倍率は、トグル倍率とも呼ばれる。トグル倍率は、第1リンク152と第2リンク153とのなす角(以下、「リンク角度」)θに応じて変化する。リンク角度θは、クロスヘッド151の位置から求められる。リンク角度θが180°のとき、トグル倍率が最大になる。
 金型装置10の交換や金型装置10の温度変化等により金型装置10の厚さが変化した場合、型締時に所定の型締力が得られるように、型厚調整が行われる。型厚調整では、例えば、可動金型12が固定金型11にタッチする型タッチの時点でトグル機構150のリンク角度θが所定の角度になるように、固定プラテン110とトグルサポート130との間隔Lを調整する。
 型締装置100は、固定プラテン110とトグルサポート130との間隔Lを調整することで、型厚調整を行う型厚調整機構180を有する。型厚調整機構180は、タイバー140の後端部に形成されるねじ軸181と、トグルサポート130に回転自在に保持されるねじナット182と、ねじ軸181に螺合するねじナット182を回転させる型厚調整モータ183とを有する。
 ねじ軸181及びねじナット182は、タイバー140ごとに設けられる。型厚調整モータ183の回転は、回転伝達部185を介して複数のねじナット182に伝達されてよい。複数のねじナット182を同期して回転できる。
 尚、回転伝達部185の伝達経路を変更することで、複数のねじナット182を個別に回転することも可能である。
 回転伝達部185は、例えば、歯車等で構成される。この場合、各ねじナット182の外周に受動歯車が形成され、型厚調整モータ183の出力軸には駆動歯車が取付けられ、複数の受動歯車及び駆動歯車と噛み合う中間歯車がトグルサポート130の中央部に回転自在に保持される。
 尚、回転伝達部185は、歯車の代わりに、ベルトやプーリ等で構成されてもよい。
 型厚調整機構180の動作は、コントローラ700によって制御される。コントローラ700は、型厚調整モータ183を駆動して、ねじナット182を回転させることで、ねじナット182を回転自在に保持するトグルサポート130の固定プラテン110に対する位置を調整し、固定プラテン110とトグルサポート130との間隔Lを調整する。
 間隔Lは、型厚調整モータエンコーダ184を用いて検出する。型厚調整モータエンコーダ184は、型厚調整モータ183の回転量や回転方向を検出し、その検出結果を示す信号をコントローラ700に送る。型厚調整モータエンコーダ184の検出結果は、トグルサポート130の位置や間隔Lの監視や制御に用いられる。
 尚、トグルサポート130の位置を検出するトグルサポート位置検出器、および間隔Lを検出する間隔検出器は、型厚調整モータエンコーダ184に限定されず、一般的なものを使用できる。
 型厚調整機構180は、互いに螺合するねじ軸181とねじナット182の一方を回転させることで、間隔Lを調整する。複数の型厚調整機構180が用いられてもよく、複数の型厚調整モータ183が用いられてもよい。
 尚、本実施形態の型締装置100は、型開閉方向が水平方向である横型であるが、型開閉方向が上下方向である竪型でもよい。
 また、本実施形態の型締装置100は、駆動源として、型締モータ160を有するが、型締モータ160の代わりに、油圧シリンダを有してもよい。また、型締装置100は、型開閉用にリニアモータを有し、型締用に電磁石を有してもよい。
  <<エジェクタ装置>>
 エジェクタ装置200は、射出装置300により金型装置10に充填された成形材料が冷却固化した後、金型装置10から成形品を突き出す。エジェクタ装置200は、エジェクタモータ210、運動変換機構220、及びエジェクタロッド230等を有する。
 以下、エジェクタ装置200の説明では、型締装置100の説明と同様に、型閉時の可動プラテン120の移動方向(図1及び図2中右方向)を前方とし、型開時の可動プラテン120の移動方向(図1及び図2中左方向)を後方として説明する。
 エジェクタモータ210は、可動プラテン120に取付けられる。エジェクタモータ210は、運動変換機構220に直結されるが、ベルトやプーリ等を介して運動変換機構220に連結されてもよい。
 運動変換機構220は、エジェクタモータ210の回転運動をエジェクタロッド230の直線運動に変換する。運動変換機構220は、ねじ軸と、ねじ軸に螺合するねじナットとを含む。ねじ軸と、ねじナットとの間には、ボールまたはローラが介在してよい。
 エジェクタロッド230は、可動プラテン120の貫通穴において進退自在とされる。エジェクタロッド230の前端部は、可動金型12の内部に進退自在に配設される可動部材15と接触する。エジェクタロッド230の前端部は、可動部材15と連結されていても、連結されていなくてもよい。
 エジェクタ装置200は、コントローラ700による制御下で、突き出し工程を行う。
 突き出し工程では、エジェクタモータ210を駆動してエジェクタロッド230を設定速度で待機位置から突き出し位置まで前進させることにより、可動部材15を前進させ、成形品を突き出す。その後、エジェクタモータ210を駆動してエジェクタロッド230を設定速度で後退させ、可動部材15を元の待機位置まで後退させる。エジェクタロッド230の位置や速度は、例えば、エジェクタモータエンコーダ211を用いて検出する。エジェクタモータエンコーダ211は、エジェクタモータ210の回転を検出し、その検出結果を示す信号をコントローラ700に送る。
 尚、エジェクタロッド230の位置を検出するエジェクタロッド位置検出器、およびエジェクタロッド230の速度を検出するエジェクタロッド速度検出器は、エジェクタモータエンコーダ211に限定されず、一般的なものを使用できる。
  <<射出装置>>
 射出装置300は、フレームFrに対し進退自在なスライドベース301に設置され、金型装置10に対し進退自在とされる。射出装置300は、金型装置10にタッチし、金型装置10内のキャビティ空間14に成形材料を充填する。射出装置300は、例えば、シリンダ310、ノズル320、スクリュ330、計量モータ340、射出モータ350、及び圧力検出器360等を有する。
 以下、射出装置300の説明では、射出装置300を金型装置10に対し接近させる方向(図1及び図2中左方向)を前方とし、射出装置300を金型装置10に対し離間させる方向(図1及び図2中右方向)を後方として説明する。
 シリンダ310は、供給口311から内部に供給された成形材料を加熱する。成形材料は、例えば、樹脂等を含む。成形材料は、例えば、ペレット状に形成され、固体の状態で供給口311に供給される。供給口311はシリンダ310の後部に形成される。シリンダ310の後部の外周には、水冷シリンダ等の冷却器312が設けられる。冷却器312よりも前方において、シリンダ310の外周には、バンドヒータ等の加熱器313と温度検出器314とが設けられる。
 シリンダ310は、シリンダ310の軸方向(図1及び図2中左右方向)に複数のゾーンに区分される。各ゾーンに加熱器313と温度検出器314とが設けられる。ゾーン毎に、温度検出器314の検出温度が設定温度になるように、コントローラ700が加熱器313を制御する。
