本申请涉及但不限于电器设备领域,具体涉及一种用于洗衣机的内筒组件及一种洗衣机。
相关的滚筒洗衣机,包括内筒和提升筋,提升筋拿正、并在内筒上相应位置“对位”后,通过螺钉固定在内筒上。此种固定方式存在如下问题:
1、“对位”前,作业者需要先确认提升筋是否被拿反,若提升筋被拿反了,还需要转动180度将提升筋拿正,然后才能使提升筋与内筒上相应位置“对位”好,这无疑会降低产品组装效率;
2、锁紧螺钉过程耗时较长,这无疑也会降低产品组装效率。

本发明实施例提出的用于洗衣机的内筒组件,包括:内筒;和提升筋,卡装在所述内筒上。

如图1所示,本发明实施例提出了一种内筒组件,内筒组件用于洗衣机。如图1至图3、图5所示,内筒组件包括内筒200和提升筋100,提升筋100卡装固定在内筒200上,以此来简化提升筋100的安装工序,降低内筒组件的生产成本。
该内筒组件,应用于洗衣机,提升筋100卡装在内筒200上,操作简单、耗时短,可有效提升内筒组件的组装效率,因此洗衣机的组装效率也得到提升。
在一示例性实施例中,如图1所示,提升筋100设置为固定在内筒200的侧壁上;或者可以是,提升筋100设置为固定在内筒200的底壁上;或者可以是,提升筋100设置为分别固定在内筒200的侧壁上和内筒200的底壁上;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不 再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一示例性实施例中,提升筋100和内筒200中,二者中的一个上具有组合结构,二者中的另一个上具有配合结构。可以是,提升筋100上具有组合结构,内筒200上具有配合结构;或者可以是,提升筋100上具有配合结构,内筒200上具有组合结构;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
下面以“提升筋100上具有组合结构,内筒200上具有配合结构”为例进行详细说明。而“提升筋100上具有配合结构,内筒200上具有组合结构”的技术方案,本领域的技术人员可以根据简单的结构变换来得到,本申请在此不再赘述,但也应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一示例性实施例中,如图2至图6所示,组合结构设置为包括定位部以及限位部,配合结构设置为包括定位配合部以及限位配合部,定位部设置为卡装在定位配合部上,限位部设置为与限位配合部进行配合,阻止定位部和定位配合部相互脱开,避免出现提升筋100在内筒200上脱卡而造成提升筋100在内筒200上掉落。
在一示例性实施例中,如图2、图4和图6所示,配合结构包括配合孔。其中,配合孔(参见图4)设置为包括定位段(标号为270)以及通过段(标号为280),定位配合部即本申请中的定位段,限位配合部即本申请中的通过段。在内筒200上安装提升筋100时,使定位部伸入通过段280,然后自通过段280向定位段270方向推动提升筋100,使定位部经过通过段280伸入到定位段270内、并卡装在定位段270上,此时,限位部则伸入到通过段280、并抵压在通过段280的背向定位段270的孔壁上,限位部无法背向定位段270移动,因此定位部无法脱出定位段270再反向回退到通过段内280,因此提升筋100能够保持稳定地卡装在内筒200上。
在一示例性实施例中,如图2、图5和图6所示,定位部可以设置为卡钩,卡钩自通过段280伸入定位段270内、并以钩挂的方式卡装在定位段270的外端面上,可以是通过段280的宽度大于定位段270的宽度,卡钩的钩头朝左或朝右设置,卡钩的钩头处的宽度小于通过段280的宽度、大于定位段270的宽度,卡钩的连接颈的宽度略小于定位段270的宽度,卡钩的钩头穿过通过段280,卡钩的连接颈由通过段280运动至定位段270时,卡钩 的钩头卡在定位段270上,受到卡钩的钩头的限制,卡钩不会自定位段270脱出。
或者可以是,定位部设置为环形的卡槽,卡槽自通过段280伸入定位段270内,定位段270两侧的口壁相对于通过段280两侧的口壁向内配合孔内侧凸起,卡槽卡在定位段270两侧的口壁上;或者可以是,定位部设置为C形槽;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一示例性实施例中,如图2、图5和图6所示,限位部设置为止挡凸台,止挡凸台的朝向定位段270的一侧具有导向斜面,这样更利于止挡凸台进入通过段280内。
