具体实施方式
以下将结合附图描述根据本发明的方向盘的具体实施方式。下面的详细描述和附图用于示例性地说明本发明的原理,本发明不限于所描述的优选实施例,本发明描述的各个实施例既可以单独使用,也可以任意组合,本发明的保护范围由权利要求书限定。
此外,空间相关术语(诸如“上”、“下”、“左”和“右”等)用于描述附图所示的元件与另一个元件的相对位置关系。因此,空间相关术语可以应用到使用时与附图所示的方向不同的方向中。显然,虽然为了易于说明,所有这些空间相关术语指的是附图所示的方向,但是本领域技术人员能够理解可以使用与附图中所示的方向不同的方向。
图1示意性地示出根据本发明实施例的方向盘。以下参照图1描述根据本发明实施例的方向盘。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种方向盘1,该方向盘1包括方向盘轮缘20和发光组件10,并且,发光组件10设置在方向盘轮缘20处。具体地,方向盘轮缘20具有内腔,以及,发光组件10被设置在方向盘轮缘20的该内腔中以用于使方向盘轮缘20发光。作为一个示例,发光组件10设置在方向盘轮缘20的内腔中并且使得方向盘轮缘20的整个外表面齐平,特别是方向盘轮缘20的设置有发光组件10的部分与方向盘轮缘20的其余部分齐平,以使得方向盘轮缘20具有一致且完整的外观。以及,需要说明的是,尽管能够从图1中清楚地看到,本实施例的发光组件10被布置为一段圆弧的形状,相应地,发光组件10具有能够发光的一段圆弧,但是本发明的方向盘不限于此,发光组件还可以被布置为其他的形状,例如,半圆形,圆形,甚至其他不规则的形状。
图2示意性地示出根据本发明实施例的方向盘中的发光组件。以下参照图2描述根据本发明实施例的方向盘中的发光组件。
如图2所示,以分解图的形式示出根据本发明实施例的方向盘1,以更清楚地示出方向盘1的结构。如图2所示,在根据本发明实施例的方向盘1中,发光组件10包括光源110、第一印刷电路板100和第二印刷电路板200,以下详细地描述发光组件10的上述部件。
如图2所示,光源110设置在第一印刷电路板100上,在本实施例中,在第一印刷电路板100的左右两端各设置一个光源110(例如,LED),第二印刷电路板200上设置有用于控制光源110的控制组件,以例如控制光源110的打开和关闭等动作。为此,将第一印刷电路板100的一端(图2中的第一印刷电路板100的位于左侧光源110的左侧的端部)插入第二 印刷电路板200上设置的接口,以实现第一印刷电路板100和第二印刷电路板200之间的电连接,由此,第二印刷电路板200被构造为经由与第一印刷电路板100的电连接以控制光源110。而且,第一印刷电路板100被构造为柔性电路板,第二印刷电路板200被构造为刚性电路板。
在本发明方向盘的发光组件中,光源设置在柔性电路板上,同时将用于控制光源的控制组件设置在刚性印刷电路板上,因此,可以通过将刚性电路板的尺寸设置为尽可能小,以及由柔性电路板确保发光组件的光源的分布、安装等要求,使得本发明的方向盘能够发光的同时,确保发光组件以及由此方向盘的体积较小且重量较小,并且,确保发光组件不会导致设计难度增加。
以下进一步参照图2描述根据本发明实施例的方向盘10。
如图2所示,根据本发明实施例的发光组件10还包括导光件300,以及,方向盘轮缘20包括壳体400。
作为一个示例,如图8所示,导光件300可以被设置为管状,并且具有弯折的第一端301和第二端302,以及,为了实现均匀发光,导光件300的外周面的一部分被加工为平面,并且在该平面上设置有多个光学齿304,该多个光学齿304沿着导光件300的长度方向排列。作为另一个示例,导光件300还可以是导光纤维。
作为一个示例,如图4(b)或4(c)所示,壳体400的形状为大致半个弧,并且,壳体400的两端固定(例如,粘接)在发泡体700上。导光件300设置在壳体400的第一侧面上,以及,第一印刷电路板100和第二印刷电路板200被设置在壳体400的与第一侧面相对的第二侧面上。具体地,在图2中,壳体400的第一侧面对应于其下侧面(图2中可见),壳体400的第二侧面对应于其上侧面(图2中不可见)。
此外,如图2所示,方向盘1还包括顶盖500、刚性本体600、发泡体700和外皮800。刚性本体600被设置在发泡体700中以为整个方向盘轮缘20提供刚性支撑。如上文提到的,发泡体700将用于固定壳体400,且还能够至少部分地提供方向盘轮缘的形状。外皮800与顶盖500一起界定方向盘轮缘20的外周面,并且,外皮800固定到壳体400上(例如,外 皮的一部分插入在壳体400上设置的狭缝中,如图4(b)和图4(c)所示)。以及,顶盖500被设置为透明件,固定在壳体400上,光源110发出的光穿过壳体400的孔(如图6(a)或图6(b)所示)并且经由导光件300之后,从顶盖500发出以使方向盘轮缘发光。