 ノズル320は、シリンダ310の前端部に設けられ、金型装置10に対し押し付けられる。ノズル320の外周には、加熱器313と温度検出器314とが設けられる。ノズル320の検出温度が設定温度になるように、コントローラ700が加熱器313を制御する。
 スクリュ330は、シリンダ310内において回転自在に且つ進退自在に配設される。スクリュ330を回転させると、スクリュ330の螺旋状の溝に沿って成形材料が前方に送られる。成形材料は、前方に送られながら、シリンダ310からの熱によって徐々に溶融される。液状の成形材料がスクリュ330の前方に送られシリンダ310の前部に蓄積されるにつれ、スクリュ330が後退させられる。その後、スクリュ330を前進させると、スクリュ330前方に蓄積された液状の成形材料がノズル320から射出され、金型装置10内に充填される。
 スクリュ330の前部には、スクリュ330を前方に押すときにスクリュ330の前方から後方に向かう成形材料の逆流を防止する逆流防止弁として、逆流防止リング331が進退自在に取付けられる。
 逆流防止リング331は、スクリュ330を前進させるときに、スクリュ330前方の成形材料の圧力によって後方に押され、成形材料の流路を塞ぐ閉塞位置(図2参照)までスクリュ330に対し相対的に後退する。これにより、スクリュ330前方に蓄積された成形材料が後方に逆流するのを防止する。
 一方、逆流防止リング331は、スクリュ330を回転させるときに、スクリュ330の螺旋状の溝に沿って前方に送られる成形材料の圧力によって前方に押され、成形材料の流路を開放する開放位置(図1参照)までスクリュ330に対し相対的に前進する。これにより、スクリュ330の前方に成形材料が送られる。
 逆流防止リング331は、スクリュ330と共に回転する共回りタイプと、スクリュ330と共に回転しない非共回りタイプとのいずれでもよい。
 尚、射出装置300は、スクリュ330に対し逆流防止リング331を開放位置と閉塞位置との間で進退させる駆動源を有していてもよい。
 計量モータ340は、スクリュ330を回転させる。スクリュ330を回転させる駆動源は、計量モータ340には限定されず、例えば、油圧ポンプ等でもよい。
 射出モータ350は、スクリュ330を進退させる。射出モータ350とスクリュ330との間には、射出モータ350の回転運動をスクリュ330の直線運動に変換する運動変換機構等が設けられる。運動変換機構は、例えば、ねじ軸と、ねじ軸に螺合するねじナットとを有する。ねじ軸とねじナットの間には、ボールやローラ等が設けられてよい。スクリュ330を進退させる駆動源は、射出モータ350には限定されず、例えば、油圧シリンダ等でもよい。
 圧力検出器360は、射出モータ350とスクリュ330との間で伝達される圧力を検出する。圧力検出器360は、射出モータ350とスクリュ330との間の力の伝達経路に設けられ、圧力検出器360に作用する圧力を検出する。
 圧力検出器360は、その検出結果を示す信号をコントローラ700に送る。圧力検出器360の検出結果は、スクリュ330が成形材料から受ける圧力、スクリュ330に対する背圧、スクリュ330から成形材料に作用する圧力等の制御や監視に用いられる。
 射出装置300は、コントローラ700による制御下で、計量工程、充填工程、及び、保圧工程等を行う。
 計量工程では、計量モータ340を駆動してスクリュ330を設定回転数で回転させ、スクリュ330の螺旋状の溝に沿って成形材料を前方に送る。これに伴い、成形材料が徐々に溶融される。液状の成形材料がスクリュ330の前方に送られシリンダ310の前部に蓄積されるにつれ、スクリュ330が後退させられる。スクリュ330の回転数は、例えば、計量モータエンコーダ341を用いて検出する。計量モータエンコーダ341は、計量モータ340の回転を検出し、その検出結果を示す信号をコントローラ700に送る。
 尚、スクリュ330の回転数を検出するスクリュ回転数検出器は、計量モータエンコーダ341に限定されず、一般的なものを使用できる。
 計量工程では、スクリュ330の急激な後退を制限すべく、射出モータ350を駆動してスクリュ330に対して設定背圧を加えてよい。スクリュ330に対する背圧は、例えば、圧力検出器360を用いて検出する。圧力検出器360は、その検出結果を示す信号をコントローラ700に送る。スクリュ330が計量完了位置まで後退し、スクリュ330の前方に所定量の成形材料が蓄積されると、計量工程が完了する。
 充填工程では、射出モータ350を駆動してスクリュ330を設定速度で前進させ、スクリュ330の前方に蓄積された液状の成形材料を金型装置10内のキャビティ空間14に充填させる。スクリュ330の位置や速度は、例えば、射出モータエンコーダ351を用いて検出する。射出モータエンコーダ351は、射出モータ350の回転を検出し、その検出結果を示す信号をコントローラ700に送る。スクリュ330の位置が設定位置に達すると、充填工程から保圧工程への切替(所謂、V/P切替)が行われる。V/P切替が行われる位置をV/P切替位置とも称する。スクリュ330の設定速度は、スクリュ330の位置や時間等に応じて変更されてもよい。
 尚、充填工程においてスクリュ330の位置が設定位置に達した後、その設定位置にスクリュ330を一時停止させ、その後にV/P切替が行われてもよい。V/P切替の直前において、スクリュ330の停止の代わりに、スクリュ330の微速前進または微速後退が行われてもよい。また、スクリュ330の位置を検出するスクリュ位置検出器、およびスクリュ330の速度を検出するスクリュ速度検出器は、射出モータエンコーダ351に限定されず、一般的なものを使用できる。
 保圧工程では、射出モータ350を駆動してスクリュ330を前方に押し、スクリュ330の前端部における成形材料の圧力(以下、「保持圧力」とも称する。)を設定圧に保ち、シリンダ310内に残る成形材料を金型装置10に向けて押す。金型装置10内での冷却収縮による不足分の成形材料を補充できる。保持圧力は、例えば、圧力検出器360を用いて検出する。圧力検出器360は、その検出結果を示す信号をコントローラ700に送る。保持圧力の設定値は、保圧工程の開始からの経過時間等に応じて変更されてもよい。
 保圧工程では金型装置10内のキャビティ空間14の成形材料が徐々に冷却され、保圧工程完了時にはキャビティ空間14の入口が固化した成形材料で塞がれる。この状態はゲートシールと呼ばれ、キャビティ空間14からの成形材料の逆流が防止される。保圧工程後、冷却工程が開始される。冷却工程では、キャビティ空間14内の成形材料の固化が行われる。成形サイクル時間の短縮のため、冷却工程中に計量工程が行われてよい。
 尚、本実施形態の射出装置300は、インライン・スクリュ方式であるが、プリプラ方式などでもよい。プリプラ方式の射出装置は、可塑化シリンダ内で溶融された成形材料を射出シリンダに供給し、射出シリンダから金型装置内に成形材料を射出する。可塑化シリンダ内にはスクリュが回転自在にまたは回転自在に且つ進退自在に配設され、射出シリンダ内にはプランジャが進退自在に配設される。
 また、本実施形態の射出装置300は、シリンダ310の軸方向が水平方向である横型であるが、シリンダ310の軸方向が上下方向である竪型であってもよい。竪型の射出装置300と組み合わされる型締装置は、竪型でも横型でもよい。同様に、横型の射出装置300と組み合わされる型締装置は、横型でも竪型でもよい。
