Description
本发明涉及一种门系统多点锁闭机构,属于轨道交通装置技术领域。
车辆门系统,通常在承载驱动机构上带有锁闭装置,门扇关闭时通过锁闭装置将门扇锁定。当车辆速度等级较高,对门系统锁闭强度有较高要求时,会在门系统侧面增加额外锁闭装置。常用的侧面锁闭方式有两类,一类采用电动或气动元件来驱动该锁闭装置锁闭或解锁,该类锁闭装置需要额外的动力源,能耗高,且结构复杂,占用空间大,可靠性差。
还有一类采用侧面锁闭装置与机构驱动装置或其它运动部件联动的方式,在机构驱动装置驱动门扇运动同时带动侧面锁闭装置锁闭和解锁,该方式不需要单独动力源,减少了能耗。
但现有的联动相关结构存在如下的不足:
通常门扇运动和侧面锁闭装置动作同步进行,为了避免运动干涉,要求锁闭装置锁闭和解锁动作快于门扇运动,该方式对锁闭装置安装调整要求较高,存在运动干涉风险,并且维护困难,锁闭效果差。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种门系统多点锁闭机构,提高门系统承载能力,满足更高速度等级要求,并克服现有门系统中多点锁闭机构结构复杂、锁闭效果差、占用空间大、安装调试困难等问题。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种门系统多点锁闭机构,包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构在门扇关闭末期和门扇打开前期受导轨约束旋转一定角度,实现驱动机构对门系统局部的锁闭和解锁;同时,旋转的驱动机构带动传动机构产生位移,传动机构通过位移驱动侧面锁闭组件进行锁闭和解锁,使门系统侧面具有多点约束。

有益效果:本发明提供的一种门系统多点锁闭机构,门扇上方通过驱动机构过死点,驱动机构受导轨凹槽段约束,实现对门扇上方的一种锁闭;另外,门扇侧面通过侧面锁闭组件对锁柱或锁扣的约束,实现对门扇侧面的另一种锁闭。同时,门扇侧面可以安装多个侧面锁闭组件,实现对门扇侧面多点锁闭。
本发明利用驱动机构在旋转锁闭和解锁阶段产生的位移来控制门系统侧面锁闭装置锁闭和解锁,使门系统具有多点约束,锁闭效果好,并且侧面锁闭装置锁闭和解锁动作在门扇关闭后和开门前进行,无运动干涉风险,锁闭可靠。
该锁闭机构结构简单、占用空间小,易维护,并且侧面锁闭装置可采用万向接头,门系统一侧可以窜接多个锁闭装置,满足不同锁闭强度需求。该锁闭机构不仅适用于平门,也适用于弯门,不仅适用于单开门,也适用于双开门,不仅适用于塞拉门也适用于移门等,通用性好。

如图8所示,所述传动叉位置保持机构5包括:安装板501,所述安装板501上移动连接有限位连杆502,限位连杆502上套接有弹性部件503如:压簧;所述传动轴201上设置有转动块504,转动块504自由端与限位连杆502一端转动连接,传动叉202向上转动时,带动转动块504转动,转动块504带动限位连杆502转动,传动叉202由于限位柱207无法继续向上转动,同时伸弹性部件503通过限位连杆502保持转动块504继续向上转动的作用力,确保传动叉202静止不动。传动叉202向下转动时,带动转动块504转动,转动块504带动限位连杆502转动,传动叉202转动点已过传动板106与传动架104铰接最大转动位置,无法继续向下转动,同时弹性部件503通过限位连杆502保持转动块504继续向下转动的作用力,确保传动叉202锁死不动。
实施例1:
当门扇关闭时,电动机驱动丝杆上丝杆螺母向中间移动,滚轮从直线段移动入曲线段,受曲线段约束,丝杆螺母带动传动架一边向中间运动,一边沿着丝杆向下转动,如图9所示,直到第一轴销与传动叉相接触,带动传动叉一起向下转动,传动叉带动传动轴旋转,并带动转动块转动,转动块带动限位连杆转动。如图10所示,当滚轮进入凹槽段,丝杆螺母完成转动,第一轴销与传动叉停止转动,由于传动板与传动架是铰接,传动架与丝杆螺母通过第一轴销铰接,第一轴销与传动叉的位置低于传动板与传动架的铰接点与丝杆中心点的连线,即过了死点,而且,传动叉由第一销轴带动到最终位置,在传动叉位置保持机构作用下让第一轴销及传动叉锁闭在死点之下,这样可以有效阻碍门扇通过传动架传来的向外拉力及向上运动的力,起到对门扇进行锁闭的作用。另外,滚轮停止在凹槽段的末端,滚轮左右两侧受凹槽段的约束,起到了对门扇沿丝杆方向上的锁闭的作用。