在一示例性实施例中,如图5所示,配合孔设置为沉孔,定位段270和通过段280共同形成L形结构,定位部卡在定位段270处的沉孔的底壁上,止挡凸台的背向定位段270的侧面抵压在通过段280处的沉孔的背向定位段270的孔壁上,从而保持提升筋100稳定地卡装在内筒200上。止挡凸台的朝向定位段270的侧面设置为导向斜面(如图6所示),通过设置导向斜面,更利于实现止挡凸台滑入通过段280内。可以是,通过段280的口壁相对于定位段270的口壁,朝向提升筋100凹陷,而且通过段280的口壁与定位段270的口壁相连接位置通过平滑过渡曲面290连接,这样卡钩的钩头在通过段280内就可以更顺畅的沿平滑过渡曲面290滑动至定位段270的口壁上,最终卡钩的钩头卡在定位段270的口壁上更紧实,提升筋100和内筒200之间的缝隙则更小。
在一示例性实施例中,止挡凸台呈直角三角形状。
在一示例性实施例中,组合结构设置为包括第一组合结构以及第二组合结构,第一组合结构和第二组合结构设置为相互呈中心对称设置,而且第一组合结构和第二组合结构设置为择一与配合孔进行配合,这样无论提升筋100正向安装或反向安装(即:正拿还是反拿),均能够在内筒200上进行安装,即提升筋100安装无需区分正反,省去了调整提升筋100的时间,也能够提升内筒组件的组装效率,从而达到提升洗衣机组装效率的目的。
可以是,配合孔设置为一个(此方案图中未示出),第一组合结构包括第一定位部和第一限位部,第二组合结构包括第四定位部和第四限位部(此 方案图中未示出,可结合图2、图3和图5进行理解)。
或者可以是,配合孔包括多个,如图2所示,第一组合结构150设置为包括第一子定位部101以及第三子定位部103。第一组合结构150设置为还包括第一子限位部110以及第三子限位部130。其中,在前后方向(即提升筋100的长度方向)上,自前向后,第一子定位部101位于第一子限位部110的前方,第一子限位部110位于第三子定位部103的前方,第三子定位部103位于第三子限位部130的前方。在前后方向上,第一子定位部101和第一子限位部110位于同一列,第三子定位部103和第三子限位部130位于同一列。在左右方向上,第一子定位部101和第一子限位部110位于第三子定位部103和第三子限位部130的左侧。

在前后方向上,第一子定位部101、第一子限位部110、第二子限位部120和第二子定位部102位于同一列,第三子定位部103、第三子限位部130、第四子限位部140和第四子定位部104位于同一列。第一子定位部101形成的卡钩和第二子定位部102形成的卡钩均朝右设置,第一子限位部110的导向斜面和第二子限位部120的导向斜面在前后方向上相背设置;第三子定位部103形成的卡钩和第四子定位部104形成的卡钩均朝左设置,第三子限位部130的导向斜面和第四子限位部140的导向斜面在前后方向上相背设置。其中,第一子定位部101和第四子定位部104呈中心对称设置,第二子定位 部102和第三子定位部103呈中心对称设置;第一子限位部110和第四子限位部140呈中心对称设置,第二子限位部120和第三子限位部130呈中心对称设置。
在一示例性实施例中,如图3所示,配合孔设置为包括第一配合孔210以及第三配合孔230,第一配合孔210设置为同第一子定位部101以及第一子限位部110相对应设置,第三配合孔230设置为同第三子定位部103以及第三子限位部130相对应设置。第一配合孔210的前侧设置有定位段270、后侧设置有通过段280。第三配合孔230的前侧设置有定位段270、后侧设置有通过段280。第一组合结构150和第二组合结构160设置为择一与第一配合孔210以及第三配合孔230相配合。即:第一组合结构150与第一配合孔210以及第三配合孔230相配合时,第二组合结构160与第一配合孔210以及第三配合孔230不配合;第二组合结构160与第一配合孔210和第三配合孔230相配合时,第一组合结构160与第一配合孔210和第三配合孔230不配合。
