接種者は、接種後の自身の体調等を表す情報を、任意のフォーマットでかつ随時プラットフォームPFの接種者手帳に登録することが可能である。
製薬会社は、先にPMS協力依頼に対し同意した接種者に対し、製薬会社システムPSからPMS実施依頼を送信する。プラットフォームPFの制御部1Aは、ステップS55により上記PMS実施依頼を受信すると、PMS同意確認処理部13Aの制御の下、ステップS56において上記PMS実施依頼に対する接種者の同意確認処理を行う。
接種者端末UTの制御部1Bは、ダウンロードされた上記PMS用プロファイルに従い、例えば接種後の指定された報告タイミングにおいて、接種者に対しPMSの実施依頼メッセージとPMS報告項目の一覧を表示部61Bに表示させる。この状態で、例えば表示された上記報告項目に対して、接種者が自身の体調等を表す報告情報を入力部62Bにより入力したとする。そうすると接種者端末UTの制御部1Bは、PMS接種者情報登録処理部14Bの制御の下、ステップS25により、入力された上記PMS報告情報を入出力I/F5Bを介して取り込み、取り込まれたPMS報告情報をこの時点の時刻情報と共にPMS接種者情報として通信I/F4BからプラットフォームPFへ送信する。
オンライン診療には、健康受診相談と、オンライン診療受診とがある。このうち健康受診相談は、プラットフォームPFの制御部1Aが、オンライン診療支援処理部16Aの制御の下で、例えばチャット方式により接種者の相談に対応する。なお、接種者端末UTを医療機関または保健所の端末に接続して、担当者に態様を依頼するようにしてもよい。
一般に、接種者手帳への接種後情報の登録は、接種者により任意のタイミングで比較的頻繁に行われるが、PMS接種者情報の登録は、製薬会社により指定された接種後の所定のタイミング、例えば接種後に副反応等が現れる可能性が高いタイミングまたはその期間に行われるため登録回数が少なくまた登録の時間間隔が大きくなる傾向がある。
製薬会社は、接種後、例えば副反応等が現れる期間が経過し、ワクチンに対する追跡調査が不要となったと判断すると、プラットフォームPFに対しPMS登録処理の終了を依頼する。この場合、プラットフォームPFは以下のような処理を実行する。
以上述べたように第1の実施形態では、プラットフォームPFに、接種者手帳記憶部32AとPMS接種者情報記憶部33Aを設けて、これらの記憶部32A,33Aにそれぞれ接種者端末UTから送信される接種者の接種後の体調等を示す任意情報およびPMS報告用の情報を登録し、これらの接種者手帳情報およびPMS接種者情報を選択的に使用して、製薬会社への情報提供、オンライン診療支援を実行するようにしている。
(1)前記実施形態では、プラットフォームPFがオンライン診療支援処理において、接種者と医療機関の医師端末とを通信リンクを介して1対1で接続してオンライン診療を実施する場合を例にとって説明した。しかし、これに限らず、接種者端末UTおよび医師端末に加え、PMS接種者情報の管理者である製薬会社の管理用端末を上記通信リンクに接続し、これにより3者によるオンライン診療に係る通信を行うようにしてもよい。このようにすると、接種者に現れた副反応等の有害性が疑われる症状を、製薬会社の担当者がリアルタイムに把握することが可能となる。
以上、本発明の実施形態を詳細に説明してきたが、前述までの説明はあらゆる点において本発明の例示に過ぎない。本発明の範囲を逸脱することなく種々の改良や変形を行うことができることは言うまでもない。つまり、本発明の実施にあたって、実施形態に応じた具体的構成が適宜採用されてもよい。

Claims (13)
- 投薬対象者が使用する端末装置と、当該端末装置との間でネットワークを介して情報データの伝送が可能な管理制御装置とを具備し、前記投薬対象者の投薬後の状態を管理する投薬対象者管理システムであって、