如图11所示,门扇关闭时,门扇6侧面的锁柱601与锁叉相接触,带动锁叉旋转,同时 第二滚轮也旋转,直到门扇关闭完成,如图12所示,锁柱与锁叉完成锁闭,第二滚轮旋转到位。传动轴随传动叉旋转依次带动第一转臂、第一连杆、第二转臂旋转,第二转臂带动驱动轴旋转,驱动轴通过万向接头带动转动轴旋转,转动轴带动内摆臂转动并与第二滚轮相接触,至此,完成了锁叉与锁柱的锁闭。另外,多个侧面锁闭组件可以通过万向接头实现串联,对门扇实现多个锁叉点的锁闭。
实施例2:
当门扇打开时,电动机驱动丝杆上丝杆螺母运动,由于受凹槽段约束,丝杆螺母驱动传动架向上转动,并带动第一轴销与传动叉向上转动,实现了对门扇的第一次解锁,由于传动板与传动架是铰接,传动板可以保持不动,如图9所示,直到传动叉停止在限位柱处,第一轴销与传动叉准备脱离,实现了对门扇的第二次解锁。传动叉向上转动过程中,带动传动轴转动,并通过第一转臂等部件解除内摆臂对锁叉后部第二滚轮的约束,完成侧面锁闭组件解锁。同时,传动叉在传动叉位置保持机构作用下保持静止。
如图13所示,第一销轴与传动叉相脱离后,丝杆螺母继续向上转动,在曲线段,传动架一边转动,一边通过传动板和携门架带动门扇向两侧打开,直到滚轮完成曲线段行程,丝杆螺母完成转动,滚轮在直线段时,丝杆螺母进行水平移动,直到门扇完全打开。
如图11所示,当门扇打开时,内摆臂与锁叉后部第二滚轮脱离,门扇6侧面的锁柱601从锁叉302准备退出,锁叉在扭簧的作用下复位。
实施例3:
需要人工对侧门进行解除锁闭时,手动转动解锁手柄,解锁手柄带动传动轴旋转,并依次带动第一转臂、第一连杆、第二转臂旋转,第二转臂带动驱动轴旋转,驱动轴带动转动轴旋转,转动轴带动内摆臂转动,并与第二滚轮相脱离,解除对锁叉的限位。同时传动轴带动传动叉,使传动架向上转动,解除死点锁闭状态,由于,传动轴上同步旋动的传动叉只造成丝杆螺母和传动架的旋转,并未给传动板带来移动,所以并不会影响门扇的移动。当手动解锁结束后,门扇既可以手动向外打开,解锁手柄在扭簧的作用下复位。
第二种实施例:
如图14-图15所示,第二种实施例的一种门系统多点锁闭机构,驱动机构1包括驱动电机101,驱动电机101与丝杆102一端相连接,丝杆102上套接有丝杆螺母103,丝杆螺母103一端连接有第一轴销105,传动架104前端转动卡接在丝杆螺母103上,传动架104后端与传动板106一端相铰接,传动板106另一端连接有携门架107,携门架107与门扇6相连。所述丝杆螺母103另一端上设有滚轮108,滚轮108与导轨109移动连接,导轨109包括直 线段1091、凹槽段1093,直线段1091、凹槽段1093依次连接,当滚轮108运动到凹槽段1093时,丝杆螺母103的滚轮108一端向下旋转,直到滚轮108卡接在凹槽段1093末端;当滚轮108从凹槽段1093末端开始运动时,丝杆螺母103的滚轮108一端向上旋转,直到凹槽段1093顶端后丝杆螺母103停止转动,经直线段1091,丝杆螺母103水平移动。
如图16-图17所示,所述传动机构2包括传动轴201,传动轴201上固定有传动叉202、,在丝杆螺母103进入凹槽段1093前,第一销轴105与传动叉202接触,当第一轴销105随丝杆螺母103从凹槽段1093顶端运动到末端时,传动叉202随第一轴销105向上转动;当第一轴销105随丝杆螺母103从凹槽段1093末端运动到顶端时,传动叉202随第一轴销105向下转动,丝杆螺母103退出凹槽段1093,进入直线段1091后,第一销轴105与传动叉202脱离接触。。所述传动轴201与第一转臂203中部相连接,第一转臂203一端通过万向接头与第一连杆204相连接;传动轴201一端的安装板上设置有限位柱207,第一转臂203向一侧转动时与限位柱207相接触。
如图18所示,所述侧面锁闭组件3包括驱动轴307,驱动轴307一端通过万向接头与第一连杆204相连接,所述驱动轴307上设置有插销308,第一转臂203通过第一连杆204带动驱动轴307上插销308竖直方向上下移动。
所述解锁机构4包括解锁手柄401,所述驱动轴307上设置有解锁手柄401,解锁手柄401带动驱动轴307上插销308竖直方向上下移动。