  <<移動装置>>
 移動装置400は、金型装置10に対し射出装置300を進退させる。また、移動装置400は、金型装置10に対しノズル320を押し付け、ノズルタッチ圧力を生じさせる。移動装置400は、液圧ポンプ410、駆動源としてのモータ420、及び液圧アクチュエータとしての液圧シリンダ430等を有する。
 以下、移動装置400の説明では、射出装置300の説明と同様に、射出装置300を金型装置10に対し接近させる方向(図1及び図2中左方向)を前方とし、射出装置300を金型装置10に対し離間させる方向(図1及び図2中右方向)を後方として説明する。
 尚、移動装置400は、図1,2では射出装置300のシリンダ310の片側に配置されるが、シリンダ310の両側に配置されてもよく、シリンダ310を中心に対称に配置されてもよい。
 液圧ポンプ410は、第1ポート411と、第2ポート412とを有する。液圧ポンプ410は、両方向回転可能なポンプであり、モータ420の回転方向を切り替えることにより、第1ポート411及び第2ポート412のいずれか一方から作動液(例えば、油)を吸入し他方から吐出して液圧を発生させる。また、液圧ポンプ410は、タンクから作動液を吸引して第1ポート411及び第2ポート412のいずれか一方から作動液を吐出させることもできる。
 モータ420は、液圧ポンプ410を作動させる。モータ420は、コントローラ700からの制御信号に応じた回転方向及び回転トルクで液圧ポンプ410を駆動する。モータ420は、電動モータであってよく、電動サーボモータであってよい。
 液圧シリンダ430は、シリンダ本体431、ピストン432、及びピストンロッド433を有する。シリンダ本体431は、射出装置300に対して固定される。ピストン432は、シリンダ本体431の内部を、第1室としての前室435と、第2室としての後室436とに区画する。ピストンロッド433は、固定プラテン110に対して固定される。
 液圧シリンダ430の前室435は、第1流路401を介して、液圧ポンプ410の第1ポート411と接続される。第1ポート411から吐出された作動液が第1流路401を介して前室435に供給されることで、射出装置300が前方に押される。射出装置300が前進され、ノズル320が固定金型11に押し付けられる。前室435は、液圧ポンプ410から供給される作動液の圧力によってノズル320のノズルタッチ圧力を生じさせる圧力室として機能する。
 一方、液圧シリンダ430の後室436は、第2流路402を介して液圧ポンプ410の第2ポート412と接続される。第2ポート412から吐出された作動液が第2流路402を介して液圧シリンダ430の後室436に供給されることで、射出装置300が後方に押される。射出装置300が後退され、ノズル320が固定金型11から離間される。
 尚、移動装置400は、液圧シリンダ430を含む構成に限定されない。例えば、液圧シリンダ430に代えて、電動モータと、その電動モータの回転運動を射出装置300の直線運動に変換する運動変換機構とが用いられてもよい。
  <<コントローラ>>
 コントローラ700(制御装置の一例)は、型締装置100、エジェクタ装置200、射出装置300、及び移動装置400等に直接的に制御信号を送信し、射出成形機1に関する各種制御を行う。
 コントローラ700は、任意のハードウェア、或いは、任意のハードウェア及びソフトウェアの組み合わせにより実現されてよい。コントローラ700は、例えば、CPU701と、メモリ装置702と、補助記憶装置703と、外部との入出力用のインタフェース装置704とを有するコンピュータを中心に構成される。コントローラ700は、補助記憶装置703にインストールされるプログラムをメモリ装置702にロードしCPU701に実行させることにより、各種の制御を行う。また、コントローラ700は、インタフェース装置704を通じて、外部の信号を受信したり、外部に信号を出力したりする。例えば、コントローラ700は、インタフェース装置704に基づき、通信回線NWを通じて、管理装置2と通信可能に接続される。また、コントローラ700は、インタフェース装置704に基づき、通信回線NWを通じて、他の射出成形機1(のコントローラ700)と通信可能に接続されてもよい。また、コントローラ700は、インタフェース装置704を通じて、所定の記録媒体から自身(補助記憶装置703)にインストールされるプログラムを取得してよい。所定の記録媒体は、例えば、フレキシブルディスク、CD(Compact Disc)、DVD(Digital Versatile Disc)、BD(Blu-ray(登録商標) Disc)、SDメモリカード、USB(Universal Serial Bus)メモリ等を含む。また、コントローラ700は、インタフェース装置704を通じて、外部のコンピュータ(例えば、管理装置2)からプログラムを取得(ダウンロード)してもよい。
 コントローラ700の機能は、一のコントローラ700だけで実現されてもよいし、後述の如く、複数のコントローラ(例えば、上位コントローラ700A、及び下位コントローラ700B等)により分担されてもよい(図2参照)。
 コントローラ700は、射出成形機1に型閉工程、型締工程、及び型開工程等を繰り返し行わせることにより、成形品を繰り返し製造させる。また、コントローラ700は、型締工程の間に、射出装置300に計量工程、充填工程、及び保圧工程等を行わせる。
 成形品を得るための一連の動作、例えば、射出装置300による計量工程の開始から次の射出装置300による計量工程の開始までの動作を「ショット」または「成形サイクル」とも称する。また、1回のショットに要する時間を「成形サイクル時間」とも称する。
 一回の成形サイクルは、例えば、計量工程、型閉工程、型締工程、充填工程、保圧工程、冷却工程、型開工程、及び突き出し工程の順に構成される。この順番は、各工程の開始の順番である。また、充填工程、保圧工程、及び冷却工程は、型締工程の開始から型締工程の終了までの間に行われる。また、型締工程の終了は、型開工程の開始と一致する。
 尚、成形サイクル時間の短縮のため、同時に複数の工程が行われてもよい。例えば、計量工程は、前回の成形サイクルの冷却工程中に行われてもよく、この場合、型閉工程が成形サイクルの最初に行われてもよい。また、充填工程は、型閉工程中に開始されてもよい。また、突き出し工程は、型開工程中に開始されてもよい。また、射出装置300のノズル320の流路を開閉する開閉弁が設けられる場合、型開工程は、計量工程中に開始されてもよい。計量工程中に型開工程が開始されても、開閉弁がノズル320の流路を閉じていれば、ノズル320から成形材料が漏れないからである。
 コントローラ700は、操作装置750及び表示装置760等と接続されている。
 操作装置750(入力装置の一例)は、ユーザによる射出成形機1に関する入力を受け付け、入力に応じた信号をコントローラ700に出力する。これにより、ユーザは、射出成形機1に関する操作を行うことができる。
