Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'appel, un terminal et un support de stockage non transitoire lisible par ordinateur. Le procédé d'appel comprend les étapes consistant à : recevoir ou lancer une demande d'appel au moyen d'un premier terminal pour établir un appel avec un deuxième terminal ; détecter, au moyen du premier terminal, au moins une tâche parmi une tâche d'exécution actuelle du premier terminal, si un ou plusieurs troisièmes terminaux qui peuvent être utilisés pour aider à l'appel existent, et une tâche d'exécution actuelle du troisième terminal ; et sélectionner, en fonction de la tâche d'exécution actuelle du premier terminal et/ou de la tâche d'exécution actuelle du troisième terminal, si une interface d'affichage du premier terminal affiche une option d'assistance d'appel, l'option d'assistance d'appel étant utilisée pour inviter un utilisateur à sélectionner l'assistance du troisième terminal pour répondre à l'appel avec le deuxième terminal.