所述传动叉位置保持机构5包括:安装板501,所述安装板501上移动连接有限位连杆502,限位连杆502上套接有弹性部件503如:压簧;所述限位连杆502与第一转臂203另一端转动连接。传动叉202向上转动时,传动轴201带动第一转臂203转动,第一转臂203带动限位连杆502转动,第一转臂203由于限位柱207的限位,以及丝杆螺母103上滚轮在凹槽段1093的约束对传动叉202限位,使第一转臂203无法继续同向转动,同时弹性部件503通过限位连杆502保持第一转臂203继续同向转动的作用力,确保传动叉202静止不动,同时也确保驱动轴307上插销308向下不动。传动叉202向下转动时,传动轴201带动第一转臂203转动,第一转臂203带动限位连杆502转动,第一转臂203由于限位柱207无法继续同向转动,同时弹性部件503通过限位连杆502保持第一转臂203继续同向转动的作用力,确保传动叉202静止不动,同时也确保驱动轴307上插销308向上不动。
实施例4:
当门扇关闭时,电动机驱动丝杆上丝杆螺母向导轨末端移动,滚轮从直线段移动入凹槽段,丝杆螺母带动传动架、传动板、携门架、门扇移动,门扇在移门导轨的约束下进行关闭。 如图16所示,当滚轮来到凹槽段顶部,第一轴销与传动叉相接触;滚轮在凹槽段约束下开始向下转动,带动传动叉向上转动,传动叉带动传动轴转动,传动轴带动第一转臂转动,直到滚轮转动到凹槽段下末端,滚轮左右两侧受凹槽段的约束,起到了对门扇沿丝杆方向上的锁闭的作用。
另外,转动的第一转臂带动第一连杆竖直方向向下运动,第一连杆带动驱动轴上插销向下运动,由于此时,门扇已关闭,门扇6侧面设置的锁扣603与车体上安装的插销导向板602配合到位,插销经插销导向板插入锁扣内的锁孔,实现了对门扇侧面的锁闭作用。为了更好的实现对门扇侧面的锁闭强度和精准度,第一连杆上串联有多个插销,车体上还安装有连杆导向板,使得第一连杆上下移动更稳定,实现了对门扇侧面的多点锁闭作用。同时,第一转臂另一端带动限位连杆转动,以及丝杆螺母上滚轮在凹槽段的约束对传动叉限位,使第一转臂无法继续同向转动,同时弹性部件通过限位连杆保持第一转臂继续同向转动的作用力,确保传动叉静止不动,同时也确保驱动轴上插销向下不动。
实施例5:
当门扇打开时,电动机驱动丝杆上丝杆螺母运动,由于受凹槽段约束,如图17所示,丝杆螺母上的滚轮向上转动,带动第一轴销与传动叉向下转动,由于滚轮从凹槽段底部来到顶部,实现了对门扇的第一次解锁。同时,传动叉向下转动时,传动叉带动传动轴转动,传动轴带动第一转臂转动,第一转臂带动第一连杆竖直方向向上运动,第一连杆带动插销向上运动,与门扇侧面锁扣、插销导向板脱离,实现了门扇侧面的解锁。丝杆螺母在电动机作用下沿直线段约束水平移动,与传动叉脱离,并带动门扇在移门导轨的约束下打开。
另外,第一转臂另一端带动限位连杆转动,第一转臂由于限位柱无法继续同向转动,同时弹性部件通过限位连杆保持第一转臂继续同向转动的作用力,确保传动叉静止不动,同时也确保驱动轴上插销向上不动。
实施例6:
需要人工对侧门进行解除锁闭时,手动提起解锁手柄,解锁手柄带动传动轴向上移动,第一连杆带动插销向上运动,与门扇侧面锁扣、插销导向板脱离,实现了门扇侧面的解锁,由于第一转臂的旋转,只会带来丝杆螺母旋转,不会带来丝杆螺母水平移动,所以并不会影响门扇的移动。当手动解锁结束后,门扇既可以手动向外打开。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种门系统多点锁闭机构,包括驱动机构、传动机构、导向机构、侧面锁闭组件;驱动机构和导向机构位于门系统上方,驱动机构与导向机构移动连接,驱动机构在门扇关闭末期和门扇打开前期受导向机构约束旋转一定角度,实现驱动机构对门系统局部的锁闭和解锁;门系统至少有一侧带有侧面锁闭组件;驱动机构在旋转锁闭和解锁过程中带动传动机构运动,并通过传动机构控制侧面锁闭组件锁闭和解锁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种门系统多点锁闭机构,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