 尚、射出成形機1(コントローラ700)は、外部装置を通じて、ユーザからの入力を受付可能に構成されてもよい。これにより、ユーザは、例えば、射出成形機1を遠隔操作することができる。この場合、射出成形機1の動作状態を撮像可能な撮像装置の画像データが外部装置に送信されてよい。これにより、外部装置において、遠隔の射出成形機1の動作状態を確認しながら、その操作を行うことができる。
 例えば、コントローラ700は、通信回線NWを通じて管理装置2や他の射出成形機1から受信される、ユーザからの入力の内容を受付可能であってよい。また、コントローラ700は、通信回線NWを通じて端末装置から受信される、ユーザからの入力を受付可能であってよい。端末装置は、例えば、デスクトップ型のPC等の定置型の端末装置であってもよいし、スマートフォン、タブレット端末、ラップトップ型のPC等の携帯型(可搬型)の端末装置(携帯端末)であってもよい。
 表示装置760は、コントローラ700による制御下で、各種画像を表示する。
 表示装置760は、例えば、操作装置750における操作入力に応じた射出成形機1に関する操作画面を表示する。
 表示装置760に表示される操作画面は、射出成形機1に関する設定等に用いられる。射出成形機1に関する設定には、例えば、射出成形機1に関する成形条件の設定(具体的には、設定値の入力)が含まれる。また、当該設定には、例えば、成形動作時のロギングデータとして記録される射出成形機1に関する各種センサ等の検出値の種類の選択に関する設定が含まれる。また、当該設定には、例えば、成形動作時の射出成形機1に関する各種センサ等の検出値(実績値)の表示装置760への表示仕様(例えば、表示する実績値の種類や表示のさせ方等)の設定が含まれる。操作画面は、複数用意され、表示装置760に切り替えて表示されたり、重ねて表示されたりする。ユーザは、表示装置760に表示される操作画面を見ながら、操作装置750を操作することにより、射出成形機1に関する設定(設定値の入力を含む)等を行うことができる。
 また、表示装置760は、例えば、コントローラ700による制御下で、操作画面上での操作に応じた各種情報をユーザに提供する情報画面を表示する。情報画面は、複数用意され、表示装置760に切り替えて表示されたり、重ねて表示されたりする。例えば、表示装置760は、射出成形機1に関する設定内容(例えば、射出成形機1の成形条件に関する設定内容)を表示する。また、例えば、表示装置760は、管理情報(例えば、射出成形機1の稼働実績に関する情報等)を表示する。
 操作装置750及び表示装置760は、例えば、タッチパネル式のディスプレイとして構成され、一体化されてよい。
 尚、本実施形態の操作装置750及び表示装置760は、一体化されているが、独立に設けられてもよい。また、操作装置750は、複数設けられてもよい。
 [射出成形機の制御系のハードウェア構成]
 次に、図3を参照して、射出成形機1の制御系のハードウェア構成について説明する。
 図3は、射出成形機1の制御系のハードウェア構成の一例を示す図である。
 図3に示すように、射出成形機1の制御系は、コントローラ700と、ドライバ710と、センサ720とを含む。
 コントローラ700は、CPU701と、FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)705とを含む。
 CPU701(制御処理部の一例)は、例えば、FPGA705を通じて、ドライバ710やセンサ720から取得されるデータに基づき、射出成形機1の動作に関する制御処理(以下、「モーション制御処理」)を行う。モーション制御処理には、電動モータのサーボ制御処理が含まれる。具体的には、CPU701は、FPGA705から周期的に出力される所定の割り込み要求(以下、単に「割り込み要求」)に応じて、射出成形機1の動作に関する制御機能(後述の制御部7001の機能)を起動させ、射出成形機1の動作に関する制御処理を実行する。そして、CP701は、FPGA705を通じて、制御指令に相当するデータをドライバ710等に出力する。
 本例で取り扱う割り込み要求は、CPU701の外部のハードウェア(本例では、FPGA705)から出力される、いわゆるハードウェア割り込みの要求である。CPU701は、例えば、アクチュエータのモーション制御処理やモーション制御処理として実施されるサーボ制御処理のように、相対的に優先度の高い処理(以下、「高優先度処理」)のバックグラウンドで相対的に優先度の低い処理(以下、「低優先度処理」)を実施する。CPU701は、低優先度処理を実施しつつ、FPGA705から高優先度処理の割り込み要求が入力されると、割り込み要求に対応する割り込み処理を呼びだす。そして、CPU701は、割り込み処理によって、割り込み要求に対応する高優先度処理を起動させる。これにより、CPU701は、低優先度処理を実施しつつ、周期的に実施される高優先度処理を所定の制御周期(所定周期の一例)ごとに適切に実施することができる。
 FPGA705(要求出力部の一例)は、コントローラ700の外部との入出力のインタフェースとして機能する。即ち、インタフェース装置704は、FPGA705を含む。
 FPGA705は、ドライバ710からアクチュエータの制御に関するデータ(以下、「制御データ」)を受信したり、CPU701からの要求に応じて、ドライバ710に制御指令に相当するデータを送信したりする。
 また、FPGA705は、センサ720から射出成形機1の状態に関する測定データを受信したり、CPU701からの要求に応じて、センサ720の測定動作に関する制御指令に相当するデータを送信したりする。
 また、FPGA705は、周期的に、射出成形機1の動作に関する制御機能を起動させる割り込み要求をCPU701に出力する。具体的には、FPGA705は、所定の制御周期ごとに、終了するタイマを繰り返し設定し、タイマの終了時に割り込み要求を出力してよい。
 ドライバ710は、コントローラ30からの制御指令に応じて、アクチュエータを駆動する。アクチュエータは、例えば、電動モータであり、ドライバ710は、コントローラ30からの制御指令に応じて、電動モータに駆動電流を出力する。これにより、コントローラ700(CPU701)は、ドライバ710を通じて、電動モータを制御し、射出成形機1の所望の動作を実現することができる。電動モータは、例えば、型締モータ160、型厚調整モータ183、エジェクタモータ210、計量モータ340、射出モータ350、及びモータ420等を含む。
 センサ720は、射出成形機1の状態に関する測定データを出力する。センサ720は、例えば、電動モータの回転位置を測定可能なエンコーダを含む。エンコーダには、例えば、型締モータエンコーダ161、型厚調整モータエンコーダ184、エジェクタモータエンコーダ211、計量モータエンコーダ341、射出モータエンコーダ351を含む。また、センサ720は、電動モータの電流や電圧を含む電力系統の電圧や電流を検出する電流センサや電圧センサを含む。また、センサ720は、射出成形機1の所定箇所に作用する力、温度、及び圧力等を測定可能な各種センサ(例えば、タイバー歪検出器141、温度検出器314、及び圧力検出器360等)を含む。
 [コントローラの機能構成]