可以是,如图5所示,提升筋100在内筒200上正装时,第一子定位部101和第一子限位部110对应与第一配合孔210的定位段270和第一配合孔210的通过段280进行配合,第三子定位部103和第三子限位部130对应与第三配合孔230的定位段270和第三配合孔230的通过段280进行配合。
或者可以是,提升筋100在内筒200上反装时(图中未示出),第四子定位部104和第四子限位部140对应与第一配合孔210的定位段270和第一配合孔210的通过段280进行配合,第二子定位部102和第二子限位部120对应与第三配合孔230的定位段270和第三配合孔230的通过段280进行配合。
在一示例性实施例中,如图2和图5所示,第一组合结构150处于第二组合结构160的前方。其中,在左右方向上,第二子定位部102与第三子定位部103处于同一排,而且第二子定位部102位于第三子定位部103的左侧。
在一示例性实施例中,如图2、图3和图5所示,内筒200上还设置有第二配合孔220和第四配合孔240,第二配合孔220与第二子定位部102相对应设置,第四配合孔240与第四子定位部104相对应设置。其中,第二配合孔220包括位于前侧的定位段以及位于后侧的通过段,第四配合孔240也 包括位于前侧的定位段以及位于后侧的通过段。
可以是,如图5所示,提升筋100在内筒200上正装时,第二子定位部102经过第二配合孔220的通过段而卡在第二配合孔220的定位段内,第二子限位部120因位于第二子定位部102的前方而处于第二配合孔220外侧、并不能够抵在第二配合孔220的通过段上;第四子定位部104经过第四配合孔240的通过段而卡在第四配合孔240的定位段内,第四子限位部140因位于第四子定位部104的前方而处于第四配合孔240外侧、并不能够抵在第四配合孔240的通过段上。
或者可以是,提升筋100在内筒200上反装时(图中未示出),第三子定位部103经过第二配合孔220的通过段而卡在第二配合孔220的定位段内,第三子限位部130因位于第三子定位部103的前方而处于第二配合孔220外侧、并不能够抵在第二配合孔220的通过段上;第一子定位部101经过第四配合孔240的通过段而卡在第四配合孔240的定位段内,第一子限位部110因位于第一子定位部101的前方而处于第四配合孔240外侧、并不能够抵在第四配合孔240的通过段上。
可以是,第二配合孔220设置为长条形的避让孔,第四配合孔240设置为长条形的避让孔,避让孔设置为腰型孔或矩形孔等(图中未示出);或者可以是,第二配合孔220设置为长条形的避让孔,第四配合孔240设置为包括位于前侧的定位段以及位于后侧的通过段,避让孔腰型孔或矩形孔等(图中未示出);或者可以是,第二配合孔220设置为包括位于前侧的定位段以及位于后侧的通过段,第四配合孔240设置为长条形的避让孔,避让孔腰型孔或矩形孔等(图中未示出);以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一示例中,如图2和图5所示,提升筋100上还可以设置有第五子定位部105。在前后方向上:第五子定位部105与第三子定位部103、第三子限位部130、第四子限位部140和第四子定位部104设置为位于同一列;在左右方向上:第五子定位部105与第一子定位部101设置为位于同一排,第五子定位部105位于第一子定位部101的右侧,即:第五子定位部105、第三子定位部103、第三子限位部130、第四子限位部140和第四子定位部104自前向后依次设置。如图2、图3、图5和图7所示,内筒200上还设置有 第五配合孔250,第五配合孔250设置为同第五子定位部105相对应设置。其中,第五配合孔250设置为包括位于前侧的定位段以及位于后侧的通过段。
在一示例性实施例中,如图2和图5所示,提升筋100上还对应设置有第六子定位部106。在前后方向上:第六子定位部106与第二子定位部102、第二子限位部120、第一子限位部110和第一子定位部101设置为位于同一列;在左右方向上:第六子定位部106与第四子定位部104设置为位于同一排,第六子定位部106位于第四子定位部104的左侧;即:第六子定位部106、第二子定位部102、第二子限位部120、第一子限位部110和第一子定位部101自后向前依次设置。如图2、图3和图5所示,内筒200上还设置有第六配合孔260,第六配合孔260设置为同第六子定位部106相对应设置。其中,第六配合孔260设置为包括位于前侧的定位段以及位于后侧的通过段。