前記端末装置は、
任意の項目について入力された前記投薬対象者の前記投薬後の状態を含む第1の投薬管理情報を、前記管理制御装置へ前記ネットワークを介して送信する第1の送信処理部と、
予め指定された報告項目について入力された前記投薬対象者の前記投薬後の状態を含む第2の投薬管理情報を、前記管理制御装置へ前記ネットワークを介して送信する第2の送信処理部と
を備え、
前記管理制御装置は、
前記投薬対象者に対応して投薬者手帳情報を記憶するための記憶領域が設定される第1の記憶部と、
前記投薬対象者に対応して薬剤管理者向けの報告情報を記憶するための記憶領域が設定される第2の記憶部と、
前記端末装置から前記第1の投薬管理情報を前記ネットワークを介して取得し、取得された前記第1の投薬管理情報を前記投薬対象者の識別情報と対応付け、前記投薬者手帳情報として前記第1の記憶部に記憶させる第1の取得処理部と、
前記端末装置から前記第2の投薬管理情報を前記ネットワークを介して取得し、取得された前記第2の投薬管理情報を前記投薬対象者の前記識別情報と対応付け、前記報告情報として前記第2の記憶部に記憶させる第2の取得処理部と、
記憶された前記第1の投薬管理情報および前記第2の投薬管理情報を選択的に使用して、前記投薬対象者に対する前記投薬後の状態変化に応じた対応処理を実行する投薬後対応処理部と
を備える投薬対象者管理システム。 - 投薬対象者が使用する端末装置との間でネットワークを介して情報データの伝送が可能であり前記投薬対象者の投薬後の状態を管理する管理制御装置であって、
前記投薬対象者に対応して投薬者手帳情報を記憶するための記憶領域が設定される第1の記憶部と、
前記投薬対象者に対応して薬剤管理者向けの報告情報を記憶するための記憶領域が設定される第2の記憶部と、
任意の項目について作成された前記投薬対象者の前記投薬後の状態を含む第1の投薬管理情報を、前記端末装置から前記ネットワークを介して取得し、取得された前記第1の投薬管理情報を前記投薬対象者の識別情報と対応付け、前記投薬者手帳情報として前記第1の記憶部に記憶させる第1の取得処理部と、
予め指定された報告項目について作成された前記投薬対象者の前記投薬後の状態を含む第2の投薬管理情報を、前記端末装置から前記ネットワークを介して取得し、取得された前記第2の投薬管理情報を前記投薬対象者の前記識別情報と対応付け、前記報告情報として前記第2の記憶部に記憶させる第2の取得処理部と、
記憶された前記第1の投薬管理情報および前記第2の投薬管理情報を選択的に使用して、前記投薬対象者に対する前記投薬後の状態変化に応じた対応処理を実行する投薬後対応処理部と
を具備する管理制御装置。 - 前記投薬対象者について前記第2の投薬管理情報の報告に同意するか否かを確認する同意確認処理部を、さらに具備し、
前記第2の記憶部は、前記投薬対象者のうち前記第2の投薬管理情報の報告に同意した前記投薬対象者に対応して前記報告情報の記憶領域を設定する、請求項2に記載の管理制御装置。 - 前記投薬後対応処理部は、前記第2の投薬管理情報が新たに取得されたとき、または取得された前記第2の投薬管理情報に前記投薬対象者の所定の状態変化が疑われる内容が含まれている場合に、取得された前記第2の投薬管理情報を前記薬剤管理者に転送する処理を行う、請求項2に記載の管理制御装置。
- 前記投薬後対応処理部は、前記端末装置から前記投薬対象者によるオンライン診療の受診要求を受信した場合に、前記投薬対象者に対応する前記第1の投薬管理情報および前記第2の投薬管理情報を選択的に医療機関に転送し、前記端末装置と前記医療機関との間にオンライン診療のための通信リンクを設定する処理を行う、請求項2に記載の管理制御装置。