括驱动电机,驱动电机带动丝杆转动,丝杆上套接有丝杆螺母,丝杆螺母一端与传动架一端通过第一轴销转动连接,传动架另一端与传动板一端相铰接,所述传动板上设有滚轮,滚轮与导轨移动连接,导轨包括直线段、曲线段、凹槽段,直线段、曲线段、凹槽段依次连接;和/或,所述侧面锁闭组件包括锁体,锁体内设置有可旋转的锁叉,锁叉内设置有扭簧,在扭簧作用下,锁叉初始处于复位状态,锁叉后端设置有第二滚轮;锁体内还设置有转动轴,转动轴上安装有内摆臂,转动轴带动内摆臂旋转,当内摆臂转动到位后,内摆臂前端与第二滚轮接触,所述转动轴一端通过万向接头与驱动轴一端相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种门系统多点锁闭机构,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括传动轴、第一转臂、传动叉,第一转臂和传动叉固定于传动轴上,可以随着传动轴一起转动,第一转臂一端与第一连杆一端相连接,第一连杆另一端与第二转臂一端相连接;第二转臂另一端与侧面锁闭组件的驱动轴相连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述一种门系统多点锁闭机构,其特征在于:所述传动机构还包括限位柱,限位柱安装于传动轴安装块上,传动叉复位时与限位柱相接触。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种门系统多点锁闭机构,其特征在于:所述侧面锁闭组件设置为多个,每个侧面锁闭组件的转动轴末端通过万向接头与下一个侧面锁闭组件的驱动轴相连接,第一个侧面锁闭组件的驱动轴与第二转臂相连接;和/或,还包括解锁机构,所述解锁机构包括解锁手柄,解锁手柄与传动机构转动连接,用于带动传动机构反向运动,所述传动机构上设置有解锁弹性部件,用于复位解锁手柄;和/或,还包括传动叉位置保持机构,所述传动叉位置保持机构包括:安装板,所述安装板上移动连接有限位连杆,限位连杆上套接有弹性部件;所述传动轴上设置有转动块,转动块自由端与限位连杆一端转动连接,所述弹性部件用于保持转动块转动方向的作用力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种门系统多点锁闭机构,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括驱动电机,驱动电机带动丝杆转动,丝杆上套接有丝杆螺母,丝杆螺母一端连接有第一轴销,丝杆螺母另一端上设有滚轮,滚轮与导轨移动连接,导轨包括直线段、凹槽段,直线段、凹 槽段依次连接;所述第一轴销带动带动传动机构产生位移。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种门系统多点锁闭机构,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括传动轴,传动轴上固定有传动叉、传动叉与第一轴销相配合,所述传动轴与第一转臂中部相连接,第一转臂一端通过万向接头与第一连杆相连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种门系统多点锁闭机构,其特征在于:所述传动轴一端的轴安装板上设置有限位柱,第一转臂在解锁状态时与限位柱相接触;和/或,还包括传动叉位置保持机构,所述传动叉位置保持机构包括:安装板,所述安装板上移动连接有限位连杆,限位连杆上套接有弹性部件,所述限位连杆与第一转臂另一端转动连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种门系统多点锁闭机构,其特征在于:所述侧面锁闭组件包括驱动轴,驱动轴一端通过万向接头与第一连杆相连接,所述驱动轴上设置有插销。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种门系统多点锁闭机构,其特征在于:所述驱动轴上设置有多个插销;和/或,还包括解锁机构,所述解锁机构包括解锁手柄,所述驱动轴上设置有解锁手柄,解锁手柄带动驱动轴上插销竖直方向上下移动。