在一示例性实施例中,第五子定位部105和第六子定位部106呈中心对称设置,第五配合孔250和第六配合孔260也呈中心对称设置。
可以是,如图5所示,提升筋100在内筒200上正装时,第五子定位部105经过第五配合孔250的通过段而卡在第五配合孔250的定位段内,第六子定位部106经过第六配合孔260的通过段而卡在第六配合孔260的定位段内。
或者可以是,提升筋100在内筒200上反装时(图中未示出),第五子定位部105经过第六配合孔260的通过段而卡在第六配合孔260的定位段内,第六子定位部106经过第五配合孔250的通过段而卡在第五配合孔250的定位段内。
在一示例性实施例中,如图3所示,第一配合孔210、第二配合孔220和第六配合孔260的结构相同,第三配合孔230、第四配合孔240、第五配合孔250的结构相同。第一配合孔210和第五配合孔250呈轴对称设置,第二配合孔220和第三配合孔230呈轴对称设置,第六配合孔260和第四配合孔240呈轴对称设置。对应的:如图2所示,第一子定位部101、第二子定位部102和第六子定位部106的结构相同,第三子定位部103、第四子定位部104、第五子定位部105的结构相同。第一子定位部101和第五子定位部 105呈轴对称设置,第二子定位部102和第三子定位部103呈轴对称设置,第六子定位部106和第四子定位部104呈轴对称设置。此方案通过多点定位,可以更好地确保提升筋100牢固固定在内筒200上,提升筋100各位置不会翘起。
在一示例性实施例中,第一配合孔210、第二配合孔220、第三配合孔230、第四配合孔240、第五配合孔250和第六配合孔260上的定位段的结构相同,在附图中均标注为定位段270;第一配合孔210、第二配合孔220、第三配合孔230、第四配合孔240、第五配合孔250和第六配合孔260上的通过段的结构相同,在附图中均标注为通过段280。
本申请提供的内筒组件,如图5所示,提升筋100在内筒200上正装时:
第一子定位部101和第一子限位部110对应与第一配合孔210的定位段和第一配合孔210的通过段进行配合,第三子定位部103和第三子限位部130对应与第三配合孔230的定位段和第三配合孔230的通过段进行配合;
第二子定位部102经过第二配合孔220的通过段而卡在第二配合孔220的定位段内,第二子限位部120因位于第二子定位部102的前方而处于第二配合孔220外侧、并不能够抵在第二配合孔220的通过段上;第四子定位部104经过第四配合孔240的通过段而卡在第四配合孔240的定位段内,第四子限位部140因位于第四子定位部104的前方而处于第四配合孔240外侧、并不能够抵在第四配合孔240的通过段上;
第五子定位部105经过第五配合孔250的通过段而卡在第五配合孔250的定位段内,第六子定位部106经过第六配合孔260的通过段而卡在第六配合孔260的定位段内。
本申请提供的内筒组件,提升筋100在内筒200上反装时(图中未示出):
第四子定位部104和第四子限位部140对应与第一配合孔210的定位段和第一配合孔210的通过段进行配合,第二子定位部102和第二子限位部120对应与第三配合孔230的定位段和第三配合孔230的通过段进行配合;
第三子定位部103经过第二配合孔220的通过段而卡在第二配合孔220的定位段内,第三子限位部130因位于第三子定位部103的前方而处于第二配合孔220外侧、并不能够抵在第二配合孔220的通过段上;第一子定位部101经过第四配合孔240的通过段而卡在第四配合孔240的定位段内,第一 子限位部110因位于第一子定位部101的前方而处于第四配合孔240外侧、并不能够抵在第四配合孔240的通过段上;
第五子定位部105经过第六配合孔260的通过段而卡在第六配合孔260的定位段内,第六子定位部106经过第五配合孔250的通过段而卡在第五配合孔250的定位段内。
本领域的技术人员应当理解,本申请中描述的前、后、左、右,均是以内筒200为参照的(如图3所示),并不是以提升筋100为参照的。图5中,提升筋100在内筒200上正装。