- 前記投薬後対応処理部は、前記端末装置から前記投薬対象者によるオンライン診療の受診要求を受信した場合に、前記投薬対象者に対応する前記第1の投薬管理情報および前記第2の投薬管理情報に基づいて前記医療機関を選択する、請求項5に記載の管理制御装置。
- 前記投薬後対応処理部は、前記端末装置から前記投薬対象者によるオンライン診療の受診要求を受信した場合に、前記投薬対象者に対応する前記第1の投薬管理情報および前記第2の投薬管理情報の各登録日時に基づいて投薬管理情報を選択し、選択された前記投薬管理情報を前記医療機関に転送する、請求項5に記載の管理制御装置。
- 前記投薬後対応処理部は、前記端末装置から前記投薬対象者によるオンライン診療の受診要求を受信した場合に、前記投薬対象者に対応する前記第1の投薬管理情報に対し前記第2の投薬管理情報との差分を追加した第3の投薬管理情報を生成し、生成された前記第3の投薬管理情報を前記医療機関に転送する、請求項5に記載の管理制御装置。
- 前記投薬後対応処理部は、前記オンライン診療の診療結果を表す情報を前記医療機関から取得し、取得された前記診療結果を表す情報を対応する前記第1の投薬管理情報に追加登録する処理を行う、請求項5に記載の管理制御装置。
- 請求項2に記載の管理制御装置との間で前記ネットワークを介して情報データの伝送が可能な、前記投薬対象者が使用する端末装置であって、
任意の項目について入力された前記投薬対象者の前記投薬後の状態を含む前記第1の投薬管理情報を、前記管理制御装置へ前記ネットワークを介して送信する第1の送信処理部と、
予め指定された報告項目について入力された前記投薬対象者の前記投薬後の状態を含む前記第2の投薬管理情報を、前記管理制御装置へ前記ネットワークを介して送信する第2の送信処理部と
を具備する端末装置。 - 投薬対象者が使用する端末装置と、当該端末装置との間でネットワークを介して情報データの伝送が可能な管理制御装置とを具備し、前記管理制御装置が前記投薬対象者に対応して投薬者手帳情報の記憶領域が設定される第1の記憶部と、前記投薬対象者に対応して薬剤管理者向けの報告情報を記憶するための記憶領域が設定される第2の記憶部とを備えるシステムが実行する投薬対象者管理方法であって、
前記端末装置が、
任意の項目について入力された前記投薬対象者の前記投薬後の状態を含む第1の投薬管理情報を、前記管理制御装置へ前記ネットワークを介して送信する過程と、
予め指定された報告項目について入力された前記投薬対象者の前記投薬後の状態を含む第2の投薬管理情報を、前記管理制御装置へ前記ネットワークを介して送信する過程と を実行し、
前記管理制御装置が、
前記端末装置から前記第1の投薬管理情報を前記ネットワークを介して取得し、取得された前記第1の投薬管理情報を前記投薬対象者の識別情報と対応付けた状態で、前記投薬者手帳情報として前記第1の記憶部に記憶させる過程と、
前記端末装置から前記第2の投薬管理情報を前記ネットワークを介して取得し、取得された前記第2の投薬管理情報を前記投薬対象者の前記識別情報と対応付けた状態で、前記報告情報として前記第2の記憶部に記憶させる過程と、
記憶された前記第1の投薬管理情報および前記第2の投薬管理情報を選択的に使用して、前記投薬対象者に対する前記投薬後の状態変化に応じた対応処理を実行する過程と を実行する投薬対象者管理方法。 - 請求項2乃至9のいずれかに記載の管理制御装置が備える前記各処理部の処理を、前記管理制御装置が備えるハードウェアプロセッサに実行させるプログラムを記憶したプログラム記憶媒体。
- 請求項10に記載の端末装置が備える前記各処理部の処理を、前記端末装置が備えるハードウェアプロセッサに実行させるプログラムを記憶したプログラム記憶媒体。