为了容纳导光件300和顶盖500,壳体400的第一侧面上设置有凹槽400A,这将在下文进行更详细的描述。
图3示意性地示出根据本发明实施例的方向盘中的发光组件的部分视图。图4(a)是图3中A部的放大图;图4(b)和图4(c)分别是沿着图4(a)中的线E-E和I-I截取获得的剖视图。图5(a)是图3中B部的放大图;图5(b)是沿着图5(a)中的线F-F截取获得的剖视图。图6(a)是图3中C部的放大图;图6(b)和图6(c)分别是沿着图4(a)中的线H-H和G-G截取获得的剖视图。以下参照这些附图进一步描述根据本发明实施例的方向盘。
如图3所示,为了容纳导光件300和顶盖500,壳体400的第一侧面上设置的凹槽400A上分别设置有用于固定导光件300和顶盖500的结构。
具体地,结合图4(c)所示,壳体400在凹槽400A处设置有第五突伸部405,该第五突伸部405插入顶盖500的孔中,以使得顶盖500固定到壳体400处。作为一个示例,第五突伸部405被成对的布置为沿着凹槽400A均匀地分布。
结合图4(b)和图5(b)所示,壳体400在凹槽400A处设置有第四突伸部404,该第四突伸部404被设置为抵靠在导光件300的上侧以将导光件300夹紧到壳体400。
结合图6(b)和图6(c)所示,壳体400在凹槽400A处设置有第一突伸部401、第二突伸部402和第三突伸部403,该第一突伸部401、第二突伸部402和第三突伸部403被设置在导光件300的每个钩状端部301和302处。如图6(b)所示,每个钩状端部处的第一突伸部401和第二突伸部402在方向盘轮缘20的径向上相对设置并且抵靠导光件300,以防止导光件300围绕自身的轴向旋转;以及,如图6(c)所示,第三突伸部403抵靠在导光件300的端侧上,以防止导光件300的端部相对于壳体400翘 起。因此,第一突伸部401、第二突伸部402和第三突伸部403有利地防止导光件300相对于壳体400旋转。作为一个示例,第一突伸部401、第二突伸部402和第三突伸部403中的各个突伸部被设置为与壳体400相隔一段距离,该一段距离例如是0.1-0.2毫米,以使得导光件300顺利地安装到壳体400上。
结合图4(b)所示,导光件300上设置有限位突伸部303(图8中更清楚地示出该限位突伸部303),相应地,凹槽上设置有限位凹槽(未示出),并且,限位突伸部303与限位凹槽配合以相对于壳体400限位导光件300,以在安装期间将导光件300快速地定位在壳体300中。能够理解,这仅仅是示例,本发明的方向盘不限于此,例如,还可以将限位突伸部设置在壳体上,以及相应地,将限位凹槽设置在导光件上。
图7(a)示意性地示出根据本发明实施例的方向盘中的发光组件的部分视图。图7(b)是沿着图7(a)中J部的放大图。
如图7(b)所示,壳体400上设置有滑动槽406,并且,第二印刷电路板200被构造为相对于壳体400在滑动槽406内滑动以固定到壳体400上。具体地,在图7(b)所示的放置方位中,第二印刷电路板300在滑动槽406内从右侧向左侧滑动,由于滑动槽406的厚度尺寸从右侧向左侧逐渐减小,因此,当第二印刷电路板300在滑动槽406内向左滑动到滑动槽406的厚度略小于其厚度时,将被卡紧在滑动槽406内。
需要说明的是,以上实施例仅仅是示例,本发明的方向盘不限于此,例如,第二印刷电路板还可以直接焊接或者以螺钉等固定件固定到壳体上;以及,还可以采用其他方式防止管状的导光件相对于壳体的旋转,甚至在采用非管状的导光件时,可以省略用于导光件的防旋转结构。
图9(a)、图9(b)和图9(c)分别示意性地示出根据本发明不同实施例的方向盘中的发光组件的部分视图。以下参照图9(a)、图9(b)和图9(c)进一步描述根据本发明实施例的发光组件。
如图9(a)所示,第一印刷电路板100被焊接在壳体400上,具体地,焊脚701将第一印刷电路板100固定在壳体400上。第一印刷电路板100的上侧布置有光源110,与光源100所在一侧相对的另一侧(即,下侧) 上设置有加强部704,并且,加强部704的至少一部分与光源100在第一印刷电路板100的厚度方向上对应设置,以为光源100提供刚性支撑。此外,第一印刷电路板100的设置有光源100的侧面上还设置有胶705,该胶705在图7(a)中以点状部的形式表示,胶705用于将第一印刷电路板100粘接在壳体400上,以使得第一印刷电路板100和壳体400之间的固定更牢固。能够理解,第一印刷电路板100不限于以焊接的方式固定在壳体400上,还可以通过螺钉(如图9(b)所示)、卡扣(如图9(c)所示)等其他方式固定在壳体上。