本申请中,如图1所示,提升筋100在内筒200上沿周向间隔设置一个或多个。其中,多个可以是两个、三个、四个或五个等,均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一示例性实施例中,提升筋100可以为塑料件,可以通过一体注塑成型制成,其生产方式简便,生产成本更低。当然,提升筋100也可以为金属件,也可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,也应属于本申请的保护范围内。
该内筒组件,内筒200和提升筋100通过卡装的方式组装在一起,省去了螺钉,而且提升筋100正反均可安装,因此内筒组件的组装过程更简便,装配效率更高。
本发明实施例提供的洗衣机(图中未示出),包括上述任一实施例所述的用于洗衣机的内筒组件。
本发明实施例提供的洗衣机,具备上述任一实施例提供的用于洗衣机的内筒组件的全部优点,在此不再赘述。
示例地,洗衣机可以是滚筒洗衣机或波轮洗衣机等,均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范 围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种用于洗衣机的内筒组件,包括:内筒;和提升筋,卡装在所述内筒上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内筒组件,其中,所述提升筋和所述内筒中的一个上设置有组合结构、另一个上设置有配合结构,所述组合结构包括定位部和限位部,所述配合结构包括定位配合部和限位配合部,所述定位部设置为卡在所述定位配合部上,所述限位部设置为与所述限位配合部相配合,设置为阻止所述定位部与所述定位配合部脱卡。
- 根据权利要求2所述的内筒组件,其中,所述配合结构包括配合孔,所述配合孔包括定位段和通过段,所述定位配合部包括所述定位段,所述限位配合部包括所述通过段,所述定位部自所述通过段伸入所述定位段、并卡在所述定位段上,所述限位部伸入所述通过段、并抵在所述通过段上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的内筒组件,其中,所述定位部包括卡钩,所述限位部包括止挡凸台,所述配合孔包括沉孔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的内筒组件,其中,所述组合结构包括第一组合结构和第二组合结构,所述第一组合结构和所述第二组合结构呈中心对称设置、并择一与所述配合孔相配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的内筒组件,其中,所述第一组合结构包括第一子定位部、位于所述第一子定位部后方的第一子限位部、第三子定位部和位于所述第三子定位部后方的第三子限位部;所述第二组合结构包括位于所述第一子限位部后方的第二子限位部、位于所述第二子限位部后方的第二子定位部、位于所述第三子限位部后方的第四子限位部和位于所述第四子限位部后方的第四子定位部;所述配合孔包括第一配合孔和第三配合孔,所述第一配合孔设置为与所述第一子定位部以及所述第一子限位部对应设置,所述第三配合孔设置为与所述第三子定位部以及所述第三子限位部对应设置;所述定位部包括所述第一子定位部、所述第二子定位部、所述第三子定位部和所述第四子定位部;所述限位部包括所述第一子限位部、所述第二子限位部、所述第三子限位部和所述第四子限位部。
- 根据权利要求6所述的内筒组件,其中,在第一方向上:所述第一子定位部、所述第一子限位部、所述第二子限位部和所述第二子定位部位于同一列,所述第三子定位部、所述第三子限位部、所述第四子限位部和所述第四子定位部位于同一列;在第二方向上:所述第二子定位部和所述第三子定位部位于同一排;其中,所述第一方向和所述第二反向相交。
- 根据权利要求7所述的内筒组件,其中,所述提升筋和所述内筒中的所述另一个上还设置有与所述第二子定位部对应设置的第二配合孔以及与所述第四子定位部对应设置的第四配合孔。
- 根据权利要求8所述的内筒组件,其中,所述第一方向设置为前后方向,所述第二方向设置为左右方向,所述第二配合孔和所述第四配合孔均包括位于前侧的定位段和位于后侧的通过段;或所述第二配合孔和所述第四配合孔均包括长条形的避让孔。
- 一种洗衣机,包括有如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的内筒组件。