 次に、図4を参照して、コントローラ700の機能構成について説明する。
 図4は、コントローラ700の機能構成の一例を示すブロック図である。
 図4に示すように、コントローラ700は、制御部7001と、表示処理部7002と、記憶部7003と、設定部7004と、記憶部7005とを含む。制御部7001、表示処理部7002、及び設定部7004等の機能は、例えば、補助記憶装置703にインストールされるプログラムをメモリ装置702にロードし、CPU701上で実行することにより実現される。また、記憶部7003,7005等の機能は、例えば、コントローラ700の補助記憶装置703に規定される記憶領域により実現される。
 制御部7001は、ドライバ710やセンサ720から入力されるデータに基づき、射出成形機1の動作に関する制御を行う。制御部7001の機能は、上述の如く、FPGA705から周期的に出力される割り込み要求により起動され、実行される。
 表示処理部7002は、操作装置750を通じて受け付けられるユーザからの入力に応じて、表示装置760に情報画面を表示させる。具体的には、表示処理部7002は、ユーザが操作装置750を用いて上述の割り込み要求に関する設定を行うための画面(以下、「設定画面」)を表示させる。
 割り込み要求に関する設定には、FPGA705からの割り込み要求の出力タイミングに関する設定が含まれる(例えば、後述の補正時間T1の設定)。また、割り込み要求に関する設定には、割り込み要求に応じたモーション制御処理の開始のタイミングに関する設定(例えば、後述の待ち時間T2の設定)が含まれる。
 記憶部7003には、上述の割り込み要求に関する設定内容(例えば、後述の補正時間T1や待ち時間T2の設定値)が記憶(登録)される。
 設定部7004は、上述の割り込み要求に関する設定を行う。例えば、設定部7004は、操作装置750等を通じて受け付けられるユーザからの所定の入力、或いは、所定の入力以外の条件の成立をトリガにして、自動的に、割り込み要求に関する設定を行う。所定の入力以外の条件(以下、「自動設定開始条件」)には、例えば、工場出荷前の射出成形機1の検査工程における最初の起動(電源投入)、及び射出成形機1のコントローラ700の初期化後の最初の起動等がふくまれてよい。また、自動設定開始条件には、射出成形機1のアクチュエータ等の所定のハードウェアやモーション制御処理に関するプログラム等の所定のソフトウェアの変更(更新)後の最初の起動等が含まれてもよい。また、例えば、設定部7004は、操作装置750等で受け付けられるユーザの入力、即ち、ユーザが希望する設定内容に相当する入力に応じて、割り込み要求に関する設定を行ってもよい。つまり、割り込み要求に関する設定は、手動で行われてよい。
 また、設定部7004は、ユーザからの入力に応じて、自動或いは手動で割り込み要求に関する設定が行われる機能を制限してもよい。これにより、割り込み要求に関する設定の内容が不要に変更され、射出成形機1の動作に悪影響が生じてしまうような事態を抑制することができる。
 例えば、設定部7004は、射出成形機1を操作するユーザを識別し、ユーザによって、操作装置750からの入力に応じて割り込み要求に関する設定を行う機能の許可或いは不許可を決定する。これにより、例えば、割り込み要求に関する知識が乏しいユーザが誤って割り込み要求に関する設定を変更してしまうような事態を抑制することができる。具体的には、ユーザごとに規定される識別情報(以下、「ユーザ識別情報」)(例えば、ユーザごとのID(Identifier)や顔認証用が画像データ等)に対して、割り込み要求に関する設定の許可或いは不許可を紐付けた登録情報データベースが構築されてよい。これにより、設定部7004は、操作装置750から入力されるIDや顔認証時に取得される画像データに基づき、操作装置750を利用中のユーザを識別することができる。
 また、例えば、設定部7004は、射出成形機1の外部装置を通じてユーザからの入力が受け付けられる場合に、割り込み要求に関する設定を行う機能を制限してもよい。具体的には、外部装置の一部又は全部からの入力に応じた割り込み要求に関する設定を行う機能を禁止してよい。例えば、射出成形機1の動作状態を相対的に把握しにくい状況にある、外部装置を利用するユーザからの入力に応じて、割り込み要求に関する設定が変更されると、その影響で、射出成形機1の動作に悪影響が生じたときに、対処に遅れが生じる可能性があるからである。また、例えば、外部装置を通じた入力に応じて割り込み要求に関する設定を変更可能にすると、セキュリティの観点から問題が生じる可能性があるからである。
 記憶部7005には、設定部7004により利用される各種データが記憶される。例えば、記憶部7005には、上述の登録情報データベースが構築されてよい。
 [コントローラの動作の具体例]
 次に、図5を参照して、コントローラ700の動作の具体例について説明する。
 図5は、コントローラ700の動作の一例を示すタイミングチャートである。具体的には、図5は、コントローラにおける"データ出力"、"データ準備"、"割り込みタイマ"、
"割り込み処理"、及び"モーション制御処理"のそれぞれの状態を表すタイミングチャートである。
 "データ出力"は、コントローラ700(制御部7001)によるモーション制御処理の結果としてのデータ(例えば、ドライバ710への制御データ)の出力状態を表す。
 "データ準備"は、コントローラ700(制御部7001)によるモーション制御処理に利用されるデータ(例えば、ドライバ710,センサ720から受信されるデータや、前回の制御周期でのモーション制御処理による出力データ等)の準備状態を表す。モーション制御処理に利用されるデータは、FPGA705の内部メモリに格納され、CPU701は、FPGA705の内部メモリにアクセスすることで、このデータを利用し、モーション制御処理を実行することができる。
 "割り込みタイマ"は、FPGA705が割り込み要求を出力するために設定されるタイマの作動状態を表す。図中のタイマの作動状態の立ち上がりの端部がタイマ開始を表し、立ち下がりの端部がタイマ終了を表す。そして、割り込み要求は、タイマ終了をトリガにして出力される。
 "割り込み処理"は、FPGA705から出力される割り込み要求に応じて、モーション制御処理を、低優先度処理に対して割り込んで実行させるための前処理(割り込み処理)の実施状態(実施の有無)を表す。
 "モーション制御処理"は、CPU701により実行されるモーション制御処理の実施状態(実施の有無)を表す。
 本例では、割り込み要求に関する設定として、割り込み要求の出力タイミングが初期状態、即ち、所定の基準状態から変更されている。基準状態は、割り込み要求のタイミングがモーション制御処理開始のトリガとなる基準のタイミングに合わせられている状態を意味する。本例では、基準状態は、割り込み要求のタイミングが、モーション制御処理で利用されるデータの準備完了が想定されるタイミングに合わせられている状態を意味する。
 具体的には、割り込み要求の出力周期、即ち、モーション制御処理の制御周期は、変更されない前提で、割り込み要求のタイミングが基準状態から補正時間T1だけ前倒されている。より具体的には、FPGA705の割り込み要求のためのタイマの終了タイミングが基準状態から補正時間T1だけ前倒しされる。