如前所述,尽管说明中已经参考附图对本发明的示例性实施例进行了说明,但是本发明不限于上述具体实施方式,本发明的保护范围应当由权利要求书及其等同含义来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种方向盘(1),其包括方向盘轮缘(20)和发光组件(10),所述方向盘轮缘(20)具有内腔,以及,所述发光组件(10)被设置在所述内腔中以用于使所述方向盘轮缘(20)发光;
    其特征在于,
    所述发光组件(10)包括光源(110)、第一印刷电路板(100)和第二印刷电路板(200),其中,所述光源(110)设置在所述第一印刷电路板(100)上,所述第二印刷电路板(200)上设置有用于控制所述光源(110)的控制组件,以及,所述第二印刷电路板(200)被构造为经由与所述第一印刷电路板(100)的电连接以控制所述光源(110),并且,
    所述第一印刷电路板(100)被构造为柔性电路板,所述第二印刷电路板(200)被构造为刚性电路板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘(1),其中,所述发光组件(10)还包括导光件(300),所述方向盘轮缘(20)包括壳体(400),并且,所述导光件(300)设置在所述壳体(400)的第一侧面上,以及,所述第一印刷电路板(100)和所述第二印刷电路板(200)被设置在所述壳体(400)的与所述第一侧面相对的第二侧面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方向盘(1),其中,所述壳体(400)上设置有用于容纳所述导光件(300)的凹槽(400A),并且,所述凹槽(400A)上设置有用于固定所述导光件(300)的突伸部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方向盘(1),其中,所述导光件(300)被设置为导光管,并且,所述突伸部包括第一突伸部(401)、第二突伸部(402)、第三突伸部(403)和第四突伸部(404);
    所述第一突伸部(401)、所述第二突伸部(402)和所述第三突伸部(403)被设置在所述导光件(300)的每个钩状端部处,每个所述钩状端部处的所述第一突伸部(401)和所述第二突伸部(402)在所述方向盘轮缘(20)的径向上相对设置并且抵靠所述导光件(300),所述第三突伸部(403)抵靠在所述导光件(300)的端侧上,从而防止所述导光件 (300)相对于所述壳体(400)旋转;并且,
    所述第四突伸部(404)被设置为抵靠在所述导光件(300)的上侧以将所述导光件(300)夹紧到所述壳体(400)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方向盘(1),其中,所述导光件(300)和所述凹槽(400A)中的一者上设置有限位突伸部(303),另一者上设置有限位凹槽,并且,所述限位突伸部(303)与所述限位凹槽配合以相对于所述壳体(400)限位所述导光件(300)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘(1),其中,所述第一印刷电路板(100)的与所述光源(110)所在一侧相对的另一侧上设置有加强部(704),并且,所述加强部(704)的至少一部分与所述光源(110)在所述第一印刷电路板(100)的厚度方向上对应设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方向盘(1),其中,所述第一印刷电路板(100)在所述加强部(704)处经由固定件固定到所述壳体(400)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘(1),其中,所述壳体(400)上设置有滑动槽(406),并且,所述第二印刷电路板(200)被构造为相对于所述壳体(400)在所述滑动槽(406)内滑动以固定到所述壳体(400)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方向盘(1),其中,所述第一印刷电路板(100)的一端插入所述第二印刷电路板(200)上设置的接口以实现所述第一印刷电路板(100)和所述第二印刷电路板(200)之间的电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的方向盘(1),其中,所述方向盘轮缘(20)还包括固定在所述壳体(400)上的顶盖(500),所述光源(110)发出的光穿过所述壳体(400)的孔并且经由所述导光件(300)之后,从所述顶盖(500)发出以使所述方向盘轮缘(20)发光。