 そのため、図5に示すように、データ準備完了よりも前のタイミングでタイマが終了し、FPGA705は、割り込み要求をCPU701に出力している(時刻t11)。
 尚、FPGA705は、割り込み要求を出力すると、次回のタイマを開始させる(時刻t12周辺)。
 CPU701は、FPGA705からの割り込み要求の出力に応じて、割り込み処理を開始している(時刻t12)。
 本例では、割り込み要求に関する設定として、割り込み要求に応じたモーション制御処理の開始のタイミングが初期状態から変更されている。初期状態は、例えば、モーション制御の開始タイミングが割り込み処理の完了時に合わせられている状態である。つまり、初期状態では、割り込み処理が完了すると、直ぐに、モーション制御処理が開始される。
 具体的には、モーション制御処理の開始のタイミングが、割り込み処理が完了したタイミング、及び割り込み処理の開始から待ち時間T2だけ経過したタイミングの遅い方に変更されている。
 今回の割り込み処理は、相対的に長い時間を要し、待ち時間T2が経過するタイミングと、割り込み処理が終了するタイミングとが略同じタイミングになっている(時刻t13)。そのため、CPU701は、そのタイミングで、モーション制御処理を開始している。
 また、本例では、待ち時間T2は、モーション制御処理の開始のタイミングがFPGA705におけるモーション制御処理に利用されるデータの準備が完了すると想定されるタイミングと略同時(例えば、その直後)になるように設定されている。そのため、データの準備完了の直後に、モーション制御処理が開始されている。これにより、CPU701は、最新のデータの準備完了後に、モーション制御処理を開始することができる。そのため、CPU701は、射出成形機1の動作を適切に制御することができる。また、モーション制御処理に利用されるデータの準備完了の直後に、モーション制御が開始されるため、コントローラ700は、モーション制御処理に関するリアルタイム性を確保し易くなる。
 尚、待ち時間T2は、モーション制御処理に利用されるデータの準備が完了すると想定されるタイミング以降に、モーション制御処理が開始される態様であれば、任意に設定されてよい。
 CPU701は、今回の制御周期でのモーション制御処理が完了すると、その後、今回の制御周期でのモーション制御処理の実行結果に関するデータを出力する(時刻t14)。出力されるデータは、例えば、FPGA705の内部メモリに格納される(書き込まれる)。
 CPU701によるデータ出力の完了後、前回の割り込み要求の出力後に開始されたタイマが終了すると、FPGA705は、割り込み要求をCPU701に出力している(時刻t15)。
 CPU701は、FPGA705からの割り込み要求の出力に応じて、割り込み処理を開始している(時刻t16)。
 今回の割り込み処理は、相対的に短い時間で終了している(時刻t17)。そのため、CPU701は、割り込み処理の完了後、割り込み処理の開始から待ち時間T2が経過するのを待って、モーション制御処理を開始している(時刻t18)。これにより、割り込み処理が相対的に早く終了した場合であっても、待ち時間T2が適切に設定されることで、CPU701は、モーション制御処理に利用されるデータの準備が完了した後に、モーション制御処理を開始することができる。
 CPU701は、今回の制御周期でのモーション制御処理が完了すると、その後、今回の制御周期でのモーション制御処理の実行結果に関するデータを出力している(時刻t19)。
 前回及び今回の制御周期におけるモーション制御処理は、共に、割り込み処理の開始から待ち時間T2の経過時に開始されている。そのため、コントローラ700は、モーション制御処理に利用されるデータの準備完了を基準とする、モーション制御処理の実行結果に関するデータの出力タイミング(データ出力所要時間T0)を略同じに合わせることができる。よって、コントローラ700は、モーション制御処理に関するリアルタイム性をより適切に確保することができる。
 尚、待ち時間T2が設定される代わりに、FPGA705からCPU701にモーション制御処理に利用されるデータの準備完了の通知が出力されてもよい。この場合、モーション制御処理の開始のタイミングは、割り込み処理が完了したタイミング、及びデータの準備完了のタイミングの遅い方に変更される。これにより、コントローラ700は、データの準備完了に合わせて、モーション制御処理を開始させることができる。
 [割り込み要求に関する設定処理]
 次に、図6を参照して、コントローラ700による割り込み要求に関する設定処理について説明する。
 図6は、コントローラ700による割り込み要求に関する設定処理の一例を概略的に示すフローチャートである。本フローチャートは、例えば、操作装置750等を通じてユーザからの所定の入力が受け付けられた場合に実行されてよい。また、本フローチャートは、例えば、上述の自動設定開始条件の成立時に実行されてよい。
 図6に示すように、ステップS102にて、設定部7004は、割り込み要求に関する設定を自動で行う機能(以下、「自動設定機能」)が有効であるか否かを判定する。
 自動設定機能は、例えば、操作装置750等を通じて、ユーザが選択可能な態様であってよい。また、上述の自動設定開始条件の成立時には、自動設定開始条件が初期状態として、有効な状態に設定されていてもよいし、射出成形機1の納入先ごとの仕様に合わせて、初期状態として、有効な状態或いは無効な状態が設定されていてもよい。
 設定部7004は、自動設定機能が有効である場合、ステップS104に進み、自動設定機能が有効でない場合、今回のフローチャートを終了する。
 ステップS104にて、設定部7004は、制御部7001の機能を実際に動作させて、補正時間T1及び待ち時間T2の初期状態において、割り込み要求の出力(発生)からモーション制御処理の開始までの所要時間を計測する。即ち、設定部7004は、割り込み要求の出力から割り込み処理の完了までの所要時間を計測する。
 コントローラ700は、ステップS104の処理が完了すると、ステップS106に進む。
 ステップS106にて、設定部7004は、割り込み要求の出力(発生)からモーション制御処理の開始までの所要時間の計測回数が設定回数Nth(1以上の整数)以上であるか否かを判定する。設定部7004は、計測回数が設定回数Nth以上でない場合、ステップS104に戻り、次回のモーション制御処理の制御周期において、ステップS104,S106の処理を繰り返す。一方、設定部7004は、計測回数が設定回数Nth以上である場合、制御部7001の機能の実際に動作を停止させて、ステップS108に進む。
 尚、射出成形機1の通常動作時に、割り込み要求の出力から割り込み処理の完了までの所要時間がバックグラウンド処理として適宜計測され、その計測結果が利用される態様であってもよい。この場合、ステップS104,S106の処理は省略される。
 ステップS108にて、設定部7004は、設定回数Nthの計測結果に基づき、補正時間T1及び待ち時間T2を設定する。
 例えば、設定部7004は、設定回数Nthの計測結果のうちの最大値に基づき、補正時間T1を設定してよい。具体的には、設定部7004は、設定回数Nthの計測結果のうちの最大値或いはそれ以上の値を補正時間T1として設定してよい。これにより、モーション制御処理に利用されるデータの準備が完了すると想定されるタイミングより前に、割り込み処理を終了させることができる。そのため、コントローラ700は、待ち時間T2が適切に設定されることで、データの準備完了に合わせて、モーション制御処理を開始させることができる。具体的には、設定部7004は、割り込み要求の出力から割り込み処理が開始されるまでに想定される所要時間を、決定した補正時間T1から減じた値以上に設定すればよい。
 また、例えば、設定部7004は、設定回数Nthの計測結果のうちの平均値等に基づき補正時間T1や待ち時間T2を設定してもよい。
 コントローラ700は、ステップS108の処理が完了すると、今回のフローチャートの処理を終了する。
 このように、本例では、コントローラ700は、割り込み要求の出力から割り込み処理の完了までの実際の所要時間に基づき、補正時間T1や待ち時間T2を設定することができる。
 [設定画面の具体例]
 次に、図7を参照して、割り込み要求に関する設定のための設定画面について説明する。
 図7は、表示装置760に表示される設定画面の一例(設定画面70)を示す図である。
 尚、同様の設定画面は、通信回線NWを通じて通信可能に接続される、射出成形機1の外部の管理装置2や上述の端末装置に表示されてもよい。これにより、管理者や作業者等の射出成形機1のユーザは、管理装置2や上述の端末装置を通じて、割り込み要求に関する設定内容を確認したり、割り込み要求に関する設定を行ったりすることができる。
 図7に示すように、設定画面70には、処理内容表示部71と、補正時間表示部72と、待ち時間表示部73と、アイコン74~77とを含む。
 処理内容表示部71には、割り込み要求の出力からモーション制御処理が開始されるまでの処理の流れがタイミングチャートとして描画され、補正時間T1及び待ち時間T2に相当する時間間隔が表されている。これにより、ユーザは、割り込み要求の出力からモーション制御処理の開始までの処理の流れを把握しつつ、その流れの中で補正時間T1及び待ち時間T2に相当する時間間隔を具体的に確認することができる。
 補正時間表示部72には、補正時間T1の現在の設定値が表示される。
 待ち時間表示部73には、待ち時間T2の現在の設定値が表示される。
 アイコン74は、自動設定機能の有効・無効、即ち、自動で割り込み要求に関する設定が可能であるか、手動で割り込み要求に関する設定が可能であるかの別が表示される。本例では、自動補正機能が有効な状態が表示されている。
 アイコン75は、自動設定機能による補正時間T1及び待ち時間T2の設定を開始させるための操作対象である。ユーザは、操作装置750等を通じて、アイコン75を操作することで、上述の図6のフローチャートに基づき、コントローラ700に補正時間T1及び待ち時間T2を自動で設定させることができる。
 アイコン76は、手動で割り込み要求に関する設定が可能な制御状態に切り換えるための操作対象である。操作装置750等を通じてアイコン76が操作されると、補正時間表示部72及び待ち時間表示部73における補正時間T1及び待ち時間T2の入力ボックスに対する値の入力が可能になる態様であってよい。
 尚、上述の如く、操作装置750等で受け付けられるユーザの入力に応じた割り込み要求に関する設定が制限(禁止)される場合、アイコン75,76は、操作不可の状態(例えば、グレーアウトの状態)で表示されてよい。また、補正時間T1及び待ち時間T2に入力可能な値は、当然の如く、モーション制御処理に悪影響が生じない範囲に予め制限されてよい。
 アイコン77は、所定の画面(例えば、ホーム画面)に戻るための操作対象である。
 このように、ユーザは、設定画面70を通じて、割り込み要求に関する設定の内容(補正時間T1及び待ち時間T2の設定値)を確認することができる。また、ユーザは、設定画面70を通じて、自動設定機能を用いて、或いは、手動で、割り込み要求に関する設定(変更)をコントローラ700に行わせることができる。
 [作用]
 次に、図8を参照して、本実形態に係る射出成形機1(コントローラ700)の作用について説明する。
 図8は、比較例に係る射出成形機のコントローラの動作を示すタイミングチャートである。以下、比較例におけるコントローラ700と同様の構成には、符号を付さずに、同じ名称を使用して説明を行う。
 本例では、FPGAにおけるモーション制御処理に利用されるデータの準備が完了すると想定されるタイミングに合わせて、タイマが終了するように設定されている。
 図8に示すように、FPGAは、タイマの終了に合わせて、割り込み要求を出力している(時刻t21)。
 尚、FPGAは、割り込み要求を出力すると、次回のタイマを開始させる(時刻t22周辺)。
 CPUは、FPGAからの割り込み要求の出力に応じて、割り込み処理を開始している(時刻t22)。
 CPUは、割り込み要求が終了すると、モーション制御処理を開始する(時刻t23)。今回の制御周期では、割り込み処理が相対的に短い時間で終了している。
 CPUは、今回の制御周期でのモーション制御処理の実行結果に関するデータを出力する(時刻t24)。出力されるデータは、例えば、FPGAの内部メモリに格納される(書き込まれる)。
 CPUによるデータ出力の完了後、前回の割り込み要求の出力後に開始されたタイマが終了すると、FPGAは、前回と同様、モーション制御処理に利用されるデータの準備完了に合わせて、割り込み要求をCPUに出力している(時刻t25)。
 CPU701は、FPGAからの割り込み要求の出力に応じて、割り込み処理を開始している(時刻t26)。
 CPU701は、割り込み処理が完了すると、モーション制御処理を開始する(時刻t27)。今回の制御周期では、前回の制御周期のとき(図中の点線)よりも割り込み処理に相対的に長い時間を要している。割り込み処理のオーバーヘッドや割り込み処理でのキャッシュヒットの状況等によって、割り込み処理の所要時間にばらつきが生じる場合があるからである。
 CPU701は、今回の制御周期でのモーション制御処理が完了すると、その後、今回の制御周期でのモーション制御処理の実行結果に関するデータを出力している(時刻t28)。
 比較例では、上述の如く、モーション制御処理に利用されるデータの準備完了に合わせて、割り込み要求が出力される。そのため、モーション制御処理に利用されるデータの準備完了を基準とする、モーション制御処理の実行結果に関するデータの出力タイミング(データ出力所要時間T0c)は、割り込み処理の所要時間の長短に左右される。つまり、割り込み処理の所要時間が相対的に長くなると、モーション制御処理に必要なデータの準備完了を基準としたときのモーション制御処理の開始タイミングが相対的に遅くなり、モーション制御処理のリアルタイム性に影響が生じる可能性がある。
 これに対して、本実施形態では、コントローラ700は、モーション制御処理の開始の基準となるトリガ(以下、「開始トリガ」)の発生より前に割り込み要求を出力し、トリガの発生の以後に制御処理を開始する。具体的には、開始トリガは、モーション制御処理に必要なデータの準備完了であってよい。
 これにより、コントローラ700は、開始トリガの前に、割り込み処理を実施させることができる。そのため、割り込み処理の所要時間のばらつきによるモーション制御処理の開始タイミングへの影響を抑制することができる。また、割り込み処理が相対的に早いタイミングで終了しても、開始トリガの後に、モーション制御処理を開始させるため、開始トリガの前に、モーション制御処理が実施されてしまうこともない。よって、コントローラ700は、射出成形機1において、その動作に関する制御処理のリアルタイム性をより適切に実現することができる。
 尚、射出成形機1において、モーション制御処理以外の他の制御処理に対して、同様の技術が採用されてもよい。この場合、他の制御処理の開始の基準となるトリガに合わせて、割り込み要求の出力タイミング(補正時間T1)、及び他の制御処理の開始のタイミング(待ち時間T2)が適宜設定されてよい。
 また、本実施形態では、コントローラ700は、割り込み要求の出力後、開始トリガの発生前にモーション制御処理の開始準備が完了した場合、トリガの発生を待って、モーション制御処理を開始してよい。
 これにより、コントローラ700は、開始トリガの発生に合わせて、モーション制御処理を開始させることができる。そのため、コントローラ700は、射出成形機1において、その動作に関するリアルタイム性を更に適切に実現することができる。
 また、本実施形態では、コントローラ700は、割り込み要求に基づく割り込み処理の開始から所定時間(待ち時間T2)の経過後に、モーション制御処理を開始してよい。
 これにより、コントローラ700は、待ち時間T2が適宜設定されることで、開始トリガの発生後にモーション制御処理を開始させることができる。
 また、本実施形態では、コントローラ700は、割り込み要求の出力から割り込み処理の完了までに要する時間を複数回測定し、その測定結果に基づき、割り込み要求の出力タイミング(補正時間T1)及び待ち時間T2を設定してよい。
 これにより、コントローラ700は、割り込み要求の出力から割り込み処理の完了までに要する時間の実際のばらつきを考慮して、割り込み要求の出力タイミング(補正時間T1)、及び待ち時間T2をより適切に設定することができる。
 尚、割り込み要求の出力タイミング(補正時間T1)及び待ち時間T2のうちの前者だけが設定されてもよい。上述の如く、FPGA705からCPU701にデータの準備完了の通知が出力される場合、データの準備完了に合わせて、モーション制御処理を開始させることができるからである。また、データの準備完了の通知が出力されない場合、補正時間T1が相対的に小さい値に設定されることで、割り込み処理の完了のタイミングが必ず開始トリガ(データの準備完了)より後になるようにすることができるからである。
 また、本実施形態では、表示装置760は、操作装置750により所定の入力が受け付けられる場合に、割り込み要求の出力タイミングを含む、割り込み要求の出力に基づくモーション制御処理の開始に関する設定内容を表示してよい。
 これにより、射出成形機1は、割り込み要求の出力に基づくモーション制御処理の開始に関する設定内容(例えば、補正時間T1及び待ち時間T2の設定内容)をユーザに確認させることができる。
 [変形、変更]
 以上、射出成形機管理システムSYS等の実施形態について説明したが、本開示は上述の実施形態等に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載された要旨の範囲内において、種々の変形、変更が可能である。
 例えば、上述した実施形態の割り込み要求の出力のタイミング、及び割り込み要求に基づく制御処理の開始のタイミングに関する内容は、他の制御機械の動作に関する制御に採用されてもよい。他の機械は、例えば、工場で利用される産業機械や産業ロボットである。
 最後に、本願は、2021年3月31日に出願した日本国特許出願2021-060659号に基づく優先権を主張するものであり、日本国特許出願の全内容を本願に参照により援用する。

Claims (8)

  1.  金型装置を型締する型締装置と、
     前記型締装置により型締された前記金型装置に成形材料を充填する射出装置と、
     前記射出装置により充填された成形材料が冷却固化した後、前記金型装置から成形品を取り出すエジェクタ装置と、
     所定周期ごとに割り込み要求を出力し、前記割り込み要求に応じて、射出成形機の動作に関する制御処理を行う制御装置と、を備え、
     前記制御装置は、前記制御処理の開始の基準となるトリガの発生より前に前記割り込み要求を出力し、前記トリガの発生の以後に前記制御処理を開始する、
     射出成形機。
  2.  前記トリガは、前記制御処理に必要なデータの準備完了である、
     請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
  3.  前記制御装置は、前記割り込み要求の出力後、前記トリガの発生前に前記制御処理の開始準備が完了した場合、前記トリガの発生を待って、前記制御処理を開始する、
     請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形機。
  4.  前記制御装置は、前記割り込み要求に基づく割り込み処理の開始から所定時間の経過後に、前記制御処理を開始する、
     請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の射出成形機。
  5.  前記制御装置は、前記割り込み要求の出力から前記割り込み要求に基づく割り込み処理の完了までに要する時間を複数回測定し、その測定結果に基づき、前記割り込み要求の出力タイミングを設定する、
     請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の射出成形機。
  6.  前記制御装置は、前記割り込み要求の出力から前記割り込み要求に基づく割り込み処理の完了までに要する時間を複数回測定し、その測定結果に基づき、前記割り込み要求の出力タイミング及び前記所定時間を設定する、
     請求項4に記載の射出成形機。
  7.  ユーザの入力を受け付ける入力装置と、
     前記入力装置により所定の入力が受け付けられる場合に、前記割り込み要求の出力タイミングを含む、前記割り込み要求の出力に基づく前記制御処理の開始に関する設定内容を表示する表示装置と、を備える、
     請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の射出成形機。
  8.  所定周期ごとに割り込み要求を出力する割り込み要求出力部と、
     前記割り込み要求に応じて、産業機械の動作に関する制御処理を行う制御処理部と、を備え、
     前記割り込み要求出力部は、前記制御処理の開始の基準となるトリガの発生より前に前記割り込み要求を出力し、
     前記制御処理部は、前記トリガの発生の以後に前記制御処理を開始する、
     コントローラ。
